启迪设计:元荡,地处沪苏边界,与淀山湖相接,因芦滩封淤而成为淀山湖的一个子湖。当地水网密布,村落众多。过去的元荡,缺乏跨域治理,生态系统退化。

TUS-Design: Yuandang, located on the border and Shanghai and Jiangsu, is linked with Dianshan Lake and has become a sub-lake of Dianshan Lake due to the siltation of the reed beach. The local water network is dense and there are many villages. In the past Yuandang, there was a lack of cross-domain governance, and the ecosystem was degraded.

如今,元荡作为长三角生态绿色一体化发展的核心启动区,也是国内首个跨省级生态修复项目,设计利用场地原生资源修复元荡生态,以“一环六湾”的景观规划结构,贯通沿湖17.5公里岸线,构建环湖廊道,提升滨水空间环境,打造出一条具有江南水乡特色的生态浅滩湿地带。

Nowadays, Yuandang, as the core start-up area for the integrated development of ecological green in the Yangtze River Delta integration demonstration zone, is also the first cross-provincial ecological restoration project in China. Design used the original resources of the site to restore Yuandang’s ecology. With a landscape planning structure of “one ring and six bays”, it connects 17.5 kilometers of shoreline along the lake, constructs a corridor around the lake, improves the waterfront space environment, and creates an ecological shallow and humid area with Jiangnan water town characteristics.

 

 

设计思路 Design Mentality

本次先导段区域项目以“生态绿色”为核心指导思想,通过修复元荡生态生态基地,以恢复自然湖岸风光,贯通岸线为目的,对现状进行修复改造。

门户绿地空间展现开敞自然的湖滨景观,通过利用原生场地的石块堆叠成赋有层次的草阶空间顺畅的引导人群进入。

The pilot section of the project takes “ecological green” as the core guiding ideology, and through the restoration of the Yuandang ecological base, with the aim of restoring the natural lakeside scenery and connecting the coastline, the current situation is repaired and transformed.

The portal green space showcases an open and natural lakeside landscape, guiding people smoothly into a layered grassy space by stacking stones from the original site.

设计在维持场地原生驳岸岸线的前提之下,修复杉木桩护岸以及对水生植物进行了重新抚育,以自然湖石搭配水生植物,形成生态沿湖步道。对老石板桥进行恢复,形成场地原有的记忆。

On the premise of maintaining the original revetment shoreline of the site, the design restored the cedar pile revetment and re nurtured Aquatic plant to form an ecological trail along the lake with natural lake rocks and Aquatic plant. Also, restore the old stone slab bridge to form the original memory of the site.

对于场地原有的水闸、茅草屋等陈旧设施,在本次工程中也统一进行了修复改造,并且增加景观趣味,以生态的竹子设计原汁原味的江南文化风铃,每当微风拂过,自然清脆的风铃之声迎风飘扬,趣味横生。

For the original old facilities such as water gates and thatched houses on the site, unified restoration and renovation have been carried out in this project. Meanwhile fun has been added in the landscape design. The original Jiangnan cultural wind chimes are designed with ecological bamboo. Whenever the breeze blows, the natural and crisp sound of the wind chimes wafts in the wind, creating a sense of fun.

杉林氧吧区域充分尊重现状杉林资源,对于场地的原生水杉林以保留为主,通过生态碎石路的组织和牵引为人们提供了接触自然呼吸氧气的户外场地。

The cedar forest oxygen bar area fully respects the current cedar forest resources, and mainly preserves the original cedar forest on the site. Through the organization and traction of ecological gravel roads, it provides people with an outdoor space for natural oxygen breathing.

闲梦云台区域将布道系统和海绵城市理念深度结合,通过不同标高的净化系统形成阶梯式海绵净化系统,同时考虑不同姿态和不同花时的植物系统,营造出丰富的季相变化。

The Xianmeng Yuntai node area deeply combines the preaching system with the concept of Sponge city, and forms a stepped sponge purification system through purification systems at different elevations. At the same time, plant systems with different postures and flower times are considered to create rich seasonal changes.

鱼形浅滩与自然湖石将湖面和陆地进行了生态过渡,形成了自然郊野的缓冲区,同时也为鸟类鱼类等生物提供了新的栖息地,形成了自然与人共生的自然生境系统。

The fish shaped shoals and natural lake rocks have ecological transitions between the lake and land, forming a buffer zone for natural suburbs, and also provide new habitats for birds, fish, and other organisms, forming a natural habitat system where nature and humans coexist.

人与自然和谐共生是我们致力追求的美好愿景,对场地文化和资源的尊重是本项目设计的初衷,如今元荡的生态系统得到了修复,实现了鸟类、鱼类、昆虫等生物与人和自然的共生形态,达到了设计之初所提出的美好愿景,成为了“网红湖”,吸引了大批游客前来参观游玩,真正意义上地呈现出了“江南文化新空间”。

The harmonious coexistence between humans and nature is a beautiful vision we are committed to pursuing. Respect for the site culture and resources is the original intention of this project design. Now, the ecosystem of Yuandang has been restored, achieving the symbiotic form of birds, fish, insects and other organisms with humans and nature, reaching the beautiful vision proposed at the beginning of the design.It has attracted a large number of tourists to visit and play, truly presenting the “New Space of Jiangnan Culture”.

设计亮点 Design Highlights

全新生态绿色设计理念 New ecological design concept

以“鱼群洄游”为设计灵感,在湿地区域设置了多个鱼形绿岛模拟群鱼洄游的形态,同时打造出一条沿湖生态湿地,全局考虑生态生境效果。

Taking “fish migration” as the design inspiration, multiple fish shaped green islands have been set up in the wetland area to simulate the migration of fish, while creating an ecological wetland along the lake, taking into account the overall ecological habitat effect

海绵技术与景观深度结合 Deep combining sponge technology with landscape

设计利用先进的GIS技术模拟现状真实地形及水动力方向等,计算出合理的海绵设置区域。通过特色植物种植与地表径流,蓄水,排水等一系列海绵生态措施完美的结合设计,打造出自然美观且赋有海绵功能的景观生境系统。

The design utilizes advanced GIS technology to simulate the actual terrain and hydrodynamic direction of the current situation, and calculates a reasonable sponge setting area. By combining the planting of characteristic plants with a series of sponge ecological measures such as surface runoff, water storage, and drainage, a natural and beautiful landscape habitat system with sponge functions is created.

隐匿的景观步道 Hidden Landscape Trail

在闲梦云台节点区域,为了营造穿梭在自然生态环境中的效果和感受,在步道线路设计中考虑了开合变化的空间感受。将植物渗入步道的行走感观中,使步道与周边植物充分粘合,隐匿在整个环境当中,丰富步行的空间感受。

 In the Xianmeng Yuntai node area, in order to create the effect and feeling of shuttling through the natural ecological environment, the design of the trail route takes into account the spatial feeling of opening and closing changes. Infiltrate plants into the walking sensation of the trail, allowing it to fully bond with surrounding plants and hide in the entire environment, enriching the spatial experience of walking.

生态本土材料与低介入手法 Ecological local materials and low intervention techniques:

基于“生态绿色”的总体设计理念,本案运用“低介入”的开发手段,充分尊重现场地形,保留良好大树,力求设计对原生生态影响降至最低。同时采用生态本土材料,包括开挖碎石的再利用等,以低成本的投入达到预期的景观效果。

 Based on the overall design concept of “ecological green”, this case utilizes a “low intervention” development method, fully respecting the site terrain, preserving good trees, and striving to minimize the impact of the design on the original ecology. Simultaneously using ecological local materials, including the reuse of excavated gravel, to achieve the expected landscape effect with low-cost investment.

生态特色杉林系统 Ecological characteristic fir forest system: 

场地内部除部分保留的大香樟外,主要特色树种为水杉。杉林系统作为先导段的主题树种形成了相关主题节点的绿化骨架结构,通过合理的空间布置形成纯粹的水杉林效果,营造出四季可赏的自然生态郊野环境。

Except for some preserved camphor trees, the main characteristic tree species within the site are metasequoia. The cedar forest system, as the leading theme tree species, forms a green skeleton structure of related theme nodes. Through reasonable spatial layout, it forms a pure effect of a metasequoia forest, creating a natural ecological suburban environment that can be enjoyed throughout the four seasons.
