走出房屋，在林谷洗溪地里感受自然之美；这片溪林，是书院的映衬也是美育生发之地。

边界的神隐，建筑与景观浑然一体叙事之境
空间的价值不在于“被看到”，而在于“被体验”。通过模糊建筑与景观的界限，让示范区成为一场沉浸式的自然剧场，激发人对场所的深度感知与情感联结；将天空与水面的光线引入室内；而景观则以野性的力量回应——雨季时，屋檐下的石板被雨水敲出密语，随风摇曳的影子在墙面作画，连空气里都浮动着湿润的草木香。
The Vanishing Boundary: Where Architecture and Landscape Blend into a Unified Narrative Realm
The value of space is not in “being seen”, but in “being experienced”. By blurring the boundaries between architecture and landscape, the demonstration area becomes an immersive self-experience. However, the theater stimulates people’s deep perception and emotional connection of the place;bringing light from the sky and water into the room.

区别于传统下沉庭院“四面墙”的方盒空间，以边界消渗的思路让社区大堂、与地上架空层会所形成悬浮于立体森林之中，让传统的下沉负一楼边界形成独立咬合的剧场场地以及层级而上的景观山体，形成独具一格的飞桥归家体验。所谓“剧场”之理念，既是指设计的舞台空间，亦是指景观山体为一个大的自然舞台，让在此生活的每一位居民，既是美好的欣赏家，同时也是美好生活的参与者。
Different from the traditional sunken courtyard’s square box space with “four walls”, the community lobby and the elevated clubhouse on the ground are suspended in a three-dimensional forest through the concept of boundary seepage reduction. The traditional sunken basement boundary forms an independent interlocking theater venue and a hierarchical landscape mountain, creating a unique flying bridge home experience. The concept of “theater” refers not only to the stage space designed, but also to the landscape mountain as a large natural stage, allowing every resident living here to be both a beautiful viewer and a participant in a beautiful life.

在下沉庭院中，水流被巧妙地引入，形成约4.5米落差的壮观飞瀑，宛若自然界的落水峡谷一般，让人仿佛置身于大自然的怀抱之中，感受到一种前所未有的宁静与震撼，蜿蜒向上的聆泉与步道相结合，共同营造出一种静谧而深远的自然美感。

项目景观打造西安首个非标下沉庭院广场，以书吧、森林台地、水景瀑布与花园台地，重构“人在景中游”的诗意栖居。
The project landscape creates Xi’an’s first non-standard sunken courtyard square, with book bars, forest terraces, water waterfalls and garden terraces to reconstruct the poetic habitat of “people in the middle of the landscape”.

暮色四合时，二层平台又化身浪漫的观景台；裹着毛毯的读书人抿一口咖啡，任由书页翻动的声音与远处鸟鸣交织成曲。露台边缘的绿植墙郁郁葱葱，滴水观音的叶片上还凝着夜露，折射出细碎的金色光芒。
When the twilight is combined, the second floor platform becomes a romantic observation deck; The scholar wrapped in a blanket took a sip of his coffee, letting the sound of the pages turn and the chirping of birds in the distance intertwine. The green wall on the edge of the terrace is lush, and the leaves of the dripping Guanyin are still condensed with night dew, reflecting fine golden light.

浓荫掩映下，社交与陪伴自然发生。晨间漫步，露珠沾湿书页；暮色围坐，星光落满茶席。这里的生活，是景致，更是心境。

当暮色漫过水镜，藏在石缝里的地灯会次第亮起，把整片水域染成琥珀色，此刻的水镜不再只是景观，而是一座容纳星辰与倒影的“自然剧场”。

When the twilight spreads over the water mirror, the floor lamps hidden in the stone crevices will light up one after another, dyeing the entire water area amber, and the water mirror at this moment is no longer just a landscape. but a “natural theater” that accommodates stars and reflections.
