迈德景观：青岛，这座位于胶东半岛的城市，坐拥黄海，背依崂山。海浪与山岩在此碰撞，雕琢出嶙峋的红礁，也冲刷出亚洲最美的海湾。它所呈现出独特的“礁石哲学”，海浪日夜的冲刷看似在摧毁，实则是在雕琢。那些被侵蚀出的岩洞与裂隙，反而成了生物的庇护所和海岸的缓冲带。

MIND STUDIO: Qingdao, a city nestled on the Jiaodong Peninsula, embraces the Yellow Sea and is backed by the majestic Lao Mountains. Here, waves crash against the rocky shores, sculpting rugged red reefs and shaping Asia’s most beautiful bays. This landscape embodies a unique ‘philosophy of the reef’: the sea’s relentless pounding, seemingly destructive, is in fact a continuous process of artistic carving. The resulting eroded caves and fissures, far from being signs of ruin, instead serve as havens for marine life and natural buffers along the coast.

这种共生基因亦深植于这座城市，它将外来的冲击转化为自身的韵律，即使遭受殖民时期的创伤，却诞生塑造啤酒、帆船、建筑等多元文化共融的奇迹，就像青岛啤酒，用德国的工艺酿出了崂山泉水的魂。我们看到来自于自然和环境的精神启示——原来真正的强大，源于如礁石般的生命容纳性，那是在冲击中成长、在雕琢中重生的生命力。

This symbiotic spirit is deeply ingrained in the city itself, transforming external impacts into its own unique rhythm. Despite the wounds of its colonial past, Qingdao miraculously fostered a vibrant blend of cultures, exemplified by its beer, sailing heritage, architecture, and more. Much like Tsingtao Beer infuses German craftsmanship with the soul of Lao Mountain’s spring water, the city embodies a profound spiritual revelation from nature and its environment. It shows us that true strength lies in a reef-like capacity for life – the vitality to grow amidst impact and be reborn through continuous shaping.

项目择址崂山腹地，倚山望海，继承了青岛山海之间的那份清冷与温润并存的气韵，既有海浪的开放胸襟，也有礁石的自我坚守。这也是“璞”的精神——如切如磋，如琢如磨，在生命的包容里回归山居的本真。在这里，每一处痕迹都被尊重，每一次“冲刷”都被雕琢。推门见山，枕水而眠，山风的穿梭、时光的流转，和礁石一起，都内化为生活从容的底色。

Nestled deep within the Lao Mountains and gazing out at the sea, the project embodies Qingdao’s distinctive essence—a harmonious blend of crisp tranquility and gentle warmth that is found between its mountains and the ocean. It embodies both the open embrace of the waves and the steadfast resilience of the reef. This also resonates with the spirit of “Pu” (the uncut jade)—a philosophy of continuous refinement, of being shaped and polished, ultimately returning to the authentic simplicity of mountain living amidst life’s embrace. Here, every trace is honored, and what appears to be erosion is, in fact, a meticulous sculpting. Step through the door to a mountain vista, fall asleep to the gentle lapping of water. The whispering mountain winds, the quiet flow of time, and the enduring presence of the reefs all converge to form the tranquil foundation of daily life.

循着崂山秋日的指引，项目浸润于“清冷与温润并存”的自然气韵，铺陈出一条可行、可游、可居、可感的现代山林疗愈生活叙事。我们以裸露的天然礁石与山岩为骨，塑其形魄。让秋日的暖阳，则成为贯穿始终的柔软线索。光影穿梭于斜穿林隙，跃入廊下、漫过庭院，在晨昏流转之间，织就一幕幕温暖而静谧的生活场景。

Guided by Mount Lao’s autumn spirit, the project embraces the natural aura of ‘cool clarity and gentle warmth,’ unfolding a modern narrative for a healing mountain-forest lifestyle—one designed for exploration, dwelling, and deep sensory engagement. Exposed natural reefs and mountain rocks form its backbone, shaping both its physical and spiritual essence. The warm autumn sun, a soft, continuous thread, permeates the design. Light and shadow pierce forest clearings, then spill into corridors and courtyards. From dawn to dusk, they craft warm, serene scenes of daily life.

静伫山门，对称的阵列之序，敛山野之气于形制，又于力量中融入东方山居的温雅肌理。

Standing quietly at the mountain gate, a symmetrical arrangement captures the wild essence of the mountains, gracefully blending this strength with the gentle elegance of Eastern Mountain living.

门堂设计不同于常规由建筑主导，而是以景观结合前场空间为整体完成，完整勾勒出我们对于崂山山骨间“未入山已见山”的意境构想。其精髓在于一场清润的“柔”与山野的“力”之间，平衡的对话。

Here, the gatehouse design deviates from conventional architecture-led approaches. Instead, it integrates seamlessly with the landscape and forecourt as a cohesive whole, perfectly embodying our vision of ‘sensing the mountain before entering it’ amidst the very spirit of the Lao Mountains. Its essence lies in a balanced dialogue between its clear, moist ‘softness’ and the rugged ‘force’ of the wilderness.

“引水琢玉，上有古松抱璞石、下有圆池水台“以苍璧礼天”，池底选用整石切割大花丽奢石，庄重而凝练，但当水色浸润，墨金色矿物脉络在光影中呈现丝绸般的质感，如被山风晨露反复淘洗、摩挲后所产生的哑光，亲昵柔和，脉脉流动。

Water shapes jade in this scene: ancient pines embrace raw stone above, while a circular pool and water platform lie below. This setup evokes the ancient ritual of ‘offering a gray jade disc to the heavens.’ The pool floor, cut from large slabs of intricately patterned luxury stone, projects dignity and refinement. However, when water permeates it, dark gold mineral veins reveal a silken texture in the light, resembling a matte finish gently worked by mountain winds and morning dew—intimate, soft, and subtly flowing.

孤松有如山泉之眼，虬枝苍劲，屹立百年。“灵山多秀色，空水共氤氲”，背景照壁以青岛墨绿琉璃瓦为灵感，手工订制釉面陶板的精准搭接，多次打样最终呈现天青色的温润质感。刚柔互济，那是东方山居气韵的交融

A solitary pine stands like the eye of a mountain spring, its gnarled branches vigorous and resilient, having weathered a century. ‘Sacred mountains are rich in sublime beauty; empty mist and water share a hazy glow.’ Inspired by Qingdao’s dark green glazed tiles, the background screen wall features custom-made, meticulously joined hand-glazed ceramic panels. After multiple prototypes, these panels achieve the warm, gentle quality of sky-blue celadon. Here, strength and softness naturally complement each other, embodying a true fusion of the Eastern mountain dwelling spirit.

穿过礼门，七米高差豁然垂落，将崂山九水与八仙墩的幽谷气象，凝练为一方“璞岩叠谷”的下沉山境庭院。

Stepping through the ceremonial gate, a seven-meter drop dramatically unfolds, transforming the deep valley grandeur of Laoshan’s Nine Waters and Eight Immortals Terrace into a sunken mountain courtyard: ‘Puyan Diegu’ (Overlapping Cliffs and Valleys).

我们以大地为盆、石为骨、水为脉、林为肤，堆山理水，涧溪叠瀑。庭院以3-4米原生太行石为骨架，拳石成山，石岩如峰。未经雕琢，保留自然粗粝与风化痕迹，其中最大一块高达8米，嵌入飞瀑之中，如雨后山涧激流，气势磅礴。

Using the earth as a basin, stone as bone, water as veins, and forest as skin, we shaped hills and waterways, creating cascading streams and waterfalls. The courtyard’s core structure comprises 3-4 meter tall raw Taihang stones, piled like mountains and rising as peaks. Unpolished, these stones retain their natural ruggedness and weathered traces. The largest, towering eight meters high, is embedded within a ‘flying waterfall,’ powerfully evoking a roaring mountain torrent after rain, both vast and majestic.

数百吨原生巨石，以其亘古的粗犷，奠定了场地的力量感。这并非冰冷的堆砌，而是一种如青岛气质般的坚韧底色。当流水经年抚摸石面，当阳光透过林木洒下斑驳——所有的坚硬，最终都被时光酿成了温润与从容。这处庭院，讲述的正是风雨过后，那份笃定而柔软的落地生根。

Hundreds of tons of raw, massive stones anchor the site with timeless ruggedness, establishing a powerful sense of strength. Far from being a cold assembly, this represents a resilient core that mirrors Qingdao’s own character. As water continuously caresses stone and sunlight dapples through trees, all inherent hardness eventually mellows into warmth and ease. This courtyard, then, embodies a steady, gentle rootedness, enduring beyond wind and rain.

为完美承接匹配水流的走势与节奏，每一块天然叠水石均经过精准打磨与调试。其看似毫不费力，历经无数轮推敲，旨在让水的流动与石的形态达成浑然天成的默契。

To perfectly align with the water’s flow and rhythm, each natural cascading stone underwent precise shaping and adjustment. Though it appears effortless, the arrangement required countless iterations to achieve an innate harmony between the water’s motion and the stone’s form.

植物布局忠于山谷的自然层次。高层，由百年朴树与特选乌桕统领林冠线，枝干苍劲，华盖如云；中层，鸡爪槭与红枫其叶灼灼，水木相生。杂木错落，光影斑驳，路径蜿蜒于石、水、木交织的画卷中。水因石而缓，景因时而变，共同围合出一处温润且富于自然野趣的沉浸之境。

The planting design adheres to the natural stratification of the valley. At the canopy level, century-old hackberries and specially selected Chinese tallow trees define the skyline with their robust branches and cloud-like crowns. In the understory, Japanese maples and red maple trees blaze with vibrant foliage, complementing the water features. A mix of trees and shrubs creates dappled light and shadow, while paths meander through a living tapestry of stone, water, and wood. Water slows around rocks; scenes shift with the seasons. Together they shape a gentle, immersive realm rich in wild natural charm.

连廊如带，墙面以“夯土软瓷”仿崂山八仙墩礁石岩壁的风蚀肌理，每一块纹理的渐变均需手工上色，模拟“石被水洗、时蚀呈美”的自然效果，力求浑然，不落斧凿。

The corridor winds like a ribbon, its walls clad in “rammed earth soft ceramic” that mimics the wind-eroded texture of the reef cliffs at Laoshan’s Eight Immortals Terrace. Each gradient of texture is hand-painted to recreate the natural effect of “stone washed by water, beauty shaped by time”—seamless and artfully unforced.

亭，是山居中的停顿，它并非为了占有风景，而是提供一个与自然对话的注脚。我们以艺术色彩与流线造型为笔锋，大胆的与自然的粗砺碰撞，形成了独特能量场域的张力与诗意。

The pavilion is a pause within mountain living. It is not meant to claim the landscape, but to offer a footnote for dialogue with nature. With artistic hues and fluid forms as our brushstrokes, we boldly juxtapose them against the raw ruggedness of the surroundings, creating a unique energy field where tension and poetry coexist.

时值新秋，天越发黑得早，山风微凉里，从室内透出的暖融灯光显得愈发柔和，漫溯在这种柔软的时刻，日暮也被拉长，便独守得那一份静谧与安宁。

In early autumn, dusk arrives sooner. With a faint chill in the mountain air, the warm glow from indoors appears even softer. Lingering in these tender moments, twilight seems to stretch, bringing a unique sense of stillness and peace.

拾阶而上，便来至首层归家主路与无界会所庭院空间。水脉延续、室景互融，酒店式场景廊下的联动构建出一处“山水向上生长、生活自然铺陈”的无界山境庭院。

Ascending the steps leads directly to the main homecoming path and the integrated club courtyard on the first level. Here, water elements extend throughout, and interior spaces seamlessly blend with the landscape. Hotel-inspired gallery corridors link these areas, creating a boundless mountain courtyard where ‘the landscape grows upward, and life unfolds naturally.’

关注“日常的仪式感”。它不是一个孤立的景点，而是归家路径与社交生活的自然延伸。我们希望通过水声、光影和舒适的坐憩，让每一次穿行或停留，都成为被温柔包裹的日常体验。整体以沉静的镜面水系为主基调，色泽沉稳，既承东方气韵，亦见当代克制。循水流声望去，以非遗仿古锤纹铜艺打造的引水渠，水流缓行，于跌落间泛起粼粼微光，打破原有的平直空间，更添灵动。

Our focus is the ‘ritual of the everyday.’ This space is not an isolated scenic spot but a natural extension of the journey home and social life. Through the sound of water, the play of light and shadow, and comfortable seating, we aim to make every passage or pause a gently enveloping daily experience. The overall tone is set by a serene, reflective water feature, whose subdued palette conveys both Eastern grace and contemporary restraint. Following the sound of water, one’s gaze finds a guide channel, an antique hand-hammered copper artwork. Water moves gently through it, shimmering as it cascades, thus breaking the original flat space and adding dynamic grace.

元宝枫与乌桕围合出静谧的秋色，蔓生着枝形婉转之美。乌桕寄情，元宝纳福，植栽不只观形，更承载着东方居住的美好愿景。

Autumn Blaze Maples and Chinese Tallow Trees embrace the space in tranquil fall hues, their gracefully spreading branches weaving a canopy of serenity. The tallow tree embodies poetic sentiments, while the maple symbolizes the gathering of blessings. This planting extends beyond mere aesthetics, carrying the deeper, auspicious aspirations inherent to Eastern living.

日光斜照时，光影流动的暖融，是新秋独有的温柔。夜色中，灯光以酒店级的克制语汇徐徐铺展——微光嵌入地面，灯带隐于廊下，细节处以定制灯饰轻巧点缀。无需过分明亮，那是秋天本身的底色。光，在这里如同被水汽折射过的、柔和的、带着朦胧诗意的晨昏时分。

When sunlight slants, its warm glow conveys early autumn’s unique tenderness. At night, lighting spreads with hotel-level restraint: soft ground-embedded lights, strips hidden beneath eaves, and subtle custom accents. Nothing shines too brightly; it reflects autumn’s inherent palette. Light here resembles the softened, hazy poetry of dawn or dusk, diffused through mist.

循连廊而行，一方朴拙的平台静候于此。石皮板与砾石铺面交织，材料的本真质感，诉说着“不刻意、不雕琢”的营造哲学。于此闲坐，望山光云影，听万籁轻吟，外在的景物与内在的心境在此刻交融，物我两忘，是为“坐忘”。

Following the covered walkway, a simple, unadorned platform awaits. Stone slabs interlace with gravel, their authentic textures conveying a design philosophy: ‘intentional naturalness, free from overworking.’ Sitting here, one gazes at the shifting mountain light and listens to nature’s gentle whispers. The outer landscape merges with inner stillness, a moment of true immersion known as ‘sitting in quiet absorption.’

廊下童园，延续“礁石岩壁”风貌的设计语言，外饰以夯土软瓷板与陶瓷马赛克材质进行包裹，形成肌理粗粝、纹理起伏的“崂山地貌模拟带”，模拟山石风化后的沉积感，这不仅是一片可触摸的“微缩地貌”，更是献给孩子立体的自然启蒙。

The Children’s Garden, located beneath the corridor, adopts the design language of the “reef rock wall.” Its exterior is clad in rammed-earth-style ceramic panels and ceramic mosaics, creating a textured, undulating “simulated Laoshan terrain strip” that replicates the sedimentary feel of weathered mountain rock. This area is not just a touchable “miniature landscape” but also offers a three-dimensional introduction to nature for children.

自然从不急于给出答案，它只提供土壤、阳光与四季。我们亦如此——不为孩子定义世界，只为他们的好奇，提供一片可以自由生长的土壤。

Nature never rushes to provide answers; it only offers soil, sunlight, and the changing seasons. In the same spirit, we do not define the world for children. Instead, we provide the soil where their curiosity can grow freely.

在这样清冷与温润并存的自然气韵中，对坚硬与柔软的感知愈发真切。我们得以看到真正的山居安全感，并非来自厚重的围墙，而是一种精妙的平衡。既被坚固的山壁与植被温柔地“包裹”，又被引导着望向无垠的、充满不确定性的自然与远方。以自然为载体，在不绝对的庇护中，保持对绝对旷达的向往。于是，身有所栖，心游万仞。

Within this natural atmosphere where cool clarity and gentle warmth coexist, the perception of hardness and softness becomes more tangible. Here, we understand that true security in mountain living stems not from thick walls, but from a delicate balance. One is gently embraced by sturdy rock faces and lush vegetation, yet also guided to gaze into the boundless, uncertain expanse of nature and beyond. Using nature as a medium, within this shelter that is not absolute, we maintain a longing for absolute openness. Thus, the body finds its dwelling, while the mind roams across endless peaks.

秋光温煦，漫溢为柔和而空灵的光幕；岩壁默然，镌刻下坚韧而斑驳的印记。最美的风景，总诞生于力量的交锋之处——正如青岛，将异质的舶来语汇，内化为一部山与海的交响诗。那交锋的界面，是夏秋之交时，不争自显的丰稔；亦是崂山礁石，被万年潮汐冲刷而成的时间矿脉。

The autumn light, gentle and warm, spills like a soft, ethereal veil. The rock walls, silent and steadfast, bear the resilient, mottled marks of time. The most beautiful scenery always emerges where forces converge. Qingdao exemplifies this, having internalized diverse foreign influences to become a symphony of mountain and sea. This interface of encounter is the quiet abundance revealed at summer’s end and autumn’s start. It is also the vein of time, carved by millennia of tides upon Laoshan’s reefs.

由此，我们寻得一种「内化的韧性」。当设计剥去对抗自然的蛮力，山林呈现出如同这座城市般的坚韧与包容。在礁石冷硬的棱角背后，当秋阳洒落，终于生长出由内而外、从容不迫的温润与和暖。

Thus, we discover an internalized resilience. When design sheds the brute force of opposing nature, the mountain forest reveals a toughness and inclusiveness mirroring this city’s character. Behind the reef’s cold, hard edges, as the autumn sun falls, a calm, unhurried warmth and gentleness finally grows from within.
