上景设计:云邸玖章作为玖系又一新作，位于上海精华地段之一，“百年工业遗址+互联网新质产业聚集区”的杨浦滨江。在诞生之初，已经具备区位规划、空间布局、视觉艺术承袭的基础条件，三专业合力营造艺术氛围和高级的松弛感。

TOPSCAPE: As the latest addition to the esteemed ‘Ninth Series’, this development is situated in one of Shanghai’s most vibrant districts: Yangpu Riverside, a unique convergence of “Century-Old Industrial Heritage and a Modern Hub for Innovative Industries.” From its inception, the project has been shaped by a harmonious blend of strategic location, thoughtful spatial design and a commitment to visual artistry, working in concert to cultivate an environment of aesthetic appeal and effortless sophistication.

自云邸玖章的门厅可漫步至杨浦滨江的电厂遗址公园、国际时尚中心，畅享滨江水岸的悠闲惬意以及艺术氛围。

Residents step from the lobby into a landscape that connects seamlessly to the Power Plant Heritage Park and the International Fashion Center, inviting leisurely strolls along the waterfront and immersion in its artistic vibe. 入口广场铺装与门头天花上下呼应，海派传统美学与现代艺术在此融合，中心艺术水盘优雅地托举着一颗造型红果冬青，一刚一柔间，让每一次踏入都成为一场兼具仪式感与雅致感的邂逅。

The entrance plaza’s paving and the overhead canopy are designed in harmony, where classic Shanghai-style elegance meets contemporary artistry. A central water feature, elegant and serene, cradles a sculptural Red Berry Holly tree, weaving strength with softness to transform each homecoming into an experience of both ceremony and refined grace.

如此新与旧的碰撞，在设计之初便已经奠定了现代、革新的艺术气质与自由松弛的基调。

This interplay of heritage and modernity, intrinsic to the design, defines the project’s contemporary, innovative spirit and its temperament of relaxed freedom.

树木枝叶繁茂，光影交错间，色彩层次丰富。橄榄绿的奢石配合泉影交错如同自然的乐章，轻轻跳跃在光滑的石材肌理之上。纵横交错的水台与建筑的玻璃光影融为一体。时光在此按下暂停，坠入无垠的宁静，与树叶一同呼吸。

Dappled light filters through lush foliage, creating a play of light and shadow and a rich depth of color. Olive-green exquisite stone plays against shimmering water reflections, like a natural melody dancing across smooth textures. Stepped water terraces merge visually with the glass facades of the buildings. Here, time seems to slow, inviting you to sink into deep calm and simply breathe with the rhythm of the leaves.

私宴区的落地窗可开启，与室外景观无缝连接，静静地享受自然绿意的宁静。景观水面通过与建筑大面积的落地窗相互交映无缝连接，室内外浑然一体。精致的尺度之下，形成了小的视线对望，视线抵达深处的镜面反射着庭院深深的绿意。

French windows in the private dining area open fully, erasing the boundary between inside and out, allowing you to soak in the peaceful greenery.The reflective water features mirror the extensive glazing, enhancing the feeling of a continuous, unified space.Within this carefully composed setting, sightlines gently guide the eye, with strategic mirrors amplifying the sense of lush, layered depth.

静水轻漾，时光在石材肌理上低语；树冠倾泻绿意，将光斑洒落成散章。冷调橄榄绿与温润绿植在结构的间隙中对话，水景的节奏是空间的呼吸。

Calm water ripples softly; sunlight, filtered through the canopy, casts ever-changing patterns. Cool tones of stone engage in a quiet dialogue with the warm hues of living plants, while the gentle movement of water gives the space its tranquil rhythm.

树冠过滤后的水汽变得柔和，这里的安静有重量，压慢了呼吸，放缓了心跳，于此方寸之间，时空失了刻度，只余绿意大美。

The air feels softer, cooled by the canopy above. A profound, tangible quietness settles here, encouraging slower breaths and a calmer pulse. In this intimate sanctuary, the markings of time seem to fade, leaving only the restorative beauty of nature.

地面的铺装语言与天花相得益彰，一方面承袭了海派腔调的精致，另一方面将海派与现代融合，回应了杨浦滨江板块工业与现代新生的基调。严谨的网格构图赋予场地现代、整洁的视觉印象，极大提升了空间的品质感与辨识度。

通过材质的交替、色彩的深浅对比，间距的宽窄变化，打破单调性，在统一中寻求丰富细节，形成独特的光影效果与细腻的步行体验。

The ground paving and overhead elements are conceived as one, reflecting the precision of Shanghai’s architectural legacy while blending it with a modern voice — a nod to Yangpu Riverside’s industrial past and its dynamic renewal.A disciplined geometric layout provides a clean, contemporary structure, enhancing the site’s sense of quality and distinctive character.

A thoughtful interplay of materials, contrasting colors, and varied spacing introduces visual richness, preventing monotony. This creates subtle textures underfoot and a dynamic play of light, making every walk engaging.

连廊依托于会所泳池的顶部展开，单侧悬挑的连廊将视线聚焦于中庭，以全透明玻璃为媒介，撷取玻璃折射的瞬息光影，消解建筑与自然的边界。晴日时，阳光穿透层叠的玻璃，在地面投下如水纹般的光痕。步入廊下便可感受无界的自然和绿意的渗透，茂密的树荫弱化了塔楼的压迫感。出挑的平台亦能与下沉庭院形成对望。

The walkway extends above the clubhouse pool. Its cantilevered design draws focus towards the central courtyard, making an immediate connection with the pervasive greenery and making the adjacent tower feel less present.Defined by fully transparent glass, this corridor captures and plays with transient light, softening the line between the built structure and the natural world. On clear days, sunlight passes through the layered glass, painting the ground with shifting, watery patterns.The projecting terraces also offer views into the sunken garden below.

“浮光云栈”不止是物理通道，更是以身体感知自然的媒介——当行人穿过这片透明的维度，树影、飞鸟、流云皆成为廊架“流动的壁画”，重新定义现代景观中人与环境的栖息关系。

More than just a pathway, the “Floating Promenade” is a conduit for sensory experience. As you move through this transparent space, the shadows of trees, flying birds, and drifting clouds become a living, moving artwork—reimagining how people inhabit and interact with their environment.

超白玻璃与金属、石材形成刚柔对比，倒映天光、半隐背景绿化，云影如动态艺术装置；树木的摇曳生长，天然构建了场景的边界，自然的渗透。

The ultra-clear glass, combined with metal and stone, creates a dialogue between the substantial and the ethereal, reflecting the sky and allowing the greenery to form a soft backdrop. The natural movement of the trees gently defines the space.

连续的线性语言极佳地拓展了空间的视觉维度，使场地更具引导性和延伸感，单元入户的铺装形式在此基础上繁复提升。

Consistent linear elements skillfully enhance the perceived scale of the environment, creating a natural sense of flow and direction. This approach is refined further at individual building entrances for a heightened sense of arrival.

铺装设计不仅是表层的装饰，更是结构与美学的统一体。韵律和秩序，塑造出场地的骨架，勾勒出空间的轮廓，最终达成功能、美学与文化的和谐共融，让每一次驻足与行走都成为与空间对话的体验。

The paving design is far more than surface decoration; it is the unified expression of structure and beauty. Through rhythm and order, it forms the backbone of the landscape, defining space and ultimately achieving a perfect balance of utility, aesthetics and cultural resonance—turning a simple walk into a dialogue with your surroundings.

时代的澎湃在这里被降噪，城芯的喧闹在这里沉淀，藏于玖章的静谧与雅致，成为你理想生活的底色。
