蓝调国际：Pref-ace序-把海河的蜿蜒 折近生活的日常
海河流淌千年，在天津的版图上刻下蜿蜒的肌理——曲折、层叠、流淌，这是大地最古老的书写方式，也是这座城市最深处的记忆。
天津金茂·观棠，以景观的视角重新阅读这片土地。面对“抬板”赋予的垂直空间——向上抬升居住层、向下延伸功能空间——设计没有选择填平它，而是将它转化为空间叙事最有力的语言。从海河的肌理出发，将河流的蜿蜒、转折、层叠凝练为空间的节奏。三重立体游园路网如脉络般纵横交错，串联起六个不同高度的花溪平台；飞瀑从抬板层倾泻而下，溪流沿台地层层蜿蜒——时而湍急成瀑，从台地边缘倾泻；时而平缓为溪，在石间潺潺穿行。海河的千年图景，被折叠进一座社区的垂直山水之中。
在这里，设计以“向上抬升+向下延伸”的双向操作重塑土地的垂直秩序。抬板之上，是完整释放给景观与步行的空中台地，阳光倾洒、视野开阔；抬板之下，是嵌入地下的峡谷园林与立体水系，幽深静谧、别有洞天。向上，是开阔的台地与城市天际线；向下，是幽深的溪谷与亲水秘境。两种方向，两种感受，在同一片土地上同时抵达。景观，从来不只是地面上的铺陈。当土地被赋予高度，风景便有了叙事的深度。拾级而上或逐级而下，水声时远时近，视野时开时合——时而置身台地之上远眺，时而循溪而下探幽。三重立体游园路网将各个高度平台串联成完整的漫游体系，穿行其间，步移景异。每一步，都在翻阅一部由流水写就的大地之书。
BLUES: Translating the Winding Haihe River into the Rhythms of Everyday Life
The Haihe River has flowed for millennia, carving its winding contours into the fabric of Tianjin—curving, layering, meandering. This is the earth’s most ancient form of writing, and the deepest memory of this city.
Jinmao · Guantang Tianjin re-reads this land through the lens of landscape. Confronted with the vertical space endowed by the “elevated slab”—living spaces raised upward, functional spaces extended downward—the design does not seek to flatten it, but rather transforms it into the most potent language of spatial narrative. Drawing from the texture of the Haihe, the river’s winding, turning, and layering are distilled into spatial rhythms. A three-dimensional network of garden paths, layered in triplicate, crisscrosses like veins, linking six flower-stream terraces at varying elevations. Waterfalls plunge from the elevated slab, while streams meander step by step across the terraces—now surging into cascades over the edge of the platform, now slowing to gentle rivulets threading through the rocks. The millennium-old tableau of the Haihe is folded into the vertical landscape of a single community.
Here, the design reconfigures the land’s vertical order through a bidirectional operation of “raising upward + extending downward.” Above the slab, an open aerial terrace is given wholly to landscape and pedestrian experience—sun-drenched, expansive, with sweeping views. Below the slab, a sunken canyon garden and three-dimensional water system are embedded into the earth—secluded, tranquil, and otherworldly. Upward, open terraces and the city skyline; downward, intimate valleys and waterside retreats. Two directions, two sensations, reached simultaneously on the same ground. Landscape is never merely a surface arrangement. When the land is given elevation, scenery gains narrative depth. Ascending or descending step by step, the sound of water draws near and fades, views open and close—now gazing afar from the terrace, now following the stream down into the depths. The three-dimensional network of garden paths weaves together platforms at every level into a complete system of roaming. Walking through it, each step reveals a new scene—each step turns a page in a book of the earth, written by flowing water.
Origins 一座城市的基因，一场大地脉络的转译
从海河的九曲蜿蜒出发，我们看见时间在津沽大地上的笔触——河水不急于奔流入海，在漫溢与回环间，让城市依水而兴，人与河长成彼此。
这种“水的智慧”深植于天津的基因：九河下梢，流变中自成从容。我们以“大地梦境”为念，择址海河之畔，将蜿蜒的岸线化为空间的韵律，让冲刷的痕迹成为景观的语言——高差是视野，曲折是游兴，一切如河水漫过滩涂，自然而然。
Translating the Genes of a City, A Transposition of the Earth’s Veins
Starting from the ninefold meanders of the Haihe River, we see time’s brushstrokes on the land of Jingu—the water does not rush to the sea; instead, through overflow and looping returns, it lets the city rise by the water, and people and river grow into each other.
This “wisdom of water” runs deep in Tianjin’s very genes: where nine rivers converge, composure is born from constant flux. Guided by the vision of “Earthly Dreams,” we chose a site along the Haihe’s banks, turning the winding shoreline into spatial rhythms, letting the marks of erosion become the language of landscape—elevation becomes vista, meandering becomes the joy of wandering, all as natural as water spreading over tidal flats, effortless and unforced.

The Nine Meanders of the Haihe, The Three-Dimensional Elevated Slab.
Open the window to the water, rest your head by the stream to sleep. What we seek to create is not the lofty overlooking of conquering the waterfront, but the endless mutual fascination of dwelling with the water—upon the elevated slab, together with the Haihe, to dream a dream of time and growth.
抬板如屿，浮于绿意的潮汐之上。四周是风景的起落，风来时绿浪翻涌，风去时万物沉静，屿始终以恰好的距离伫立其中——不靠岸，也不漂流。悬浮是一种有分寸的在场：近得听见水声，远得互不打扰。人在屿上，既属于这片大地，又有自己独立的一小片天地，与世界之间，隔着一层可以凝视的间隙。
The raised decks are like islands, floating upon the green tide. Around them, the landscape rises and falls—when the wind comes, waves of green surge; when it withdraws, all things settle into stillness. The island stands always at just the right distance: neither moored to the shore, nor set adrift. This suspension is a measured presence—near enough to hear the water, far enough not to intrude. People upon the island belong to the land, yet possess their own small, independent world—separated from the rest by a gap that invites quiet contemplation.
以“大珠小珠落玉盘”为灵感，大理石雕琢玉盘水景，特选朴树临水而立。水光树影间，松弛感悄然漫开。
Inspired by the imagery of “large and small pearls dropping onto a jade plate,” this water feature is carved from marble into the shape of a jade plate, with select hackberry trees gracefully positioned at the water’s edge. Amid the shimmering light on the water and the dappled shadows of the trees, a quiet sense of relaxation unfurls.
石材的厚重与曲线的灵动在空间中交叠共生——厚重的石材铺陈沉稳基底，灵动的曲线将硬质界面的边界打破，刚柔交织间，空间自生韵律。
The weightiness of stone and the fluidity of curves intertwine and coexist within the space—the solid stone lays a steady foundation, while the fluid curves break through the boundaries of rigid surfaces. In the interplay of hardness and softness, the space spontaneously gives rise to its own rhythm.
引滩涂起伏为脉，水中浮岛错落浮沉。水陆之间，岸线消融，岛随水位隐现——如潮汐将大地的褶皱轻轻托起，自然的韵律，在此流转不息。
Drawing from the rhythmic contours of the tidal flats, floating islands rise and fall in layered order across the water. The shoreline dissolves between land and water, islands emerging and receding with the tide — as if the sea gently lifts the folds of the earth, and nature’s rhythm flows on in.
02 山之脉 vein of MAI
绵延不是一种形状，而是一种意志。山脉从不以直线抵达，它选择起伏，选择迂回，选择在看似曲折的路径中保存自己的能量。空间的曲线是对山脉的模拟——每一道弧线都像地壳深处某条看不见的脉动，在地下走动着，从未静止，从未抵达。人行走其间，踩着的不是地面，是山的暗流。
Continuity is not a shape，but a will. Mountains never arrive in a straight line—they choose to rise and fall, to detour, to conserve their energy along paths that seem winding. The curves of space are an imitation of mountains—every arc is like some invisible pulse deep within the earth’s crust, moving underground, never still, never arriving. When one walks through such space, what one treads upon is not the ground, but the mountain’s undercurrent.

溯源天津山海肌理，将海河的蜿蜒与山地的起伏凝练为空间的节奏——长河印月，步移景异，层层叠进间，山水体验在垂直维度上徐徐展开。
Tracing the mountain-and-sea texture of Tianjin, this design condenses the meandering Haihe River and the undulating terrain into a spatial rhythm—where the long river mirrors the moon, views shift with every step, and through layered progressions, the mountain-water experience gradually unfolds in the vertical dimension.
曲线舒展，倒影沉入水面。虚实之间，空间彼此渗透、边界交融，人已分不清身在何处。
Curves stretch gracefully, while reflections plunge into the water. In the interplay of substance and shadow, spaces permeate each other and edges blur—so much so that one loses all sense of place.
03 山之丘 HILL OF QIU
地面隆起为丘，不高，却足以改变行走的节奏。抬板层层叠落，如山脉在城中放缓了脚步，每一级都是一次大地的深呼吸。丘顶之上，视线越过树冠，抵达更远的地方；丘脚之下，低处藏风聚影，适合停留。每一处起伏都在提醒：平直是效率，曲折才是风景。人在丘上停步，看见的，是平地永远无法给予的层次。
The ground swells into low hills—not high, yet enough to alter the rhythm of walking. The raised decks cascade in layers, as if mountain ranges slow their steps within the city; each level is a deep breath taken by the earth. Atop the hills, sightlines cross above the tree canopies to reach farther vistas; beneath their bases, the low ground shelters the wind and gathers shadows—places made for lingering. Every undulation reminds us: straightness is efficiency, but winding is scenery. When one pauses upon the hill, what is seen is a layering that flat ground can never offer.
绿意从高处层层倾泻，沿台地蔓延至每一处停驻的角落。光斑洒落，风携草木气息穿行——自然以最安静的方式，渗透进空间的每一寸肌理。
Layers of green spill from above, flowing down the terraces into every pause point. Sunlight speckles the ground, wind threads through with the breath of flora—nature silently seeps into the very fabric of the space.
绿意随台地攀升，草、灌、树自下而上叠展，水自上层层层渗透——垂直的缝隙里，每一种植物都有自己的高度。
Greenery climbs with the terraces; grasses, shrubs, and trees unfold from bottom to top, while water seeps downward through each level — in the vertical gaps, every plant finds its own height
04 山之庭 Court of TING
之庭，水院如镜，沉于喧嚣之下。四面围合，天光自高处垂落，建筑倒悬于水面，如一幅不断重描的画卷。水替空间收藏一切——光移影动，人立岸边，轮廓被水面重新勾勒。下沉让尘嚣止步，水面让视线抵达。人于此停驻，看见的不止自己，还有一个被水温柔重置过的世界。
The Court — a water court mirror-still, sunken beneath the clamor. Enclosed on all sides, light descends from above, and the architecture inverts upon the water’s surface, like a painting ceaselessly redrawn. The water preserves everything for this space — light shifts, shadows move; as one stands at the edge, the silhouette is re outlined by the surface below. The descent silences the dust and noise; the water gives the gaze a place to rest. Here, one pauses, seeing not only oneself, but also a world gently reshaped by the water.
约62米门楼界面舒展铺陈，5.4米挑高门厅引光纳风。以自然松弛的笔触勾勒阔景宽檐，伴水归家，林影入怀，归家即入境。
A 62-meter gateway unfolds with grace; a 5.4-meter lofty foyer draws in light and air. Under the sweeping eaves, water guides the way home, and woodland shadows embrace the soul—returning is already entering a living painting.
揉石为缎，刚柔共生。厚重的石材被赋予丝绸般的流动姿态，曲廊蜿蜒，消解空间边界，引光入廊、邀风穿行——光影流转间，自然悄然渗透进每一步穿行之中。
Stone kneaded into silk, hardness and softness born together.The massive stone is endowed with a silk like, flowing grace; the winding corridor snakes, dissolving the boundaries of space, drawing light inside and inviting the wind to wander.In the shifting play of light and shadow, nature seeps silently into every step taken.
以廊为框，几何雕塑以灵动之姿占据空间焦点，光影在棱角与弧面之间流转生韵——穿行其中，或停、或望，皆是人与空间的无声对话。
With the corridor as a frame, geometric sculptures—alive with dynamic poise—occupy the spatial focus. Light and shadow flow between edges and curves, creating a rhythmic cadence. To walk through, to pause, to gaze—each moment becomes a silent dialogue between person and space.

桥以流动的姿态串联上下空间，在游走之间感受空间交叠渗透，边界消弭。
The bridge connects the upper and lower spaces in a flowing gesture, allowing one to experience the overlapping and permeation of spaces, where boundaries dissolve as they wander through.
