四川历历万乡规划设计：1.项目源起

项目位于成都市双流区怡心街道长顺社区，紧邻地铁19号线，多维交通路网纵横交错，出行便捷高效；周边学府环伺、医疗与商业配套齐全。远眺怡心湖碧波潋滟，近享城市成熟资源，兼得都市繁华与自然静谧。一期整体规划以高绿地率、舒适容积率打造低密住宅社区。

LLWX: 1. Project Origin

Situated in Changshun Community, Yixin Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, the project is adjacent to Metro Line 19. A multi-dimensional transport network ensures convenient and efficient connectivity. The surrounding area boasts a comprehensive suite of amenities, including educational institutions, medical facilities, and commercial complexes. Distant views of the shimmering waters of Yixin Lake complement immediate access to mature urban resources, striking a perfect balance between metropolitan vibrancy and natural tranquility. The Phase I master plan features a high greenery ratio and a comfortable Floor Area Ratio (FAR), cultivating a low-density residential community.

设计萃取成都两山层叠轮廓，复刻怡心湖流动的清波；将远山轮廓凝练成建筑错落的天际线条，让湖湾水意化作园林曲径流转的脉络，将天府山水底蕴，揉进当代居所的肌理之中。

当成都的山境湖韵，邂逅现代人居美学，一幅自然与建筑共生的生活画卷就此铺展。

The design extracts the layered silhouettes of Chengdu’s two mountains (the Longquan and Longmen ranges), replicating the flowing clear waves of Yixin Lake. It distills the contours of distant peaks into the staggered skyline of the architecture, while transforming the water imagery of the lake bay into the meandering circulation paths of the garden. In doing so, it blends the mountain-and-water heritage of Tianfu into the very fabric of contemporary dwellings.

When Chengdu’s mountain realm and lake rhythm encounter modern residential aesthetics, a living tableau of symbiosis between nature and architecture gracefully unfolds.

门庭四松迎客、水畔对松观澜，串联起「门庭礼序—森屿栖居」完整归家山水动线。松承山之沉稳，水载湖之灵动，千里寻松的反复甄选，藏着我们对“揽山引湖”主题的极致落地。从计划精修松团到改半修剪，油松尽显山野飘逸气韵与苍劲风骨，精准承接每一空间的山水叙事。

Four welcoming black pines at the entrance gate and twin pines by the waterside overlooking the waves connect to form a complete Shan-Shui homecoming sequence — from the “Ceremonial Entrance” to “Forest Island Living.” The pines embody the steadfastness of mountains, while the water carries the vitality of the lake. The meticulous, far-reaching selection of these pines encapsulates our ultimate realization of the “Embracing Mountains and Channeling the Lake” design theme. From the initial plan of precision-pruning the pine canopies to adopting a semi-pruned approach, the Chinese pines (Pinus tabuliformis) fully reveal a wild, elegant charm and rugged strength, precisely carrying forward the Shan-Shui narrative of every space.

2.演绎呈现

2.1光序门庭

酒店式落客入口大气典雅，通透立面结合柔和灯光，做到见光不见灯的氛围设计。依托场地高差打造层层叠水，流水潺潺、生生不息。步入其间，流水为伴、光影随行，褪去外界喧嚣，正式开启沉浸式归家之旅。

2. Design Realization

2.1Luminous Entrance

The hotel-style drop-off entrance exudes grandeur and elegance. Its transparent façade, paired with soft illumination, creates a “light without visible fixtures” ambiance. Cascading water features, built upon the site’s natural elevation, produce murmuring waters that flow with endless vitality. As one steps inside, flowing water and shifting light accompany each step, washing away the urban clamor and marking the formal beginning of an immersive homecoming journey.

2.2水苑藏幽

曲水森苑——柔线织水，林木围庭，入园尽揽森水清境。

2.2 Hidden Serenity of the Water Garden

Winding Water Forest Garden — Soft lines weave through the water; trees enclose the courtyard. Upon entering, one fully embraces the serene realm of forest and water.

下沉水苑以柔曲水径、层叠绿植交织庭间，铺展视觉、听觉、触觉共生的自然画卷，晚风携林间清芬、流水潺潺入怀，书写藏于城芯的松弛栖居诗篇。

The Sunken Water Courtyard uses gentle, curving water paths and tiered greenery to intertwine throughout the space, unfolding a natural tableau where sight, sound, and touch coexist. The evening breeze carries the fresh forest scent and murmuring waters into one’s embrace, composing a poem of relaxed living hidden within the city core.

虬枝舒展轻覆园中小径，层次花境沿曲路次第铺陈，镜面静水沉纳树影与鹿形雕塑，林木、静水、置石与休憩场景自然相融，城市楼宇隐于层叠绿意之后，于此偷得一隅清幽。

Twisting branches stretch and gently cover the garden paths. Layered floral borders are sequentially displayed along the winding routes. Mirror-like still water reflects tree shadows and deer sculptures. Trees, still water, placed stones, and seating areas naturally blend together, while urban towers hide behind the tiered greenery. Here, one steals a corner of tranquility.

多层次植被顺着弧形路径自然铺展，高低乔木舒展枝桠，各色花簇与芳香草本错落丛生。树间灯带微光轻垂，将草木晕染出温柔层次，一侧通透建筑隐于绿意之后，流水轻绕步道边缘。缓步穿行其间，草木清芬萦绕周身，目之所及皆是深浅交织的自然肌理，于建筑与林木相融的园境里，邂逅专属于日常的松弛野趣。

Multi-layered vegetation naturally spreads along the curved paths. Tall and short trees stretch their branches, and colorful flower clusters and fragrant herbs grow in a staggered, lush manner. Soft light strips among the trees gently hang, casting a tender gradation on the plants. On one side, a transparent building hides behind the greenery, while water gently flows around the edge of the walkway. Strolling slowly through, the fresh scent of plants and trees surrounds you. As far as the eye can see, it is all a natural texture interwoven with deep and light shades. In this garden where architecture and trees blend, one encounters the relaxed, rustic charm that belongs to everyday life.

弧形悬梯——揽尽阶前草木芳菲，每一次抬步皆揽全新自然画境。

Curved Cantilevered Staircase — Every step up reveals a brand-new natural tableau, with lush floral fragrance greeting you before each tread.

下沉庭院——消弭内外边界，澄澈恒温泳池映出窗外层层绿意，池畔草木丰茂错落。内外景致相融共生，于通透雅致的室内场域，足不出户便能揽尽四季草木风光。

Sunken Garden — Blurring the boundary between inside and outside, a crystal-clear, temperature-controlled swimming pool reflects the tiered greenery outside the window, while lush and staggered vegetation thrives by the poolside. Interior and exterior scenes blend and coexist in symbiosis. Within this airy and elegant indoor space, one can take in the scenery of plants and trees through the four seasons without stepping outside.

悠长连廊临水而设，金属格栅轻隔光影。廊、水、林木相融共生，以通透雅致的现代廊架，框住一帧帧流动的自然景致，隔绝外界喧嚣，独留一方耳畔是流水清响、抬眼是满目葱茏的休憩天地，让归家途中亦有闲情，慢品水林相伴的悠然意趣。

The long veranda is set by the water, with metal grilles softly filtering light and shadow. The veranda, water, and trees blend and coexist in symbiosis. The airy and elegant modern pergola frames flowing natural scenes like a series of moving pictures, shielding off external clamor and leaving a resting space where the clear sound of flowing water fills the ears, and lush greenery meets the eyes. This allows for leisure and a slow appreciation of the carefree charm of water and forest companionship along the homecoming journey.

将自然绿意延伸至建筑内部，垂直花墙缀满缤纷花草，柔和弧柱搭配温润壁灯，静谧会客空间藏满草木生机。

Extending natural greenery into the building interior, the vertical floral wall is adorned with colorful flowers and plants. Soft curved columns are paired with warm wall sconces, and the tranquil reception space brims with the vitality of plants and trees.

2.3宅畔流泉

蜿蜒水系穿梭楼栋之间，弧形亭榭临水而立，吧台搭配雅致坐具，花砖地面衬出温润质感。将日常休憩、闲谈小聚融于自然水境，于楼宇之间开辟一方清幽温润的邻里闲聚之地。

2.3Flowing Springs by the Residences

A meandering water system weaves between the residential towers. A curved waterside pavilion stands by the water, featuring a bar counter paired with elegant seating, while patterned tile pavement lends a warm, refined texture. Daily respite and casual gatherings blend seamlessly into the natural water setting, carving out a tranquil, warm, and inviting neighborhood gathering place among the buildings.

3.落地追踪

-匠心筑境·实景渐呈

从精工金属立面雏形到前场空间逐步成型，团队全程驻守示范区前场施工现场。吊装甄选造型黑松、清点铺装板材，以毫厘级把控打磨入口仪式感，让建筑线条与禅意松景提前碰撞出未来归家意境。

3. Implementation Tracking

– Meticulous Craftsmanship · Scenes Gradually Materializing

From the initial form of the finely-crafted metal façade to the gradual taking shape of the frontcourt space, the team stayed on-site throughout at the demonstration area’s frontcourt construction site. They oversaw the hoisting of carefully selected sculptural black pines and took stock of paving slabs. Refining the ceremonial entrance experience with millimeter-level precision, they allowed the architectural lines and Zen-inspired pine scenery to converge, evoking the future homecoming atmosphere in advance.

下沉水苑骨架徐徐铺展，团队逐株甄选造型乌桕、定点摆放景观置石，同步核对顶部廊架木构框架尺寸，在原生树影与硬质构件之间，雕琢藏于楼栋间的静谧自然秘境。

As the framework of the Sunken Water Courtyard gradually took shape, the team carefully selected sculptural Chinese tallow trees one by one, precisely placed landscape stones, and simultaneously verified the dimensions of the overhead pergola’s wooden framework. Between the native tree shadows and hardscape elements, they carved out a tranquil natural sanctuary hidden among the residential towers.

下沉庭院弧形回廊初显，现场逐段校正曲面楼梯弧度，同步跟进周边楼栋土建进度，平衡建筑硬朗轮廓与柔和自然景观，兼顾结构安全与观景动线流畅度。

The curved cloister of the Sunken Garden begins to emerge. On-site teams are calibrating the curvature of the curved staircase section by section, while simultaneously monitoring the structural progress of the surrounding residential towers. This balances the crisp architectural contours with the soft natural landscape, ensuring both structural safety and smooth viewing circulation.

林下景观全面铺开，施工团队分区推进乔木定植、花境底层铺设，穿梭树阵之间反复调试植物疏密层次，让成片乔木慢慢撑起园区通透又富有层次的林下空间。梳理多层花境种植台高差，细致处理景观小品、种植池收口细节，将细腻花草景观融入建筑基底。

The understory landscape is now in full swing. The construction team is advancing tree planting and establishment zone by zone, weaving through the tree arrays to repeatedly fine-tune the spacing and layering of the plants. This allows the clusters of trees to gradually define a transparent yet richly layered understory space within the garden. The team is also refining the elevation changes of the tiered planters for the multi-level floral borders, meticulously handling the edge detailing of landscape features and planters. In doing so, the delicate floral landscape is seamlessly integrated into the architectural base.

湖北寻乌桕——树的魅力在于形态、高度、冠幅呈现的表现力均不同。因此我们的实地号苗从来不是简单选树，而是结合场地尺度进行的园林二次创作。一株臻选苗木的落地，需要设计端严控落地景观效果、采购端平衡成本价格、工程端适配现场施工条件，三方反复权衡打磨，方才让每棵树在朗宸府找到最合适的归处。

– Sourcing Chinese Tallow Trees in Hubei

The charm of trees lies in the fact that each one expresses a different character through its form, height, and canopy spread. Therefore, our on-site tree selection is never a simple picking process, but rather a secondary creation of the garden that integrates the site scale. The successful placement of each meticulously selected tree requires the design team to strictly control the realized landscape effect, the procurement team to balance costs, and the engineering team to adapt to on-site construction conditions. Only after repeated deliberation and refinement among the three parties can each tree find its most suitable home in Jiahe Langchen Mansion.

泰山寻油松——我们远赴泰山甄选原生油松，分置两大景观地块：主入口栽植四株，下沉水庭搭配六株。实地考察原生货源后我们调整造园思路，放弃精修松团的初衷，保留枝干原生姿态，让油松尽显山野飘逸气韵与苍劲风骨，把泰山松独有的山林野趣搬进社区园境。

– Sourcing Native Chinese Pines from Mount Tai

We traveled to Mount Tai to select native Chinese pines, placing them in two major landscape zones: four at the Main Entrance and six in the Sunken Water Courtyard. After inspecting the native sources on-site, we adjusted our landscaping approach. Abandoning the original intention of precision-pruning the pine canopies, we preserved the natural posture of the trunks and branches, allowing the pines to fully display a wild, elegant charm and rugged strength. This brings the unique mountain forest wilderness of Mount Tai pines into the community’s garden realm.

承天府山水文脉，造城芯度假名园，一席朗宸府，静候归家人。

Inheriting the mountain-and-water cultural heritage of Tianfu, we create a renowned resort-style garden in the city core. Jiahe Langchen Mansion awaits the homecoming of its residents.
