九沐景观：缘起·山海相逢 Origin · Meeting of Mountains and Seas
“从海浪的低语到花林的私语，从琼楼的辉光到仙山的静谧。”我们以「山海」为卷，以「潮汐」为笔，以「城市庄园」为骨、「城市山水」为境、「自然疗愈」为魂，绘制出一幅融合自然造化与人文诗意的栖居画卷——这里不仅是土地的馈赠，更是一场身与心的归航。以城市庄园的礼序安放日常，以城市山水的格局容纳天地，以自然疗愈的温柔抚慰身心。
JMD：”From the murmur of the waves to the whispers of the flower groves, from the radiance of the pavilions to the tranquility of the fairy mountains.” We use “mountains and seas” as the theme, “tides” as the brush, “urban manors” as the framework, “urban landscapes” as the scene, “natural healing” as the soul, and create a living picture that integrates the natural beauty and humanistic poetry – this is not only a gift from the land, but also a voyage of the body and mind. We place daily life in the order of urban manors, accommodate heaven and earth in the layout of urban landscapes, and soothe the body and mind with the gentle touch of natural healing.
望阙｜琼珠玉门 Looking at the City Wall | Jade Pearl Yumen
“海韵琉璃映月，玉门琼珠引归途。”
以海洋美学重塑归家仪式，88米长的金玉镂花景墙、深海靛青雕塑与潮汐水景，共同构建超星级入口。
“The sea’s charm reflects the moon, while the jade gate holds the way home.”
This design reinterprets the homecoming ceremony with the aesthetics of the ocean. The 88-meter-long golden and jade-encrusted decorative wall, deep-sea indigo sculptures, and tidal water features jointly create an ultra-classic entrance.
蓝钻海洋雕塑与海韵琉璃水景交相辉映，蓝钻雕塑的几何棱角与水面的波光倒影形成虚实对仗，完成“海浪潮汐”的意象重构。入口景墙以“深海靛金”专属色系，提取自海洋沉积岩的天然分层肌理，将色彩本身转化为可阅读的文化符号。
The blue diamond ocean sculpture and the sea rhythm water feature complement each other beautifully. The geometric edges of the blue diamond sculpture and the reflection of the water surface’s ripples form a contrast of reality and illusion, completing the re-creation of the “sea wave tide” imagery. The entrance wall features a unique color scheme of “deep sea indigo”, extracted from the natural layered texture of marine sedimentary rocks, transforming the color itself into a readable cultural symbol.
逐浪，是海风拂过草坡的律动，让潮汐的节奏成为日常的底色。望阙，是归家的第一重礼序，让海派风华成为门前的最初问候,以海洋美学重构归家仪式。金玉镂花、潮汐水景与超星级入口，共同铺陈出一座滨海城市庄园的归家威仪——门外是山海，门内是庄园。
Surfing the waves is the rhythmic movement of the sea breeze across the grassy slope, making the rhythm of the tides the background color of daily life. Looking towards the watchtower is the first ritual sequence of returning home, making the maritime elegance become the initial greeting at the door, reconstructing the homecoming ceremony with marine aesthetics. Gold and jade inlaid patterns, tidal water scenes, and super-star-level entrances, together create the grandeur of homecoming for a coastal city estate – outside the door is the mountains and the sea, and inside is the estate.
隐石｜金玉仙山 Hidden Stone | Golden Jade Heavenly Mountain
“山石沉光，流水不冰，仙居隐于金玉间。”
6米高差的悬亭流水，四季常绿的山林意境，结合琉璃水景，营造“高山流水遇知音”的沉浸式庭院，静坐其间，如置身海上金巅。
“Rocks reflect light, water never freezes, and the fairyland is nestled among gold and jade.”
The suspended pavilion with a 6-meter height difference and flowing water, the evergreen mountain forest atmosphere, combined with the glazed water features, creates an immersive courtyard where “the meeting of the flowing water and the virtuous one” takes place. Sitting inside, one feels as if they are on the golden peak of the sea.
隐石，是拾级而下时的那一声惊叹，让下沉的庭院成为山水的容器。 一池三山，蓬莱仙境，在此化作触手可及的日常。悬亭流水与四季山林相叠，把城市山水浓缩于一院之间——不出城郭，而得山林之趣。
The hidden stones, that moment of astonishment as one descends the steps, transform the sinking courtyard into a container for the landscape. A pool with three mountains, a Penglai-like fairyland, becomes an accessible daily reality here. The suspended pavilion, flowing water, and the four seasons of the forest are layered together, condensing the urban landscape into one courtyard – without leaving the city, yet enjoying the charm of the mountains and forests.
云廊｜鎏光影廊 Cloud Walk | Lustrous Light Walkway
“廊下观火，台上望云，无界之间见天地。”
400㎡的回廊如凤翼展开，串联围炉煮茶区、悬浮眺望平台与静思木台。
“Watching the fire from the corridor, observing the clouds on the stage, the boundless space reveals the universe.”
The 400-square-meter corridor spreads out like the wings of a phoenix, connecting the tea-brewing area by the fire, the floating observation platform, and the tranquil wooden platform.
光影交错间，山海与城市在此交融，勾勒出一幅“行云流水，刚柔并济”的当代水墨。廊台之间，山海与城市彼此渗透，城市山水在此不再是远观的风景，而是可行、可望、可游的日常。
In the interplay of light and shadow, mountains, seas and cities blend together, creating a contemporary ink painting that is “smooth and flowing, with both strength and softness”. Between the pavilions, the mountains, the sea and the city blend together. Here, the urban landscape and the natural scenery are no longer distant views, but rather accessible, viewable and enjoyable parts of daily life.
水庭 | 琉光佳庭 Water Garden | Liuguang Jia Garden
水面倒映天光，天光唤醒水色，人在水院中行走、停留、对谈，既是观景者，也是景中人。
The water surface reflects the sky light, and the sky light awakens the water color. When people walk, stay, and converse in the water garden, they are both viewers and part of the scenery.
行走于光影之间的漫游，让无界成为空间的语言。成为一场与光、与影、与自己的对话。“高山流水”的永恒意境，在四季绿林中永不落幕。
The wandering in the midst of light and shadow turns the boundless into the language of space. It becomes a dialogue with light, with shadow, and with oneself. The eternal charm of “High Mountains and Clear Streams” never ceases to exist in the greenery of all four seasons.
琉光，是下沉水院中那一池被天光唤醒的静谧，让复合功能与山水意境在同一空间里彼此成全。天光、水色与四季绿林在此交汇，让每一次停留都成为一场自然疗愈——与光对话，与水共息，身心在静谧中慢慢舒展。
Liu Guang is the tranquility of that pool of water in the Sunken Water Courtyard, awakened by the light of the sky. It enables the combined functions and the landscape artistic conception to complement each other within the same space. The light, the water color, and the greenery of the four seasons converge here, making every stay a natural healing experience – conversing with the light, resting with the water, and the body and mind gradually relax in tranquility.
墨芳｜文冠花坊 Mo Fang | Wen Guanhua Shop
“文冠树下，花影书香，才情与自然共生长。”
全息花仙子指引路径，文冠果林寓意金榜题名。是一处承载东方文脉与自然灵性的精神领地。
Under the magnolia trees, the shadows of flowers and the fragrance of books coexist, talent and nature grow together.
The holographic flower fairy guides the way, and the magnolia forest symbolizes achieving success in the imperial examination. It is a spiritual territory that embodies the Eastern cultural heritage and the essence of nature.
下沉水院中的“月光宝盒”会客厅，可切换茶道与威士忌模式；雾森系统营造仙山意境；无界平台与架空层相互渗透，让景观与建筑、自然与科技和谐共生。花影书香之间，雾森与绿意悄然抚慰心绪，自然疗愈融入日常的每一次呼吸；而这一方文脉花坊，正是城市庄园里最安静的精神角落。
The “Moonlight Treasure Box” living room in the underground courtyard can switch between tea ceremony and whisky modes; the mist forest system creates an atmosphere of a fairy mountain; the boundaryless platform and the elevated floor layer blend with each other, allowing the landscape and the building, nature and technology to coexist harmoniously. Amidst the shadows of flowers and the fragrance of books, the mist forest and the greenery gently soothe the mood, and natural healing integrates into every breath of daily life; and this place, the cultural heritage flower garden, is precisely the quietest spiritual corner in the urban estate.
栖心，是旅程的终点，更是心安的归处。 在暖居之中，品一杯茶，观一院景，让身心彻底沉醉于这片山海间的宁静。城市庄园安放生活的礼序，城市山水收纳天地的格局，自然疗愈滋养身心的从容，三者在此合一。
