易亚源境：序言：家，不是一座钢筋水泥的框架组合，而是饱含情感与温度的艺术品。家是一首温润的诗歌、一幅如画的风景，是清风沐浴其间、暖意流淌心间。
YAS DESIGN: Preface: Home is not a combination of steel and concrete frames but an artistic creation filled with emotions and warmth. It is a gentle poem, a picturesque landscape, where a refreshing breeze bathes and a warm atmosphere flows through the heart.

关于设计 About Design：
天津，因漕运而兴，文化底蕴深厚，融汇了各种欧洲建筑风格，其法式建筑的历史可以追溯到19世纪末，经过百年岁月变迁，如今这座城市不仅蕴含着根深蒂固的中国传统文化，也有着西方文化的烙印。
项目位于天津市滨海新区，是环海经济圈的中心地带，本案是格调系列产品的又一次升级，设计打破景观固有观念，深切理解住所对于居住者的重要意义，根植于场地文化，以“中魂西技“的设计手法融合博柏利的高端时尚，打造奢华度假酒店般的住宅体验，演绎尊享、典雅的品质生活。
Tianjin, thriving due to its canal transportation, boasts a profound cultural heritage that blends various European architectural styles. The history of its French-style architecture dates back to the late 19th century. After centuries of change, the city not only preserves deep-rooted Chinese traditional culture but also bears the imprint of Western culture.
Situated in the Binhai New Area of Tianjin, the project stands at the heart of the coastal economic zone. As another upgrade of the refined series of products, the design breaks away from conventional landscape concepts. It profoundly understands the significant importance of a residence to its occupants and is deeply rooted in the site’s culture. Employing a design approach of “Chinese soul, Western technique,” it seamlessly integrates Bvlgari’s high-end fashion, aiming to create a residential experience akin to a luxurious resort hotel. The design seeks to interpret a lifestyle of premium quality, marked by indulgence and elegance.
第一幕 （归家大堂）Act 1 (Homecoming Lobby)
设计源启奢华酒店概念，同时汲取英国顶级奢侈品牌——博柏利的独特高级气质，匠心打造艺术奢华的城市塔尖社区。主入口是社区面向外界的展示名片，简约的空间格局下呈现的是大方而精致的面容，以拥抱的姿态迎接着贵客的到来。
The design draws inspiration from the concept of a luxurious hotel while incorporating the unique and sophisticated aura of the top British luxury brand, Bvlgari. It meticulously crafts an urban pinnacle community of artistic luxury. The main entrance serves as the community’s outward-facing showcase, presenting a generous and exquisite visage within a simple spatial layout, embracing guests with open arms.

叠加的玻璃体水景雕塑在夜幕下晶莹剔透，陆离的光影跳跃其间。倒置的拱形元素与主入口门楣形成倒映的浪漫想象，呼应着建筑语言，再配以金色的装饰质感，蕴含典雅的高贵韵味。
Overlaying glass water sculptures shimmer brilliantly under the night sky, with diverse lights dancing among them. Inverted arch elements create a romantic reflection with the main entrance lintel, echoing the architectural language. Enhanced with golden decorative textures, the design exudes an elegant and noble charm.

第二幕 （悦澜华庭）Act 2 (Yuelan Courtyard)
由酒店式大堂而出，直面眼帘的便是社区的中央景观轴线，整体塑造了前中后三个景观空间。两翼白色连廊向社区内部延伸，镜像对称的格局彰显出浓郁的礼仪秩序，枝叶娟秀的乔木搭配极具法式古典意味的拱券造型则为这里增添了优雅柔和的灵动气息。
Emerging from the hotel-style lobby, the central landscape axis of the community unfolds before your eyes, shaping three distinct landscape spaces – front, middle, and rear. White corridors extend into the community symmetrically, exuding a rich sense of ceremonial order. Graceful deciduous trees and arches with a distinct French classical touch enhance the space with an elegant and gentle dynamic.
玻璃门弱化了室内外的界限，轴线镜面水景倒映着空间万物，斗转星移，光影交错，别有一番诗意。
Glass doors blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, and the axis mirror water feature reflects the elements of space, creating a poetic ambiance as light and shadows dance and shift over time.

两翼弧线水柱开启迎宾序列，水滴汇聚于镜面水景之上，泛起阵阵涟漪，微弱的灯光照耀着如同洒落在海面上的繁星，美轮美奂。
Arc-shaped water pillars on both sides initiate the welcoming sequence. Droplets converge on the mirrored water surface, generating ripples reminiscent of stars sprinkled across the sea, illuminated by faint lights.
拱券元素是欧洲建筑的精髓与代表性符号，归家连廊将其进行了形态以及材质上的创新性运用。金属镶刻在拱券内侧形成了熠熠生辉的迎宾序列，黑白格纹的地面铺装灵感则源于丽思卡尔顿酒店大堂，两者的交相辉映致敬了博柏利的设计经典。出现在拱券序列种的蓝色夹绢玻璃在阳光的照射下为这里增添了别样的风采。
The arch element, symbolic of European architecture, is innovatively applied in form and material in the design of the homecoming corridor. Metal carvings within the arches create a sparkling welcoming sequence. The black and white checkered floor, inspired by The Ritz-Carlton hotel lobby, pays tribute to Bvlgari’s design classic. The blue silk glass in the arch sequence, bathed in sunlight, adds a distinctive charm.

夜幕下的长廊灯光摇曳，比白日多了些温柔缱绻，此刻，月色与灯光互映，照亮归家的道路。
Under the night sky, the corridor lights flicker, adding a touch of gentle romance. Moonlight and artificial lights interplay, illuminating the path home.
连廊一侧设置休憩平台与镜面水景相接，如诗般的画卷勾勒着居者的闲逸时光，时间在此消减。
On one side of the corridor, relaxation platforms seamlessly connect with the mirrored water feature, sketching a poetic scene of leisure for residents, where time seems to slow down.

镜面水景倒映着天光云影，虚实相映，产生多维度视觉效果，池底金属线条勾勒的礼带图案作为点缀，给予空间艺术化的想象。
The mirrored water feature reflects the sky and clouds, creating a multi-dimensional visual effect. The bottom of the pool, adorned with metallic lines forming a ribbon pattern, adds an artistic touch to the space.

捧一本书，沏一壶茶，斑驳的光影温暖着空间中的每一个角落，与好友至交相约在此，享受慵懒的午后斜阳。
With a book in hand and a pot of tea, the dappled light warms every corner of the space. Friends gather here during lazy afternoons, enjoying the soothing sunlight.
第三幕 （瑰丽芳华）Act 3 (Exquisite Splendor)
轴线尽头的玫瑰花雕塑置于空间尽端，演绎着一场艺术质感的视觉盛宴，作为瑰丽花园精神图腾的同时也饱含着对于业主美好生活的祝愿。
At the end of the axis, the rose sculpture, standing proudly, marks the culmination of a visual feast, interpreting an artistic and aspirational vision for a beautiful life for the homeowners.
地面金属图案延续至雕塑底部，烘托着玫瑰花雕塑，金属所特有的肌理效果及光泽感折射出了具有时代感的鲜明特征，两侧的白色拱券铺装像镇纸一样压在远端，精致的如同一幅底景画卷。
The metallic pattern on the ground extends to the base of the sculpture, creating a textured effect and gloss unique to metal, reflecting a distinctive contemporary characteristic. White arches on both sides, like bookends, delicately frame the distant scene, resembling an exquisite background painting.
阳光下，流动的水波荡起一层层光影的波澜，绚丽而深邃。
Under the sunlight, the flowing water creates layers of shimmering ripples, vibrant and profound. The elegant rose sculpture is reflected in the clear still water, creating a captivating mirroring effect.
雍容精致的玫瑰花雕塑在光的照耀下倒映于澄澈的静水中，倒影成双，虚实有致。
Moving forward, the background wall behind the sculpture comes into view, continuing the French arch motif.
继续深入，隐于雕塑后的背景墙跃然眼前，拱券造型延续法式文脉，而前端的层级跌水与雕塑巧借中式设计手法，展现了中西文化的交融运用。 空间在此层层推进，错落有序。
The layered waterfall at the forefront, combined with the sculpture, skillfully incorporates elements of Chinese design, showcasing a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western cultures. The space progresses in layers, arranged in an organized yet intricate manner.
廊架尽端的室内空间设计打破室内外空间局限，将室内外视作一个整体，古典的欧洲拱券造型结合中国人的诗情画意，作为一幅天然画框内外联动，居者眼中的风景随视角的不同而变幻，实现空间的曲折多变。
The interior space at the end of the pergola breaks the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, treating them as a cohesive whole. The classical European arch design, combined with the poetic sensibilities of the Chinese, creates a natural frame. The view changes with different angles, achieving a nuanced and dynamic space.
由室内空间退至景墙，静静流淌的水面如山间潺潺溪流，与刚才竟截然不同，光影翩然映衬着眼前景色朦胧，此刻心境的转换更加平和。
Moving from the interior space to the backdrop wall, the flowing water becomes a gentle stream, creating a tranquil scene. The interplay of light and shadow adds a sense of haziness, reflecting a serene change in mood.
夜幕袭来，空间中泛起昏黄的灯光，风吹树影萤火纷飞，一切都归于沉寂。
As night falls, the space is bathed in a warm, dim light. The wind rustles through the trees, and fireflies dance, bringing a quiet stillness to everything.
第四幕 （香榭花苑）Act 4 (Champs-Élysées Garden)
作为社区礼仪规格最高的一个庭园，香榭花苑致敬了法国凡尔赛宫的经典元素，整体采用了中正对称的格局彰显中央会客花园的尊享格调。两侧圆拱形夹绢花窗景墙采用了中式院落典型的边界表达形式，将空间收纳在怡人的尺度中。
As the community’s most prestigious garden, Champs-Élysées Garden pays tribute to the classic elements of the Palace of Versailles in France, adopting an overall symmetrical layout to showcase the exclusive style of the central reception garden. The round arch-shaped silk-clad flower window walls on both sides employ a typical Chinese courtyard boundary expression, enclosing the space within a pleasant scale.
▽香榭花苑庭园 Champs Elysees Garden
微高差的巧妙运用则让这里衍生出一方下沉休闲场所，强化了空间上的错落有致。两侧乔木映衬、低矮灌木丛生，在植被的围合下，偏私密型的小院氛围赋予了使用者闲适的精神诉求，闲暇时分于院落小憩、围炉煮茶，在城市中拥抱自然、居游自在。
The clever use of subtle elevation differences creates a sunken leisure area, enhancing the spatial arrangement with a sense of well-orchestrated variety. Tall trees on both sides and clusters of low shrubs, surrounded by vegetation, create a semi-private courtyard atmosphere that fulfills residents’ desire for leisure. In leisure moments, one can relax in the courtyard, gather around the fireplace, and brew tea, embracing nature and leisure in the midst of the urban environment.

枝繁叶茂的乔木成为一处天然遮挡屏障，正午时分阳光从树叶缝隙落下星斑点点。地面铺装设计致敬凡尔赛宫广场，别致的纹样体现浪漫的法式风情，与树木交叠中显得更加清新自然。
The lush canopy of trees serves as a natural screen, and at noon, sunlight filters through the leaves, creating dappled patterns on the ground. The pavement design pays homage to the Palace of Versailles Square, and the unique patterns reflect the romantic French style, appearing even fresher and more natural amidst the interplay with the trees.

水景轴线尽端景墙在这里再次成为下沉庭院的主对景屏风，围合起场地空间，于万千纷扰中，缔造宁静祥和的空间氛围，让人体会到庭院深深中的秋意阑珊。
At the end of the water feature axis, the wall becomes the main backdrop for the sunken courtyard once again, enclosing the space and creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle, allowing people to feel the deep autumn mood in the courtyard.
夜幕之下，灯光闪烁，浪漫的晚风轻拂白日残余的温热气息，万家灯火也在黑夜中悄然点燃。
As night falls, lights flicker, and the romantic evening breeze gently rustles the lingering warmth from the day. Thousands of lights quietly illuminate the night.
花苑也在夜幕中展现出温婉迷人的假日风情。
In the evening, the garden also exudes a gentle and charming holiday atmosphere.
第五幕 （中央会客厅）Act 5 (Central Reception Hall)
中央建筑形制遵循法式园林设计规则，而在细节处理过程中融合东方审美趣味，在整体营造上，使东方气韵与西方美学交融，以景观消融文化和时间的界限。
The central building’s architectural form adheres to the principles of French garden design, while in the process of detailing, it integrates elements of Eastern aesthetic tastes. In the overall creation, it blends the charm of the East with Western aesthetics, using the landscape to dissolve the boundaries of culture and time.

精致的镂空花窗与金属拱券互为映衬，在会客厅内部进行了巧妙的空间划分，内外景色隔而不断 ，在室内化软装场景的搭配下，营造出舒适的假日休闲意蕴。
Exquisite latticed flower windows and metal arches complement each other, cleverly dividing the space within the reception hall. The interior and exterior scenes are separated yet continuous. With the coordination of interior soft furnishings, a comfortable ambiance of holiday leisure is created.

从室内望向室外下沉庭院，黑白格地面将室内外有机串联，透过拱形门廊，眼前的小院俨然一幅意境悠长的美妙画卷。
Looking from the interior to the outdoor sunken courtyard, the black and white checkered ground seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces. Through the arched colonnade, the courtyard before the eyes becomes a picturesque scene with a profound artistic conception.

华灯初上，万物朦胧，落日余晖晕染了天边的云朵，此刻关于家的想象化作烛光中的剪影，温柔而又浪漫。
As evening lights begin to glow, everything becomes hazy, and the lingering sunlight tints the clouds on the horizon. At this moment, the imagination of home takes the form of silhouettes in the candlelight, gentle and romantic.
尾声 Epilogue
瑰丽花园为格调系列注入了新鲜血液，本案既是格调系列产品的一次升级，也是产品形态的华丽转身，设计秉持 “中魂西技”理念，以中式审美趣味阐述法式园林规则，为场地赋予了独特的内涵。
The Gorgeous Garden injects fresh vitality into the Style Series. This project represents not only an upgrade in the Style Series but also a magnificent transformation in product form. The design adheres to the concept of “Chinese soul, Western technique,” using Chinese aesthetic tastes to interpret the rules of French garden design, infusing the site with unique connotations.

瑰丽花园是关于住宅景观的一次积极探索，视觉享受和空间功能的综合考量让这一风格的实景呈现蕴含了因地制宜的东方人居情怀，展望大区的完整展现，在不久的将来可以为这一方家园增添靓丽的色彩。
The Gorgeous Garden is an active exploration of residential landscaping, considering both visual enjoyment and spatial functionality. The comprehensive approach in presenting this style’s real scenes incorporates a sense of Eastern dwelling sentiment tailored to the local context, envisioning a complete showcase for the entire region. In the near future, it will add beautiful hues to this corner of home.
