宁波市城建设计研究院：五乡987高线公园，有别于其它高架改造或乡镇更新的项目，它是一条融入了铁路时代复古味道与当地乡土人情味的线性渗透空间。

Ningbo Urban Construction Design & Research Institute Co.,Ltd.: Wuxiang 987 High Line Park, unlike other elevated renovation or township renewal projects, is a linear space that integrates the retro flavor of the railway era and the local vernacular human touch.

工程位于宁波市五乡镇，西起爱民路，东至后塘河，南至善华路，毗邻五乡地铁站，萧甬铁路北仑支线地面废弃段、轨道1号线和萧甬铁路高架段从场地内穿过，全长987米，总面积约8.9万平方米（红线面积5.3万平米、村落旧改面积3.6万平米），是浙江省内少有的废弃铁路及周边环境改造项目。

The project is located in Wuxiang Town, Ningbo City, starting from Aimin Road in the west, Houtang River in the east, Shanhua Road in the south, adjacent to Wuxiang Subway Station. The ground abandoned section of Beilun Line of Xiaoyong Railway, Metro Line 1 and elevated section of Xiaoyong Railway pass through the site, with a total length of 987 meters and a total area of about 89,000 square meters (53,000 square meters of red line area, 36,000 square meters of old village area). It is a rare abandoned railway and surrounding environment renovation project in Zhejiang Province.

设计理念 Design concept

项目以“三线缝合，多维连接”为设计理念，通过三种“连接”方式强化空间、时间与情感维度的有机融合，彻底改变了原来“脏、乱、差”的铁路沿线环境，将五乡镇的“痛点”转化为“亮点”。

With the design concept of “three-line weaving, multi-dimensional connection”, the project strengthens the organic integration of space, time and emotional dimensions through three connection methods, completely changes the original “dirty, chaotic and poor” environment along the railway, and transforms the weakness of Wuxiang into bright spot.

项目特色 Project Features

1.连接空间 Connecting spaces

设计将废弃铁路段改造为用以承接场地内外人流的核心连接轴，并运用符合当地人长久通行习惯的动线组织将街道巷弄，河埠头，桥下空间、站前广场、村民中心、周边学校等场所，与全镇唯一的地铁站及其未来的TOD社区相连接，不仅有效提升了居民的出行效率和生活条件，也从根本上解决了当地民生与轨道交通建设间的尖锐矛盾。

The design transforms the abandoned railway into a core connecting axis to undertake the flow of people, and connects the streets, lanes, river quays, the space under the bridge, the square in front of the station, the village center, the surrounding school and other places with the only subway station in the town and its future TOD community by using the moving line organization that conforms to the long-term habits of the local people. It not only effectively improves the travel efficiency and living conditions of residents, but also fundamentally solves the sharp contradiction between local people’s livelihood and rail transit construction.

2.连接情感 Connecting emotions

通过对当地水乡田园肌理、临水而居的生活形态以及乡村民居风貌的保留与控制，为原先荒废的灰空间赋予新的社区价值，引导居民将室内活动引入户外，增加公共活动与实体社交发生的可能性，并为民俗活动与传统集市的举办创造有利条件，鼓励周边居民积极参与，进而促使在城市发展进程中被逐渐抹去的社群记忆点与乡土人情味能够得以重塑。

Through the preservation and control of the rural texture, the life style of locals and the style of rural houses, the original abandoned gray space is given new community value, and residents are guided to do indoor activities outside, increase the possibility of public activities and socializing, create favorable conditions for the holding of folk activities and traditional markets, and encourage the participation of surrounding residents. In this way, the community memory and local humanity that have been gradually erased in the process of urban development can be restored.

凭借对铁路遗产及其相关元素、文化符号的保留、改造与转译，集中展示区域文脉，让人们重温昔日铁路时代的营运盛景和共建家园时的奋斗热情。

With the preservation, transformation and translation of the railway heritage and its related elements and cultural symbols, it focuses on displaying the regional context, so that people can relive the glory of the operation of the railway era in the past and the enthusiasm of the struggle when constructing a homeland.

The 987 High Line Park carries not only functional attributes and ecological values, but more importantly, it connects the increasingly weak neighborhood and connects people’s feelings of belongings, so that the Wuxiang Town can retain the warmth of exclusive local area in the urban process, and also enables the project to create more social benefits while fully integrating into local life.
