境上设计：于霓虹闪烁的繁华都市核心，雕琢一方仿若避世独立的自然天地，无疑是世间最奢侈的享受。
GS Design: In the neon-lit heart of a bustling metropolis, to carve out a sanctuary of secluded natural beauty is, without a doubt, the ultimate luxury.
01. 江城繁市，寻一处极致自然之境
项目位于武汉市硚口区，地处繁华热闹的核心地带，毗邻K11艺术购物中心、武商MALL、恒隆广场三大地标商业，门庭若市车水马龙。
当城市的繁华喧嚣与自然的空山幽涧相遇，门外是江城烟火，庭内是风月无边。
01. In the Bustling City of Wuhan, Seeking an Ultimate Natural Realm
The project is located in Qiaokou District, Wuhan, right in the vibrant core of the city. Neighboring landmark commercial hubs like the K11 Art Mall,Wushang MALL,and Hang Lung Plaza, the site is immersed in a constant flow of traffic and urban energy. It is where the city’s prosperous clamor meets the tranquility of a mountain stream.
Outside the gate lies the vibrant lively hustle and bustle of the river city; within the courtyard, an infinite realm of natural beauty unfolds.

本案以自然无界，游园雅居为设计理念，通过层层院落的过滤让归家及游赏之人从都市车马喧渐入复得返自然的幽然之境，达到出则繁华入则安宁的都市理想居所环境，先展区呈现“府门听瀑”与“碧谷幽兰”两大场景亦是对此理念的诠释。
Our design philosophy is “Nature Without Boundaries: An Elegant Dwelling for Garden Strolling.” Through a series of layered courtyards, we gently filter the urban experience, guiding residents and visitors away from the city’s horsepower and cacophony and back into a serene, nature-embraced realm. This creates an ideal urban dwelling where one can easily access the city’s vibrancy yet retreat into profound peace. The initial presentation phases, “Listening to the Waterfall at the Mansion Gate” and “Orchids in the Emerald Valley,” perfectly embody this concept.

02. 府门听瀑
【府门听瀑】依托城市主干道的影响力打造70m长“承宁府”形象展示界面，在都市核心塑造让人耳目一新的府邸形象。同时利用市政绿化的厚度形成游园式的自然隔离带，入口区域设计落客车马院营造具有酒店感的专属归家体验，一举多得的将规划条件转换为项目优势。
02. Listening to the Waterfall at the Mansion Gate
It leverages the site’s prominence along a major urban artery to create a striking 70-meter-long image interface for “Chengning Mansion,” establishing a refreshingly elegant and impressive gateway within the city center. The design utilizes the depth of the municipal green belt to form a natural, garden-like isolation buffer. At the entrance, a dedicated drop-off court is designed to evoke a hotel-like sense of exclusive arrival, transforming a planning requirement into a distinct project advantage.

03. 碧谷幽兰
【碧谷幽澜】下层会所围合的中庭打造一座虽为人造宛若天开的东方自然花园如同一处幽谷碧潭，其中小桥流水叠石飞瀑相映成趣自然成画，既成四周室内的观景，同时又在庭院中设置小径可以步入游赏，结合围廊与室内功能空间设置亲水平台与卡座，达到动静兼宜的花园体验。
03. Orchids in the Emerald Valley
It transforms the enclosed courtyard of the lower-level clubhouse into an Eastern natural garden that appears heaven-made, though crafted by human hands. Resembling a secluded valley with an emerald pool, it features a harmonious scene of a petite bridge over flowing water, layered rocks, and a cascading waterfall, forming a natural painting. This garden serves as a captivating vista for the surrounding indoor spaces while also inviting exploration via thoughtfully placed pathways. Integrated with the surrounding corridors and indoor functional areas, we’ve incorporated waterfront decks and cozy seating to offer a garden experience that balances tranquility with social engagement.
以中心玉带桥为核心景观，围园因循就势布置闻玉亭、飞瀑阁、映月台、探幽台，各个景点互为借景相映成趣。
Centered around the Jade Belt Bridge, the garden’s layout follows the terrain, strategically placing the Wen Yu Pavilion, Fei Pu Pavilion, Ying Yue Terrace, and Tan You Terrace. Each scenic spot borrows views from the others, creating a delightful interplay of sights.

▽别有洞天：穿过府门、踏入幽谷，忽闻谷中溪水潺潺，树叶沙沙，怪石嶙峋，草木丰盛
玉带桥丨“杨柳依依玉带河，搔首弄姿赛秦淮。”（叶调元《汉口竹枝词》1839 年）忆往昔玉带河是汉口最具代表性的文化符号之一，岁月流转玉带河虽早已干涸消逝，却依旧承载着汉口从传统市镇迈向近现代都市的历史印记，如今我们用一座玉带桥来呼应过往，桥身灵感来源于汝窑青瓷，采用奢石只此青绿，远看细腻如绸，温润如玉，重现昔日玉带河畔的风雅气韵。
Jade Belt Bridge | “By the Jade Belt River, willows sway so fine, preening like the maidens of Qinhuai, a sight divine.” (From Ye Diaoyuan’s “Hankou Bamboo Branch Song,” 1839). Recalling the past, the Jade Belt River was one of Hankou’s most iconic cultural symbols. Though time has long since dried its waters, it remains an imprint of Hankou’s historical transformation from a traditional market town to a modern metropolis. Today, we use this Jade Belt Bridge to echo that past. The bridge’s form is inspired by the celadon of the Ru kiln, constructed with the precious stone “Only This Verdant.” From afar, its texture appears as delicate as silk, as warm and smooth as jade, reviving the elegant charm of the historic Jade Belt River.

闻玉亭丨作为庭院最佳观景点设置卡座探水而坐。前景小桥流水与远处山石叠瀑共同构成一幅意境深远的山水画卷，在此闲谈阅读闻水韵，尽享园幽花芳。
Wen Yu Pavilion | Positioned as the garden’s prime viewing spot, seating extends gracefully over the water. The foreground scene of the petite bridge and flowing water, together with the distant rockery and cascading waterfall, composes a profound landscape painting. Here, one can chat, read, and listen to the melody of the water, fully immersing in the garden’s floral fragrance and tranquil beauty.

飞瀑阁丨此处是中央车站进入庭院的第一印象，利用建筑围廊的层高落差打造飞瀑景观，结合瀑下叠石又成为整个庭院的背景，具有多面观赏效果。
Fei Pu Pavilion | This space forms the first impression upon entering the courtyard from the central station. Utilizing the height difference created by the architectural corridor, we’ve crafted a waterfall feature. Combined with the layered rocks beneath the cascade, it becomes a stunning backdrop for the entire courtyard, offering captivating views from multiple perspectives.
映月台丨景观与室内的高度融合，咖啡吧外的亲水平台将山水的仙气与咖啡的香气很好的交融在一起。
Ying Yue Terrace | A seamless integration of landscape and interior. The waterfront deck outside the coffee lounge beautifully blends the ethereal quality of the mountains and waters with the inviting aroma of coffee.

探幽台丨私宴厅外的一方小天地即是藏于这山水中的一隅，此处视野半掩、幽静安宁。
Tan You Terrace | This small enclave outside the private dining hall is a hidden corner nestled within the landscape. The view here is partially screened, offering a sense of secluded serenity.

From Inside Out | Each interior space offers a customized view of the courtyard. Framed by windows, these views unfold like exquisitely painted scrolls.

叠山理水，树影流光，幽谷的静被水声调匀，描绘着四季的景色。
04. The Colors of the Landscape
With artfully piled rocks and managed waterways, with dappled light and shifting shadows, the valley’s profound silence is gently stirred by the sound of water, together painting the vivid scenes of the four seasons.
