域道设计：生活的答案是什么？檐下藏闲，烟火日常，安放三餐四季的温柔，溪谷上闲话小坐，揽尽溪谷清风与人间暖意。

佛山金茂晓棠坐落于三龙湾核心板块，设计聚焦现代人的生活场景，真正做到回归生活本质。

WEDO Landscape: What is the answer to life? Behind the eaves lies leisure, the daily hustle and bustle, the tenderness that accommodates three meals and four seasons. On the banks of the valley, we chat idly and sit down, absorbing the refreshing breeze of the valley and the warmth of the world.

Foshan Jinmao Xiaotang is located in the core area of Sanlong Bay. The design focuses on modern people’s living scenarios, truly returning to the essence of life.

▽设计让场景回归生活本质

▽浅溪环舍，谷藏清风，溪上摇影

入口的“大树”为入口的精神符号，经过多轮推敲，设计认为没有什么树形结构比一颗真实的生长大树更打动人，大树傲然伫立门前，树宅相守，枝叶繁茂四季常青，自成一方自然盛境，以一树定门户气场，以浓荫敬归家日常。

The “big tree” at the entrance serves as the spiritual symbol of the entrance. After multiple rounds of deliberation, the design team believes that no tree shape structure can be more touching than a real, growing tree. The big tree stands proudly in front of the door, guarding the residence. Its branches and leaves are lush and evergreen throughout the four seasons, forming a natural and magnificent scene all its own. It determines the entrance’s aura with one tree and greets the daily life of returning home with thick shade.

01 溪上庭院Courtyard on the Riverbank

引溪入院，把溪谷的清涧搬进庭院

以溪上打造中心庭院，同时将日常休闲、亲子嬉闹、静享独处、邻里欢聚等多元生活需求融于一园，把烟火日常与诗意栖居完美相融，打造全龄段可游、可赏、可居、可聚的社区中央生活溪上庭院。

Channel the stream into the courtyard and bring the clear water from the valley into the garden.

A central courtyard is created on the riverbank, integrating various life needs such as daily leisure, parent-child play, quiet solitude, and neighborhood gatherings into one garden. This seamlessly combines the mundane daily life with the poetic lifestyle, creating a community central living courtyard that is suitable for all ages to explore, appreciate, live in, and gather.

以溪为脉以庭为界

于庭院一隅，静设茶舍，曲水绕庭，嘉木遮檐，檐下藏茶室，盏里煮茶事，庭藏悠然心，品茗岭南。

Following the stream as the guideline, setting the courtyard as the boundary.

In a corner of the courtyard, a tea house is quietly set up. The flowing water winds around the courtyard, and fine trees shade the eaves. The tea room is hidden beneath the eaves, and the tea brewing process takes place in the cups. The courtyard holds a peaceful mind, and one sips the tea of the Lingnan region.

溪流穿庭

契合檐下主题，择静谧一隅筑雅致飞檐茶亭，承袭东方檐下闲居意境，廊檐清幽，通风纳凉。营造闲时约三五知己静坐于此，煮茶闲谈，静听风声叶落的场景感，远离城市喧嚣。晨光里品清茗，暮色中叙家常，在一方檐下空间，安放浮躁心绪，慢享悠然清闲的慢生活时光。

In line with the theme of the eaves, select a quiet corner to build a charming overhanging pavilion for tea drinking. This pavilion inherits the leisurely atmosphere of Eastern eaves. The corridor and eaves are serene, providing ventilation and shade. Create a scene where friends can gather here in leisure, brew tea and chat, quietly listening to the wind and falling leaves. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the morning light, enjoy the fine tea; in the evening, share family stories. In a corner of the eaves space, calm your restless mind and slowly enjoy the leisurely and peaceful time of slow life.

光影错落成诗行

晨光里，长者林下闲步，太极舒袖；午后时，孩童草坪嬉逐，笑闹随风；暮色中，家人围坐闲谈，灯火可亲。岭南的烟火，从不是喧嚣，而是时光缓缓的安宁。

The light and shadow form lines of poetry

In the morning light, the elders stroll leisurely beneath the trees, their sleeves flowing gracefully.
In the afternoon, children play and chase each other on the lawn, their laughter carried by the wind. In the dusk, family members sit together chatting, the lamps giving a warm glow. The hustle and bustle of Lingnan is never noisy; instead, it represents the serene tranquility of time flowing slowly.

叠石映水，童戏浅滩，复刻岭南水乡的灵秀雅致，赤足踏清流，伸手触自然，听流水潺潺似粤曲婉转，看树影婆娑如水墨晕染，一溪一景，皆是岭南风骨。

Stacked stones reflect the water, children play on the shallow bank, recreating the elegance and charm of the Lingnan water town. With bare feet stepping on the clear stream and reaching out to touch nature, one can hear the flowing water like a gentle Cantonese melody. See the tree shadows dancing like ink washes, each stream and scene embodying the spirit of Lingnan.

跨水为虹

以雅致中式廊桥小飞虹串联庭院景致消化高差，轻跨水景之上，线条轻盈灵动，兼具景致美感与通行功能。立于桥上可观庭院四季风光，穿行其间揽尽园内盛景，融江南雅致风韵于现代庭院之中，一步一境，尽显东方诗意格调。

Crossing the water is like a rainbow.

The elegant Chinese-style bridge, Xiaofei Hong, connects the courtyard scenes and mitigates the height difference. It gracefully spans over the water feature, with its lines being light and graceful, combining aesthetic appeal with practicality. Standing on the bridge, one can enjoy the seasonal views of the courtyard. While walking through it, one can capture all the magnificent scenes within the garden. Integrating the elegant style of the Jiangnan region into the modern courtyard, each step reveals a new scene, fully demonstrating the poetic charm of the East.

一湾流水横于眼前，长桥凌空化作天际虹霓，踏足其间，看波光摇曳，听流水潺潺，山水诗意，尽在这一弯虹影里。

Entering this place, I watch the ripples sway, hear the flowing water, and feel the poetic beauty of the mountains and waters, all contained within this arc of rainbow.

繁荫叠翠，晴光渐柔，苔底流清泉。

半庭清风，林影婆娑，野趣天成。

林下空间既是邻里闲谈相聚的社交主场，也是社区趣味活动、休闲文娱的自然舞台。闲暇邻里相聚闲谈，孩童围坐嬉戏，以林间自然为媒，拉近邻里温情，让院落满是温暖烟火气息。

Courtyard with gentle breeze, trees swaying in the breeze, natural charm of the wilderness.

The space beneath the trees serves as both the social hub for neighborhood gatherings and the natural stage for community fun activities and leisure entertainment. During leisure hours, neighbors gather to chat, children play together, using the natural environment as a medium to foster warmth among neighbors, making the courtyard filled with a cozy and lively atmosphere.

一林清风伴作闲

浓荫叠翠，清风入怀，一林清风伴作闲，把日常过成诗意栖居。

One breeze of peace accompanies me in my leisure.

Deep green shade, refreshing breeze, A gentle breeze accompanies me as I lead a leisurely life, turning daily routines into a poetic existence.

斜枝映舍

庭前枝桠斜斜舒展，清浅树影漫映屋舍。远离尘嚣纷扰，守一方小院，看枝叶随风轻晃，偷得浮生半日悠然。

The branches in the courtyard spread out at an angle, casting a clear and shallow shadow that covers the houses. Away from the hustle and bustle of the world, guarding a small courtyard.
Watching the leaves sway gently in the wind, stealing a half-day of leisure in this fleeting life.

藏纳闲趣，日常皆有松弛光景，泉落庭前，时光慢了下来。

The mezzanine floor houses pleasant distractions, and there are always relaxed moments throughout the day. The spring water cascades in front of the courtyard, and time seems to slow down.

以花为序，廊道生香

繁花为引，雅韵随行。缓步穿行，目之所及是灵动花影，鼻间所嗅是淡淡芬芳，寻常廊道，也化作诗意满满的风景长廊。

Ordering by flowers, the corridor fills with fragrance

With blooming flowers as a guide, elegant charm accompanies.Walking slowly, what catches your eye are the lively flower shadows, and what you smell is the faint fragrance. Even the ordinary corridors have transformed into a long corridor filled with poetic scenery.

02檐上清池 The clear pool above the eaves

登高赴闲，于屋顶之上辟一方澄澈池境

檐上诗意庭间闲叙，檐上诗意流转，庭间笑语悠然，抬眼是檐角映着天光树影，落座便与亲友闲话朝夕。

Ascending to the heights for leisure, a clear pool area is created on the rooftop.

Poetic charm above the eaves, leisurely chat in the courtyard.The poetry flows above the eaves, and laughter floats in the courtyard. Looking up, the eaves’ corners reflect the light and tree shadows. Once seated, one can chat with friends about daily life.

拾级而上四方入画

告别檐下，于高台之上极目四方，一园景致、一城风华尽揽怀中，让身心在开阔视野里，尽享悠然与豁达。

Rising step by step, the scenery unfolds before your eyes.

Leaving behind the eaves, looking out over the entire landscape from the high platform, A garden scene and the charm of the city are all embraced within, Letting the body and mind enjoy tranquility and openness in the expansive view.

03.檐下烟火 The smoke and fire under the eaves

骑楼檐影，烟火漫巷，岭南寻常

檐下烟火商业街又称为“壹里繁华”，商业街重新思考价值取向，设计回归生活本真，聚焦归家生活场景，空间上以岭南骑楼的灰空间精髓打破传统底商的刻板边界，以“檐下烟火・生活归处”为核心，构建 “建筑檐下 – 自然 – 人” 共生的设计逻辑，以岭南檐下的生活气息，链接现代人居生活与城市烟火，以 “烟火 + 自然 + 人文” 的三重价值，重构社区商业的价值维度。

Overhanging eaves, the glow of fireworks along the streets, the ordinary scenes of Lingnan.

The “Yanxiaowen Huanying” commercial street is also known as “Yi Li Huaofang”. The commercial street has rethought its value orientation, returned to the essence of life, focused on the scene of returning home, and in terms of space, it breaks the rigid boundaries of traditional ground-floor stores by integrating the essence of the grey space of the Lingnan arcade. With “Yanxiaowen Huanying – The Place of Homecoming Life” as the core, it constructs a design logic of “Building under the檐 – Nature – People” for coexistence. By infusing the life atmosphere of the Lingnan檐 into it， it links modern human living with urban烟火， and reconfigures the value dimension of community commerce with the triple values of “Huanying + Nature + Culture”.

飞檐错落，圈起一方专属的烟火天地，灯盏映着家人的笑语，廊下的藤椅上，是被拉长的闲时光。在这里，檐下不仅是遮风挡雨的地方，更是安放三餐四季、收藏人间暖意的温柔角落

The eaves are scattered haphazardly, enclosing a private world of fireworks and joy. The lamps reflect the laughter of family members. On the rattan chairs in the corridor, there is the elongated leisure time. Here, beneath the eaves is not just a shelter from the elements, but a tender corner where meals and seasons are prepared and the warmth of the world is stored.
