九沐景观：光是世间万物之源，它在空间中穿行，在时间里流动，在每一寸土地上留下思想的刻度。光，是自然的馈赠，也是建筑的灵魂。
JMD：It is the source of all things in the world, It moves through space and flows through time, Leaving the marks of thoughts on every inch of the land. Light is a gift from nature and also the soul of architecture.
项目落址于浙江台州温岭——中国大陆第一缕曙光首照之地。正是这份独特的地理馈赠，让“光”成为本项目的设计母题。我们将这束“最先抵达的光”凝固于园区景观之中，让每一位到访者都能感受到曙光初照时的希望与仪式感。
The project is located in Wenling, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province – the place where the first ray of dawn in China appeared. This unique geographical gift has made “light” the design theme of this project. We have frozen this “first arriving light” in the park landscape, allowing every visitor to experience the hope and sense of ceremony when the dawn first appears.
我们以“光”为线索，以“影”为笔触，在时间的褶皱里，描绘出一场关于永恒与未来的诗意叙事。寻光未来，合光同行——这不仅是一次设计理念的落位，更是一场人与自然、空间与情绪的深层对话。
We use “light” as the thread and “shadow” as the brushstroke. Within the folds of time, we depict a poetic narrative about eternity and the future. Seeking the Light of the Future, Walking Together with the Light, This is not only the implementation of a design concept, but also a profound dialogue between humans and nature, as well as between space and emotions.
从晨曦初照到落日余晖，光在一天之中不断变幻着姿态。我们提取光的形态，将其流动、折射、折叠的瞬间，抽象演化为景观的语言。线条与波浪交错，是光在空间中的律动；明暗与阴影交织，是光在时间中的刻度。光穿梭于时间、空间、能量、物质之间，成为人类追逐的永恒主题。而我们，将这束光落于大地，折叠进园区的每一处角落。
From the dawn breaking through the horizon to the fading glow of the setting sun, light constantly changes its form throughout the day. We extract the form of light, capturing its moments of flowing, refracting, and folding, and abstractly transform them into the language of the landscape. Lines and waves interweave, representing the rhythm of light in space; lightness and darkness intermingle, serving as the scale of light in time. Light travels between time, space, energy, and matter, becoming the eternal theme that humanity pursues. And we, we place this beam of light on the earth, folding it into every corner of the park.
01 主入口·鎏光礼赞
步入园区，鎏光礼赞是第一重仪式。前场以极具张力和序列感的景墙展开，点景大乔引导视觉线条，高大的乔木在晨光中投下修长的影子，为每一位到访者铺就一条光的引道。金属收边在阳光下折射粼粼波光，拉开入口的仪式感。
Main Entrance · Radiant Commemoration
Entering the park, the “Radiant Tribute” is the first ceremony. The front area begins with a scene wall that is highly tense and has a sense of sequence. The landscape feature trees serve as focal points, guiding the visual lines. The tall trees cast long shadows in the morning light, creating a path of light for each visitor. The metal edging reflects shimmering waves in the sunlight, enhancing the sense of ceremony at the entrance.
粼石翰墨——甄选天然玄武岩切片石材，灵感源自晨曦中海浪拍打礁石的瞬间。每一块石材都经过精心挑选与排版，粗糙的天然切面与精细的金属收口形成对比，光落在石面上，粗粝中透着温润，自然奢华的气质不言而喻。
Lingshi Inkstone – Selecting natural basalt slice stones, the inspiration comes from the moment when the waves of the sea strike the rocks in the morning light. Each stone is carefully selected and arranged. The rough natural surface contrasts with the fine metal edges, and the light falling on the stone reveals the roughness with a hint of smoothness. The natural and luxurious atmosphere is self-evident.
而那一面流光景墙，灵感来源于“光之艺术”作品，突出光与空间的融合。光影交错间，形成丰富的空间层次。光在这里，不只是照亮，它在墙面上雕刻时间，在地面上铺陈未来。
And that side of the light and shadow wall is inspired by the “Art of Light” works, highlighting the integration of light and space. In the interplay of light and shadow, rich spatial layers are formed. Here, light is not just for illumination; it carves out time on the wall and spreads out the future on the ground.
02 商业街广场 · 沐光长宴
沐光长宴，是园区最热闹的心脏地带。前场大尺度铺装引导线条，深浅交错的石材拼接出富有节奏感的图案，强化仪式感与场所归属感。铺装的线条从建筑入口向外辐射，自然地引导人流，也让广场拥有了视觉上的延伸感。这里承载着办公休憩、商业接待、会客洽谈等多种功能，在活力与慢生活之间找到平衡。
Commercial Street Square · Muhuang Grand Banquet
The “Mushuang Changyin” is the most bustling central area of the park.
The front area is paved with large-scale lines, and the interwoven stones create a rhythmic pattern with varying depths, enhancing the sense of ceremony and place identity. The paving lines radiate outward from the entrance of the building, naturally guiding the flow of people and giving the square a visual extension. This area serves multiple functions such as office relaxation, commercial reception, and meeting and negotiation. It strikes a balance between vitality and slow-paced life.
广场中央预留了开阔的弹性空间，可灵活举办产品发布会、展览、小型音乐会等商业活动。平日里，这里则是午间小憩的露天客厅。
In the center of the square, there is a spacious and flexible area reserved for hosting various commercial activities such as markets, exhibitions, and small concerts. On ordinary days, this area serves as an outdoor living room for taking a midday nap.
阳光穿过树冠洒落斑驳光影，人们在此谈笑风生。一杯咖啡，一段对话，阳光正好，时光轻缓。
Sunlight filters through the tree canopy, casting dappled shadows. People are chatting and laughing here.A cup of coffee, a conversation – the sun is shining, time is flowing slowly.
夜幕降临时，广场四周的线性灯带亮起，光从地面向上晕染，树冠被柔和地打亮，白天的活力切换到夜晚的浪漫，商业氛围在光影中延续。
As night fell, the linear light strips around the square came to life, the light spreading upwards from the ground, softly illuminating the tree canopies. The vitality of the day transformed into the romance of the night, and the commercial atmosphere continued to exist in the interplay of light and shadow.
03 休闲咖啡角 ·合光同栖
合光同栖，是一处藏于林间的精神角落。林下景观区造型主体林编织出绿色穹顶，将烈日过滤成温柔光斑。临水休闲区设置洽谈座椅，水面倒映天空，微风拂过，涟漪揉碎树影又缓缓合拢。这里可以安静工作，也可以围坐闲聊，是多重氛围的精神场所。
Lounge Meeting Area · Harmony and Coexistence
Harmony and coexistence is a spiritual corner hidden in the forest.
The main body of the forest landscape area, resembling a green dome, filters the intense sunlight into gentle light spots. The water-side leisure area is equipped with conversation seats. The water surface reflects the sky, and when the breeze blows, the ripples gently break the tree shadows and slowly close. Here, one can work in peace or gather to chat. It is a spiritual place with multiple atmospheres.
定制林下主题家具，融入品牌符号。阳光穿过树冠洒落斑驳光影，在这里谈笑风生。一杯咖啡，一段对话，阳光正好，时光轻缓。
Customize floor-themed furniture and incorporate brand symbols. Sunlight filters through the tree canopy, casting dappled shadows. Here, people chat and laugh merrily. A cup of coffee, a conversation – the sunlight is just right, and time flows slowly.
这里是多重氛围的精神场所——斜阳西下，光影在水面上轻轻摇曳，人与人之间的对话，也变得柔软起来。
This is a spiritual place with multiple atmospheres – As the sun sets in the west, the light and shadow gently sway on the water surface, and the conversations between people also become softer.
04 次入口后场区 ·逐影森林
逐影森林，是园区的另一重归家仪式。次入口满足人行与车行，景石、景墙与特选树种共同打造仪式感归家体验。林下空间延续简洁线条，艺术纯林静静生长。低位照明从灌木中向上晕染，温柔勾勒出林间边界。
Secondary entrance back area · Shadow Forest
The Shadow Forest is another form of homecoming ritual within the park.
The secondary entrance is designed for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The landscape stones, landscape walls, and specially selected tree species jointly create a sense of ritualistic homecoming experience. The space beneath the trees maintains simple lines, and the artistic pure forest quietly grows. The low-level lighting diffuses upwards through the shrubs, gently outlining the boundaries of the forest.
光线从树梢间穿透而下，落在石上、墙上、路上，形成神秘而静谧的林光。
The light filtered through the branches of the trees and fell upon the stones, the walls, and the road, creating a mysterious and serene forest light.
每一步，都是光影的追逐；每一次归家，都是一场与光的重逢。
At every step, it is the chase of light and shadow; each time returning home, it is a reunion with light.
05 屋顶花园 · 流光云庭
向上而行，抵达园区的最高处——流光云庭。一座隐匿于空中的屋顶花园，以曲面景墙为笔，在天地之间勾勒出流动的边界。墙体如光波般柔软起伏，既分隔出独立静谧的洽谈休憩空间，又让视线与风自由穿行。
Roof Garden
Move upwards and you will reach the highest point of the park – Liuguang Yingtong.
This rooftop garden, hidden in the air, is depicted with curved landscape walls. It draws fluid boundaries between heaven and earth. The walls undulate like light waves, not only creating separate and quiet meeting and relaxation areas, but also allowing the view and the wind to freely pass through.
这里是为远眺与沉思而生的场所，曲面恰到好处地遮挡喧嚣，只留下天空、绿意与光影对话。绿意与曲面交织，模糊了建筑与自然的边界。
This is a place designed for distant viewing and contemplation. The curved surface effectively blocks the noise, leaving only the sky, greenery and the dialogue between light and shadow. The greenery blends with the curved surface, blurring the boundary between the building and nature.
栖光云境，不只是功能空间，更是一处精神的瞭望台。站在这里，俯瞰整个园区的光之脉络，从晨曦海浪到活力骄阳，从浪漫斜阳到神秘林光，最终，在云端之上，与光共栖。
The Shiqiang Cloud Realm is not merely a functional space; it is also a spiritual lookout point.
Standing here, one can overlook the light patterns throughout the entire park, from the morning sea waves to the vibrant sunshine, from the romantic setting sun to the mysterious forest light. Eventually, on the cloud, one can coexist with the light.
