壹安设计：中国的快速发展进程中，我们的很多街道社区，邻里公园逐渐的被高楼大厦所占据，作为城市景观设计者及运营开发商，这一次我们将真正的把城市绿地空间还给我们的本地居民和孩子，让他们拥有一个完全开放的，更童趣的，更专业的儿童自然学堂。 我们能体会到城市更新其实本质是生活在其中的人生活方式的“更新”，因此，它是关于每个独特个人对这个城市的记忆，是为了让每个个体的生活、工作变得更加温情。
这是一块简单而最朴素的城市街角公园，有一条不算很清洁的溪水，有小湿地，有大榕树，整体显得些许破旧，但是每到傍晚和周末，周边的居民依然会带着小朋友，大大小小的伙伴们成群结队的在这些嘻戏，玩耍，聊天，攀爬。
INLab：During the rapid development of China, many of our street communities and neighborhood parks are gradually occupied by high-rise buildings. As urban landscape designers and developers, we will truly return urban green space to our local residents and children this time,we will make them have a open, funny,professional children’s natural school.
We can understand that the essence of urban renewal is the “renewal” of the lifestyle of the people living in it. Therefore, it is about the memory of each unique individual for this city, to make each individual’s life and work more tender.
This is a simple urban street corner park. There is a stream which is not very clean, there are small wetlands and big banyan trees. The whole thing looks shabby a little bit, but every evening and weekend, the surrounding residents still come with children and neighbors, they will play, chat, and climb here.

我们希望还给我们的小朋友们一个原生态的自然环境，弥补他们在城市生活中的缺失，保留他们对自然的记忆。在业主单位东原地产的大力支持下，最终我们选择了对周边社区功能有补充的、保证生态修复和担负社会责任的城市更新方向，尽量让建筑消失，让参与本项目的各家企业和设计师一起扛下了这个项目的社会责任。在共享模式下，让废弃的街角公园蝶变城市会客厅。
We hope to give our children a primitive natural environment, in order to make up for their lack of urban life and retain their memory of nature. With the strong support of Dongyuan Real Estate, we finally chose a city renewal direction that completes the functions of the surrounding communities and keep the ecological restoration and social responsibility.In the sharing mode, let the abandoned corner corner park become a city living room.
融入自然教育营地的大自然学堂 A school of nature infused with an educational camp of nature
大自然是我们最好的老师，在自然的课堂里学习，与植物相依，与动物相伴，回归自然。植物课堂，多样的生态体验与户外科普，寓教于乐。通过标识牌对应的植物，可引导小朋友们学习，还可以通过扫二维码，对应相应的植物。
Nature is our best teacher. Learn in nature’s classrooms. Stay with the plants, animals, return to nature.Teaching Botanical, diverse ecological and outdoor science . By identifying the plants on the sign, children can be guided to learn,They could know the corresponding plant by scanning the QR code.
当自然遇见童年的记忆，是学习、是玩耍、亦或是在这里发呆，这一刻由你决定。让企业的研发职能担负更多的社会责任感和使命感，为我们的城市更新提供了更多的可能性和创造性。池塘乐园围绕场地池塘、大榕树开展，由四个主题施教娱乐一体的社区自然课堂组成。
It’s up to you when nature meets childhood memories, whether it’s learning, playing, or being in a daze here.Let the R & D function of the enterprise bear more sense of social responsibility and mission, and provide more possibilities and creativity for our urban renewal.The pond paradise is built around the site pond and big banyan trees. It is composed of four themed nature teaching and entertainment communities.

同时东原地产将耗费多年的研发成果“童梦童享”主题乐园，这个研发了多年的强大IP奉献给我们的普通市民，从传统的住宅小区内搬到了小区外，搬到了城市公共空间里，让企业的研发职能担负更多的社会责任感和使命感。为我们的城市更新提供了更多的可能性和创造性。
当白马化作一个欢乐的天使，那是给孩子们最珍贵的礼物，也是给这个城市未来的欢乐。
At the same time, Dongyuan Real Estate spent a research and development achievements in it which is called “Dongmengtongxiang” theme park. This strong IP, which has been developed for many years, is dedicated to our ordinary citizens. It has been moved from the traditional residential area to the outside and to the urban public space Let the R & D function of the enterprise bear more sense of social responsibility and mission. Provides more possibilities and creativity for our urban renewal.
