里表都会：以市隐奢居为核心，将自然肌理与艺术形态深度融合，打造具有穿透性的空间体验，营造松弛奢雅的度假秘境。萃取世界极奢酒店对高端度假的经典诠释，以传统造景智慧为根，探索现代奢华度假的新表达。

UMS: Centered on the concept of an “urban sanctuary,” the design deeply integrates natural textures with artistic forms to create a spatial experience that transcends boundaries, fostering a relaxed yet elegant holiday retreat. Drawing upon the classic interpretations of high-end leisure found in the world’s most luxurious hotels—and rooted in the wisdom of traditional landscape design—it explores a new expression of modern luxury vacations.

规划四大主题无界院落式花园，以洄游动线串联四岛院落，借助自然空间穿透的设计手法，让绿植、水体等自然元素在不同功能空间中相互渗透、无界互通，打破院落独立割裂的传统格局。于细节处彰显艺术质感，自然意趣穿透穿透每一处度假场景，在城芯为居者带来从探索到惊喜的松弛度假体验，重新定义都市核心区的奢隐生活范式。

The design features four themed, seamless courtyard gardens, linked by a fluid circulation path that connects the four distinct courtyard zones. Through a design approach that emphasizes spatial permeability, natural elements—such as greenery and water features—interweave across various functional areas, breaking the traditional mold of isolated, fragmented courtyards. Artistic sophistication is evident in every detail, while the essence of nature permeates every aspect of the resort-style setting. This creates a relaxing, delightful experience for residents in the heart of the city—ranging from exploration to pleasant surprise—and redefines the paradigm of secluded luxury living within the urban core.

莲华浮影

主入口以极简美学构筑 “入境见仪” 的奢雅场域，将荷塘夜色主题融入环岛圆形水景，双层弧形石材水钵温润舒展，静水面勾勒静谧度假意境。地面铺陈专属特色花纹石材，纹理呼应荷塘涟漪，从高空至近景形成强烈的视觉印象。

The main entrance establishes a space of understated luxury through minimalist aesthetics, integrating the theme of a moonlit lotus pond into a circular water feature; a tiered, curved stone water basin exudes a gentle, graceful presence, while the still water surface evokes a serene, resort-like atmosphere. The ground is paved with stone featuring bespoke patterns that echo the ripples of a lotus pond, creating a striking visual impact whether viewed from above or up close.

▽将荷塘夜色主题融入环岛圆形水景的入口空间

入口两侧立起双弧面荷花纹样液态金属景墙，深浅肌理勾勒舒展荷瓣，搭配自然绿植柔化硬质边界。立面肌理、水景曲线与艺术景墙相互呼应，将东方荷塘意境融于现代极简奢雅形制，在繁华之中邂逅一方清幽隐奢的艺术秘境。

Flanking the entrance are twin curved feature walls crafted from liquid metal and adorned with lotus motifs; contrasting textures delineate the graceful spread of lotus petals, while natural greenery softens the architectural lines. The interplay of facade textures, curvilinear water features, and artistic walls fuses the poetic essence of an Eastern lotus pond with a modern, minimalist, and luxurious design, offering a tranquil, secluded, and artistic sanctuary amidst the bustling city.

▽极具质感与肌理的金属景墙

远尘光廊

以流畅弧线塑造连廊形态，赋予空间灵动的韵律感。让居者每次归家都如步入艺术殿堂，实现“居所即艺术藏品” 的高阶定位。廊道两侧甄选弯杆乌桕分列而立，舒展枝桠层层漏下柔和天光，葱郁绿意包裹整条通廊。尽头墙面铺展荷花纹样液态金属景墙，鎏金荷瓣纹理随光线流转，将荷塘意象延伸进狭长空间。

Fluid, sweeping curves define the form of the corridor, imbuing the space with a dynamic rhythm. Residents feel as though they are entering a gallery of fine art upon returning home, elevating the residence itself to the status of a curated masterpiece. Lined on both sides by carefully selected curved Chinese tallow trees, the walkway is enveloped in lush greenery; their spreading branches filter soft natural light, creating a dappled effect. At the far end, a feature wall finished in liquid metal—adorned with a lotus motif—captures the shifting light across its gilded petals, extending the imagery of a lotus pond into the elongated space.

▽归家连廊

黑色整面水幕墙搭配线性跌水潺潺流淌，水雾漫溢时，树木、水景与艺术墙面虚实相融。借自然穿透式造景手法，打造移步换景的沉浸式过渡廊道，完成从喧嚣城市到静谧度假居所的心境转换。

A full-scale black water curtain, accompanied by the gentle, cascading flow of linear water features, creates a mist-filled atmosphere where trees, water, and the artistic wall blend seamlessly between reality and abstraction. Through a landscape design that emphasizes natural transparency and ever-changing vistas, the corridor serves as an immersive transitional space, facilitating a mental shift from the bustling city to the tranquility of a resort-style home.

清辉水院

场地借光影与水景、臻选乌桕，艺术连廊的互动，营造出以隐奢自然主义为内核的景观秘境，重新定义景观即生活方式的高端人居逻辑。整体布局采用极简几何构图，以线性水系为脉络串联空间，结合错落的乔木种植岛，形成层次分明的视觉节奏，打造出内外场域无缝渗透的奢居秘境，让建筑、景观、自然在空间中完成诗意对话。

By harmonizing light, shadow, and water features with carefully selected Chinese tallow trees and interactive art corridors, the site creates a secluded, naturalistic sanctuary of understated luxury—redefining the concept of high-end living where the landscape itself embodies a lifestyle. The overall layout employs a minimalist geometric composition, using linear water channels to weave spaces together and integrating staggered tree-planting islands to establish a rhythmic, multi-layered visual experience. This design fosters a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor realms, creating a luxurious retreat where architecture, landscape, and nature engage in a poetic dialogue.

▽静谧诗意的水院空间

线性汀步板以简洁的几何形态铺陈于水面，引导居者从入口逐步走向流水火塘，每一步都在水面上形成轻盈的倒影，让“归家｜游园”成为一场踏水寻境的沉浸式旅程，在动静之间勾勒出空间的韵律感。

Linear stepping stones, arranged in a minimalist geometric pattern across the water’s surface, guide residents from the entrance toward the water-feature fire pit. Each step casts a delicate reflection upon the water, transforming the act of returning home and strolling through the garden into an immersive journey of discovery—one that traces a rhythmic spatial harmony amidst the interplay of motion and stillness.

休憩庭院中央嵌入式壁炉暖意融融，柔和落地灯晕染温润光影，花砖铺就雅致地面。两侧设置舒展沙发，周边绿植悄然点缀。隔绝外界纷扰，于此闲谈小坐，在烟火暖意与自然静谧之间，私藏一处松弛舒适的院落社交空间。

The central embedded fireplace in the rest courtyard is warm and cozy. The soft floor lamp casts a gentle glow of light and shadow, and the elegant floor is paved with flower tiles. Stretching sofas are set up on both sides, and green plants are quietly dotted around. Isolated from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, chat and sit here. Between the warmth of the fire and the tranquility of nature, privately hide a relaxing and comfortable courtyard social space.

落地全景玻璃打通室内外边界，镜面静水栽植多株弯杆乌桕，树影随波光轻漾。室内柔和软装与窗外自然绿意互为镜像，光影穿透玻璃自由穿梭。静谧水庭弱化建筑割裂感，将度假感引入会客空间，静坐其间，满目树影水光。

Floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass dissolves the boundary between indoors and out, while a mirror-like reflecting pool features several curved Chinese tallow trees, their shadows gently swaying with the rippling water. Soft interior furnishings mirror the natural greenery outside, allowing light and shadow to flow freely through the glass. The tranquil water courtyard softens the sense of architectural separation, infusing the reception area with a resort-like atmosphere; seated there, one is immersed in a vista of dancing tree shadows and shimmering water.

云影悠境

在以静奢度假式沙生生态为核心理念的洽谈区出口，打造出融合沙生植物群落及艺术台阶景墙的云影悠境，精选仙人掌、仙人球、龙舌兰等特色沙生植物，通过高低错落、形态各异的搭配，复刻沙漠绿洲的野性生机，为都市人居注入沙漠度假风情与高端静奢美学的双重体验，让居者无需远游，就能在都市中拥有把度假过成日常的高阶生活体验。

At the exit of the consultation area—designed around the core concept of a “quiet luxury” resort-style xerophytic landscape—lies the “Cloud-Shadow Serenity” zone. This space harmoniously blends xerophytic plant communities with artistic stepped feature walls. Carefully selected species such as cacti, globose cacti, and agaves are arranged in a staggered, diverse composition to recreate the untamed vitality of a desert oasis. This design infuses urban living with the dual allure of desert resort vibes and high-end, understated luxury, allowing residents to enjoy an elevated lifestyle where a vacation-like atmosphere becomes part of their everyday reality—all without ever leaving the city.

以虹夕诺雅式层台叠级为灵感内核，将地形利用、自然共生、空间叙事的设计哲学融入景观营造，打造出一处师法自然又超越自然的层台叠级秘境，为空间注入野奢度假与艺术美学的双重基因。顺应场地高差打造多层级台地景观，每一层台地既独立成景，又通过阶梯、坡道形成视觉与动线的串联。

Drawing inspiration from the tiered terrace design characteristic of Hoshinoya, the landscape integrates philosophies of terrain utilization, symbiosis with nature, and spatial storytelling. The result is a secluded, tiered sanctuary that both emulates and transcends the natural landscape, infusing the space with a dual identity of “wild luxury” and artistic aesthetics. Multi-level terraces have been crafted to harmonize with the site’s elevation changes; while each tier offers a distinct vista, they are seamlessly interconnected—both visually and in terms of circulation—by a network of stairways and ramps.

定位都市核心的私属奢享社交，设计融合仿铜金属板的质感、卡座的舒适、火塘的温度与艺术灯的氛围，打造出一处可社交、可私享、可打卡的景观奢域，重新定义高端人居的社交生活方式。圆形火塘以火焰的动态美学成为空间视觉中心，火焰的暖意与光芒消解了都市的冰冷感，让社交场景充满围炉夜话的松弛氛围，成为朋友相聚、家庭互动时的情绪催化剂。

Positioned as an exclusive, luxurious social sanctuary in the urban core, the design blends the texture of faux-copper metal panels, the comfort of booth seating, the warmth of a fire pit, and the atmospheric glow of artistic lighting. It creates a scenic, high-end enclave—perfect for socializing, private relaxation, and Instagram-worthy moments—that redefines the social lifestyle of premium urban living. A circular fire pit serves as the visual focal point, its dynamic flames and radiant warmth dispelling the city’s chill; the setting fosters a relaxed, intimate atmosphere reminiscent of fireside conversations, acting as a catalyst for emotional connection during gatherings with friends and family.

以柳杉作为空间的竖向骨架，其挺拔的树形为艺术光亭提供了天然的背景，增强空间的纵深感与仪式感，在静奢水岛度假花园中打造出一处光影与水纹共舞的艺术秘境。夜晚，灯光透过亭体在水面与地面投射出富有艺术感的光影，宛如夜之精灵点亮整个水岛花园，为居者营造出度假酒店式的浪漫氛围。

Utilizing Japanese cedar trees as the vertical framework of the space, their stately forms provide a natural backdrop for the artistic light pavilion, enhancing the sense of depth and ceremony. Together, they create an artistic sanctuary within the “Quiet Luxury” water-island garden, where light, shadow, and water ripples dance in harmony. At night, light filtering through the pavilion casts artistic patterns onto the water and ground—resembling night sprites illuminating the garden—and creates a romantic, resort-style atmosphere for residents.

城市的喧嚣止于一方荷塘秘境，龙湖江上云启以水、木、光影铺展东方隐奢意境。四大无界院落消解内外边界，草木流水漫过每一处角落，不必远行，便拥一方松弛天地。于此安放日常，在城市繁华与山林静谧间寻得平衡，重新定义都市人居的隐奢诗意，让每一次归家，都是奔赴一场私属度假。

The city’s clamor fades away at the threshold of a secluded lotus pond, where the project unfolds an atmosphere of understated Oriental luxury through the interplay of water, timber, and light. Four seamless courtyards dissolve the boundaries between indoors and out, allowing greenery and flowing water to permeate every corner; here, one finds a sanctuary of relaxation without the need to travel far. It is a place to anchor one’s daily life and strike a balance between urban vibrancy and the tranquility of nature—redefining the poetic essence of secluded luxury living, where every homecoming feels like a private getaway.
