普邦设计：本案位于番禺万博中心商贸区内，广场周边以商业用地为主，位于广州都市的半小时生活圈内，并拟发展成为华南版块第四大商圈。

四海城隶属于四海一家，企业赋予了船木文化新的生命力。注重文化的延续与传承，这是四海城与传统商业广场最大不同点之一，设计融入了船木文化等传统元素，诉说时光记忆。

Pubang Design: This case is located within the business district of Panyu Wanbo Center, with commercial land surrounding the square as the main feature. Situated within the half-hour living circle of Guangzhou’s urban area, it is poised to develop into the fourth largest commercial district in South China.

Sihai City, belonging to Sihai Group, breathes new vitality into the ship-wood culture. Emphasizing the continuation and inheritance of culture is one of the biggest differences between Sihai City and traditional commercial squares. The design incorporates traditional elements such as ship-wood culture to narrate the memories of time.

商业广场如何打破传统，实现广场的最大开放性？景观分为东广场与西广场，均采用下沉开放式空间设计，东广场的半山地貌更具有可塑性，打造退台式的“空中花园”，让每一层都能最大程度释放室外空间。

How can a commercial square break through tradition and achieve maximum openness? The landscape is divided into East Square and West Square, both adopting sunken open-space design. The semi-mountainous terrain of the East Square is more flexible, creating a tiered “sky garden” to maximize outdoor space on each level.

设计初期，我们将景观空间进行了较为丰富的设计，力求展现多彩的项目特色。但这个时候我们意识到，项目场地是否缺少自我发展空间，是否无法提供足够场地给予商业活动？最终，我们决定化繁为简，从场地实际出发，让商业用地最大程度发挥自我价值。

During the initial design phase, we enriched the landscape space with diverse design, aiming to showcase colorful project features. However, we realized at this point whether the project site lacks self-development space and whether it cannot provide sufficient space for commercial activities. Ultimately, we decided to simplify things and start from the actual site, allowing commercial land to maximize its own value.

四海城建筑以柔软曲线为主，让空间柔美且具有韵律感。在景观方面，旱喷、树池等设计采用曲线造型，打造景观与建筑和谐之美。

Sihai City’s architecture is dominated by soft curves, making the space graceful and rhythmic. In terms of landscaping, designs such as dry spray and tree pits adopt curved shapes, creating harmony between landscape and architecture.

四海马术的驻进，满满乐趣，策马而行，微风轻轻拍打着你的脸庞，共享亲子时光。

The arrival of Sihai Equestrian brings boundless joy, riding horses, feeling the gentle breeze on your face, and sharing parent-child time.

退台式的建筑为景观提供了良好的视觉错落感，通过扶梯层层进入“地下秘境”。

The tiered architecture provides the landscape with a good sense of visual hierarchy, entering the “underground paradise” through escalators layer by layer.

我们延续了船木文化，亦保留当地出土的红米石，将传统材料进行现代艺术加工，旧貌换新颜，百年沉淀的深邃精神影响着场地。

We continue the ship-wood culture while preserving the locally excavated red sandstone, modernizing traditional materials through artistic processing, giving a new look to old appearances, and the profound spiritual influence of centuries of sedimentation on the site.

于此，广场种植了许多棕榈、木棉、凤凰木等绿植，阳光被绿叶过滤，在人们身上变成摇曳的光晕，忘却钢筋水泥的烦恼，享受大自然的馈赠。

Here, the square is planted with many palm trees, kapok trees, phoenix trees, and other green plants. The sunlight filters through the green leaves, turning into flickering halos on people’s bodies, forgetting the troubles of steel and cement, and enjoying the gifts of nature.

位于东广场南部，有一处山顶花园，自然之灵。打造唯美花镜，芬芳馥郁，沁人心脾。

Located in the southern part of the East Square, there is a hilltop garden, a spirit of nature. Creating beautiful flower mirrors, fragrant and refreshing, soothing the soul.

夜未央，灯火从沉睡中醒来，为城市穿上了璀璨新衣。华灯初上，人们纷至沓来，广场上精灵初现，为来往的人们送上美梦祝愿……

As the night falls, the lights awaken from their slumber, adorning the city with a dazzling new look. As the lights come on, people flock to the square, elves appear, and they send wishes of sweet dreams to passersby.

我们秉持着化繁为简的理念，设计服务于商业活动，为商业外摆提供了充足场地，强化对消费者的吸引力，让人们想到四海城，爱上四海城。

We adhere to the concept of simplifying complexity in design, serving commercial activities, providing ample space for outdoor commercial activities, strengthening attraction to consumers, making people think of and fall in love with Sihai City.

与品牌联名举办潮流文化活动，齐聚人气，提升四海城影响力与知名度。

从2014年项目启动以来，从设计稿的数次改稿到最终定稿，历经8年的风风雨雨，至此，于2021年终于全面建设完成，60600㎡的四海城已被赋予新的生命。在此，感谢所有参与人员对项目的支持与付出。

Hosting trendy cultural events in collaboration with brands, gathering popularity, and enhancing the influence and popularity of Sihai City.

Since the project started in 2014, from several revisions of the design to the final version, after 8 years of ups and downs, it was finally completed in 2021. Sihai City, covering an area of 60600 square meters, has been given new life. Here, we would like to express our gratitude to all those who have supported and contributed to the project.
