GM LANDSCAPE: Jimei Village is steeped in a century-old scholarly heritage, with the sea breeze carrying a rich cultural legacy; the project embodies this spirit by blending the cultural essence of the mountains and the sea into its landscape design. Situated at Xinglin Bay in Jimei, the development enjoys a unique setting that combines waterfront ecology with a strong foundation in culture and education. The area boasts comprehensive amenities, including high-quality schools serving all age groups, excellent medical facilities, and a mature lifestyle infrastructure. An extensive transportation network ensures seamless connectivity across the city, while the region’s robust development momentum promises a bright future.
根植百年集美学村文脉，这片山海沃土素来藏着自然治学的松弛意境，书香伴繁花海风，成长自有温润底色。取《兰亭集序》曲水流觞的千古雅韵，复刻古时文人临山水、叙风雅的闲适光景。以自然为底，融学府底蕴，打造自然系全龄成长社区，于现代都市里铺展雅致花园学府，溯源雅士闲居意境，让日常皆是可赏可游、悠然自得的当代人居雅集。
Rooted in the century-old cultural heritage of the Jimei School Village, this fertile land—where mountains meet the sea—naturally fosters an atmosphere of relaxed, scholarly contemplation. Here, the scent of books mingles with blooming flowers and ocean breezes, creating a nurturing environment for growth. Drawing inspiration from the timeless elegance of the “winding stream and floating wine cups” described in the *Preface to the Orchid Pavilion Collection*, the design recreates the leisurely ambiance of ancient scholars gathering amidst nature to converse with grace. By blending the natural landscape with the profound legacy of academia, the project establishes an all-ages community centered on growth and nature. It unfolds as an elegant, garden-like campus within the modern metropolis, evoking the refined lifestyle of scholars of old and transforming everyday living into a serene, delightful, and sophisticated experience.
曲水雅集
以曲水雅集・自然剧场为设计内核，溯源曲水流觞的文人闲逸，构筑可沉浸式步入的生活场域。以潺潺流水为景观脉络，串联兰亭八雅，融入山林自然景致，铺展可学、可玩、相伴成长的多元场景。书香雅韵结合自然意趣，构建温润完整的家庭教育生态，于城芯造一方当代雅集大宅，让居者日常皆拥山水风雅与温情陪伴。
Centered on the concept of an “elegant gathering by the winding stream” and a “natural theater,” the design draws inspiration from the leisurely pastimes of ancient literati—specifically the tradition of floating wine cups along a meandering stream—to create an immersive living environment. With the gentle flow of water serving as the landscape’s unifying thread, the design weaves together the “Eight Elegances of Lanting” and integrates the natural beauty of the surrounding hills and woods, unfolding a diverse array of spaces for learning, play, and shared growth. By blending literary refinement with the charm of nature, the project fosters a nurturing and holistic ecosystem for family education; situated in the city center, this residence offers a modern-day sanctuary for elegant gatherings, ensuring that daily life is enriched by the grace of the landscape and the warmth of companionship.
凌云门庭
恢弘府门徐徐铺展，波浪肌理石材墙面搭配鎏金线条，挺拔花瓣立柱承托鎏金穹顶，灯柔光漫洒，将东方雅致与现代轻奢相融。椭圆环岛动线舒展大气，门前水景以竹节为形，层层叠落的水台错落有致，细流沿轮廓缓缓垂落，细碎涌泉此起彼伏，漾开清浅水声。
The grand entrance unfolds majestically, featuring stone walls with a rippled texture accented by gilded lines and soaring, petal-shaped columns supporting a gilded dome; soft, diffused lighting harmoniously blends Eastern elegance with modern understated luxury. An expansive, elliptical driveway creates a graceful sense of arrival, while the water feature at the entrance—inspired by the form of bamboo segments—cascades across tiered platforms arranged in a rhythmic, staggered layout; gentle streams trickle down the contours, accompanied by the soft, rising-and-falling murmur of bubbling springs.
金属格栅穿插于弧形米黄石材景墙，石材肌理与柔缓流水相映。松静立于案台，光影随枝叶轻晃。中央雕塑取兰亭曲水之意，流转的弧度似书卷舒展，呼应集美学村书香文脉。水、石、光、艺共生一境，推门即是文人雅集的闲适意趣，于城芯造一处藏纳山海书香的归家门庭。
Metal grilles are interwoven with a curved beige stone feature wall, where the stone’s texture harmonizes with the gentle flow of water. A pine tree stands serenely upon a plinth, its foliage casting shifting patterns of light and shadow. The central sculpture draws inspiration from the “winding stream” motif of the Lanting Pavilion; its fluid curves evoke an unfurling scroll, echoing the scholarly heritage of Jimei School Village. Water, stone, light, and art coalesce to create an atmosphere reminiscent of the leisurely elegance of a literati gathering—an entryway that welcomes one home to a sanctuary in the city center, embodying the spirit of nature and scholarly culture.
叠漪水院
穿过通透大堂，一幅曲水画卷缓缓铺展。水流层叠跌落，细水漫过石边，漾开细碎粼光。水面之上，一座座碧色群岛错落浮于清波，草木鲜润葱郁，似散落于曲溪间的青屿。
Passing through the airy, expansive lobby, a scene reminiscent of a winding stream unfolds before the eye. Cascading waters tumble in tiers, gently spilling over stone edges and sending ripples of shimmering light dancing across the surface. Amidst the clear waters, verdant islets float in a scattered arrangement—lush with fresh, thriving greenery—like emerald isles dotting a winding brook.
层层曲水顺着柔缓曲线铺展，青碧绿岛浮于墨色水面，暖光沿水畔次第铺陈。树影映清波，尽现兰亭曲水的温润诗意。曲水环抱，叠瀑叮咚，一侧垂坠水幕随风轻晃，人居其间，生活便如山间清泉般自在流淌。
A winding waterway unfolds in gentle curves, with lush green islets floating upon the dark, reflective surface and warm light tracing the water’s edge. Tree shadows dance upon the clear ripples, evoking the serene, poetic charm of the legendary Lanting Pavilion’s winding stream. Encircled by the water and the soothing melody of cascading falls—complemented by a curtain of water swaying gently in the breeze—one finds a lifestyle that flows as freely and naturally as a mountain spring.
天光落于水面，树影随波纹轻晃，流水潺潺消解喧嚣，几片素雅高洁的兰花花瓣悠然静卧于水中。以千年流觞之礼，重现魏晋名士枕石漱流的清雅意趣，每次相聚都成为浸润文化与自然的雅集。
Daylight falls upon the water’s surface, and the shadows of trees sway gently with the ripples; the murmuring stream dissolves the clamor of the world, while a few elegant, pristine orchid petals rest serenely in the water. Through the ancient tradition of the “floating wine cup” ceremony, the refined spirit of Wei and Jin scholars—who found solace in resting against stones and rinsing in the flowing waters—is brought to life once more, transforming every gathering into an elegant occasion steeped in both culture and nature.
水中碧屿点缀深浅绿植，亲水平台安放休闲座椅，凭水便可闲坐观溪。 白日树影落满清波，傍晚灯带映亮流水，把文人临溪品茗、闲谈抒怀的闲适，藏进日常全龄休憩空间，于学府园内，复刻古人枕泉听溪的风雅。
An emerald islet amidst the water is adorned with foliage in varying shades of green, while waterside decks feature seating where one can sit back and gaze at the stream. By day, dappled tree shadows dance upon the clear ripples; by evening, illuminated light strips cast a glow over the flowing water. This design captures the leisurely spirit of scholars sipping tea and conversing by the brook—recreating the refined elegance of the ancients who once rested beside springs to listen to the water—within a recreational space for all ages.
溯溪山道
不规则青灰石阶随地形婉转起伏，原生景石错落嵌于步道两侧，复刻山野溪径的自然野趣。清浅溪流沿步道蜿蜒穿行，涌泉点点漾碎波光，满目温润绿意包裹整条步道。
Irregular, blue-grey stone steps wind and undulate with the terrain, while natural landscape stones are interspersed along the path, recreating the rustic charm of a mountain stream trail. A shallow, clear stream meanders alongside the walkway, with bubbling springs creating ripples that catch the light, all set amidst a lush, soothing expanse of greenery that envelops the entire path.
两侧高大乔木枝叶交织成天然林荫，隔绝外界喧嚣，拾级而行时水声伴草木清香萦绕。山道衔接中庭曲水与云上连廊，将兰亭山林隐逸之趣搬进社区，漫步其间，如同踏入山野溪谷，寻得一处可静心漫步、亲近自然的清幽秘境。
Tall trees lining both sides interlace their branches and foliage to form a natural canopy, shutting out the outside world’s clamor; as one ascends the steps, the sound of water mingles with the fresh fragrance of greenery. The mountain path connects the winding waters of the central courtyard with the elevated skywalk, bringing the secluded charm of the Orchid Pavilion’s mountain woodlands into the community. Strolling here feels like wandering through a wild mountain valley—a tranquil, hidden sanctuary where one can commune with nature and find peace of mind.
透光天井藏一方静谧微境，立体肌理石墙铺展柔和光影，几株疏木轻展枝桠。景石静卧厚密苔藓之上，蕨类草木层层叠翠，暖地灯漫出温润柔光。将山野清幽引入地下通道，于方寸绿意间邂逅自然清宁。
A light-filled atrium conceals a tranquil micro-landscape; a stone wall with a three-dimensional texture plays host to soft light and shadow, while a few sparse trees gently unfurl their branches. Landscape stones rest quietly amidst dense moss and layered ferns, bathed in the warm, gentle glow of ground-level lighting. This design brings the serene atmosphere of the wild into the underground passageway, offering an encounter with nature’s peace amidst a pocket of greenery.
云阙泮桥
流云曲线勾勒云阙泮桥，这座飞瀑环拥的礼仪之桥凌空舒展，与通透护栏相映。漫步桥上，俯瞰中庭溪屿盛景。流线型连廊环伺水庭，曲线穹顶与流水轮廓遥相呼应，复刻兰亭曲水流觞的雅致意境。
Sweeping curves trace the form of the ceremonial bridge—flanked by cascading waterfalls, it stretches gracefully through the air, complemented by transparent railings. A stroll across the bridge offers a panoramic view of the stream and islets in the central courtyard. Streamlined walkways encircle the water court, where curved domes echo the contours of the flowing water, evoking the elegant atmosphere of the historic “Orchid Pavilion” gathering and its famous “floating wine cup” tradition.
青筠曲廊
青筠曲廊如流云婉转，起伏柔美的弧形廊架环抱中庭水境，廊侧覆满青翠绿植，与草木相融共生。垂落细水幕帘隔绝尘世喧嚣，弧形卡座静卧清波之畔，坐卧间可听流水潺潺。廊间藏多处林下休憩平台，乔木环绕、层叠花境铺展，移步皆有绿意相伴。鎏金格栅围合一方静谧花园，软质沙发静置葱郁草木间，曲线步道缓缓延伸。于此赴一场闲庭雅集，在绿意环绕里闲谈小坐，静享悠然松弛时光。
A winding corridor meanders like a flowing cloud; its gracefully undulating, arched structure embraces a central water feature, while lush greenery drapes along its sides, harmoniously blending with the surrounding vegetation. A delicate curtain of cascading water screens out the clamor of the outside world, and curved seating nooks rest quietly by the clear water, allowing one to listen to the gentle murmur of the stream. Nestled within the corridor are several resting platforms shaded by trees and framed by layered floral borders, ensuring greenery accompanies every step. A gilded lattice encloses a tranquil garden where soft sofas sit amidst the lush foliage and a curved pathway gently winds forward. Here, one can enjoy an elegant, leisurely gathering—chatting and relaxing amidst the greenery while savoring a moment of serene, unhurried ease.
乐享花街
沿街商铺错落排布，茶饮、轻食、精品小店一字铺陈，暖光橱窗温柔漫溢。花箱层层盛载丰茂绿植，繁花与阔叶绿植相映成趣，户外遮阳座椅静候驻足，治愈小象、牛角包艺术装置点缀街巷，增添灵动童趣。
Shops line the street in a staggered arrangement, featuring tea shops, light-bite eateries, and boutiques, with warm light spilling gently from their display windows. Tiered planters overflow with lush greenery, where vibrant blooms and broad-leafed plants create a delightful contrast; outdoor shaded seating invites passersby to linger, while whimsical art installations—such as a charming elephant and a croissant—add a playful, spirited touch to the streetscape.
乔木沿步道有序栽植，浓荫遮蔽步道，光影随枝叶轻轻摇曳。归家途中可闲坐饮茶、漫步逛店，将市井烟火与自然绿意相融。承集美学村人文底色，于曲水雅园旁，打造兼具烟火温情与雅致诗意的慢行商街，让日常出行皆是松弛悠闲的漫享时光。
Tall trees are planted in orderly fashion along the walkway, casting a canopy of shade where light and shadow dance gently with the swaying foliage. On the way home, one can linger over tea or browse the shops, blending the vibrant pulse of everyday life with the serenity of nature. Drawing upon the cultural heritage of the Jimei Academic Village, this pedestrian-friendly commercial street—situated beside the winding waters and elegant gardens—harmonizes the warmth of daily life with poetic refinement, turning every outing into a relaxed, leisurely experience.
栖于集美半岛文脉沃土，象屿兰亭雅颂将兰亭曲水的千年风雅，揉进当代全龄园境。从归家礼序到街巷烟火，层层水景、葱郁林木铺展四季诗意，在学府之畔，筑一处藏纳自然、雅集与温情的栖居，让每一日，皆如古人闲游山水，自在安然。
Rooted in the rich cultural heritage of the Jimei Peninsula, this project seamlessly blends the timeless elegance of the “Lanting” aesthetic—inspired by winding streams and scholarly gatherings—with a contemporary, multi-generational landscape. From the ceremonial homecoming experience to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood streets, layers of water features and lush greenery unfold a poetic tapestry across the seasons. Situated beside prestigious educational institutions, it creates a sanctuary that embraces nature, refined social connection, and warmth—offering a lifestyle where every day feels as serene and carefree as the leisurely mountain and river excursions of ancient scholars.
