美溪景观：当唐镇的秩序，植入上海的肌理
MAXI Studio：WHEN THE ORDER OF TANGZHEN IS IMPLANTED INTOTHE TEXTURE OF SHANGHAI
一座伟大的城市，拥有其独特的生长脉络；或沿袭历史的轴带铺陈，或依循未来的蓝图伸展……
在上海向东发展的轨迹上，唐镇恰恰位于繁华与生活的承接点，十年墅区产品迎来的新一轮品质回归，而我们面对的命题，是如何在这片充满张力的土地上，为居者构建一处从城市到家的情绪转换之所。
A great city possesses its own unique trajectory of growth; whether unfolding along the axis of history or extending according to the blueprint of the future…
Along Shanghai’s trajectory of eastward expansion; Tangzhen stands precisely at the intersection of bustling city life and residential living; As villa developments enter a new era of quality revival after a decade; and the challenge we face is how to create a space where residents can transition from the city to the comfort of home on this dynamic land.
景观除了“看江”，还能做什么？
答案不是复制江景，而是将江的基因译成空间语言。
Beyond “viewing the river,” what else can landscape architecture achieve?
The answer lies not in replicating the river view, but in translating the river’s essence into the language of space.
全局理念
“引江入园,一场对场地的回应” ——将黄浦江的波浪水纹抽象提炼，转化为景观与建筑的语言。
Overall Concept
“Bringing the River into the Place: A Response to the Site” — Abstracting and refining the ripples and patterns of the Huangpu River, transforming them into the language of landscape and architecture.
01 一进·礼遇：与城市的第一声对话
进入佑仁路，一幅“百米超尺度界面”如长卷般在城市街角从容铺展。以纯粹与克制，将城市的喧嚣与社区的宁静悄然区隔。
Welcome Gateway: The First Dialogue with the City
Upon entering Youren Road, a “100-meter-long, large-scale façade” unfolds gracefully like a long scroll at the city corner, With purity and restraint, it quietly separates the city’s clamor from the community’s tranquility.
一方静水之上，托起一株特选“造型羽毛枫”
枫姿翩然，如躬身礼者。
Above a still body of water, a specially selected “shaped-feather maple” stands
its graceful form resembling a figure bowing in greeting.
02 二进序场： 礼遇水韵的归家序曲
循径深入，一方藏于繁华深处的秘境花园豁然展现。
Entrance Area: A Homecoming Overture Celebrating the Charm of Water
Following the path deeper in, a secret garden hidden within the bustling city suddenly reveals itself.
序场空间也是精心打造的回廊秘境，摇曳的乌桕尽显灵气，整个以为为主的庭院空间，更是难得的自然画卷。优美、典雅、灵动都属于这里。
The entrance area is a meticulously crafted, secluded corridor, where swaying Chinese tallow trees exude a sense of vitality, and the entire courtyard forms a rare natural masterpiece. Grace, elegance, and vitality all belong here.
整个空间以水为引，静谧的水面涵容天光与疏影。徐徐向前，便是归家之路。
Water serves as the guiding thread throughout the space, the tranquil water’s surface reflects the skylights and the sparse shadows of trees, As you move forward gently, the path leads back home.
03 光影水院 ：神性空间的洄游体验
廊中有院，院在廊中。
Water Courtyard of Light & Shadow: A Journey Through a Spiritual Space
A courtyard within a corridor, a corridor within a courtyard.
从社区大堂信步向前，便步入整个住区最具特色的景观主轴——风雨连廊·流光回廊。
Strolling forward from the community lobby, entering the residential area’s most distinctive landscape axis—the Weather-Protected Corridor of Flowing Light.
连廊以包容之姿，将“核心光影水院”轻轻拢入怀中，构筑出“廊中有院，院在廊中”的朦胧格局。
With an embrace of inclusivity, gently cradles the “Central Light-and-Shadow Water Courtyard” in its embrace, creating a dreamlike layout where “the courtyard lies within the corridor, and the corridor lies within the courtyard.”
水院之中，是丛生乌桕的静谧国度。树影与水影相接，模糊了虚实边界，仿佛一处平行于现实的静谧绿洲。
Within the water courtyard, lies a tranquil realm of Chinese tallow trees. The shadows of the trees merge with those of the water, blurring the line between reality and illusion, as if it were a tranquil oasis parallel to reality.
水院一侧，“观景廊架”巍然矗立。顶部由两个不同方向渐变交接的方形构成，寓指“天地方合，四时有序”，规则与变化相生，稳定与流动共存。
On one side of the water courtyard, the viewing pergola stands majestically. The top consists of two squares that gradually merge from opposite directions, symbolizing “the harmony of heaven and earth, and the orderly flow of the four seasons”— where order and change give rise to one another, and stability and flow coexist.
穿过连廊，一方名为 “秘境花园” 的浪漫奇境悠然呈现。
Passing through the corridor, a romantic wonderland called the “Secret Garden” unfolds.
精巧的虹吸装置水景漾开圈圈涟漪，为这片静谧注入一缕灵动的生机。
An ingenious siphon-powered water feature creates ripples that spread out in concentric circles, infusing this tranquil space with a touch of vibrant vitality.
04 宅间空间：功能之上的诗意嬉游
行至洋房宅间，“水上花园”的轻盈之境悠然浮现。至此，静水倒映，虚实交融，简洁而富有诗意。
Spaces Between Residential Buildings: Poetic Play Beyond Function
As you walk among the residential buildings, the ethereal atmosphere of the Water Garden gently unfolds.
Here, waters reflect the surroundings, blending reality and illusion in a simple yet poetic scene.
05 藏在地下的静谧
沿一道柔光与静阶向下，便抵达示范区静谧的收笔——“下沉庭院”。
Tranquility Hidden Beneath the Ground Descend along a path of soft light and quiet steps, will arrive at the serene finale of the demonstration area—the Sunken Courtyard.
清泉自钵内涌出，泠泠作响，成为庭院灵动的声景；绿植沿壁悄然生长，阳光洒落，光斑游移。
A clear spring gushes from the basin, its gentle murmur creating a vibrant soundscape for the courtyard; greenery grows quietly along the walls, bathed in sunlight as patches of light dance across the surface.
06 后场景观：一幅临河生活的风情长卷
自宅间信步穿过，抵达最后的情感高潮——「泊岸咖啡坞」。
Backyard Landscape: A Scenic Scroll of Riverfront Living
Through the residential buildings, will reach the final emotional peak—the Boean Coffee Dock.
精选的油橄榄与娜塔栎舒展着形态与经年的风姿，为空间添上一抹沉稳而浪漫的绿意。
Carefully selected olive trees and Nata oaks spread their branches, displaying their graceful forms and the elegance of age, adding a touch of serene and romantic greenery to the space.
07 细节：看得见的刻度
这里的每一处景观都在讲述同一件事：“生活，应是自然滋养的格调，亦是光华内蕴的雅境。”
这，便是壹江臻邸的景观答案。
Details: Visible Dimensions
Every landscape feature here tells the same story: “Life should be a style nourished by nature, as well as an elegant realm imbued with inner radiance.”
