WTD纬图设计：经过近五年的打磨，纬图与麓湖生态城合作落地的第一个大区项目沚院在今夏终于呈现。沚院五年磨一剑的营造过程，也是与城市共生长的记录，连接着人与湖、生态与城市。一系列景观的设计思考与实践，正如我们对它的期许：开辟一座湖岸上的理想家园。
WTD: After nearly five years of refinement, the first major project, Rhythm Valley, a collaboration between Weitu and Luhu Ecological City, has finally come to fruition this summer. The five-year process of creating this project is also a record of coexistence with the city, connecting people with the lake, ecology with the urban environment. The design thinking and practice of a series of landscapes, as we hope for it: to create an ideal home on the lakeside.

沚院建筑构建了一个外向的商业街及内向的中庭空间，中庭由一大一小两个庭院组合而成。建筑设计以白桦林为灵感，黑白琴键般灵动的音符流动在立面之上，强烈的几何构成赋予了沚院艺术美学格调。然而高层建筑的包裹，使得人犹如置身瓮中感到压抑。建筑锐利的线条也让空间硬朗缺乏柔和感，景观要做的便是消解建筑的包裹压迫，同时软化、调和空间。
Rhythm Valley ‘s architecture features an outward-facing commercial street and an inward-facing central courtyard space, composed of a large and a small courtyard. Inspired by the birch forest, the architecture’s black and white piano-key-like dynamic notes flow on the facade, and the strong geometric composition gives Rhythm Valley an artistic aesthetic style.
However, the wrapping of the high-rise buildings makes people feel confined, as if they are in a container. The sharp lines of the architecture create a rigid and lack of softness in the space. The landscape’s role is to dissolve the oppressive wrapping of the buildings, while softening and harmonizing the space.

在方案推演过程中，我们从最开始起翘的地形、炫酷的构成这种景观强植入的手法逐渐转变为不刻意追求形态和结构，以植物为主角，用“润物细无声”的软介入方式塑造空间。
麓湖成熟多样化的社群文化也是景观思考的关键，如何重塑人与社区的关系，回归公共空间属性，让社区公共区域成为链接公共生活和家之间的枢纽，也是设计的重点。
In the design process, we gradually shifted from the initial landscape-heavy approach with elevated terrain and flashy compositions to a more natural approach that focuses on form and structure, with plants as the main actors, using a “gentle and silent” soft intervention to shape the space.
The rich and diverse community culture of Luxelake also played a key role in landscape design. How to reshape the relationship between people and the community, return to the attributes of public spaces, and make the community’s public areas the hub linking public life and home life is a key focus of the design.

我们从建筑极具表现力的外立面中提取出简约的线条元素，延展到景观细节中。首先是入口设计，通过新增景观构筑物连接起建筑左右底商檐口，生成完整的景观界面，一气呵成的流畅度让景观犹如从建筑中生长出来。纯白色的格栅与云铃景观装置，既保证了内部空间的私密性，也成为了特别的景观。
We extracted simple line elements from the expressive facade of the building and extended them to the landscape details. First is the entrance design, which connects the building’s left and right ground floor eaves with newly added landscape structures, creating a complete landscape interface. The seamless flow makes the landscape appear to grow from the building. The pure white grilles and cloud bell landscape installations ensure the privacy of the interior space while creating a unique landscape.

中庭以一片纯林为题，还原一个边界更开阔，功能更丰富，生活意趣更多，社交属性更强的自然里的“家”。地面铺装灵感依然来源于建筑的“白桦林”立面，不同线条、几何形态的地面结构，由不同材质和色彩铺装而成，既延续了建筑语言，也破解了呆板的消防界面。
The central courtyard is themed as a pure forest, recreating a more spacious, functional, vibrant, and socially connected “home” in nature. The ground paving is still inspired by the birch forest on the building’s facade, with different lines and geometric patterns of ground structures made from different materials and colors, both continuing the architectural language and breaking the monotony of the fire separation interface.

灵动的线条穿梭在林中，和建筑的构成相辅相成，隐藏在植物丛中的地面条石，我们在石头表面模拟随意的、无规则的自然肌理和残缺形态，凿出自然粗糙的纹理，将其镶嵌在碎石与花镜的缝隙之间，犹如天然生长在此。林间的小涌泉模拟自然界泉眼，石块错动模拟出峡谷间的错动。
Dynamic lines weave through the forest, complementing the building’s composition. The ground cobblestones hidden in the plant clusters have simulated random and irregular natural textures and incomplete forms on the stone surfaces, creating a natural rough texture. They are embedded in the gaps between the gravel and flower mirrors, as if they naturally grow there. The small streams in the forest simulate natural springs, and the moving stones simulate the movement in the canyon.

在乔木选择上，乌桕、油橄榄、娜塔栎等树种各自形成纯林。每一株乌桕须高达8-12米，这样的高度才能将建筑底层立面尖角隐匿，其婆娑婀娜的姿态为中庭带来光影摇曳。
In the selection of tall trees, species such as Chinese scholar tree, olive, and chestnut oak form pure forests. Each Chinese scholar tree can reach a height of 8-12 meters, which is necessary to conceal the sharp corners of the building’s ground floor facade.
▽丰富的植物空间营造 Rich plant space creation
到了秋季，乌桕、娜塔栎的叶片变化出深深浅浅的金色和红色，为中庭带来缤纷的秋日风景。
Their graceful posture brings light and shadow to the central courtyard. In autumn, the leaves of the Chinese scholar tree and chestnut oak change to deep golden and red colors, creating a colorful autumn scenery in the central courtyard.

水景模拟林中溪涧，还原自然溪谷的轻松灵动。108块超体量的大小不一的异形石材模块拼接组合而成的溪谷形态，以更具雕塑感的艺术方式塑造，也是对建筑美学线条的回应。每一块石头具有对应编号，它们由不同大小的原石多维立体切割而成，形态尺寸各不相同。
The water feature simulates a stream in the forest, recreating the relaxed and agile atmosphere of a natural creek valley. The stream shape is formed by combining 108 irregularly shaped stone modules of different sizes, sculpted in a more sculptural way and responding to the aesthetic lines of the architecture. Each stone has a corresponding number, and they are cut from different-sized raw stones, resulting in different shapes and sizes.
▽小溪流是孩子们的戏水乐园 The small stream is a playground for children
石头底部被凿平之后分别平放在三级不同标高平台之上，通过Rhino三维方式控制形态，导出六面正投影视图。接着工厂根据透视图加工，再在施工现场拼接。水景既具观赏性，又可互动参与。到了夏天，这里便是孩子们的水上乐园。
After the bottoms of the stones are chiseled flat, they are placed on three different elevation platforms. The shape is controlled in 3D using Rhino software, and then they are processed according to the perspective view in the factory and assembled on-site. The water feature is not only for aesthetics but also for interactive participation. In summer, it becomes a water playground for children.

从功能布局上，中庭内容丰富，包括林下会客厅、邻里花园、趣味水景、户外休闲办公区、五感花园、屋顶植物园等，满足了业主日常生活、工作、社交、亲子、独处、康养等多样化需求。
In terms of functional layout, the central courtyard offers rich content, including a lounge under the trees, a neighborhood garden, a fun water feature, outdoor leisure office areas, a sensory garden, a rooftop garden, etc., meeting a variety of needs for daily life, work, socializing, parenting, solitude, and wellness for homeowners.

最充足光照的中庭核心区域设置了开阔的草坪活动空间，这里也是社群活动最集中的区域。我们利用四周遮阴区域设置了纳凉休憩的廊架，白色廊架飘逸的形态犹如从地上席卷而起，三维曲面形态构成复杂，犹如流动的艺术。
The central core area with the most abundant sunlight is designed as a spacious lawn activity space. This is also the most concentrated area for community activities. Shaded areas are provided around it for cooling and resting. The elegant form of the white shade structures appears to rise from the ground, creating a complex three-dimensional curved surface like flowing art.

廊下的共享坐凳和沙龙区，是邻里社群活动、拉近距离的理想场所。廊架顶部用约500颗星空灯模拟银河，我们根据银河星系分布特点，为每一颗灯编号并以不同大小、疏密程度进行点位确认，最终呈现一次曼妙而奇幻的天河体验。
Under the shade structures, shared benches and lounge areas create ideal spaces for neighborhood community activities and socializing. The top of the shade structures features about 500 starry sky lights simulating the Milky Way. Each light is numbered according to the distribution characteristics of the Milky Way galaxy and placed with different sizes and spacing, resulting in a magical Milky Way experience.

小中庭围合出一片用自然元素唤醒身体五感活力的康养花园，调节使用者的情绪，帮助身体达到更为和谐的状态。如以迷迭香等芳香植物制造自然芬芳，唤醒身体感官；立体化造型和多元化色彩和纹理，从视觉上调节情绪……景观还充分考虑“适老化设计”，从座凳、靠背、扶手、器械等多维度实现适老化人性化设计。
A small central courtyard encloses a health and wellness garden that awakens the five senses with natural elements, regulating users’ emotions and helping the body achieve a more harmonious state. Fragrant plants like rosemary create natural scents, stimulating the senses. Three-dimensional shapes and diverse colors and textures visually regulate emotions. The landscape also considers “age-friendly design,” achieving humanized design in multiple dimensions, including seating, backrests, armrests, and equipment.

我们用景观打开“家”的边界，将建筑4.5-11m挑高、约1500㎡的架空层与近万平方米中庭看作一个完整的生活空间。打破空间界限，从空间连续性与品质感受上，让室内外空间形成一个整体，把家的空间向外延伸500米，用更长的活动半径模糊室外生活边界。恰到好处的空间舒适度和功能组合，催化着各种有趣的活动发生。
We use landscaping to open up the boundaries of “home,” treating the 4.5-11m high, approximately 1500 sqm mezzanine level and the nearly 10,000 sqm central courtyard as a complete living space. Breaking the spatial boundaries, from the continuity and quality of space perception, we integrate indoor and outdoor spaces into a whole, extending the living space 500 meters outward, blurring the boundaries of outdoor living. The perfect combination of space comfort and functionality catalyzes various interesting activities.

景观公共空间不仅是行走、停留的场所，如何吸引人们自发参与、创造互动才是公共体验最重要的因素之一。公区不再是冰冷的通道，空旷的架空层，或是仅可远观的花丛。人们可以在社区中寻找阳光纯林树影斑驳的倩影，感受绿意青葱树下闲聊的悠然、余音绕耳廊下嬉戏的美好、或静谧黄昏林中漫步的惬意。
Public landscape spaces are not just places for walking and staying; attracting people to participate spontaneously and create interactions is one of the most important factors for public experience. Public areas are no longer cold corridors, empty mezzanines, or distant flower beds. People can find the shadow of the forest under the sunshine, feel the leisurely chats under the green trees, the joy of playing under the echoing corridors, or the tranquility of walking in the forest at dusk in the community.
麓湖丰富的社群还启发着我们利用入口建筑屋顶空间“开垦“出一片迷你田园。这是一座“长”在屋顶上的田野，是孩子们的大自然课堂。田园可按户分配给业主们自行使用，在此开展有机种植。
The rich community of Luxelake also inspired us to use the rooftop space of the entrance building to create a mini pastoral landscape. It is a “field” growing on the rooftop, serving as a natural classroom for children. The fields can be allocated to homeowners for their own organic cultivation.

在城市的钢筋水泥森林中保有一片土地，保持与自然的紧密联系。种植之余，人们还可在光影廊下举办各种主题活动和休闲聚会，增进邻里关系，享自然劳作之趣味。
In the concrete jungle of the city, a piece of land is preserved, maintaining a close connection with nature. In addition to planting, people can also hold various themed activities and leisure gatherings under the light and shadow corridors, enhancing neighborhood relationships and enjoying the fun of nature.

外围的商业街，旨在营造一处新兴的、生态氛围浓郁的体验式商业。街区融入生态雨水花园设计,既能进行雨水回收再利用，又有层次色彩丰富的花镜植物，集观赏与科普为一逛之余的一处别样小天地，为人们创造一处活力、生态、浪漫的游逛式体验商业街区。向内的中庭和向外的商业街，共同串联起沚院的24小时生活。
The peripheral commercial street aims to create a new and ecologically rich experiential commercial atmosphere. The block incorporates ecological rainwater garden design, enabling rainwater recycling and reuse. It also features colorful flower mirrors that provide both aesthetic enjoyment and educational value, creating a unique little world for people to explore. The inward-facing central courtyard and the outward-facing commercial street together connect the 24-hour life of Rhythm Valley.
