This fully demonstrates the significance and power of building a new dynamic urban community on the post-industrial land in the public domain.

In the absence of future communities that regularly occupy parks and future buildings, Sherbourne Common has become a popular seaside park, demonstrating the importance of flexibility and diversity as fundamental principles. The park is committed to meeting all the needs. It solved the urban park design examples of two completely different: one is for the city life of chaos provides a quiet space, the other is for the social communication space provides a compelling citizens. These two ideas are combined in the elaboration and expression of three different city rooms in the park.
