中国建筑西南设计研究院有限公司：深圳龙岗布吉老街，曾是特区商贸门户的活力地标，如今却承载着超 4 万人 / 平方公里的密度压力 —— 交通拥堵、环境承压、设施饱和，城市更新成为破解空间困局的核心命题。如何在寸土寸金的土地上，既守住市政运转的刚需底线，又接住居民对美好生活的向往？布吉水质净化厂三期上盖的悦清公园，以一场 “垂直共生” 的实践，给出了独特答案。

China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp. Ltd: Shenzhen’s Longgang Buji district, once a vibrant landmark as the commercial gateway to the Special Economic Zone, now grapples with the substantial challenge of housing over 40,000 residents per square kilometer. This intense population density has placed considerable strain on traffic, environmental resources, and infrastructure facilities, rendering urban renewal essential to alleviating spatial constraints. How can this densely packed land simultaneously meet the essential needs of civil system operations and cater to residents’ aspirations for a better life? The Yueqing Park provides a unique answer through the practice of “vertical symbiosis.”

项目启动之初，龙岗区城管局发起厂房顶部建公园的需求征集，仅一天时间就收到近千份问卷回复。30 至 45 岁的中青年家庭作为社区主力，他们的诉求清晰而迫切：需要能打球、跑步、健身的运动空间，孩子需要安全有趣的玩耍天地，社区需要能举办体育节、露天电影、市集的活力场域。篮球场、专业跑道、健身区成为高频呼声，这些源自生活的真实期待，化作悦清公园设计的起点与灵魂。

At the start of the project, nearly 1,000 survey responses flooded in within a single day for the public rooftop park proposal. Families aged 30-45, as the community backbone, voiced clear demands: sports facilities for basketball, running and workouts; safe play zones for children; and vibrant spaces for community events like sports festivals, outdoor movies, and markets. These authentic community aspirations became the central inspiration for Yueqing Park’s design.

设计原则

作为布吉净水厂屋顶公园序列的第三期，悦清公园延续了一期“梦清”和二期“思清”的水文化脉络，以“悦清”为核心，从“对水的思考”升华至“与水的共生”。本园以“与净水对话、与自然对话、与城市对话”三大核心设计原则为基础，旨在在满足居民多样化需求的同时，有效缓解净水厂对周边社区所带来的不便，加深公众对净水过程的理解。此外，我们希望在寸土寸金的城市空间中，重塑一个小型的生态绿心，以支持动植物栖息环境的发展。

As the third phase of the Buji Water Purification Plant Rooftop Park series, the Yueqing Park advances the narrative of water from a state of contemplation to one of coexistence. Guided by three foundational design principles— Dialogues with Clean Water, Dialogues with Nature, and Dialogues with the City—this park addresses the diverse needs of the community while simultaneously mitigating the operational impacts of the plant on the surrounding neighborhood. It also seeks to deepen public understanding of the water purification process. Furthermore, the park transforms this densely populated urban area into a miniature ecological green heart, cultivating habitats that support local flora and fauna.

与水对话

公园设计以 “水的一生” 为叙事主线，主题水轴串联起落雨亭、喷泉拱门、嬉水花园、曲水流觞、生态湿地五大核心景观节点。各节点分别对应雨水降落、雨水冲刷、浸润汇流、蜿蜒流转、净化再生的自然水循环阶段，将抽象的水文过程转化为可感知、可互动的景观语言。

Inspired by water’s lifecycle, five landscape nodes are established along a thoughtfully curated thematic water axis: the Raindrop Pavilion, Fountain Archway, Splash Garden, Meandering Watercourse, and Ecological Wetland. Each of these nodes serves as a profound representation of the natural hydrological stages—precipitation, rainfall, infiltration, runoff, and purification—thereby transforming the abstract concept of water cycles into tangible and interactive landscapes that engage the senses and foster a deeper connection with the environment.

在精细化水管理体系的运作下，全园灌溉用水源自净水厂处理后的中水，而用于营造景观的水体，则是中水经过二次净化、达景观用水标准后的产物。使用后的水体，有序汇集至雨水花园与生态湿地，通过植物拦截、土壤渗透等生态手段完成二次自然净化，最终回归净水厂，形成垂直一体式生态水管理闭环。依托 986.31 平方米的水资源回收系统，景观水与雨水协同纳入循环流程，不仅有效净化水体、削减污染，更通过调节空气温湿度，为城市居民打造出沉浸式的自然溪流与湿地体验。

Powered by an advanced water management system, irrigation relies solely on reclaimed water from the nearby purification plant. Landscape features use tertiary-treated reclaimed water meeting scenic-use standards. After use, water flows into rain gardens and wetlands for natural secondary purification via phytoremediation and soil infiltration, creating a vertically integrated ecological loop.This 986.31 m² (0.24-acre) water recycling system harmoniously synergizes landscape and stormwater management, effectively purifying water, mitigating pollution, and regulating microclimates.It creates immersive creek and wetland habitats that enrich the experiences of urban dwellers.

与自然对话

深圳属南亚热带海洋性季风气候，常年高温多雨。我们运用光照与通风仿真模拟技术，于阳光充沛区域精心栽植遮荫乔木，通过科学布局构建夏季通风廊道，实现小气候的精细化调节，为市民打造宜人的户外休憩空间。

Nestled in Shenzhen’s subtropical maritime monsoon climate with year-round heat and rainfall, the design employs solar/ventilation simulations to strategically plant shade trees in sun-drenched zones. Engineered ventilation corridors optimize microclimates, creating comfortable outdoor retreats for citizens.

作为布吉绿廊的核心节点，悦清公园不仅是居民休闲娱乐的好去处，也是飞行生物的空中栖息网点。我们挑选了 100 余种本土植物，营造密林、疏林、灌丛、湿地、草地等复合生态群落。这些多样化的生境，既为周边社区提供了生态蔬果种植园与休闲场所，又成为鸟类、蜂蝶等生物的觅食天堂与栖息家园。

As the central anchor of the Buji Green Corridor, Yueqing Park elevates its function beyond that of a mere community recreation hub, emerging as an essential aerial habitat nexus for avian species. Through the deliberate introduction of over 100 indigenous plant varieties, we have cultivated a richly layered ecology that encompasses dense woodlands, open groves, native thickets, constructed wetlands, and meadow clearings. These diversified habitats serve dual purposes –community orchards that offering seasonal harvests, as well as biodiversity sanctuaries that provide critical feeding grounds and shelter for birds, pollinators, and insects.

与城市活力对话

西侧与南侧的空中连廊系统巧妙地将公园与城市的肌理融为一体；园内500米长的环形跑道不仅满足了居民的跑步需求，还串联起共享果园、街健广场、踏浪运动场等多功能场地，通过功能的叠加设计，将有限的空间创造出最大的价值，编织出高效的社区活动网络。

The bridges and stairs on the west and south sides integrates the park with the fabric of the city, while a 500-meter looped running track serves residents’ fitness needs and connects multifunctional zones—including community orchards, outdoor gyms, and wave-inspired activity courts—maximizing spatial value through programmatic layering to weave an efficient community network.

公园西南侧的5米高污泥干化车间则成为多功能设计的载体：建筑外立面嵌入儿童攀爬设施，并延伸出阶梯式观演空间，使得工业建筑尽显童趣。内部中庭有效地消解了外立面功能叠加带来的采光限制，进一步促进了上下层之间的空间互动。除了必需的公共卫生间外，建筑内部保留了大量弹性空间，以容纳未来运营的成长可能。由于污泥干化车间屋顶的承载条件受限，乔木种植无法实现。设计团队响应居民对运动空间的需求，因此在此处植入了篮球场、初级滑板场和观众看台，将限制转化为独特的空中运动场景。

The 5-meter-high sludge dewatering facility located on the southwest side of the park evolves into a dynamic design catalyst. Its façade ingeniously incorporates children’s climbing structures, while cascading amphitheater seating flows seamlessly from the architectural gesture. An expansive interior atrium mitigates lighting constraints and facilitates vertical interactions among visitors. Beyond the requisite restrooms, versatile interior spaces stand poised for future programming opportunities.Due to load-bearing restrictions on the rooftop that preclude tree planting, the design pivots towards active recreation, giving rise to facilities such as basketball courts, beginner skate ramps, and spectator seating. This thoughtful adaptation transforms constraints into unique elevated sports experiences, enriching the overall utility and appeal of the facility.

在高密度居住肌理中，悦清公园以垂直叠合的巧思、功能复合的智慧，在有限空间里生长出一片盛满笑声的天地。环形跑道上的晨跑节奏、共享果园里的亲子采摘、空中运动场的青春跃动，乃至湿地边孩童与蝴蝶的偶遇，都在诉说这场设计的终极答案 —— 当城市空间愈发局促，真正的奢侈不是尺度的铺陈，而是让每一寸土地都生长出与人相关的快乐。在楼宇与街道的缝隙里，它为居民留存着奔跑的热汗、嬉戏的欢闹、相聚的温情，让公园成为高密度城区中最动人的生活容器。

Amid high-density urban fabric, Yueqing Park employs ingenious vertical layering and smart functional integration to grow into a space brimming with laughter within a limited footprint. The rhythm of morning runs on the circular track, parent-child fruit picking in the communal orchard, the youthful energy on the elevated sports court, and even the encounter between children and butterflies by the wetland—all whisper the ultimate answer of this design: as urban space becomes increasingly constrained, true luxury lies not in expansive scale, but in enabling every inch of land to nurture human joy. In the gaps between buildings and streets, it preserves for residents the warmth of sweating during runs, the cheer of play, and the tenderness of gatherings, making the park the most touching vessel of daily life in high-density urban areas.
