VESCH!:WOW 住宅综合体的庭院被构想为一处沉浸式的景观空间组合体，在这里，规划几何、艺术意向与日常功能交织在一起，形成统一而连贯的空间叙事。项目名称体现了设计者希望唤起情感共鸣的初衷——一种建筑意义上的“WOW”体验，类似于 20 世纪抽象艺术所具有的表现力语言。

总体规划以绘画式的构图方式组织空间，灵感来源于胡安·米罗（Joan Miró）的艺术作品，同时又经过精确推敲，以适应清晰的步行流线和多样化的功能分区。住宅塔楼将庭院划分为三个相对独立的区域，每个区域呈现出不同的使用节奏，从充满活力的活动空间到安静沉思的休憩场所。

VESCH!:The courtyard of the WOW residential complex is conceived as an immersive landscape composition, where planning geometry, art references, and everyday functions are interwoven into a unified spatial narrative. The project’s name reflects the authors’ intention to evoke an emotional response — an architectural “wow” effect — comparable to the expressive language of 20th-century abstract art.

The masterplan is organized as a painterly composition, inspired by the works of Joan Miró, yet carefully calibrated to accommodate clear pedestrian routes and diverse functional zones. Residential towers divide the courtyard into three distinct areas, each offering a different rhythm of use: from active recreation to quiet contemplation.

活跃区域包括儿童游乐场、健身设施以及乒乓球活动空间；而相对安静的区域则布置了长椅、悬挂座椅和小型交流桌。庭院右侧设置了一座大型雨棚结构，整合了秋千、吊床与温室，营造出一个半遮蔽的社交环境。

Active zones include children’s play areas, workout facilities, and table tennis spaces, while calmer zones are furnished with benches, suspended chairs, and small gathering tables. A large canopy structure anchors the right side of the courtyard, combining swings, hammocks, and a greenhouse to create a semi-sheltered social environment.

二层平台主要面向成人休闲活动，设有带遮阳的座椅空间；其下方则布置了开放式小型图书区、悬挂座椅和公共桌椅。屋顶露台在垂直方向上延展了庭院空间，提供日光躺椅与休息座位，并可远眺莫斯科河的全景。

分布于庭院中的雨棚如同雕塑性的地标元素：部分采用柔和流动的形态，部分则呈现为矩形平面，并通过半球体或镜面波浪形板材构成精致的吊顶。这些结构模糊了功能性城市家具与艺术装置之间的界限。

A second-level terrace is dedicated to adult recreation. It features shaded seating areas, while the space beneath hosts a small open library, suspended chairs, and communal tables. The rooftop terrace extends the courtyard vertically, offering sun loungers and seating with panoramic views of the Moscow River.

Canopies throughout the courtyard act as sculptural landmarks. Some follow soft, fluid geometries, while others adopt rectilinear plans with intricate soffits formed by hemispherical elements or mirrored wave-like panels. These structures blur the boundary between functional street furniture and art objects.

一条连续的“概念线”通过材质、色彩及一体化照明加以表达，将主要的休闲区域串联起来。在行进过程中，这条线转化为儿童游乐设施及吊床的支撑结构，进一步强化了空间的连续性。建筑群的外围以金色拱形雨棚加以强调，与住宅立面的金属细部相呼应。

A continuous “concept line” — expressed through material, color, and integrated lighting — connects the main recreational zones. Along its path, it transforms into a children’s play structure and a supporting element for hammocks, reinforcing spatial continuity. The perimeter of the complex is accentuated by golden arched canopies, echoing the metallic accents of the residential façades.

景观设计在营造微气候舒适性与空间亲密感方面发挥了关键作用，在高密度的城市环境中，通过富有表现力的植物点景与相对克制、宁静的绿化组合形成平衡。

Landscape design plays a key role in creating microclimatic comfort and spatial intimacy, combining expressive planting accents with calmer green compositions within the dense urban context.
