木杉景观：一墙之隔，万籁渐息。一水之间，天地相依。
MUSUN LANDSCAPE：A single wall away, the myriad sounds gradually fade; a stretch of water between, heaven and earth embrace.
「源」水岸居所 超长城市界面
场地南侧临近外港河，为这一地块赋予了独特的自然景观。由繁华的城市主干道，转入谧静的沿河路，途经约300M城市界面，进入社区。利用河流资源，以滨水岸线带动成片自然区域，创造与自然共生和鸣的度假之所。
「Origin」Waterfront Dwelling & Super-Scaled Urban Interface
Located on the south side adjacent to the Waigang River, this site is endowed with unique natural landscapes. Transitioning from the bustling main city avenue to the serene riverside road, one passes through a 300-meter urban interface to enter the community. Leveraging the river resources, the waterfront shoreline activates a contiguous natural area, creating a vacation-style sanctuary that harmonizes with nature.

以静奢为语言、以水岸为画布将万年石韵、百年林木、当代美学凝练为生活的底色在这里，不仅有镌刻岁月的美更有从晨曦到日暮的无尽美好。
「A Poetic Garden Shaped by Water」
Using quiet luxury as its language and the waterfront as its canvas, this space distills the charm of ancient stones, century-old trees, and contemporary aesthetics into the foundation of everyday life. Here, there is not only beauty etched with time but also endless splendor from dawn to dusk.
东方美学空间布局
借鉴江南园林的造园手法，以递进式空间序列营造仪式感归家体验，以水景为核心营造洄游式游园体验。
将世界轻轻对折，一半是匠心，一半是天光云影。
Drawing on the spatial layout of Eastern aesthetics, it borrows garden-making techniques from Jiangnan (south of the Yangtze River). A progressive spatial sequence creates a ceremonial homecoming experience, while a water-centric design offers a circular, wandering tour.
Gently fold the world in half: one half is craftsmanship, the other half is the reflection of clouds and light.
礼遇入口
“艺术橱窗式入口界面”
优雅隐奢
示范区主入口以约108米长超尺度城市界面展开，融合6米高柱式挑檐，几何形态构成超长尺度入口界面，简洁自由的流动艺术空间展现“去住宅化”隐奢质感。
Ceremonial Entrance
“An Art Gallery-Style Entrance Interface”
Elegant & Understated Luxury
The main entrance of the demonstration area unfolds with a super-scaled 108-meter urban interface. Integrating a 6-meter-high columned cantilevered eave, its geometric form creates an elongated entrance. The clean, fluid art space exudes an “un-residential” understated luxury.
相互呼应的两棵特选铁冬青，是此入口的点睛之笔，配上太行金景观置石，打造尊享秩序感。
仪式水景、静水面与精致跌水相结合，铁冬青的倒影与天光相互映衬，拓展了空间视觉感受，营造出宁静、空灵的意境，自带神性美学。
门廊，界分天地尺度；归家，序启门风礼承。门启东方，礼序承韵。
Two specially selected, echoing Ilex rotunda trees serve as the finishing touch of this entrance. Paired with Taihang gold landscape stones, they establish a sense of exclusive order.
The combination of ceremonial water features, still water surfaces, and refined cascading water creates a scene where the reflections of the Ilex rotunda and the skylight complement each other, expanding the visual depth and cultivating a tranquil, ethereal mood with an inherent divine aesthetic.
The porch defines the scale between heaven and earth; returning home initiates a legacy of etiquette. The eastern gate opens, and the rhythm of traditional courtesy is inherited.

叠水景观营造立体与声景，廊架与叠水，高低错落又动静结合，是视觉与听觉的双重体验。
步履，踏入一方清音世界，隔开十里尘嚣，叠水迎宾，清音涤尘。

Second-Courtyard Space with a Pictorial Feel
The cascading water features create a three-dimensional and acoustic landscape. The pergolas and waterfalls, alternating in height and blending motion with stillness, offer a dual visual and auditory experience.
With each step, you enter a realm of pure sound, shutting out the worldly clamor. The cascading water welcomes you, its clear tones washing away the dust of the city.

The Waterfront Garden combines rectangular tree pits with mirror water features. The modern composition of geometric order forms a highly structured and rigorous space.
模块化家具与景观软装共同打造功能与美学并重的亲水空间。
几何，是设计写下的诗波光，是自然谱成的曲。芳汀漫步，影栖波光。
Modular furniture and landscape softscapes jointly create a waterfront space that balances function and aesthetics.
Geometry is the poetry written by design; ripples are the melody composed by nature. Strolling along the fragrant islets, shadows rest upon the shimmering water.

“Water Like a Mirror, Pure Corridors Floating on Water”
Super-Scaled Borderless Central Water Courtyard
极简的几何构图塑造了艺术化的空间。骨架树池是“点”，长廊和景墙是“线”，水面是“面”，三者形成了精炼而均衡的点、线、面构图关系，营造极致的现代主义美学和秩序感。
天空，落座在院中边界，融化在光里。镜宇无界，云水相依。
Minimalist geometric composition shapes an artistic space. The structural tree pits act as “points,” the long corridors and feature walls as “lines,” and the water surface as the “plane.” The three elements form a refined and balanced point-line-plane composition, creating an ultimate modernist aesthetic and sense of order.
The sky takes its seat at the courtyard’s boundary, melting into the light. A boundless mirrored universe, where clouds and water embrace.

“A Sense of Breathability, Pure Corridors Floating on Water”
Multi-Layered Space & Lounge
Multi-tiered resting platforms, sunken sofas, and meeting decks jointly create a multi-dimensional lounge area, cleverly dividing spatial functions to form a three-dimensional social space.
以河桦林为核心，塑造通透、季相鲜明的林下空间，整个节点大量选用河桦作为骨干树种，营造通透的呼吸感与独特的视觉美感。
在此停驻片刻林壑，于心听见万里晴空。林溪探幽，闻风听涧。
Centered around a river birch forest, it shapes a transparent understory space with distinct seasonal changes. Extensively using river birch as the backbone tree species, it creates a breathable transparency and unique visual beauty.
Pause for a moment in this forested valley; hear the boundless clear sky within your heart. Exploring the幽幽 (secluded) forest stream, listening to the wind and the ravine.

水中点缀绿岛与特选景石，模仿自然溪流中的岛屿与礁石，搭配乌桕、铁冬青营造缩微的自然丘壑。
Sunken Courtyard
“Three-Dimensional Space, Seamless Connection with Nature”
Multi-Faced Sunken Club Courtyard
Green islands and specially selected landscape stones dot the water, mimicking the islets and reefs in natural streams. Paired with Chinese tallow and Ilex rotunda trees, they create a miniature natural landscape.
叠层水景打破单一水景模式，通过多层级叠水塑造出立体丰富的视觉效果。
院中盛放慢调时光，心间停驻自由远方。沉院拾趣，静观自在。
The layered water features break the single-mode water design, shaping a rich, three-dimensional visual effect through multi-level cascades.
Slow-paced time flourishes in the courtyard; a distant freedom rests in the heart. Gathering joys in the sunken courtyard, quietly observing inner peace.
「后记」
从土地生长到精神栖居的营造叙事，我们以”克制美学”为准则，摒弃冗余装饰，通过相同材质不同面层质感的碰撞，在场域中构建出”一院一世界”的东方意境。在营造过程中，我们始终践行”存粹自然”的设计哲学，以空间留白、光影叙事、气息流动作为设计理念。
Epilogue
From the growth of the land to the creation of a spiritual dwelling, our narrative adheres to the principle of “restrained aesthetics.” Discarding redundant decorations, we construct an Eastern conception of “one courtyard, one world” within the field through the collision of identical materials with different surface textures. Throughout the creation process, we have consistently practiced the design philosophy of “pure nature,” utilizing spatial blankness, light-and-shadow narratives, and the flow of breath as our core design concepts.
