迈丘设计：序 | 水的脉络，诗的起源
渭水之南，依托最本真的生活诗意，诞生了《诗经》，将山水日常凝练成千年吟咏，也定格了国人对诗意栖居生活最初的审美与向往。
Metrostudio: Preface | Water’s Veins, Poetry’s Source
South of the Wei-River, rooted in authentic everyday-poetry, The Book of Songs came into being. It condenses ordinary landscapes into eternal verses and shapes Chinese people’s earliest pursuit of poetic dwelling.
01 循水而行，逐诗入境
以渭水作为全场空间贯穿主线，以几何语言重塑场地秩序，以光影丰富空间层次，以自然柔化硬质边界。通过多维度的空间转承与场景切换，消解城市喧嚣与社区静谧的隔阂，打造完整、连贯、沉浸式的酒店式度假归家体验。
Follow the Water, Step into Poetic Scenery
Taking the Wei-River as the overall spatial thread, geometric logic reorganizes site order, light-and-shadow deepens spatial layers, and nature softens hard boundaries. Through multi-dimensional scene transitions, the design bridges urban hustle and residential tranquility, delivering a consistent, hotel-like immersive home-coming experience.
02 理性几何叙事与空间诗性
【归境 | 止喧】
喧嚣与静谧，本无清晰的边界。入口以横向舒展的超尺度廊檐，依托理性几何形制，构建出介于城市与园境之间的 “过渡场”。它像一道温柔的屏障，以克制的秩序感，悄然阻隔外界的浮躁与纷扰，为场域定下从容而雅奢的基调。
Rational Geometric Narrative and Spatial Poetics
Home-coming Realm | Calm Down Noise
Noise and serenity have no definite dividing-line. The oversized horizontal canopy at the entrance adopts rational geometry to create a transitional zone between city and garden. As a gentle barrier with restrained order, it keeps worldly restlessness out and sets a poised, elegant tone for the whole site.
【交织 | 渗透】
一个好的空间营造，如一本缓缓翻开的书。在构筑的序章里，我们不急于讲述，而是以克制的材质语言与柔和的光影秩序，为日常留出温润的伏笔。大面积的灰色中性色铺陈开来——沉稳而内敛，让空间拥有安静谦逊的底色。自然面的粗粝质感与烧洗面形成细腻的对话，于理性的序列中生长出温度。
Interweave | Permeation
Well-designed space unfolds like a book. At the preliminary stage, subtle materials and soft light lay a warm foundation for daily life. Extensive neutral-grey creates an under-stated backdrop. Rough natural stone contrasts refined brushed surfaces, injecting warmth into rational layouts.
回廊着重打磨边界处理、空间开合节奏，承担起全域空间链接的功能，让场景自然流转渗透。沿着回廊缓步而行，于虚实中重新切割空间维度，让归家长廊的每一处缝隙都被美景丰盈。墙灯与地灯被小心地隐入空间的节奏之中，内敛的光，为每一步归途铺上归家的仪式感。
Corridors with refined edges and rhythmic openness connect the whole site for natural scene transition. Walking along, visitors experience varied spatial layers with beautiful views everywhere. Recessed wall lamps and floor lights deliver soft glimmers and endow the journey home with ritual sense.
【艺趣 | 闲观】
装置设计历经多轮方案打磨，始终遵循场地几何秩序。我们逐一筛选造型语言，舍弃违和的异形设计，最终确定悬浮几何晶状体方案。形态简约克制，尺度与水景、廊道形成呼应，在强化空间记忆点的同时，完美融入整体山水意境。
Artistic Charm | Leisurely Views
After repeated revisions, the installation adheres to site geometry. Irregular shapes are abandoned for suspended crystal-style geometry. Its restrained form matches water features and corridors, serving as a memorable landmark harmonized with mountain-and-water scenery.
水院核心，麓巢 BOX 静立水景之上，利落的几何轮廓搭配通透悬浮形态，晶状体结构从容嵌入山水脉络之中，成为整场空间里独具辨识度的艺术载体。
At the heart of the water courtyard, Lu-Chao BOX hovers above water. Its neat outline and transparent crystal structure blend into natural surroundings and act as a distinctive artistic landmark.
装置以独特材质塑造通透质感，光影穿行其间，在水面与立面交织出灵动层次。它如同一座立于园境中的精神图腾，静卧静水之上，流水潺潺化作自然背景，艺术的几何形态则成为空间恒久的视觉符号。
Premium materials endow the installation with transparency. Casting light forms dynamic layers on walls and water surface. Like a spiritual totem over still water, its geometric shape becomes a timeless visual symbol against flowing streams.
03 诗意水岸，度假生活
【静敛 | 栖心】
行至水院处，喧嚣悄然褪去，眼前只剩一片安然的沉静。中庭以极简的几何秩序铺陈，界定出稳定而克制的空间骨架。渭水的气质被化用其中，四时风物、天光云影于此流转，水不动，心也随之安稳，都市生活里的紧绷感，在这一刻被缓缓卸下。
Poetic Waterfront, Resort Style Living
Peace and Inner Reflection
When entering the courtyard, hustle fades away. Minimalist geometry forms the framework of the central area inspired by the Wei River. Seasonal scenery, sunlight and clouds change above still water, easing people from urban pressure and bringing inner peace.

原本功能性的通行空间，化作一条灵动的光影廊道。明暗交错间光影变幻，如同以天地为卷，绘就流动的画面。赋予平凡的穿行之路，浪漫诗意。
Chase Light | Leisurely Stroll
The functional passage turns into a light-and-shadow corridor. Alternating brightness forms ever-changing scenes just like scroll-paintings, filling ordinary walks with romance.
【光境 | 剧场】
穿过光影连廊，空间豁然舒展，抵达艺术水境剧场。延续着渭水脉络的叙事，以克制的几何秩序划分边界，让廊下的通透空间与开阔的水院形成开合对比，硬质的构筑被柔化的水景与绿意包裹，光影透过廊架与枝叶，在水面与地面铺陈出流动的层次。
Light filled Theatre
Past the corridor lies the artistic waterside theatre. Following the context of the Wei-River, restrained geometry creates contrast between semi-shaded corridors and open courtyards. Hard structures are softened by water and plants; sunlight filters through frames and leaves and casts dynamic layers on the ground and water.
流水的低吟、风穿林叶的轻响，与廊下的静谧氛围相融，消解了都市生活的紧绷感。每一次停留，都是与自然、与自我的温柔对话，也让归家的节奏，在此刻彻底慢下来。
Murmuring streams and rustling leaves blend with quiet surroundings to release urban stress. Every pause becomes a gentle communication with nature and oneself, slowing down the pace of life.
【静心 | 谧境】
在繁华之侧，拥有一处独处静心的私属场域,藏于林间，与自我温柔相处。园区深处的禅意静谧空间，便是基于人居情绪需求打造的沉浸式疗愈空间。
Tranquil Hideaway
Hidden among woods beside downtown, the zen-style zone is designed for emotional comfort and immersive relaxation.
空间整体删繁就简，摒弃所有冗余装饰，以最朴素的自然元素构建场域氛围。林木围合出私密静谧的空间格局，隔绝外界人流与嘈杂，形成独立安静的精神角落。
Free from redundant decorations, it relies on plain natural elements. Trees enclose a private zone isolated from outside noise for spiritual relaxation.
这里不追求场景的丰富度，只专注心境的松弛感。无喧闹、无纷扰，唯有林风、水声、绿意与光影相伴。于此静坐放空、沉淀思绪、舒缓身心，守住一方安稳清净的精神自留地，实现真正意义上的栖心、静思、归位。这里是心灵放空的场所，也是精神的归处。
Rather than varied landscapes, it focuses on relaxation. Wind, running water, greenery and light accompany residents to calm thoughts and refresh themselves. It serves as a permanent haven for the soul.
【归心 | 无界】
我们希望创造一个被自然包裹的会客厅，不仅满足了人们对功能美学的需求，同时也让人与环境产生具有文化意境的情感共鸣。设计打破空间边界壁垒，让生活与风景彼此相拥。
Heart home | Boundless Space
We intend to build a nature-wrapped lounge satisfying aesthetic demands and arousing cultural emotional resonance. The design breaks spatial limits to integrate daily-life with landscapes.
空间采用通透舒展的格局，彻底消融室内与户外的物理界限，让自然绿意、清风天光自由涌入室内，实现内外景致的交融互通。空间尺度开阔亲和，氛围安静高级。
The open layout blurs indoor-outdoor boundaries. Greenery, breeze and daylight flow freely and connect inner and outer views with a peaceful and elegant atmosphere.
这里承载着多元的人居生活场景，既可作为邻里交流、圈层相聚的社交客厅，也可作为独处阅读、休闲放松的私属空间。让诗意栖居不止有静谧独处，更有温情烟火，完整诠释当代松弛有度的理想度假人居。
It accommodates diversified daily scenarios: social gatherings among neighbors as well as private reading time. Poetic dwelling here balances tranquility and warm daily-life and interprets modern relaxed resort-style residence.
几何空间的微观叙事
光影氛围：光无形，而境有界。我们以空间的开合收放，引天光入廊，让光影成为流动的叙事者，为归家路径赋予可被感知的情绪与想象。
Micro Narrative within Geometric Space
Light-and-Shadow Atmosphere: Light is invisible while space has boundaries. The varied openness of corridors draws natural sunlight in, and flowing light-shadows infuse the home coming journey with emotional resonance.
材质质感：循「质本求真」的东方美学，摒弃多余雕琢，以精工淬炼天然肌理，让石材本身成为空间最美的表达，这般层次无关浮华标榜，只为留存自然本貌，让空间拥有耐人细品的沉静质感。
Material Texture: Following oriental aesthetics of authenticity, natural stone with original textures is adopted without excessive carving, bringing understated and long-lasting charm to the whole space.
灯光营造：夜色渐浓，灯光始终保持谦逊的姿态。光芒跳出单纯的照明功能，温柔漫过石材立面与林木枝桠。柔和的光影收敛锋芒，让空间褪去浮躁，在清宁氛围里尽显从容雅致。 Night-time
Lighting: Lights stay low key after dark. Beyond basic illumination, soft glimmers sweep over stone facades and branches and create a serene and elegant atmosphere.
细节追索：不追逐外放的视觉冲击，而是深耕肌理与节点。不同材质在此精准衔接、彼此呼应，细微的层次变化与光影互动，让每一寸空间都拥有耐得住反复品读的细节魅力。 Attention to Details: Instead of eye-catching appearances, we focus on elaborate joints and textures. Matching materials together with subtle light-shadow changes endow every corner with lasting charm.
结语 CONCLUSION
光合麓院的景观，并非刻意雕琢的景致，而是包容当代诗性度假生活的空间载体。我们依渭水脉络立境，取《诗经》风雅铸魂，延续行馆酒店自在松弛的氛围，在城芯之地，构筑独属于当下的诗意栖居。
在这里，水是流动的诗，林是静谧的画，归家是一场永不落幕的度假。居者不必奔赴远方，就能在日常里，遇见藏在水光云麓间的诗与远方。
The landscape of Guanghe Luyuan is not deliberately-crafted scenery, but a carrier for modern poetic resort-style life. Inspired by the Wei River and The Book of Songs, it inherits laid-back boutique-hotel vibes and builds poetic dwelling in the city-center.
Here, running water is flowing poetry and woods are silent paintings. Coming home equals an endless getaway. Residents can discover poetic beauty amid water, clouds and hills without traveling far away.
