朗道国际: 西安中南樾府位于灞河东岸，临近世园会，示范区面积约5100m²，自然条件与城市区位条件十分优越，颇有“一迳抱幽山，居然城市间”的感觉。道路的设计参考了古典园林设计中的幽深之感，穿越其中，总是有柳暗花明的惊喜感。风雨廊围合的空间可以看作一个开放的天井，“开”与“合”遥相呼应，水景作为核心景观很好的体现了中式园景的特点。可行、可坐、可观、可参与，精致而丰富，有积淀又不失轻松，在城市中有这一方静园，西安中南樾府的展示空间可谓是“隔断城西市语哗，幽栖绝似野人家”。
LANDAU: Located on the east coast of ba river, Xi’ an Zoina mansion is close to the world horticultural exposition. the demonstration area covers an area of about 5100 m². its natural and urban location conditions are very superior. it feels quite like “Living in natural landscapes, actually between cities”. The road design refers to the deep feeling in the classical garden design, through which there is always a pleasant surprise in the road. The space enclosed by the gallery can be seen as an open patio. the ” open” and ” close” echo each other. waterscape, as the core landscape, embodies the characteristics of Chinese landscape very well. Feasible, sit – able, considerable, participatory, exquisite and rich, with accumulation and relaxed, With this quiet garden in the city, the sales center of Xi’ an zo ina is ” shielding the noise of the city, just like living in natural landscape”.
从市政主入口侧进入展示区，穿越树影林荫，进入展示区前场，可以看到主入口的展示界面与城市景墙界面徐徐展开，形成了舒展大气的轻奢住区展示界面。主入口色调厚重沉稳，以深灰与金色为主要基调体现西安的文化基底，石材与金属的质感搭配体现了项目轻奢的定位，给人都会新住宅的期待。
Entering the display area from the main entrance side of the municipal government, passing through the tree shadow and entering the front of the display area, you can see the display interface of the main entrance and the interface of the city feature wall slowly unfold, forming a display interface of luxury residential stretching the atmosphere. The main entrance is thick and steady in tone, with dark grey and gold as the main keynote to reflect Xi’ an’s cultural. the combination of stone and metal texture reflects the positioning of luxury and gives people the expectation of a new residence.
在视线尽头，用金属材质的迎客松代替了真实的松树作为视觉焦点，让人眼前一亮。在灯光下，雕塑的金属材质熠熠闪光，灰色投影与景墙的石材纹路相映成趣，不由得令人驻足观赏，这体现了重新演绎文化之“新”。
At the end of the line of sight, the metal welcoming pine replaces the real pine tree as the visual focus, make an impression. Under the lamplight, the metal material of the sculpture gleamed, and the gray projection and the stone lines of the scenic wall are matched to each other, which makes people stop to watch. this reflects the ” new” of re-interpreting culture.
步移景异，光影流转，接下来我们来到了展示区的前场空间，在这个室外空间中，设计师运用到了风雨回廊来营造灰色空间，让室内外景观交融，让树影、水声、风声都成为景观的一部分。在光影变化中，将中式的禅意灵动与文化的厚重融合在一起，行走其中，让人暂时忘却都市之烦忧，不由想赞一句：清风明月本无价，青松翠竹皆有情。庭院中的主题雕塑以石榴花为原型，同样为金属材质，呼应入口的迎客松，相同的主体形成了全程的景观脉络。整个中心庭院景观设计以“静”为主题，以观赏为主要目的，让人于不经意间感受设计匠心。
The scenery changes and the light shadow flow when you go ahead. then we came to the front court space of the exhibition area. in this outdoor space, the designer used the corridor to create a gray space, allowing the indoor and outdoor landscapes to blend together, and making the trees, water and wind all become part of the landscape. In the change of light and shadow, one can’t help but think of praising the combination of Chinese Zen spirit and cultural profundity, which makes one forget the worries of the city for the time being: The cool breeze, the bright moon, the pine and the bamboo are all so intoxicating. The theme sculpture in the courtyard takes pomegranate flower as its prototype and is also made of metal. it echoes the welcoming pine at the entrance and the same main body forms the whole landscape vein. The whole central courtyard landscape design takes ” quietness” as its theme and for viewing purposes, making people feel the originality of the design by accident.
行走于风雨廊之中，尊贵的体验感油然而生，沉稳的颜色有内敛而不张扬的格调，并且不管天气如何，行走其中都能让人从容不迫。从风雨廊望向中心庭院，可以看到水色倒影着天光，平静而又悠远，不管四季变换，总是能给人不同的感受。
Walking in the gallery, noble experience arises spontaneously, stable color has a style of introversion but not publicity, and no matter what the weather is, walking in it can make people leisurely. Looking into the central courtyard from the gallery, you can see that the water color reflects the skylight, calm and distant. no matter the seasons change, it can always give people different feelings.
整个前场空间，动静之间形成了呼应，让空间层次更为丰富饱满。通过水景与光影廊架的起承转合，景观从开始的厚重雕琢感自然过渡到轻松现代，参观者的感受也是从“收”到“放”，通过整个参观流线，完整体验了设计者想要传达的设计理念。
The whole front court space, the movement and quietness formed the echo, let the space level more rich and full. Through the combination of waterscape and shadow veranda, the landscape naturally transits from the heavy sculpting feeling to light and modern, and the feelings of visitors are also from ” closed” to ” release”. through the whole tour streamline, the visitors has fully experienced the design concept that the designer wants to convey.
从样板房回售楼处的参观动线又是不同主题，以“动”为主题，设置了特别的儿童活动空间。整个空间整体设计，以“蓝色云朵”为题，创造了色彩饱满又雅致的活动场所，既提供了一个轻松闲适的活动空间，又能作为整个展示区的一个亮点成为参与室外活动、交流的场所。
The tour route from the sample room back to the sales office is also a different theme, with ” movement” as the theme and set special children’s activity space. The overall design of the whole space, with the theme of ” blue clouds”, has created a colorful and elegant activity place, which not only provides a relaxed and leisurely activity space, but also becomes a place for outdoor activities and exchanges as a highlight of the whole display area.
