HZS汇张思：“人道我居城市中，我疑身在万山中”
建国门9号项目地处北京市东城区，承载着浓厚的历史文化底蕴，与故宫相隔仅3.6公里。项目在此背景下，欲打造一个浓荫遮蔽的院落，隔绝尘嚣，自成一方天地。
HZS：”They say I live in a city, but I’m in the middle of a mountain.”
Jianguomen 9 is located in the Dongcheng District of Beijing, carrying a strong historical and cultural heritage and only 3.6 kilometres away from the Forbidden City. Against this backdrop, the project aims to create a shaded courtyard, isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city, to create a world of its own.
前期设计采用了三种概念解题策略。策略一：营造故宫旁，纯粹私属性的私家庭院；策略二：打造自然、自由、自如的绿洲度假会所；策略三：打造一个艺术感的院落。综合考虑客群需求，确认策略一为设计方向，以此来深化本案设计理念。
大门长约35米，结合安哥拉黑石材和紫铜相互交织，彰显深邃和尊贵。
The initial design phase adopted three conceptual strategies for problem-solving. Strategy one aimed to create a purely private courtyard with a sense of the Forbidden City nearby. Strategy two focused on establishing a natural, free, and comfortable oasis resort. Strategy three aimed to create an artistic courtyard. Considering the demands of the target audience, strategy one was confirmed as the design direction, and the design concept of the project was further developed based on this strategy.
The entrance gate stretches approximately 35 meters, combining Angolan black stone and copper intertwining to showcase depth and nobility.

大门实行预约进入制度，内部设有三个VIP停车位和酒店接待区，同时门头采用精工铜质的隐形滑动门设计，兼具功能性与审美性。
The entrance gate operates under a reservation system and features three VIP parking spaces and a hotel reception area. Additionally, the entrance utilizes a meticulously crafted copper hidden sliding door design, which combines functionality and aesthetics.
▽沉稳而不张扬的入口 A calm, unassuming entrance
大门缓缓移开，映入眼帘的是一个小金人雕塑，从奢牌中提取黑金配色，打造场地专属的隐奢气质，致敬生活的高定品质。
As the gate slowly opens, a small golden sculpture comes into view. Inspired by luxury brands, the sculpture features a black and gold color scheme, creating an exclusive sense of understated luxury for the venue, paying tribute to the haute couture quality of life.

光影连廊，从中国传统文化提取竹编技艺，材料创新使用紫铜，通过竹编的肌理将金属帘幔交织，造型上简洁有质感。
The light and shadow corridor draw inspiration from traditional Chinese culture and the art of bamboo weaving. The innovative use of materials incorporates purple copper, intertwining metal curtains with the texture of bamboo weaving. The design showcases simplicity and a tactile quality.

沿着园路徐徐而入，光影绰绰在地，水声潺潺在畔，仿若步入东方写意园林之地。
As you enter along the garden path, the play of light and shadow dances on the ground, and the sound of water murmurs by the side, creating an ambiance reminiscent of an Eastern-style garden.

转角黑金沙的跌水水景墙，以自然瀑布为灵感，打造这面仿若置身山林瀑布间的水景墙。
At the corner, there is a black gold sand waterfall feature inspired by natural waterfalls, creating a wall of water that gives the impression of being surrounded by a forest waterfall.

四时四景，以多彩的乌桕，吸人眼球，感受极致静雅。同时，下层半球灌木及苔藓造景，自由错落，即便是冬季也不会显得萧瑟和无趣。
The four seasons bring about four different scenes, with colorful Chinese pistachio trees captivating the eyes and exuding an ultimate sense of tranquility. At the same time, the lower level features scattered shrubs and moss landscaping, creating a free and diverse arrangement that remains vibrant and interesting even in winter.
与建筑、室内多方互动，建议原建筑局部内退，给景观预留对景空，同时反提移动室内出入口的位置，提升景观的动线体验
Interacting with the architecture and interior, it is suggested to partially recess the original building to create a vista within the landscape. Simultaneously, relocating the access points of the interior enhances the experiential flow of the landscape.
以《富春山居图》为设计灵感，通过地形、植物、原石共同造景，将画卷中的意境、自然山林之感带入后场观景庭院。
Taking inspiration from “Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains,” the design incorporates terrain, plants, and natural rocks to bring the artistic conception and the feeling of a natural forest into the backyard viewing courtyard.
