北京甲南园林设计事务所：生活是有重量的，我们常常会不堪其扰。城市的繁华是有代价的，他使宁静变得奢侈。
Jianan landscape design office：Life carries weight, and often, we find ourselves overwhelmed by it. The bustling city comes at a price—it makes tranquility a luxury.

这个园子是位于北京CBD一座高层的顶层复式的屋顶花园，原有的场地非常的破败，一家人很少使用，屋顶还有很多通风口，中午傍晚的时候，会有很浓的油烟味道。
当我们看到现场，被俯瞰北京CBD的景色所深深打动，但略显逼仄的空间、压迫感的房子，随处可见的通风井，落满灰尘的亭子。这个空间本应该值得更好！
This garden is located on the rooftop of a duplex penthouse in Beijing’s CBD. The original space was dilapidated, seldom used by the family, and there were numerous ventilation shafts. During noon and evening, a strong odor of oil fumes would permeate the air.
When we visited the site, we were deeply moved by the view overlooking Beijing’s CBD. However, the space felt cramped and oppressive, with ventilation shafts visible everywhere and the pavilion covered in dust. This space deserved better!

造园，就是造生活
Creating a garden is creating a state of mind
花园是自由，是放下，是你来与不来都不需要选择。我们为什么要选择什么时候去园子，什么时候离开。你应该是一直身处园林之中，只是你去选择期望的距离。
所以我们将生活空间搬进花园，一个适合北京气候的四季空间。自然与天空很迷人，但你需要一个优雅的角度，因为主人自在了，花园才会变得从容和温柔！
A garden symbolizes freedom, release—it doesn’t matter when you choose to come or leave. Why should we decide when to visit the garden, or when to leave? You should always be within the garden; it’s just that you choose the distance you wish to experience.
So, we moved the living space into the garden—a seasonal space suitable for Beijing’s climate. Nature and the sky are captivating, but you need an elegant angle, for only when the owner feels at ease can the garden exude serenity and grace.

幸福感来自从容，满眼是流光的城市与繁华，又可以抬脚踏入自然和溪流。距自然很近，离繁华不远。
Happiness comes from ease. You can gaze at the shimmering city and its bustle, yet also step into nature and flowing streams. Close to nature, but not far from the city.

屋顶的建筑很高，具有很强的压迫感，但将方向扭转，就有了背靠山腰，一览群山的闲适与与壮丽。
The building on the rooftop is quite high and imposing, yet turning the direction reveals a serene view of the mountains, an expansive and magnificent sight.

夜幕降临，城市亮起，你却超然于都市之上，一房木亭，一盏篝火，放下一天的疲惫，迎着晚风与万家灯火，困意袭来，转身就回到了卧室。
As night falls and the city lights up, you find yourself above the urban rush, detached. A wooden pavilion, a campfire, letting go of the day’s fatigue, greeted by the evening breeze and the lights of countless homes. Fatigue sets in, and you simply turn to enter your bedroom.

屋顶的风有时会比较大，屋顶的夜晚却常常很轻柔，园子里有山顶的超凡于世，也有流水微光。人追求的不就是选择吗？进退自如，心所欲而从之。
The rooftop wind can sometimes be quite strong, yet the nights on the roof are often gentle. The garden holds a sense of the world’s extraordinariness at the mountaintop, along with the faint glow of flowing water. Isn’t it choice that people seek? The ability to move freely, to follow one’s desires.

花园留了一个一百平左右的平台，天台上可以举办一个很大的聚会，从公司的高管到招待贵客，孩子的生日宴会，可以把同学都请过来。这是一个可以无限转场的空中花园，欣喜是短暂的，幸福才是源源不断的日常。
The garden includes a platform of about 100 square meters. The rooftop can host large gatherings—from corporate executives and guests to children’s birthday parties, where you can invite classmates over. This is an aerial garden that can endlessly transform for different occasions. Joy is fleeting, but happiness is the continuous rhythm of daily life.

这个园子，我们得到的比客户更多，它让我们知道了花园的意义，设计不仅仅是因势利导，也不只是趋利避害，更不是所谓的工艺和细节。他是用来理解什么是生活，如何培育幸福，如何将自然和心境交融，境随心动，自在而欢愉。
Through this garden, we have gained more than the client. It has taught us the true meaning of a garden. Design is not merely about following the natural flow or avoiding harm; it is not just about craftsmanship or details. It is about understanding what life truly means, cultivating happiness, and blending nature with the spirit. The landscape follows the heart, creating a space of ease and joy.
