园点景观：北京大都会滨江坐落于北京城市副中心通州区，五河交汇之源，是两栋约150M高的公寓楼组成的都会生活公寓。万科·大都会滨江享有着以京杭大运河、温榆河、通惠河、运潮减河、小中河五河交汇的一线河景“醉美”一段。本项目特别邀请户田芳树风景计画进行规划设计，日本国宝级建筑设计大师津岛晓生主笔建筑，SUNLAY三磊建筑进行设计深化，采用与世界尖峰寓所ONE57、56 Leonard一致的全玻璃幕墙建筑风格，为运河岸点缀璀璨的都市风景，亦为居住空间营造270度环幕观景视野，使得北京副中心的繁华与五河交汇的壮丽美景尽收眼底。
Landpoint Design：Beijing Metropolis Riverside is a stunning condominium that captures the vibrant metropolitan lifestyle. Located in the Tongzhou district, a further expansion of Beijing, where five rivers converge. The development features two magnificent apartment buildings reaching a height of 150 meters where residents can experience the essence of urban living at its finest.Vanke Metropolis Riverside is situated in a stunning section of the confluence of five rivers, including the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the Wenyu River, the Tonghui River, the Yunchaojian River and the Xiaozhong River. The architectural design of this project is by renowned Japanese designer Toshio Tsushima and developed by SUNLAY. The buildings feature the same all-glass façade as the world’s leading apartments ONE57 and 56 Leonard which is a prominent urban landmark along the canal’s waterfront, offering a captivating 270-degree panorama of Beijing’s sub-center and the riverview from within the building.

园区园林总共分为两个部分——首层景观与空中花园。首层景观是一座东方风格的园林，屋顶的空中花园部分亦是本项目的亮点，为五河交汇之处的“双子塔建筑”提供了“360°最美观景视野”，同时又是北京最高的可上人空中花园景观。在设计中，建筑、室内、景观的一体化也是本项目努力追求的，三专业以“自然的浸润”为共同的设计理念，设计了很多自然景观与人工构筑相互交融的空间。
The landscape design comprises two components: the enchanting oriental garden on the ground floor, and the breathtaking sky garden which is the highlight of this project. The sky garden, situated atop “The Twin Towers”, stands as Beijing’s highest accessible sky garden, offering a spectacular panoramic view.In the design, the integration of architecture, interior and landscape is also the pursuit of this project. With the common design concept of “natural infiltration”, the three majors have designed many Spaces where natural landscape and artificial construction blend with each other.

主入口酒店式落客 HOTEL-STYLE DROP OFF AREA
入口作为园区边界，亦是城市界面，或展或隐，大门的呈现沿用园区的设计理念，绿荫若隐若现透过韵律感的金属格栅穿透而出，薄如蝉翼的金属格栅墙叙写典雅的序列艺术，园区内部景致隐隐投射于城市之中，形成社区与城市的“浸润”。从城市界面的角度而言，入口仿佛一处取景框，将这座独具东方韵味的庭院定格于此。
The project’s facade embodies a blend of sophistication and functionality, with glimpses of greenery peering through the rhythmic metal grille, establishing a strong connection between the community and the city.The design features a harmonious blend of both ethereal and unambiguous aesthetics. The gate’s presentation aligns seamlessly with the project’s design concept, which is well integrated into the surrounding landscape. The thin metal grille wall narrates elegant sequential art, subtly extending the site’s design into the urban fabric, while from the perspective of the urban landscape, the entrance acts as a frame, picturing the unique oriental courtyard within the cityscape.

超大尺度的发光悬挑下，以双曲面造型的绿岛为引，将景观渗透入挑檐之下，将景观与建筑的关系无限拉近，相互浸润。
Beneath the stunning cantilever entrance, the hyperbolic shaped green islands blend in seamlessly, enhancing the aesthetic and reinforcing the bond between architecture and landscape.

都市园林-清粼之庭 BROOKSIDE SHIMMER GARDEN
顺应地势变化，用弹性线条打造以“水的声与型”为主题的花园——“清粼之庭”。层叠的台层有疏有密，大开大合的空间给人以视觉变化，通过控制水的流量与流速，使水音交融，水型错落。
The Brookside Shimmer Garden takes inspiration from the serene sound and elegant motion of water. The shape of the cascading water feature is meticulously crafted with gracefully flowing lines that integrate with the changes in the terrain providing a captivating sight and undulating waterscape.The terrace of waterfalls presents an exquisite fusion of sparseness and denseness, offering a diversity of visual experiences. By precisely controlling the water’s flow and velocity, the sounds and shapes of water intertwine and descend in a dulcet symphony.

感受都市里的东方园林，置石散落于池畔，池壁雾气缭绕，流水潺潺。
The featured stones are scattered around the water feature enveloped in mist, as the water gently cascades into the pool.
一汪泉水沁人心脾，山石环抱，云雾缭绕，阳光倾泻而下，三面种植对后方地库进行遮蔽，将整个园区笼罩与绿色之中。
The spring is encircled by rocks and mist, with glistening crystal-clear water illuminated by sunlight. Additionally, the planting design provides shading on three sides of the entrance to the underground car park at the rear, effectively enveloping the entire site in lush greenery.

室内外的互动与交融 CONNECTION AND INTERACTION BETWEEN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
由意大利建筑及室内设计师 Mauro Lipparini 主笔的室内空间，通过运用简约线条、简单色彩，使自然的景致通过窗景、光影、绿植等形式从户外过度到室内环境。天花和地面使用了高反射度的材料，以倒影的形式将景观之水色、绿色纳入室内空间，落地窗、高窗取景簌簌箬竹、粼粼碧波——以声、光、型、影等多个维度形成了相互的“浸透与交融”。
With minimalist lines, simple colours, play of light and shadows, and greenery, renowned Italian architect and interior designer, Mauro Lipparini, skillfully integrates the natural landscape into the interior space through windows. Highly reflective materials are used for the ceiling and floor, play a role of starting conversation between the interior and the plant life outdoors. The floor-to-ceiling windows and clerestory windows bring beauty of the bamboo shadow and the waterscape to the inside – integrating design through the interaction of sound, light, shape, and shadow.

屋顶花园 SKY GARDEN
甲方希望通过屋顶夹层空间，打造即使足不出户也可以呼吸新鲜空气、观览运河景观的绿色空中庭园。总而言之，这个项目不同于传统的住宅景观，既要求室内设计的精致度又要求室外景观的耐候性，苛刻的基础条件和施工难度，半室内半室外的全新形式，以及新型豪华公寓到底需要怎样的场景和功能，让本项目充满挑战性的同时，亦有无穷的乐趣和吸引力。
On the mezzanine level of the roof, sky gardens have been meticulously designed, offering residents the opportunity to experience fresh air and appreciate the canal view without ever leaving the building.In summary, this project diverges from conventional residential landscaping as it necessitates both sophisticated interior design and weather-resistant outdoor landscaping. The challenging conditions, construction complexities, and the functional requirements of the high-class condominium community make this project both innovative and fascinating.

“打造一座北方的超高层空中花园”是面临着艰巨的技术挑战的：项目建筑顶层并非封闭状态，不能使用空调系统，北方冬季的寒风沙暴，夏季艳阳暴晒，冬季夏季的温差巨大，由于气候完全不同于南方，新加坡泰国等成熟屋顶花园设计技术都很难在本项目中运用；植物成活问题、构筑物对风沙侵蚀的耐受度，屋顶微气候的舒适性都是需面对的新课题；其次，本项目由于是建筑基本完成施工后增加的内容，空中花园的底板层完全是架空式的加建构造，结构、承重、排水设计都充满挑战，由于在项目施工时，公寓业主已经入住，我们所有的材料只能通过人行电梯运载，因此对于项目所能使用的材料规格和重量又增加了限制条件。
Designing and constructing a high-rise sky garden in the Northern region presents significant technical challenges. The semi-enclosed structure of the top floor poses limitations on air-conditioning. Because Beijing’s climate is completely different from that of the south, the cold winds and sandstorms in winter, the sweltering heat in summer, and extreme seasonal temperature variations, further complicates the situation, thus drawing inspiration from established roof garden designs and technologies in Singapore and Thailand proves to be a demanding task. Additionally, new considerations such as plant selection, wind and sand erosion resistance, and creating a comfortable microclimate on the rooftop need to be addressed.Moreover, since the rooftop project was started after the completion of the building construction, the structural design, load-bearing capacity, and drainage of the roof garden’s subfloor presented significant difficulties. Furthermore, the fact the residents had already moved in the building during the construction phase of sky gardens, limited material transportation options to a pedestrian lift, narrowing our choices in weight and specifications.
N1山丘茶室 N1 HILLTOP TEA PAVILION
N1栋山丘茶室是一座东方禅意的花园，乘电梯是客户到达空中花园的主要方式，在设计语言上，我们选择了枯山水苔原的做法，与项目整体的东方调性吻合的同时，也能在植物难成活、施工材料运输困难等苛刻的条件下保证达到好的景观效果。
The primary means of access to the Hilltop Tea Pavilion, located within an oriental style zen garden, is by taking the lift to the top of the N1 Building. Rocks and mosses were deliberately selected as the design elements for the zen garden. This choice not only aligns with the overall oriental aesthetic of the project, but also ensures optimal landscape outcomes despite challenging circumstances. These challenges include the limited survival potential of plants in semi-open environments and the difficulty of material transportation.

玄关花园 FOYER GARDEN
我们希望整体的环境能塑造出纯净质感，通过磨砂玻璃、白砂、和纸等不同透明度的白色，打造纯净的基底，浓色的金属与绿植点缀其上。
The objective was to establish a serene and pristine ambiance in this environment. These materials, including frosted glass, white sand, and washi paper, create sheer undertones and subtle layers within the space. The overall aesthetic is enhanced with the addition of polished metals and greenery.

枯山水苔庭 ZEN-STYLE MOSS GARDEN
从玄关门厅拾级而下，便是枯山水的苔庭，视线的尽端则是木结构的茶庭，我们把空间尽量设计的简单和纯净，而变化的光影则为画面增添了更多细节——茶庭氤氲柔和的光透过和纸的门扉照亮傍晚的庭园。
Situated below the entrance foyer, lies the serene Moss Garden, designed in a tranquil Zen-style. A wooden tea pavilion is at the far end of the line of sight. Meticulously crafted, this space embodies simplicity and purity, where shifting light and shadows reveal intricate details. As dusk descends, a soft, diffused light filters through the washi paper doorway, casting an ethereal glow over the garden.

茶室会客 TEA PAVILION
茶室外侧设有通道，内外的重重屏风将环境的东方风韵做浓做足。
通过茶室侧的通道可垂直转向东侧，映入眼帘的便是两座茶亭间一处石汀与杂木组成的微型花园。在植物的选择上，我们并没有一味追求造型的完美，而是选取更接近自然原生杂木状态的飘逸造型，以植物灵动的曲线去搭配茶庭有秩序感的格栅阵列。
Outside of the Tea Pavilion, there are pathways that have been designed. A distinctly oriental touch is introduced into the setting by the screens and Shoji.
As you proceed eastward through the passageway adjacent to the tea pavilion, you will stumble upon a delightful miniature garden adorned with a featured tree, plant group and steppingstones leading to two other pavilions.The trees in this garden are not chosen for their perfection and neatness of crown, but rather for their natural growth shapes. These shapes closely resemble those of native trees found in the wild. The selection of trees, with their dynamic branch curves, creates a harmonious blend with the tea pavilion’s well-ordered lattice frame.

4人的茶室位于园林的另一侧，通过汀步与浮桥即可到达。茶室全部采用木质结构和纸门，通过专业的技术保证室外的耐久性和结构超轻。
The tea pavilion with four seats is located on the opposite side of the garden. Accessible via stone steps and a bridge, the pavilion is constructed entirely of wood and laminated papers using specialised technical methods that guarantee durability when exposed in semi-outdoor conditions. Furthermore, it boasts remarkable lightness and stability to install atop the rooftop.
因为项目位于超高层，阳光几乎没有任何遮挡的照射在空中花园，设计中选择有一定的透光度的和纸材料，通过闭合推拉门能保证室内不被暴晒，同时阳光打在和纸上形成不同的色度，随着一天内的时间变化可以产生让人惊喜的光影体验。
Given the project’s elevated position and abundant sunlight exposure into the garden, the Shoji (sliding door) design incorporates washi paper with a specific transmittance to effectively block the intense sunlight. Additionally, this interaction between sunlight and the washi paper throughout the day creates a delightful play of light and shadow.
茶庭内部是榻榻米空间，顶部设置了均匀光的软膜天花，室内照明见光而不见灯，使整体环境更具纯粹感。
The interior of the tea garden is carpeted with tatami mats, and the ceiling is made of soft membrane which is pervious to light, the projected light is even and gentle, and the absence of ceiling lights contributes to the room’s pristine, minimalist atmosphere.

观澜卡座 RIVERVIEW OUTLOOK LOUNGING
经过微型花园即可到达观澜卡座所在的北侧通道。通过屏风围合的4-6人小包厢提供了最好的观河视野，三五朋友闲聊品茗，纵览五河交汇。
Passing through the miniature zen garden to get to the north passage, where the Riverview Lookout Lounging is located. The private lounge is enclosed by screens and can accommodate 4-6 individuals. The exclusive retreat offers a unique view of the magnificent rivers. Companions can indulge in engaging conversations and relish a cup of tea while immersing themselves in the captivating vista.

N2落日酒吧 N2 SUNSET BAR
N2栋落日酒吧则是一座以幻彩现代酒廊为灵感的空中花园，N2栋户型较小，用户以“年轻潮人”为主，我们特意选择了截然不同的设计手法，希望用更为“多彩和活跃”的形式，阐释现代都会的生活情趣，而通过景观设计让“光影”“时间”等自然元素与生活场景产生互动，是N2落日酒吧与N1山丘茶室一脉相承的设计理念。
The Sunset Bar is a dynamic modern lounge on the top floor of Building N2. N2 has smaller dwelling-size, and its residents are mostly fashionistas and young people. Drawing inspiration from the N1 Hills Teahouse, the design concept of the N2 Sunset Bar presents a distinctive and vibrant approach. It incorporates a colourful and dynamic form, aiming to encapsulate the essence of modern urban living. Meticulous landscape design showcases the interplay of natural elements, including light, shadow, and time, adding to its allure.

玄关空间：解构暮色之美 FOYER AREA: Deconstructing the Beauty of Twilight
电梯厅到屋顶花园之间的一小段距离，被我们用彩色玻璃进行包装，用不同颜色的玻璃与自然的光影互动，打造出如同“蒙德里安”艺术品般的效果；当电梯轿厢门打开，浓烈的色彩喷薄而出，迅速用浓烈“光影炫彩”包裹住人的心绪，将游览者带入“落日酒廊”的鲜活氛围中。
The area between the lift lobby and the roof garden is enclosed by exquisitely coloured stained glass. As sunlight filters through, casting enchanting patterns of light and shadows, it evokes the magnificent Piet Mondrian Effect. Even before setting foot outside the lift door, visitors are instantly attracted by the striking visual effect of the colours, immersing them in the vibrant atmosphere of the Sunset Lounge.

“落日酒廊”给人的第一印象便是色泽浓醇，我们希望通过大量运用彩色玻璃、大花绿大理石及锈钢板等高彩度材料，解构光影，营造出浓烈与迷离的“黄昏酒会的氛围”。
The initial impression of the “Sunset Lounge” is one of intense iridescent colour. Through the extensive use of richly coloured materials such as stained glass, green marble and rusty steel plates, light and shadow are deconstructed to create an intense and disorientating “twilight cocktail party” atmosphere, adding to the allure of the space.

酒廊上空，用星星灯串联形成“天幕”，提供氛围照明的同时将上方的楼梯结构做了一定遮挡，落日酒廊的另一侧通向挑高的观景派对区，通道尽端的彩色玻璃屏风旁便是上行到此区域的台阶。
A canopy of fairy lights is hung over the lounge to provide ambient lighting and conceal the exposed staircase structure above. On the opposite side of the lounge is a spacious party area with high ceilings. A staircase leading up to this exquisite space lies at the end of the corridor, next to a stained-glass screen.

彩色玻璃与耐候钢板制成的方形屏风侧面便是台阶，拾级而上，到达挑高处的“Party聚汇厅”。
Next to the square screen made of coloured stained glass and weather-resistant steel panels are stairs leading to the high-ceilinged” Party Venue”.

挑高处的“Party聚汇厅”，用各色的彩色玻璃围合出一处10-20人聚会的场所，既可以举办桌游、放映、宣讲等活动，又能休闲畅谈远眺观景。
The ‘Party Venue’ boasts high ceilings and is adorned with beautiful stained-glass windows in various colours. It provides an intimate gathering space for 10-20 people, perfect for hosting events like board games, film screenings, presentations, and socializing. Additionally, the venue offers stunning views for guests to enjoy while they mingle and connect.

聚会空间的另一侧由木质卡座围合，提供阅读、交谈与休息的空间，卡座上设有防水充电插座。
The other side of the gathering space is enclosed by cozy timber booths that create a tranquil retreat for reading, conversation, and relaxation. These thoughtfully designed seats are accompanied by waterproof charging sockets for added convenience.
天空吧台 SKY-HIGH RELAXATION
在观赏“五河交汇”的最佳视角处，设置了L型吧台，临窗而望——日观京城河景，夜赏灯火阑珊。
At the best viewpoint of the “Five Rivers Convergence”, an L-shaped bar has been set up where you can behold the view of the capital’s river flows with grace, as night falls with pace, the lights come alive and night life comes in to lift.

在设计中，使用了不少可拆卸的景观装置，如天空吧台区域的 “景观垂帘”，这种组装式景观在分割空间的同时，具有灵活性且施工便捷。在举办特殊活动时，还可以更换为活动宣传海报等。
In this project, a range of removable landscape features were used to optimize flexibility and streamline construction processes. Particularly is the implementation of “landscape curtains” at the Sky-hight Relaxation, effectively partitioning the space. Moreover, during scheduled events, these curtains can be replaced with posters. This innovative strategy ensures both adaptability and aesthetic appeal.
光线变化下，每个场景又能呈现出不同色调——处于冷光和半阴环境下，所有场景又被翠色与蓝色浸润，通过不同色彩的运用，让整个空间既丰富又统一。
The dynamic interaction of daylight bestows a distinct hue upon every scene; on cloudy or overcast days, the place is rendered in a palette of emerald and blue.. This area has a consistent chromatic effect under different lighting conditions due to the use of various colour combinations.
社群的挖掘——与业主共建 COMMUNITY DEVELOPING: Residents Come Together in Collaboration to Build a Thriving Community
王石参与“穿越川流”划桨俱乐部聚会在N2落日酒吧举办，“Party聚汇厅”被布置成了临时的演讲处，而天空吧台处也挂上了活动海报，布置了餐桌。除了此活动，N1与N2还在每周末均有特定活动举办，比如N1栋的“寇克让大师书法课”“业主订婚宴”，N2栋的“滨江之夜·花园酒会等”，为业主提供了更丰富的周末生活内容。
Wang Shi, founder and chairman of China Vanke, consultancy of World Historic and Cultural Canal Cities Cooperation Organisation (WCCO), hosted the paddling club party “Crossing the Streams” at the scenic N2 Sunset Bar, The “Party Venue” underwent a temporary transformation into a lecture hall, while the Sky Bar was decorated with posters and furnished with table sets. Alongside club parties, a diverse array of weekend events are held in N1 and N2 buildings, including “Lesson by master calligrapher Kerang Kou” and “Engagement Party” in N1 and a joyous “Riverside Night – Garden Cocktail Party” in N2. The rooftop gardens offer residents a wide range of exciting weekend activities, ensuring a vibrant and fulfilling community experience.
