麦微景观：在空间的每一个动作和使用上，创造与自然的对话。光线和物质构成了重要的主题，建筑与景观融合渗透，室内外空间自然延伸，弱化各功能空间的界限，同时将空间的尺度感、环境的生态性与设计的艺术感合而为一。

MW’ LANDSCAPE ARCHIECTURE：Every action and use of the space creates a dialogue with nature. Light and materiality constitute key themes, with architecture and landscape blending seamlessly. The interior and exterior spaces naturally extend, blurring the boundaries between functional areas. The design simultaneously integrates the spatial scale, the ecological nature of the environment, and the artistic sense of design.

项目思考|SOLUTION THINKING

本案位于项目位于佛山市顺德区佛山新城板块核心区，毗邻佛山新城CBD中轴，坐拥一线稀缺江景。我们汲取佛山千年水乡的灵韵，收藏双水轴原点的限定江幕。将“水”从风景升华为生活的底色，从而回应一座城市向水而生的在地文化，实现滨水的生活理想。

This project is located in the core area ofFoshan New Town in Shunde District, Foshan City, adjacent to the central axis of Foshan New Town’s CBD, and boasts a rare first-line river view. Drawing on the spirit of Foshan’s millennial water town, we created a limited-edition riverscape at the origin of the dual water axes. Elevating water from a scenic feature into a foundational element of life, we respond to the local culture of a city born from water and realize the ideal of waterfront living.

项目以“度假”为基调，以“水岸”为空间载体，以“编织”为设计手法，通过对景观叙事空间的营造，将佛山岭南水乡文化、现代居住功能与自然生态有机统一的编织成一体，营造“从容栖居、诗意交织”的酒店式社区环境。

Taking “vacation” as the keynote, “waterfront” as the spatial carrier, and “weaving” as the design technique, through the creation of landscape narrative space, Foshan Lingnan water town culture, modern residential functions and natural ecology are organically woven into one, creating a hotel-style community environment of “leisurely living and poetic interweaving”.

以水为心、延水而聚、串绿设道、共享水岸，在理想的城市水岸，建筑、景观、室内一体化设计，定制理想的水岸生活剧场。依托项目周边双水轴交汇原点的资源优势，打造具有滨水体验的酒店式后花园，提取在地文化元素，构筑“一轴五境”的景观空间结构。

With water as the core, gathering along the water, setting up green paths and sharing the waterfront, in the ideal city waterfront, the architecture, landscape and interior are integrated into the design to customize the ideal waterfront life theater.Leveraging the resource advantages of the confluence point of two waterways surrounding the project, we will create a hotel-style garden with a waterfront experience, incorporating local cultural elements to construct a landscape spatial structure of “one axis and five scenes.”

设计主题|DESIGN THEME

临水之境，礼序门厅

无界之庭，择水而憩。把酒店的生活哲学融入到高端住宅中，从当代人的实际体验和心理需求出发，通过视觉化与主题化的表达，将酒店生活哲学落位在每一处生活场域里。

Integrate the hotel’s philosophy of life into high-end residences. Starting from the actual experience and psychological needs of contemporary people, the hotel’s philosophy of life is placed in every living space through visual and thematic expression.

打破空间的固有界限，营造多元化的景观场景，构建多维度的空间场域，凸显景观的情感触点，为泛会所空间赋予新的价值内涵。我们以酒店式服务引领生活方式，将日常场景以景观化的表达升华为一场度假生活的艺术体验。

We break the inherent boundaries of space, create diverse landscape scenes, construct multi-dimensional spatial fields, highlight the emotional touchpoints of the landscape, and give new value to the pan-club space. We use hotel-style services to guide lifestyles, and sublimate everyday scenes into an artistic experience of vacation life through landscape expression.

酒店式落客环岛结合入口门廊一体化打造，提升归家体验感，奢石与入口水景遥相呼应，尊享品质归家体验。理性的几何解构重组，形成秩序化的城市界面，植物作为软景介入，与贝金米黄石材景墙交叠共生。

The hotel-style drop-off island is integrated with the entrance porch to enhance the homecoming experience. The luxurious stone and the entrance waterscape echo each other, allowing you to enjoy a high-quality homecoming experience.Rational geometric deconstruction and reorganization form an orderly urban interface. Plants are introduced as soft landscape, overlapping and coexisting with the Beijin beige stone wall.

中心水院

大面积艺术水景与漂浮的平台形成归家路径，运用干净简洁的打造手法，听澜观水，伴水归家。层级叠水缓缓流动，奢石卡座与树院对望，核心水景区域带来极致的度假体验。

Extensive water features and floating platforms form a path home, employing a clean and concise design approach, allowing visitors to listen to the rippling water and admire the water, returning home with the water. The cascading water flows gently, while luxurious stone booths face the tree-lined courtyard, creating a core water feature area that provides an ultimate holiday experience.

温润的色调与自然的治愈，是对生活最好的疏解，艺术化的生活画卷在此刻展开。奢石定制的艺术卡座悬浮于水面之上，与叠水、花钵、树院呼应，营造度假松弛的景观空间。闲坐其中，感受艺术化的生活气息，特选造型树似在喃喃低语，诉说对理想生活的憧憬。

Warm colors and natural healing are the best relief for life, and an artistic picture of life unfolds at this moment.Custom-made art booths by Sheshi are suspended above the water, echoing the cascading water, flower pots, and tree courtyards to create a relaxing vacation landscape. Sitting here, you can feel the artistic atmosphere of life, and the specially selected sculpted trees seem to whisper, expressing your longing for an ideal life.

连廊与乔木拉起空间骨架，漂浮的休闲平台提供一个融于自然的空间，下层次的动水与静水自然过渡，展现出慢岸时光之美。

The corridors and trees form the framework of the space, and the floating leisure platform provides a space integrated with nature. The dynamic water and the still water on the lower level transition naturally, showing the beauty of slow shore time.

摩登花园，林溪花境

泛会所空间内外视线相交，延伸出临水之境的观景平台，也为未来商业空间提供了无限可能。安哥拉黑石材与通透的玻璃护栏相得益彰，开放式观水平台将水岸景色全方位收入眼底。摩登花园衔接室内外空间，是室内空间的延续，也是景观的向内渗透，形成一个和谐统一的整体。

The sight lines inside and outside the pan-club space intersect, extending a viewing platform overlooking the water, and also providing unlimited possibilities for future commercial space.Angolan black stone and transparent glass railings complement each other, and the open water viewing platform allows for a panoramic view of the waterfront.The modern garden connects indoor and outdoor spaces. It is a continuation of the indoor space and an inward penetration of the landscape, forming a harmonious and unified whole.

巧妙地利用场地高差打造后场溪林花境，景观与建筑相互交织，植物与水景交错共生，打造出富有层次的意境空间。

以精湛的工艺与极致的设计，营造克制与独特的美学空间，每一处细节都彰显着优雅与品位，完美塑造现代设计的极致追求。

The height difference of the site is cleverly used to create a creek and flower garden in the backyard. The landscape and architecture are intertwined, and the plants and waterscape coexist in an intertwined manner, creating a space with rich layered artistic conception.

With exquisite craftsmanship and ultimate design, we create a restrained and unique aesthetic space. Every detail shows elegance and taste, perfectly shaping the ultimate pursuit of modern design.

水中卡座材料选用潘多拉奢石打造，与纯净的水面底色反差鲜明，形成了极具视觉张力的撞色画面。水景配以花境的点缀，在摇曳的树影下，人们感受到了森林、泉水和花园的宁静之美。

The underwater booths are made of Pandora luxury stone, which contrasts sharply with the clean water background, creating a contrasting color picture with great visual tension.The waterscape is embellished with flower borders, and under the swaying shadows of the trees, people feel the tranquil beauty of the forest, springs, and gardens.

无界泳池，临水生活

在自然的流动里享受自我。泳池的设计旨在营造一个让人于自然环抱中，放松生活的空间，同时享受水岸位置带来的非凡视野。嵌入在建筑与水岸之间的无界泳池，是对度假感居所最好的呈现。泳池派对在鸡蛋花的掩映下，悄然开启，水岸空间与无界泳池相呼应，呈现一种随性松弛的生活方式。

Enjoy yourself in the flow of nature.The swimming pool is designed to create a space where people can relax and enjoy the natural environment while enjoying the extraordinary views brought by the waterfront location.The boundless swimming pool embedded between the building and the waterfront is the best presentation of a resort-like residence.The pool party quietly begins under the shade of frangipani. The waterfront space echoes the borderless swimming pool, presenting a casual and relaxed lifestyle.

落羽杉树影下设置与水面有最佳距离的停留平台，尽收水岸的自然风光。滨水步道联动上层大区空间，打造立体慢行系统。拾阶而上的归家通道与亲水步道之间形成草阶台地，空间以一种开阔性语言纳入场地语境，内外渗透释放出流畅的美学艺术。

A rest platform is set up under the shadow of the bald cypress trees at an optimal distance from the water surface, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural scenery of the waterfront.The waterfront promenade connects the upper-level spaces, creating a three-dimensional slow-moving system. A grass terrace forms between the ascending path and the waterfront promenade. This space, integrated into the site context with an open language, exudes a fluid aesthetic that permeates both interior and exterior alike.

结语|EPILOGUE

真正的景观，并非视觉图像的简单呈现，而是一个多层次的感观场域。当双脚感知地面的材质变化，当肌肤感受植被间的微气候，当耳畔掠过风与叶的簌响，景观的意境便超越了单纯的形态美学，沉淀为一种内在的、持久的身体记忆与情感认同。

A true landscape is not simply a visual image, but a multi-layered sensory field. When your feet perceive the changing texture of the ground, when your skin senses the microclimate of the vegetation, when your ears hear the rustling of wind and leaves, the artistic conception of the landscape transcends simple formal aesthetics, settling into an internal, lasting physical memory and emotional identification.
