蓝调国际：千年时空穿越式的对话

霹雳收威暮雨开，独凭栏槛倚崔嵬。垂天雌霓云端下，快意雄风海上来。

海口这座滨海之城，天生带着隐者的风骨。在这片向海而筑的院落，恰似东坡笔下”天容海色本澄清”的立体诗行，构筑了一处当代都市中的精神原乡。”海南万里真吾乡”，隐逸不必远离尘嚣，而在心境转化。这是一场融合海南在地气质与现代生活美学的”在野化”实践——让建筑消隐于自然，让心灵重获自由。

登门处，格栅的光影如同时光的笔触，在石板路上绘就流动的墨韵；一方静水倒映天光云影，构筑起连接天地的无界画框。缓步游园，火山岩矮墙与蕨类植物相映成趣，人工与自然的界限在此消融。步入府序，挑高的檐廊将琼州海峡的万千气象引入室内，海天一色化作流动的天然画卷，演绎着”大象无形”的东方哲思。

这方天地承袭宋式园林的”象法礼序”，以三重门第构建起登门、游园、府序的递进空间。前府中正的格局，是”礼之用，和为贵”的现代表达；后园恣意的生长，则暗合”万物静观皆自得”的天趣。这不是避世的桃源，而是东坡”此心安处是吾乡”的当代诠释——当庭院之门徐徐开启，人们终将领悟：最诗意的栖居，是让建筑融于自然，让心灵归于澄明。

BLUES: A dialogue that transcends a thousand years of time and space

The thunderbolt subsided and the evening rain began. Alone, I leaned against the railing and the lofty cliff. Under the clouds, the female rainbow hangs high, and the heroic spirit comes from the sea.

Haikou, this coastal city, is inherently endowed with the demeanor of a hermit. In this courtyard built towards the sea, it is just like the three-dimensional lines of poetry by Dongpo, “The sky is vast and the sea is clear,” creating a spiritual homeland in the contemporary city. “Hainan, a land of ten thousand miles, is truly my home. Seclusion doesn’t have to be far from the hustle and bustle; it lies in the transformation of one’s state of mind.” This is a “wilding” practice that integrates the local charm of Hainan with modern life aesthetics – allowing buildings to blend into nature and enabling the soul to regain its freedom.

At the entrance, the light and shadow of the grilles are like the brushstrokes of time, painting a flowing ink charm on the stone-paved road. A still pool of water reflects the light of the sky and the shadows of the clouds, forming an unbounded picture frame that connects heaven and earth. Strolling slowly through the garden, the low volcanic rock walls and ferns complement each other beautifully, and the boundary between the artificial and the natural melts here. Entering the preface of the mansion, the high eaves corridor brings the myriad scenes of the Qiongzhou Strait into the interior. The sea and sky blend into one, transforming into a flowing natural painting, interpreting the Oriental philosophy of “the greatest form is formless”.

This place inherits the “image, method, ritual and order” of the Song-style gardens, and builds a progressive space for entering the door, visiting the garden and the residence order with three levels of family status. The layout of the front mansion is a modern expression of “the application of propriety and the value of harmony”. The unrestrained growth in the back garden is in line with the natural charm that “all things find their own contentment when observed quietly.” This is not a secluded paradise, but a contemporary interpretation of Dongpo’s saying, “Where the heart finds peace is home.” As the gate of the courtyard slowly opens, people will eventually understand that the most poetic dwelling is to blend architecture with nature and let the soul return to clarity.

“On the Border Between Fast and Slow, Haikou is a City that Knows How to Leave Space.
Here, time is stretched by the sea breeze, and sunlight flows through the coconut groves. In the morning, open the window to see the sea, listening to the tides writing a thousand-year story on the volcanic rocks. As evening falls, walk on the sand, letting the last ray of sunlight gently close the day. Here, time is no longer a race against seconds. Instead, it becomes the natural breath between the ebb and flow of the tides.

The Door Sees Both the Past and the Present—Symmetrical Roundabout.

The entrance drop-off area seamlessly blends traditional oriental aesthetics with a modern artistic atmosphere. The symmetrical roundabout creates a grand and luxurious hotel entrance. The design follows an axis symmetry, with everything from the water features to the pergolas, from trees to the landscape walls, reflecting a sense of balance, order, and dignified harmony.

The hotel entrance is centered around a symmetrical roundabout with a strong sense of presence. Through a rigorous axial layout and a progressive landscape sequence, it creates a prestigious and stunning arrival experience.

空间以廊围合，串联园中三大场地，廊下运用金属格栅等形式，打造光影长廊。静谧的氛围和光影廊道交织，走走停停间深刻感受到设计师勾勒出一座极致东方、奢雅却又温情生活气息十足的府邸。

The space is enclosed by corridors, connecting the three main areas within the garden. The corridors feature elements like metal grilles, creating a light and shadow passage. The serene atmosphere intertwines with the light-filled corridor, allowing visitors to pause and reflect, deeply feeling the designer’s vision of an exquisite oriental residence—luxurious yet warm, full of life and elegance.

古建筑+酒店模式是我们在汲古文化上新的探索，场地现有古建筑源于江西婺源民居古建，将古建筑古朴典雅的气质融入到海南的自然环境中，打造隐逸东方、古朴典雅的东方美学居所。

A century of literary spirit – ancient architecture + hotel.

The combination of ancient architecture and hotel model is our new exploration of traditional culture. The existing ancient building on the site originates from the traditional residences of Wuyuan in Jiangxi. By integrating the ancient, elegant qualities of this architecture into the natural environment of Hainan, we have created a retreat that embodies Oriental aesthetics—hidden, timeless, and elegantly traditional.

沿回廊向深处走去，泳池抬高与吧台相接，让泳池不单只是泳池，它更成为园中与人亲近、互动感最强的一景。

只此青绿，以艮岳为引·筑宋雅之殿。室外泳池以青砖铺地，碧波荡漾与青瓷小品呼应，谈笑间，典雅东方的自然画卷跃然纸上。

Only this green, inspired by Mount Genshan, builds a Song-style elegant pavilion. The outdoor pool is paved with blue bricks, its rippling waters complementing the celadon pieces. As conversations flow, the elegant Oriental natural landscape vividly comes to life.

池底材质选用山水纹石材马赛克，其深青灰的底色与耀州窑青瓷神似，有着温润含蓄、美如青玉的韵味。

The bottom material is selected as a landscape-patterned stone mosaic, with a deep grey-blue base color that closely resembles the Qing porcelain of the Yaozhou kiln, exuding a subtle, graceful, and jade-like beauty.

Using sky blue as the foundation for Eastern aesthetics, blending garden landscapes with the soul of architecture. Green bricks pave the ground, with platforms for viewing the scenery, where each view reflects the other, and every scene evokes emotion. In this hidden Eastern retreat, enjoy the natural tranquility and refined musical delight.

云栖一隅-疏光入室

青石案上，一钵莲花静卧，釉色温润如月。苔痕悄然爬上钵沿，翠色沁入时光的缝隙。疏影斜映，暗香浮动，方寸之间，自有天地清远。

A corner of the cloud dwelling – soft light streams into the room

On the bluestone table, a lotus bowl rests quietly, its glaze soft and warm like the moon. Moss subtly climbs up the edge of the bowl, its green hue seeping into the crevices of time. The sparse shadows are cast obliquely, and a faint fragrance lingers in the air. Within this small space, a world of tranquility and distant beauty exists.

Sitting alone in the courtyard, a cup of clear tea. The small courtyard of bluestone, bathed in moonlight, stretches across the green brick path. The moon’s path is outlined with blue bricks, while a shallow bowl holds dew as a mirror, reflecting the shadow of the water lilies. Moss, like ink, bleeds gently into the stone crevices, resembling an inkstone.
