顺景园林：瞻月府，坐落于六朝古都南京，背靠钟灵毓秀的紫金山，环抱诗意繁华的秦淮河，与“金陵第一园”瞻园时空对望。两座名园跨越历史的长河，达到精神的和鸣。

Sunshine Landscape: Located in Nanjing, the ancient capital of six dynasties, Moon Villa leans against the graceful Purple Mountain and is harbored by the romantic Qin Huai River, looking at Zhanyuan Garden, “the first garden of Jinling” across time and space. A spiritual resonance finds its way between the two gardens across the river of long history.

瞻月，仰对月，俯观心，它是极致纯粹、艺术典藏的名园基底；它是“清风、明月、我”的园居之境；它是丰盛雅贵，精神共鸣的金陵孤本。

As its name suggests, Moon Villa shows great admiration for the moon, highlighting the purity and classic of celebrated gardens; it is the ideal home to the “gentle wind, bright moon, and me”; it is a unique existence in Nanjing that symbolizes prosperity, elegance and nobility.

▽概念演绎 Conceptual deduction

空间-从单元到聚落 Space – from units to settlements

聚落由单元构成，它是人类栖居的形态，也是场地建造的记忆载体。我们不断创造单元间的嵌套、叠合、交融、消隐等多维关系，形成空间聚落，满足不同视线需求的系统建构，从而传达对于私密空间、公共空间及共有空间关系之间的思考。

The settlement is divided into different units, which shows the form of human habitation and acts as a carrier of site memories. By creating multi-dimensional relationships between units, we build a system construction to meet the needs for views, which also conveys our thought about the relationship between private space, public space and shared space.

▽场地空间划分 Site space division

划地为界，划界为景，划景为境，从具象到抽象，从逻辑到意象，形成动态的空间表达，将建筑、景观、室内的功能与自然基底完美的交融为一体，让居者在空间中体验“得其环中”的精神感受。

From concrete to abstract, from logic to imaginary, we use a dynamic space expression to integrate buildings, landscapes and interiors with the natural surroundings perfectly, which allows residents to experience the true meaning of life here.

▽层进式的院落体系强化了到达的仪式感和尊贵感 Multi-courtyard system highlights the senses of ceremony and nobility.

▽空间的嵌合形成景观的相互渗透和视线导引 Spaces interlace with each other to form the interpenetration of landscapes and guide people’s attention.

美学-时尚的构成 Aesthetics – the makeup of fashion

瞻月府溯源“初心”，极简到纯粹，摒弃多余的装饰，让材料本身发声，用构成美学将空间的“无物”推向巅峰。黄金比下纵横的线条节奏，体块的穿插，重叠，嵌套，彰显了“物”本身的张力和竞和的冲突。黑与白极致的对撞、肌理感体块的对话，设计通过对比产生的视觉张力塑造空间，这是景观当代性的极致表达。

Back to the very beginning, the design of Moon Villa gets rid of excessive decorations and digs the natural beauty of materials to create an aesthetic space with rhythmic lines and interlaced blocks, which shows the tensions and collisions between materials. Pure white and black make a tremendous visual impact, textural blocks dialogue with each other, and the modern-style landscape shapes the space through comparison.

境象-空间情绪营造 Environment – space emotion creation

瞻月府以品牌思维建构空间，将场所升华为情境构建。以无形设计聚焦于空间情绪，在已知之境探索未知之象。建筑、景观、室内目之所及的一切，包括光阴的流转，四象的变幻，都是我们的材料语言，综合起来去塑它的“境”，直指“园居”的精神价值。

The landscape space of Moon Villa is created with brand thinking to show different scenes of life. With focus on the atmosphere of the space, the abstract design encourages people to explore the concrete unknown territory. All that we can see and experience around the space, including the passing of time and the changes of seasons, is the design language that we use to shape the “realm” and highlight the spiritual value of the “garden life”.

瞻月府门丨华灯映水 Entrance丨Lights Shine Like Diamonds

门庭，彰显着形象界面的仪式感，亦是一场空间之旅的第一印象。瞻月府门68m的城市界面营造出尊贵的气度，写满时间斑驳的迪奥米黄原石皮墙体与精致的铜艺LOGO对撞出现代隐奢的价值感，瞻月府门低调的编织暗纹传达出奢饰品级的典藏韵味。

The entrance serves as the image of a development and also shapes the first impression of a tour to a space. For Moon Villa, the 68 meters long urban interface highlights its nobility, the collision between the Dior Beige wall and the exquisite copper LOGO shapes its modern value, and the low-key woven pattern conveys a taste of hidden luxury.

抵达丨摩登水院 Arrival丨Modern Water Courtyard

空间的抵达更是心灵的抵达。层进式的院落布局，华灯映水的漂浮之境，营造出摩登水院酒店式的尊贵体验，传达出迎宾的温度感。

Arrival at the space means reaching peace of mind. Within the traditionally-organized courtyard, lights shine like diamonds on the water, creating a hotel-like noble experience and gesturing a warm welcome.

凝聚之境丨水岸茶亭 Space of Gathering丨Waterfront Pavilion

绕水、穿廊，凝光之境将全场的空间情绪推向高潮。每一座名园都要有一处精神高地，坐下来，静下来，与时光对话，观内心，见真我。

Surrounded by water and connected with the corridor, the pavilion is the spiritual center of the courtyard where people can sit and settle down to have a dialogue with time and themselves.

亭内，270°全景自然横轴入画，微弧的曲线引天光入亭，金陵逐月，瞻月、瞻心。

Sitting in the pavilion provides a 270°view of the surroundings; the curved roof introduces moonlight in, allowing people to admire the moon and find inner peace through meditation.

闲情之境丨碧潭听瀑 Space of Relaxation丨Hidden Waterfall

绿意私藏的碧潭听瀑营造了下沉空间半溪半岛的自然境，清音鸟鸣，留得荷叶听雨声，会所空间情与景的内外交融将都会自然的森林气写意画中。

The waterfall hides behind the green plants, creating a sunken island alongside the gurgling stream. The sounds of birds, wind and rain form a touching symphony. The views in and out of the clubhouse integrate with each other, reminding people of the beauty of forest.
