致澜景观：沿府河从猛追湾望平街滨河路到成都339购物中心，是多元的两岸生活场景，西岸有人气较高的公园式停留空间，望平路段有以潮流临街商业引爆的滨河街道。但在天祥滨河路我们看到：没有连续的临街商业吸引人气，自发的市民活动缺乏空间支撑，停留空间没有明确指向性，本应舒适的街道却无法驻足停留。
基于这样的现状，我们希望通过感性的观察和理性的分析去挖掘属于天祥滨河路空间价值，所以提出了一个将空间还给市民的计划——
Zinialand Design: Along the Fu River from Wangping Street River Road in Mengchaiwan to Chengdu 339 Shopping Center is a scenario of diverse life on both sides of the river, with a popular public park-a stop on the west bank and a riverfront street triggered by trendy small and private business on the Wangping section. But in Tianxiang Riverfront Road we see: there is no continuous small business to attract passengers, citizen activities lack of open spaces, staying spaces have no clear direction, this street should be comfortable but can’t stop and stay.
Based on this situation, we hope to explore the value of the space belonging to Tianxiang Riverfront Road through perceptual observation and rational analysis, so we propose a plan to return the space to the citizens.

该区域作为天祥滨河路端头，在改造前，我们发现路段停留空间不便，阶梯比较陡，通行空间也较为局促。
为了更好的满足短暂聚集等市民活动需求，设计破除原有的面状绿化，同时在避开集中的电子设备限制下，增添可停留的廊下小广场空间，光影廊架提升该路段昭示性，为人景互动制造出更多机会。
The area is the end of Tianxiang Riverfront Road. Before the transformation, we found that the staying space on roadside is inconvenient, steps are very steep, and the passing space is more crowded.
In order to meet the demand of citizens’ activities such as daily gathering and exercises, the design breaks the original green spaces, while reserving spaces for concentrated electronic equipment, adding a small square space under the corridor for staying, and enhancing the signification of the road by building the theme gallery. We aim to create more opportunities for human interaction.

“成都光明器材厂为我国第一家量化生产镧系玻璃的专业厂家” 采用镧系玻璃的主题设置互动滨水连廊，白天以颜色、夜晚模拟光束形成互动体验。
“Chengdu Optical Instrument Factory is the first professional manufacturer of quantitative production of lanthanum glass in China” The theme of ”lanthanum glass” is used to set up an interactive waterfront corridor, with color changing during the day and simulated light beams at night to form an interactive experience.

全民运动长廊 Sports promenade for all
丰富的生活版图一直在不断生长着，在这片“新生”的路段上，也将衍生出多元的、更全民的生活方式。
原有艺术形构筑与市民互动程度不高，通过设计进行了移除，增添线性全民运动廊架，为市民提供一个日常健身空间场地唯有的现状蓝花楹花开与夏日的阳光，也给未开街的天祥滨河路带来了第一次电视台的街访…这些更加丰富的配套，无一不给这条街带来更加新鲜的内容。
The rich and varied life map has been growing, in this “newborn” road, will also give birth to a more diverse and universal lifestyle.
The original art-shaped structure with the public interaction degree is not high, through the design of the removal and adding linear sports corridor, we provide a daily fitness space for the public with the jacaranda blooming under the summer sunligh, meanwhile bring about the first TV street visit to the Tianxiang Riverfront Road. These facilities bring more novelties to this street.

我们利用”华西旅行车“的元素衍生设计运用，将汽修零件用于场地，演绎为以儿童作为”发起人”的可停留的互动空间。
设计将滨河与街道的分段空间打通，并创造丰富的“地形”变化，依托现场黄葛树，提供一个以下沉式跑玩区为中心的停留场所，在更丰富的生活空间里，我们也将展开更为休闲的儿童友好空间。
We use the elements of “Huaxi Wagon” to derive the design and use the auto parts on the site, interpreting it as interactive designs where children can play the role of the “initiator”.
The design connects the riverfront and street segments, also creates a rich “topographic” change, relying on the onsite Ficus virens we provide a sunken playing area as the centerpiece of the stay, go with a more casual child-friendly space within a richer living space.

改造后的一系列新配套，都在为该路段以及该社区生活添加更丰富的内容，中段设置的开放式廊架，在提供停留驻足的同时，更为市民提供了社区策展空间。
1993年华西旅行车厂销量居全国第一，设计通过抽象出的白色旅行车装置来纪念这一时刻，透过车身的树荫在路面上缓缓移动，好似旅行车上的风景，一同载着思绪远行。
A series of new facilities enrich the scenarios of the community lifestyle. The open gallery in the middle section provides a community curatorial space for the public as well as a place to stop and stay.
The design commemorates this moment by abstracting the white wagon-like installation, which is the top sales in 1993. With the shade of trees moving slowly on the installation, as if the scenery on the wagon is drove away with thoughts and memories together.

在该路段轻设计处理，以PK自行车增添趣味互动，通过骑行可虚拟游览整条滨河路，为人群线下的交往创造了场景和主题。
Light design treatment in this section is just combined with some interesting element of “PK bikes”. Through riding can virtually tour the entire riverfront road, creating scenes and themes for realistic interactions with the local crowd.

停留时长更长，设施更人性化的城市闲适空间。
在这样的一个时代“网红效应”“流量效应”“打卡效应”……信息和喜好似乎都在一夜之间改变了风向标。
从几个角度出发全面考虑人群问题（这一点甲方很给力）场地居民、商户、物业、周边人群……美观性、实用性、科技感……
Longer staying time, Urban leisure space with more humane facilities.
Under the context of “Webcelebrity effect” “flow effect” “snap effect” …… information and preference seem to have overturned in a short time.
Comprehensive consideration of the crowd from several perspectives (Our client is super supportive) local residents, shopkeepers, property manager, surrounding people …… aesthetics, practicality, technology ……

缤纷的生活，总是与在地文化的精神内容无法分割，过去与未来，新与旧的替换，互相渗透和碰撞。
我们把城市界面优化，将原来品质较差的临时售卖空间，和街头会引起交通堵塞的车库进行改造，把更具功能性的使用场地、使用功能都还给市民。
成都红光电子管厂的彩色显像管誉为“工业原子弹”，设计运用显像管管体外形用作特色灯具使用（蓝绿为主，红点缀），丰富场地趣味性。
The colorful life is always inseparable from the spiritual content of the local culture, where the past and the future, the replacement of the new and the old, permeate and collide with each other.
We have optimized the urban interface by transforming poor quality shops and garages that cause traffic jams, and returning more functional spaces and needs to the public.
Chengdu Hongguang Electronic Tube Factory’s chromoscope was known as the “industrial atomic bomb”. The design uses the shape of “chromoscope” as a characteristic of landscape elements (blue and green, red embellishment), to enrich the interest of the site.

在市民花园上空，融入艺术家Ned Kahn的“凤向未来”艺术装置，与街道的热闹景象和那颗武成门桥头的百年古树黄葛树相呼应，亦动亦静。
Over the Civic Garden, the “Phoenix to the Future” art installation by artist Ned Kahn echoes the bustling street scene and the aged Ficus virens at the Wuchengmen Bridge.

设计之初，我们对现场及府河对岸不同时段的观察，考虑如何将周边及西岸人气吸引到场地中，延长市民的休闲活动范围与停留时长。
At the beginning of the design, we observed the site and the opposite bank of the Fu River at all different times of the day and considered how to attract the popularity from the surrounding and the west bank to our site meanwhile extended the range of leisure activities and length of staying time.

创造即兴的交往活动，是这里最大的魅力。开街前市民将自发的活动延续在场地中，“解锁”意想不到的玩法，生活趣味共享。
The biggest attraction of this place is the happening of improvised interactions. Before the opening of the street, people will continue their spontaneous activities, “unlocking” unexpected ways to play and share the fun of life on the site.

The reconstruction has been completed one after another, the original spontaneous activities of the public began to come back to the place, also adding many new scenes and activities surprisingly.

结语 Conclusion
猛追湾二期的改造，我们通过对市民自发活动的观察，置入了儿童友好，老人友好的公共城市空间，使其更具功能性和开放性，并且将原有的生活空间场景唤醒。街边市井气的热烈气氛日渐增加，也迎来了升级后的场景呈现，用休闲的心态，发现生活的美。
如今，全新升级后的天祥滨河路向市民打开，“闲事延时计划”也随着季节的更替呈现出更多元丰富的生活场景；市井朴素的空间随着时间更为生动。
For the reconstruction of the Mengchaiwan Phase II, we have worked out a child-friendly and elderly-friendly urban space through the observation of citizens’ spontaneous activities, making it more functional and open, as well as awakening the original scenes of the site. The atmosphere of the street side market is becoming hustle and bustle day by day, and the upgraded scenes are also ushered in gradually. The beauty of life will be continuously discovered with a casual mind.
Now, the newly upgraded Tianxiang River Road is open to the public already, and the ” Idle time extension program” presents a more diversified and varied life scene with the change of seasons; this ordinary space in the city will be more vigorous with time.
