广亩景观：碧水云影，海风带着林木的气息轻抚而来，湾区生活总让人想起诗里写过的温柔。从“面朝大海，春暖花开”的浪漫憧憬，到闹中取静、揽湾入怀的隐贵理想，当代湾居生活正在被重新定义：是自然与都市的交融，更是度假与日常的共生。

GM LANDSCAPE: With clear waters reflecting the clouds and a sea breeze carrying the scent of the woods, life in the bay area evokes the gentle poetry of existence. From the romantic vision of “facing the sea as spring blossoms unfold” to the ideal of an exclusive, serene retreat that embraces the bay, contemporary bay-side living is being redefined: it is a fusion of nature and the metropolis, and a harmonious blend of vacation-style leisure and everyday life.

建发·厦门五缘湾海用温柔诗意海的语言穿透场地，链接着五缘湾的一湾蔚蓝。场地中两棵百年榕树非常难得地保留着厦门人榕荫下的场景记忆。借助榕树在场地中的高度，把休憩空间漂浮于树荫之间。居者游走其中，灵动清新，抬高后的极致视线穿透建筑遥望海湾。

The project employs a poetic, ocean-inspired language to permeate the site, forging a connection with the azure waters of Wuyuan Bay. Two centuries-old banyan trees have been preserved—a rarity that safeguards the cherished local memory of gathering beneath their shade. Leveraging the height of these trees, the leisure spaces are designed to “float” amidst the canopy; as residents move through this airy, refreshing environment, the elevated vantage point offers unobstructed views that pierce through the architecture to gaze out at the bay.

项目落址于厦门市湖里区，一座四面环海的城市岛屿。周边自然资源丰饶，海风、绿意、阳光交织成日常底色。交通便捷通达，教育资源完备，同时毗邻多个科技产业园区，生活与事业从容切换。项目视野极佳，外揽一线无垠湾海，碧波连天；内瞰核心园林盛景，森屿叠翠，真正实现了与自然共生的双重栖居意境。

The project is situated in the Huli District of Xiamen, an urban island surrounded by the sea. It enjoys abundant natural resources, where sea breezes, lush greenery, and sunshine form the backdrop of daily life. With convenient transportation and comprehensive educational facilities—as well as proximity to multiple high-tech industrial parks—residents can seamlessly balance their professional and personal lives. The project offers exceptional views: outward, one beholds the boundless bay and sea merging with the azure sky; inward, the view encompasses magnificent central gardens and layered, verdant foliage—creating a living environment that truly embodies a harmonious coexistence with nature.

项目坐拥约1500米广角视野，将无垠湾海尽收眼底。从“海”出发，以海为脉，通过建筑的有序叠加与海岛的形态生成，将浪潮、岛屿、森林等自然元素抽象转化为景观语言，铺陈开一幅绵延的海岸度假场景。

The project commands a panoramic view spanning approximately 1,500 meters, offering an expansive vista of the boundless bay and sea. Drawing inspiration from the ocean as its central motif, the design employs the rhythmic layering of architectural forms and island-like configurations to abstractly translate natural elements—such as waves, islands, and forests—into a landscape narrative, unfolding a continuous coastal resort experience.

利用场地高差与视线通廊，将湾海景色引入，同时以多层次植物群落营造森系秘境，实现“外海内屿”的沉浸式体验。并将度假场景功能化，融入归家动线与邻里空间，让日常兼具假期般的松弛与诗意，将现代舒适融入海景湾居，最终呈现一座自然、松弛、极具度假感的城市隐贵之境。

By leveraging the site’s elevation changes and sightlines, the design draws in views of the bay and sea, while multi-layered plant communities create a secluded, forest-like sanctuary, delivering an immersive “island-within-the-sea” experience. Resort-style amenities are seamlessly integrated into the circulation paths leading home and into neighborhood communal spaces, infusing daily life with the relaxed, poetic atmosphere of a vacation. Modern comfort blends with the coastal setting to create an exclusive urban retreat—a place defined by nature, tranquility, and a distinctive resort-like ambiance.

入口以现代立面勾勒湾居格调。灰调石材肌理温润，弧形满天星灯檐流光缱绻，苍劲造型松点睛东方雅韵。在地文脉与极简美学相融，进门即藏湾境诗意。利用立体主义手法打造，将湾海的灵动水意揉进山谷园林，在城市之中复刻滨海溪谷的自然野趣，开启梦幻度假的前奏。层叠米黄石阶构筑流瀑景墙，跌水潺潺落于水面，光影随波纹缓缓晃动。水域间雕琢艺术绿岛，草木层层围合，浓荫叠翠自成秘境。缓步穿行水上浮桥，如同漫步林间水畔。漂浮的绿屿穿插于层级的叠瀑，观景挑台隐于浓绿树冠之下，抬目尽览谷间林泉盛景。

Crafted using Cubist techniques, the design blends the fluid, dynamic essence of the bay into the valley gardens, recreating the wild, natural charm of a coastal ravine within the city—setting the stage for a dreamlike getaway. Cascading beige stone steps form a waterfall feature wall, where the gentle murmur of falling water meets the surface, causing light and shadow to dance upon the ripples. Artistic “green islands” are sculpted amidst the waters, encircled by layered foliage and lush greenery that create a secluded, secret realm. A leisurely stroll across the floating pontoon evokes the feeling of walking through a forest by the water’s edge; floating green islets are interspersed among the tiered cascades, while viewing platforms tucked beneath dense canopies offer sweeping vistas of the valley’s forest springs.

流动的生活会馆悬浮于榕树之间，互相渗透青森环抱，赋予空间以生命感和自然的灵性。建筑依水而筑，清泉自会馆檐下顺势跌落，水声清泠绕廊而行。浅铺的镜面水景之上汀步错落排布，踏石即可穿行水间。下层空间搭配童趣设施，上层观景茶座藏于玻璃围栏之内，闲坐便可俯瞰林泉盛景。借榕树庇荫、流水绕庭的自然禀赋，将会客雅趣融于山水绿意。

The fluid lifestyle pavilion appears to float amidst the banyan trees, interweaving with the surrounding lush greenery to imbue the space with vitality and a natural spirit. Built alongside the water, the structure allows clear springs to cascade from the eaves, creating a soothing, melodic flow that accompanies the walkways. Stepping stones are artfully arranged across a shallow, mirror-like pool, inviting visitors to traverse the water’s surface. The lower level features playful amenities for children, while the upper-level tea lounge—encased in glass—offers a vantage point to gaze out over the magnificent scenery of woods and streams. By embracing the natural gifts of sheltering banyan trees and winding waters, the design harmoniously blends the elegance of social gathering with the lush, verdant landscape.

以场地保留原生百年古榕树为核，筑造林荫间的露天生活剧场。粗壮虬枝舒展成天然穹顶，浓密绿荫覆裹起伏草坪，弧形木坐凳顺着坡地自然铺展，树下悬置秋千，孩童在斑驳树影里奔跑嬉闹。依托原生地貌与古树肌理，不刻意雕琢，让草木围合出松弛的自然场域，唤醒闽南人榕树下纳凉嬉戏的生活记忆，感受纯粹的社交温度，于繁华城芯留住一席被古树守护的烟火日常。

Centered around the preservation of an ancient banyan tree—centuries old and native to the site—this project creates an open-air “living theater” nestled amidst the trees. Its gnarled, sturdy branches spread out to form a natural canopy, while dense foliage shades the undulating lawn; curved wooden benches follow the natural slope of the terrain, and swings hang from the boughs, inviting children to run and play amidst the dappled light and shadow. By honoring the original topography and the character of the ancient tree—avoiding artificial embellishment—the design allows the surrounding greenery to define a relaxed, natural setting. It evokes cherished memories of Minnan life—cooling off and playing beneath the banyan—fostering genuine social connection and preserving a slice of authentic, everyday life sheltered by the ancient tree in the heart of the bustling city.

湾海客厅借水造境，复刻五缘湾滨海潮汐意趣。水景律动的线条灵感源于自由流动的海水冲刷，形成海洋中丰富的肌理，漂浮绿岛穿插其中，结合林下潮汐花园，仿佛置身于海岛森林，惬意美好。

The “Bay-Sea Living Room” utilizes water features to craft a landscape that recreates the coastal tidal charm of Wuyuan Bay. Inspired by the rhythmic lines carved by free-flowing seawater—which create the rich textures found in the ocean—the design integrates floating green islands and a tidal garden nestled beneath the trees, evoking the delightful, serene atmosphere of an island forest.

水上浮桥跨水而过，汀步散落镜面水景，下沉式亲水卡座弧形软包坐区环水围合，落座即与粼粼水波咫尺相依，浓荫覆顶，林木层层叠翠，光影在水面缓缓游走。入夜后蓝调灯光沿水岸铺展，柔化林与水的边界，是业主闲谈小聚、静赏园景的湾海会客厅。

A floating bridge spans the water, while stepping stones are scattered across the mirror-like pool. A sunken, curved, and upholstered seating area—designed for intimate interaction with the water—is embraced by the pool, placing guests mere inches from the shimmering ripples; shaded by a lush canopy of layered greenery, the space plays host to the gentle dance of light and shadow upon the water’s surface. As night falls, blue-hued lighting spreads along the waterfront, softening the boundary between the trees and the water, creating a “bay-side” lounge perfect for residents to gather, chat, and quietly admire the garden scenery.

漂浮之岛溯源闽南代代相传的竹编匠艺，复刻古法编织搭接手法，将传统竹编肌理与现代材料相融，雕琢出弧形镂空穹顶，光影顺着编织缝隙洒落水面。夜晚穹顶次第点亮，如漫天繁星倒映一池浪漫。以非遗文脉造园，让千年闽地匠艺在湾海园林里完成古今美学的温柔碰撞。

“Floating Island” traces the lineage of Southern Fujian’s bamboo-weaving craftsmanship, recreating ancient techniques of weaving and joinery. By blending traditional bamboo textures with modern materials, it sculpts an arched, openwork dome that allows light and shadow to filter through the weave and dance upon the water’s surface. At night, the dome illuminates in sequence, evoking a starry sky reflected in a pool of romance. Rooted in the heritage of intangible cultural craftsmanship, the garden creates a gentle fusion of ancient and contemporary aesthetics within this coastal landscape.

自海谷森林缓步穿行，踏过临水浮桥，便闯入藏于浓荫里的雨林奇幻乐园。场地依托原生保留的百年老榕树造趣，以原木打造错落互动木桩步道，孩童沿木阶攀越嬉闹，在起伏路径里亲近自然。周边围合植物科普花园，化身天然自然课堂。借古树与密林的原生底色，把自然研学、亲子嬉戏融于园间，共同感受万物的生长，探寻自然的韵律。

Strolling through the Haigu Forest and crossing the waterside pontoon bridge, one enters a fantastical rainforest wonderland nestled amidst the lush canopy. The site draws its charm from century-old banyan trees preserved in their natural state, featuring an interactive trail of staggered wooden posts and logs where children can climb, play, and connect with nature along the undulating paths. Encircled by a botanical education garden, the area transforms into a natural classroom. Against the backdrop of ancient trees and dense woods, the space blends nature-based learning with family play, inviting visitors to witness the growth of life and explore the rhythms of the natural world.

作为楼栋之间的自然留白，宅间花园打通室内与园景边界，实现艺术生活内外贯通。以多变曲线铺地勾勒动线，铺装随园路自然转折，搭配层次错落的乔灌绿植，营造松弛疗愈的林下氛围。场地错落布置户外休闲桌椅与移动花箱，在绿意包裹中，将日常阅读、身心疗愈、邻里社交悉数容纳，让每一段下楼漫步的日常，都变成触手可及的自然诗意。

Serving as a natural expanse of open space between buildings, the garden bridges the boundary between indoors and outdoors, seamlessly integrating an artistic lifestyle with the landscape. Dynamic, curving pathways guide movement, winding naturally through the grounds and complemented by a layered arrangement of trees and shrubs that create a relaxed, restorative atmosphere reminiscent of a woodland grove. Outdoor seating and movable planters are thoughtfully distributed across the site; nestled amidst the greenery, the space accommodates daily reading, personal rejuvenation, and neighborly socializing, transforming a simple stroll downstairs into an experience of poetic connection with nature.

五缘湾海住宅景观是建发为数不多的现代风格，设计不盲目追逐网红感，而是尊重在地文化，选择在这片海湾与森屿交织的土地上，与自然温柔相拥。湾风轻拂无垠海景，百年榕树静静伫立，在海屿蓝湾间将度假场景融入日常，打造沉浸式湾海度假生活的全新范式。

WUYUAN BAY represents one of C&D’s rare forays into modern architectural style. Eschewing the pursuit of fleeting, viral trends, the design honors local culture and embraces a gentle harmony with nature on a site where the bay and wooded islands intertwine. Here, with bay breezes sweeping across the boundless seascape and century-old banyan trees standing in quiet majesty, the atmosphere of a resort getaway seamlessly blends into everyday life—creating a new paradigm for immersive, coastal-resort living.
