广亩景观：新旧融合，艺术自然
GM LANDSCAPE: The old with the new, art with nature
万科嘉兴渔里未来社区是一座整合了城市资源的邻里共享之城，以保留、传承与革新推动整个片区向城市辐射，在新旧文化之上生长出一座超乎想象的超级社区。板块内邻里中心、商业水街及部分街角公园已从2022年相继落地开放。此次所呈现的登云路慢生活街道，将邻里中心及筒仓艺术中心用自然艺术的方式链接起来，为社区打造出漫游式的森林漂浮街区。

Vanke Weave City is a city of neighborhood sharing integrating urban resources, promoting the whole area to radiate to the city with preservation, inheritance and innovation, and growing an unimaginable super community on top of the old and new culture. The neighborhood center, commercial water street and some corner parks within the plate have been opened successively since 2022. The slow life street of Dengyun Road presented this time links the neighborhood center and Art Center in the way of natural art, creating a wandering forest floating block for the area.
设计思路 Design idea
时光荏苒，重拾街头巷尾的烟火气，寻找曾经的街道记忆，把过往的活力与社交找回来，重塑生活气息浓厚的舒适街区。
Time flies, recapture the fireworks in the streets, find the street memory, bring back the vitality and social life in the past, and reshape the comfortable neighborhood with a strong breath of life.

让历史未来连接广场，新旧结合自然艺术，延续邻里中心的设计语言，住宅围墙的退让形成街角口袋花园空间，绿色邻里承接筒仓文化属性，打造街区慢生活中轴景观。
Let the historical future connect the square, the old and the new combined with nature and art, to continue the design language of the neighborhood center, the setback of the residential wall to form a pocket garden space, the green neighborhood to take over the attributes of silo culture, to create an axial landscape of the block with slow life.

街道故事线穿越整个街区，如一条生动的线索，引导着人们探索和体验这个街区的各个角落。这条故事线不仅是一条导览路线，也是一段充满故事和惊喜的旅程。这个乐趣非凡的公共空间，让人们在探索和体验的过程中找到了属于自己的小确幸，感受到了生活的美好。
The story line throughout the entire neighborhood as a lively trail that leads people to explore and experience all parts of the site. The story line is not only a guided tour, but also a journey full of stories and surprises. This fun public space allows people to find their own happiness and feel the beauty of life in the process of exploring and experiencing.

设计理念 Design concept
将自然融入城市，漫游其中寻找藏于森林中的浮岛，窥见绿意深处的漫游式街区。以艺术与自然为灵感，构建一条通往未来社区的归家花园道，连接筒仓艺术公园和未来社区邻里中心，暗藏许多时间胶囊，记录场地的过去与未来。
Incorporating nature into the city, roam around in search of floating islands hidden in the woods and peek into the roaming neighborhoods deep in the greenery. Inspired by art and nature, a homecoming garden path to the future community is constructed, connecting the Silo Art Park and the Future Community Neighborhood Center, with many hidden time capsules to record the past and future of the site.

为了提升社区生活质量和增强社区活力，我们在登云路的设计中嵌入了宠物天地，自然课堂，童玩花园，及运动热身仓等模块，渲染街道艺术生活。人们在这里生活、工作、学习、娱乐，将自然与艺术融入其中，营造区别于传统街区的新的生活方式。
In order to improve the quality of life and enhance the vitality of the community, we have embedded modules such as the Pet Zones, Nature Classroom, Children’s Wonderland, and Sports Warm-up Bins into the design of Dengyun Road, highlighting the artistic life of the street. People live, work, learn, and play here, integrating nature and art to create a new lifestyle that is different from traditional neighborhoods.

花园街道 Garden Street
漫步花园街道感受到宁静与自然，街道两旁是盎然的树木，枝繁叶茂形成了一道天然的屏障，搭配各种野趣草花，在四季中流转绽放，为街道增添了丰富的色彩与生机。
Stroll through the garden street to feel the tranquility and nature, the street is lined with lush trees, branches and leaves form a natural barrier, with a variety of wildflower meadow blooms in the flow of four seasons, adding rich color and vitality to the street.
沿街的商业店面在树木的掩映中仿佛成为了森林的一部分，在这里你可以坐下来喝一杯咖啡，静静地享受乐活松弛的时尚生活。
The commercial storefronts along the street seem to be part of the forest under the cover of trees, where you can sit down with a cup of coffee and quietly enjoy the relaxed fashionable life of LOHAS.
多元生活街道 Diversified Life Street
住宅围墙退让形成街角口袋花园空间，并将童玩花园，运动热身仓，宠物天地及自然课堂融入其中，让艺术生活为街道增添亮点与趣味。
Residential fences are set back to create corner pocket gardens and incorporate children’s wonderland, sports warm-up bins, pet zones, and nature classrooms, allowing artistic living to brighten the streets and add interest.

交汇广场 Intersection square
交汇广场位于登云路街区的中心位置，是整个街区的心脏，它连接着各方街道，是艺术与未来的临界点，也是人们漫步街区情绪的切换点。
Intersection Square is located in the center of Dengyun Road block, is the heart of the whole block, it connects all the streets, is the critical point of art and the future, and is also the switching point of people walking around the block.

林中观景台 Woods Viewing Platform
林中观景台的形状和质感都让人联想到天空中的云朵，其轮廓采用了流线型的设计，模仿云朵的形状，给人轻盈飘逸的感觉，让人仿佛身处云朵之中。
The shape and texture of the viewing platform remind us of clouds in the sky. The outline of it is streamlined to mimic the shape of a cloud, giving it a light and airy feel, as if it gives the impression of being in clouds.

云朵观景台是一个开放的观景平台，可供人们停留休憩欣赏周围的景色。从这里可以将整条登云路的景色尽收眼底，感受四季变换的自然之美。在阳光的照射下，观景台像一朵白云一样在林中矗立，成为一道独特的风景。
The cloud viewing platform where people can stay and relax to enjoy the surrounding scenery is open and inclusive. People can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Dengyun Road and experience the beauty of nature as it changes from season to season. Under the sunlight, the platform stands like a white cloud in the woods, making it a unique landscape.

观景台周边各种商业设施被森林环绕，与自然和谐共生。这些商业设施都以提供高品质体验为目标，让人们在享受购物和美食的同时，也能感受到自然的宁静和美丽。
The various commercial facilities around the viewing platform are surrounded by woods and live in harmony with nature. These facilities all aim to provide a high-quality experience, allowing people to enjoy shopping and dining while experiencing the tranquility and beauty of nature.
下沉广场 The sunken plaza
除了商业设施，街区还包含了一些活动空间。下沉休闲广场中心设有喷泉，结合周围的景观座椅，打造街区社交场所。人们可以在这里举行音乐会、艺术展览、周末市集等各种活动，让人们可以建立起社区的联系，让他们在城市生活中也能找到属于自己的乐趣。
In addition to commercial facilities, the neighborhood also contains a number of event spaces. The sunken recreational plaza has a fountain in the center, which is combined with the surrounding landscaped seating to create a social place for the community. People can hold concerts, art exhibitions, weekend bazaars and a variety of other events here so that people can build community connections and find their own fun in city life.

Surrounded by greenery at the border of the sunken plaza, the corner of the space features a number of pet recreation facilities, providing a place for pets to move around freely. The pet-friendly space is not only a place for pets to have fun but also for owners to share their experiences and stories.

樱花剧场 Cherry Theater
筒仓艺术中心前的樱花剧场是一个充满浪漫和艺术气息的公共空间。每年春天，樱花盛开时，整个大道就像被粉色的云朵覆盖，美丽而梦幻。这条大道不仅是一个观赏樱花的好地方，也是举行各种活动的理想场所。夜幕降临，广场的灯光亮起，将整个空间照亮，营造出一种温馨而浪漫的氛围。
The Cherry Theater in front of the Silo Art Center is a public space filled with romance and art. When the cherry blossoms every spring, the entire avenue looks like it is covered with pink clouds, beautiful and dreamy. The avenue is not only a great place to enjoy the cherry blossoms, but also an ideal place to hold various events. As night falls and lights up, illuminating the entire space and creating a warm and romantic atmosphere.

万科嘉兴渔里登云路花园街区是一个漫游式的森林漂浮空间，它将人们从忙碌的生活中解脱出来，在享受现代生活的便利和舒适的同时，让人们有机会静下心，欣赏自然感知艺术。登云路慢生活街道，链接邻里中心及筒仓艺术中心，增强了整个渔里板块的社区凝聚力及无限活力。
The Weave City, a garden neighborhood in Dengyun Road is a roaming greenery floating space, which frees people from their busy lives and gives them the opportunity to quiet their minds appreciate nature and perceive art while enjoying the convenience and comfort of modern life. The slow life street links the Neighborhood Center and the Silo Art Center, enhancing the community cohesion and infinite vitality of the entire block.
