在西安，过去五千年的文明史清晰可辨，当今日益国际化的城市发展面貌历历在目，未来的科技创新之城实力在望，可以说社区生活场，精缩的是一座城市过去、现在与未来的美好。
以光为载体，保利·和光尘樾的每一次落子，都是擎领繁华、潮启生活的重磅产品。此次保利和光系选择了西安这座古今辉映、未来新生的城市，匠心构筑西安保利·和光尘樾，在文化传承的轴线上，延续全生命周期居住系统2.0 —— Well集和社区“健康人居·无Well不至”的产品理念，推动“和趣景观”体系完美落位，打造人居产品新标杆，善筑现代生活新体验。
迪安设计倾力担纲西安保利·和光尘樾2期大区的游乐设施设计、IP策划与定制。从时间长河中俯拾文化的韵味，解构艺术的尺度，注入未来的科技感，设计师落笔于古今与未来的内在交织关系。以“承造构融，转译光影”为主线，让时间、空间、光影、文化在此自由流动，循着光的轨迹一往无前，逐梦长安，抵达未来。“承传统、造空间、构自然、融现代，是设计起承转合的故事节奏，我们希望让景观融入社区，深入日常生活，不仅与城市未来相依存，更与居者的美好人生相伴相随。”
Xi’an, a city of science and technology innovation and a hub of global development, has seen the last 5,000 years of human history. It can be said that community living embodies a city’s history, present, and future.
With light as the carrier, Poly Palace of Light is a heavyweight product that leads prosperity and initiates life. This time, Poly creates it in Xi’an, a reborn city where the past and present coexist. Following cultural heritage, it continues the Full Life Cycle Residence System 2.0 – the product concept of the community “Healthy Living and Good Care”, to support the sound landing of the “Harmonious and Intriguing Landscape” system, create a new benchmark of human living products, improve and build a new experience of modern life.
For this project, DEAN DESIGN is engaged in designing recreation facilities as well as creating and customizing IP. The designers focus on the inner linked relationship between the past, present, and future by capturing the flavour of culture from the long river of time, deconstructing the scale of art, and injecting futuristic tech. With the main line of “Inheritance-making-building- integration- light and shadow transformation”, the designers work to make time, space, light and shadow, culture freely flow, following the path of the light to advance and reach the future.“The rhythm of the design story is to preserve tradition, make space, build nature and incorporate modernity. We hope that the landscape could be integrated into the neighbourhood and into daily life, to improve both the quality of life for the locals as well as the city’s future,”said DEAN DESIGN.

儿童友好，全龄互动，为高频使用者而设计 Kid-friendly, all-ages interactive, designed for high-frequency users
真实的社区生活半径，由居者的脚步丈量，表现为不同时段的使用频率。迪安设计对儿童友好社区的构建，思考的不仅是儿童的视角，还包括了陪伴儿童的长辈、家长视角。在不同使用者的眼里，社区游乐设施的意义亦是差异化的。对人群的全方位分析，成为西安保利和光尘樾设计策略的第一步。
经过对社区全年龄段24小时活动状态的深度调研，迪安设计发现，“老人与儿童是社区内驻留时间最长的人群，使用公共空间的频率最高，对友好社区的场景设计来说尤为关键。”具体而言，祖孙、母婴、上班族、年轻学生是社区的核心画像。从活动轨迹来看，上班族在上班前、下班后的时间段活跃于社区，侧重于户外运动、休闲社交；年轻学生下午出门，聚焦于娱乐社交类活动；母婴组合通常选择在阳光柔和的上午和傍晚出门，主要在便于看护的儿童游乐区活动；老年人的活动，则分为带孙辈的亲子时光和属于自己的休闲时刻，比如说清晨锻炼和饭后散步……
深层次分析社区的全龄活动图鉴后，链接家庭核心的儿童游乐板块与长辈休闲板块，成为设计的重中之重。“为此我们将儿童乐园拟作儿童乐动、亲子友好、全龄互动的聚场，一面是孩子们梦寐以求的游乐世界，一面是便于父母长辈贴心陪伴的看护专区，以人性化与艺术化的合而为一，让生命的充沛活力，为生活注入无限动力。
Residents gauge the quality of community life by using it at various frequencies. In an effort to create a kid-friendly community, DEAN DESIGN takes into account not only the viewpoint of the kids but also that of the parents and elders who accompany them. The value of community playground facilities varies in the perspective of different users. The analysis of the population as a whole is the initial step in the design strategy.
DEAN DESIGN conducted a detailed analysis of the community’s all-age activity status within 24 hours, finding that the elderly and children are the groups who stay the longest and use public areas the most frequently, which is critical for scenario design. Specifically, grandparents and grandchildren, mothers and babies, office workers, and young students are the core users of the community. In terms of activity trace, office workers are active in the community before and after work, focusing on outdoor sports, leisure and social contact; young students go out in the afternoon, centered on entertainment and socializing activities; mothers and babies usually choose to go out in the morning and evening when the sun is soft, mainly in the children’s play area that is easy to look after; the elderly take care of their grandchildren while enjoying leisure moments for themselves, such as early morning exercise and walks after meals.
After a deep analysis of the community’s all-age activities, the children’s play area and the elders’ leisure area, which link the core of the family, became the top priority of the design. “To this end, we regard the children’s playground as a gathering place for children’s fun, parenting and all-age interaction. On one side, a paradise for children, on the other, a care zone for parents and the elderly to accompany. Thus, by fusing humanization and art, life is given vitality.
“真正的成长，需要一步一个脚印的探索。我们相信家是小型的梦想孵化站，社区则是立体的沉浸式乐园，生命的真谛便在于乐动、乐学、乐活。”因此，迪安设计研究结合实践，关注0-3岁儿童的感官成长，重视3-6岁儿童的好奇心和探索欲，关怀6-12岁儿童大胆突破的勇气。对成长中的儿童来说，爬、躺、走、钻、跳、跃、跑、滑，不同难度的进阶，是成长的课题亦是新的乐趣。
“婴幼儿更适合安全性高、难度较低的活动，爬缓坡、钻孔洞的设计给他们的引导；大一点的儿童开始有了和小朋友互动的意识，宽敞的场地更便于他们协作与跑跳活动；学龄儿童对世界的探索更为大胆，寓教于乐的滑梯、秋千、传声筒、捉迷藏等活动，更受他们偏爱。”
设计师深知不同年龄段儿童的体能与成长所需，以儿童乐园为场景载体，透过多元星际的穿梭旅行故事，赋予社区儿童乐园以难度、体能和乐趣循序渐进的故事线，见证孩子们从蹒跚学步、缓慢爬坡到勇敢滑梯、自由奔跑到机智捉迷藏等的快乐之旅。
“True growth requires exploration step by step. We believe that the home is a small dream incubator and the community is a three-dimensional immersive paradise, where the true meaning of life lies in moving, learning and living with joy.” Thus, combining research with practice, DEAN DESIGN cares about their sensory growth for children aged 0-3, supports their curiosity and exploration for those aged 3-6, and encourages them to make bold breakthroughs for those aged 6-12. For growing children, climbing, lying, walking, drilling, jumping, leaping, running and sliding, with different levels of difficulty, will help them grow and be a new source of fun.
Infants are more suitable for safer and less difficult activities, such as climbing slow slopes, and drilling holes. As older children begin to develop a sense of interaction with their peers, a spacious area makes it easier for them to collaborate, run and jump around. School-age children favour fun and educational activities like slides, swings, and sound tubes and hide-and-seek because they are more daring to explore the world.
The designers are well aware of children’s physical and growth needs of different ages. With the children’s playground as a scenario carrier, it is endowed with a story line that progresses in terms of difficulty, physical fitness and fun through the story of Star Trek. By doing so, we can witness the children’s joyful journey from toddler and slow climbing to brave sliding, free running to clever hide-and-seek, etc.

萌启童梦，大有可玩，开启星际未来之旅 Bring a kid’s fantasy to life while having fun, Travel into the far future of the galaxy
依托于场地现状，设计师以“时空漫游，星际逐梦”为创意发散点，于是星轨、银河、星球、空间站等意象走入现实，构成了社区里的奇遇发生地，孩子们随时可以开启一场穿梭未来的快乐冒险。
溯源这场星际冒险之旅，不得不提的是孩子们独一无二的旅伴 —— 小K。勇气与胆略兼具的它，来自未来世界的KOKO星球，是一个超级行动派，经常说走就走，前往未知的神秘星球探险。在一次短暂的降落中，它发现了这个美丽宜居的星球、友好怡人的社区，有一天它因为好奇将飞船停下，慢慢地结交了许许多多本地朋友，与朝气蓬勃的小朋友们畅享玩趣，共同探索世界。
With the idea of“Travelling and dreaming of the stars”, the designers have brought star trails, the Milky Way, planets, and space stations to life based on the site’s current state. It has become an adventure place where children can travel into the far future of the galaxy at any time.
Little K, children’s special companion, needs to be mentioned in this adventure. He is a brave and bold man from the futuristic planet KOKO, and a super-activist who frequently travels to unknown and mysterious planets. During a short landing, he discovered this beautiful and habitable plant and this friendly community. One day, he stopped the ship out of curiosity, and steadily made a number of local friends, having fun and traveling the world with vibrant kids.

“小K的设定，契合星际乐园的故事线。作为孩子们那个来自未来的外太空朋友，我们寄托在小K身上的，不仅是充满未来感、科技感的潮酷造型，更希望找到一种轻松愉悦的方式，与不同年龄段的孩子们互动、交流，调动他们对外部世界的好奇心，开启智力与体力拓展的启蒙之旅。”设计师分享这一IP的创作思路时道。
“The setting of Little K is in line with the storyline of the Star Land. In addition to having a fashionable shape full of futuristic and technology sense, Little K, as children’s friend from outer space in the future, will interact and communicate with children of different ages in a relaxing and enjoyable manner, so as to mobilize children’s curiosity about the outside world and to enlighten their mental and physical strength,”said the designers when sharing their original ideas for this IP.

这个乐园的探索奇旅，围绕着千星之城、星际穿越、时空隧道、逐梦星球的故事线展开。同时以其为圆心，周围有序分布着星星点点的游乐设施，无论对分龄段玩耍、混龄段互动来说，皆是有始有终的奇幻探险故事。
This park’s journey of discovery revolves around the story lines of the City of Stars, Star Trek, Time Tunnel, and Planet of Dreams. At the same time, some recreation facilities are dotted around the park as a circle in an orderly manner. Here, all ages can play and interact as they go on their imaginative journeys.

花样乐动，解锁想象力，寓乐于每一个生活瞬问 Fancy play, Unlock imagination and enjoy each moment of life
逐梦于星际寰宇，沉浸于时空奇旅，现实与想象皆妙不可言。在童趣创意的设计亮点外，理性而严谨的功能布局亦是重中之重，富有多元弹性。白日里，这里集休闲造梦、同龄社交、亲子互动于一体，盈满欢声笑语；当夜幕降临，暖灯亮起，乐园成为社区装置的一部分，是日常漫步、夏日纳凉的好去处，静静陪伴四季时光。
在IP主题下，每个场地、每个细节都在丰富星际叙事，展演极具未来感的探险奇遇篇章。以千星之城为据点，从时空隧道廊桥上逆风起航，去蹦蹦床探索与天空的距离，去传声筒把悄悄话说给风，去廊下荡秋千，在编织网攀爬，在云朵摇摇椅、星星跷跷板戏耍……设计丰富孩子们游玩体验的同时，顺沿探险的动线，打通各个关卡，描绘出乐园活动图鉴 —— 星际云端，共享科技与童话的想象力，大有可玩。
Dreaming about the interstellar world while immersed in time and space travel, both reality and fantasy are wonderful. In addition to the childlike design, the rational and flexible functional layout is also a key priority. During the daytime, it is a heaven for leisure, dreaming, social contact, and parent-child interaction, full of laughter; when night falls and the warm lights turn on, the park becomes part of the community, a good area for daily strolls and summer cooling at four seasons.
Under the IP theme, every venue and detail is enriched with intergalactic narratives and futuristic adventures. With the City of Stars as its base, sail from the time tunnel bridge, jump on the trampoline to explore the distance to the sky, whisper to the wind on the megaphone, swing under the gallery, climb on the weaving net, play on the cloud rocking chair and star seesaw…While enriching children’s play experience, the design has followed the motion line of adventure to link each site and depict the park’s activity map – having fun with shared technology and fairy tales in the Star Cloud.

云上漫跑，与彩虹并启 Running on the clouds in the company of the rainbow
追逐、奔跑、欢笑、热情洋溢，孩子们的快乐是多么纯粹简单，又是那么富有情绪感染力。绿荫鲜氧之中，蔚蓝的星际色彩，与活泼跳跃的明黄、暖橙调，勾勒出星球与星轨的周期，一圈圈循迹探索，如同星际穿越的梦幻启航便开始了。
Children are chasing, running, laughing, full of enthusiasm; their joy is so pure, simple, and emotionally contagious. In the shade of green and fresh oxygen, the blue interstellar color, along with the vibrant bright yellow and warm orange tones, outlines the cycle of the planets and star trails. As the trajectory is followed, a journey like a star trek begins.

快乐蹦床，跃向天际揽星底 Happy Trampoline, jump to the sky and reach the Stars
“咻！”30秒后，穿越时空隧道，滑入另一个星球的领域，满目璀璨，吸引“小探险家”前来一探究竟。在蹦蹦床用力弹跳而起，跃向云的方向，似乎有那么一瞬脱离了地心引力，伸手去抓住天空的云彩，无限接近梦的起点。细密的护栏与柔软的跑道，人性化的关怀，无处不在。
After 30 seconds, you will slip through the time tunnel and into another planet, where is full of dazzling luring “little explorers” to discover. When you bounce hard on the trampoline and jump in the direction of the clouds, it appears for a brief moment that you are free from gravity, reaching out to grasp the clouds in the sky and close to the beginning of your dreams. Besides, humane care is evident all around thanks to the delicate guardrail and soft runway.

七彩千星，瞭望无限精彩 Infinite splendour in the colorful City of Stars
彩虹渐变色，构成了千星之城的外观，凝练了万花筒般的精彩生活，折射着星球空间站的无限活力。廊下编织网，是孩子们自由攀爬的场域，可以向上进入千星之城内部。与此同时，廊下星球秋千取白云的轻盈之态，荡起快乐的弧度，在起飞的那一刻，孩子的眼中满满是雀跃和欣喜。
The City of Stars has a rainbow-colored gradient appearance, embracing the colourful life and limitless energy of the planetary space station. Children can climb freely on the weaving net under the corridor and ascend to the interior of the City of Stars. At the same time, they can have fun swinging on the white clouds-shaped planetary swing under the corridor. Their eyes are full of joy at the moment of take-off.

黑洞隧道，穿越异世界 Traveling through other worlds in a Black Hole Tunnel
宇宙中的黑洞是什么？当“小探险家”带着勇气，穿过一条隐蔽、深邃、狭长的隧道，一切疑问似乎烟消云散了。以“黑洞隧道”命名的半封闭式滑滑梯，其转折的巧妙弧度，恰到好处地刺激孩子们的探索欲，结伴而行或亲子互动，书写独属于小伙伴之间、亲子之间的有爱故事。
What is a black hole in the universe? As the daring “little explorers” venture into a secret, deep, and narrow tunnel, all the questions seem to vanish. The semi-enclosed slide with its clever twists and turns, which is named after the “Black Hole Tunnel,” will appropriately pique the children’s curiosity. Here begins an affectionate story between little friends, between parents and children.

花式攀爬跑跳，乐动每一天 Climb, run and jump for daily fun
关注儿童友好，设计从各年龄段孩子的视线高度出发，尽可能营造一个孩子们能平视到的星球漂浮世界，既有探索的乐趣，亦有关怀的温度。“和小K竞速赛跑，比比谁先抵达终点~”活力满满的“小探险家”出发啦。
不同的探索难度，对应不同年龄段小朋友的体力与抓握能力。攀爬之外，更有花式玩法等着解锁 —— 在坡上蹦蹦跳跳，或躲在孔洞里捉迷藏、在滑滑梯上打卡勇气成就，都将成为孩子们成长中的难忘记忆。
With a focus on kid-friendliness, the design makes an effort to create a floating world of planets for kids of all ages that combines the joy of discovery with the warmth of care. “Race with Little K and see who reaches the destination first~” The energetic “Little Explorers” have set off.
Depending on a child’s age and physical condition, there are varying levels of exploring difficulty. In addition to climbing, there are also fancy ways to play – bouncing on the slope, or hiding in the holes, or clocking up on the slide. All of these will become unforgettable memories for children as they grow up.

梦幻云荫，乐园里的“充电站”Dream Shade, the “charging station” in the park.
梦幻星球被设计师划进一个圆形区域，外环是橙色跑道，与相邻活动主题有效区分开来。荫凉之下，这里是小朋友的“充电站”，亦是长辈、家长等“大朋友”的休闲之地，以视线、听力范围内的近距离陪伴，即时关注着孩子成长每一步。
Dream Planet is divided into a circular area, with an orange track around the outer ring, which effectively separates it from the neighbouring activity themes. Under the shade, it is a “charging station” for children, and also a place for parents and seniors to relax while keeping an eye and ear on their children in close proximity.

设计后记 Design Postscript
社区是人与美好生活的聚场，迪安设计秉持“艺术愉悦生活”的初衷，始终以艺术之笔，抒绘“艺术-场所-景观-情感”的转换，将景观作为城市生态的载体，将IP作为情感共鸣的媒介，践行儿童友好、全龄和睦的景观设计，最终实现环境的人文精神。
在西安保利·和光尘樾一案，迪安设计作为其一期、二期大区的景观设计方，创作期间，经历了生活方式的进阶、友好景观的进化、IP的创新与迭代，“我们希望以乐学、乐动、乐活为关键词，以小K的星际漫游为故事起点，营造玩趣无限的生活社区，带给小朋友、大朋友以高品质生活，温暖每个日常。”
项目交付数月后，充满未来科技气息的儿童乐园，以及面向全龄的廊架聚场，已然深深融入人们的真实生活。日常里，大大小小的孩子们快乐共聚，穿行于变幻的时空隧道，收藏着每个瞬间的惊喜，绘写人生的宝藏信条 —— 每一天都是新的冒险，每一天都有美好奇遇。
The community is a hub for good living. Upholding the original intention of “art delights life”, DEAN DESIGN consistently uses the brush of art to express the transformation of “art – place – landscape – emotion”. By using the landscape as a carrier of urban ecology and IP as a medium of emotional resonance, it practices child-friendly and all-age harmony landscape design, ultimately realizing the humanistic spirit of the environment.
As the landscape designer for this project’s Phase I and Phase II areas, DEAN DESIGN has witnessed the advancement of lifestyle, the evolution of friendly landscapes, and the invention and iteration of IP during the creation phase. “We hope that with joyful learning, joyful exercise, and joyful living as keywords, and the Little K’s intergalactic journey as the starting point, we work to create a playful and enjoyable community of life, bringing a high-quality and warm life to all people .”
A few months after the project’s completion, the futuristic children’s playground for all ages has already become an integral part of people’s daily lives. Every day, children happily gather together, travel through the time tunnel, collect the surprises of each moment and write the treasure creed of life – Every day brings with it a fresh adventure and wonderful encounters.
