软景设计八字要诀 Eight tips for plant design
广佛中海携手广亩景观，在中海集团《中海住宅软景设计指引》指导下，以中海荔府为实践，落地八字要诀，针对情绪感知、氛围营造及空间主题，以系统的植物营造手法，实现繁忙都市理想人居体验的目标，打造公园里的酒店住区，利用特色软景设计形成荔府住区景观标签。
Under ” China Overseas Property Residential Plant Design Guidelines”, we take ONE CENTER as practice, implement the eight-character formula, aiming at emotional perception, atmosphere creation and space themes, achieve the ideal living in busy city with plants, create hotel settlements in the park, and use plant design to form the landscape label of ONE CENTER.

绿荫密布，一方清幽
私语廊架是一个精致亲切的花园，场地空间不大，安静私密，劳累一天后的居者在这个花园找寻内心的平静，感受着花园静谧的氛围。植物的设计不过于繁杂，下层地被形状以整齐的块状为主，用不同质感的灌木穿插设计形成对比，整体以绿色调为主，将植物与几何的园路、座凳相结合，以纷繁而有条理的手法设计，展现出植物独特的灵性美。在有限的空间中，通过灌木的叶形、颜⾊、质感、高低的搭配打造出层次丰富的景观体验感，营造精致细腻的静谧花园。夏天紫薇花开，微风轻拂，感受夏日宁静的夜晚。
The Whispering Gallery is a delicate and intimate garden. With a small space, quiet and private, people find inner peace after a day’s work in this garden and feel the quiet atmosphere of the garden. The plant design is not too complicated, and the lower ground cover is dominated by neat blocks, and shrubs with different textures are interspersed to form contrast. The whole is mainly green, combining plants with roads and benches to show the unique beauty of plants. In the limited space, through the leaf shape, color, texture, height of the bush to create a rich level of experience, to create a delicate and delicate quiet garden. 缓步走出电梯，归家第一视线焦点是抬高的水景，结合点景树下层采⽤花境的种植⼿法，耐修剪易维护的原则下，选择以⽊本植物品种为主，点缀草本开花植物以及匍匐状的植物，营造⻓效稳定的植物景观。
Walking slowly out of the elevator, the first focus of the home is the raised water feature. | 轻氧花园 | Light oxygen garden
枝繁叶茂遮天蔽，栩栩如生画卷展
繁茂的植围绕着花园座凳，在远处榕树的背景映衬下，潺潺水声轻灵而悠远。穿过凤凰木林下，漫步其中感觉像是置身于热带雨林，整个花园由浓烈的丛林绿所主导。虽由人作宛自天开，尽管这片花园位于社区之内，但却保留着自然丛林的氛围，营造出这片空间是从自然植被之中暂借而来的感觉。
Lush plants surround the garden benches, and the sound of the flowing water is gentle and distant against the background of the banyan trees in the distance. Walking through the forest feels like being in a tropical rainforest, with the garden dominated by the intense jungle green. Although the garden is located within the community, it retains the atmosphere of a natural jungle, creating a sense of temporary borrowing from nature.
当薄暮降临，花园里的空气弥漫着灌木的芬馥，游园路上错落的灯光也在此刻亮起，创造出迷人的氛围。整个花园植物的种植比例经过详细规划，上层凤凰⽊形成茂密的林下空间，下层构建热带⼤叶主题花园，通过⼤叶植物、蕨类、荫⽣开花植物、蔓⽣地被混合栽种呈现⾃然融合的状态，同时对植物的叶形、尺寸以及质感的多样性进行精心设计与筛选，各种深浅不一的绿色交织生长。另外在⼀⽚浓密的绿⾊叶⽚之间散落布置⼀些荫⽣开花植物，春秋之季可以看到零星从叶⽚中冒出的花朵，尽显花园的灵动与惊喜。

The planting proportion of plants in the whole garden has been carefully planned, the upper layer of phoenix trees forms a dense understory space, and the lower layer builds a tropical large-leaf theme garden, showing a natural fusion through the mixed planting of large-leaf plants, ferns, shady flowering plants and vines. Meanwhile, the diversity of plant leaf shape, size and texture has been carefully designed and screened. Various shades of green are interwoven. In addition, some shady flowering plants are scattered among the dense green leaves. In spring and autumn, you can see scattered flowers emerging from the leaves, showing the flexibility and surprise of the garden.

山静谷幽归真趣，绿影深处诗意浓
归家园路的精是通过上层林下的覆盖以及对景的营造，地被的精细化穿插搭配，结合绿篱景墙呈现多维度的立体景观。
Home road presents a multi-dimensional landscape through the cover of the upper forest and the construction of the scene, the fine interpenetration and collocation of the ground cover, combined with the hedge landscape wall.
归家园路上的下层运用不同质感的灌⽊结合华南特⾊的⼤叶植物穿插设计。
The lower layer of home road is interspersed with shrubs with different textures and large leaf plants with South China characteristics.

绿荫密布，一方清幽
单元入户两侧种植形态较好的造型树，考虑种植开花观叶乔木，丰富色彩，增强⼊⼾视觉体验及植物层次。
Trees with good shape are planted on both sides of the unit to enrich the color and enhance the visual experience and plant level.
| 架空层 | Stilt floor space
绿篱结合⽚状种植的热带植物,绿篱围合空间，靠近建筑内侧植物丰富搭配，让室内外空间相互渗透，模糊室内外空间边界。
Shrubs and tropical plants planted in sheets enclose the space, and plants are abundant near the building, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to penetrate each other and blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces.

打造一个长效四季可观赏的社区，让居者在不同季节有花可赏有叶可观。凤凰木归家园路在5-7月盛开时红色与绿色相映,红花簇簇，遍布树冠，满树如火，颇为壮观。从春节盛放于整个春季的风铃木，温柔的紫色簇拥成团的盛开，仿佛无数粉紫色的绣球挂满了树枝，惊艳绚烂，为归家路营造视觉享受，不用去远方也能体验花开的诗情画意。每个道路的转角都会在不经意间藏着惊喜，夏季开花的鸡蛋花清香优雅，冬季盛开的大腹木棉满树姹紫,秀色照人，具有“月下红美人之称”的仲夏夜之花红花玉蕊选择在盛夏季节盛开，长长的花穗上布满了红色的花蕾，似多彩的流苏，在月光的映射下惊艳满园。

根据中心草坪花园空间功能特质，营造浪漫的聚会氛围，于草木芳菲之中享受生活的美好。聚会花园入口下层通过地被丰富的种植形式围合空间，并赋予主题性种植，打造英式花园花境。
According to the functional characteristics of the central lawn garden space, create a romantic party atmosphere and enjoy the beauty of life in the plants. The lower level of the party garden is surrounded by rich planting forms and endowed with thematic planting to create an English garden landscape.
聚会花园入口下层通过地被丰富的种植形式围合空间，并赋予主题性种植，打造英式花园花境。聚会花园一侧是开放式的入口，以一棵孤植的乌桕作为焦点，另一侧就是整个花园的视觉焦点，洋溢着浪漫色彩的英式花园，吸引人停留片刻，感受南方春天短暂的浪漫时刻，一棵棵挺拔的花穗如双色野鸢尾、百子莲、紫娇花在风中轻盈的摆动。
The lower level of the entrance of the party garden is surrounded by rich planting forms, and endowed with thematic planting to create an English garden landscape. 绿荫密布，一方清幽
作为⼤区最核⼼的空间，私语廊架中点植特选树的选择遵循适地适树原则，从空间营造和经济维度出发，将乔木的姿态及体量作为考量的首要因素。由于覆土不够绿化空间有限，通过树池抬高种植红花玉蕊、丛生朴树等树形开展的乔木作为背景绿化。
As the most core space in the region, the selected trees in the Whispering Gallery follow the principle of suitable place and suitable tree. From the spatial construction and economic dimension, the attitude and volume of the trees are considered as the primary factors. Due to the lack of soil cover and limited green space, trees such as safflower jade core and tufted pipers are raised in tree pools as background greening.
| 聚会花园 | Party garden
聚会花园上层主要应⽤列植与点植的形式布置，两排细叶榄仁形成绿⾊屏障，下层打开放⼤空间体验。草坪上沐浴在阳光下的点植乌桕优美自然，景墙搭配铁冬青相得益彰，在动线对景处种植鸡蛋花等开花树引导视线，为整个聚会花园注入了生机与美感。
The upper layer of the party garden is mainly arranged in the form of planting and spot planting. Two rows of fine leaf olive nuts form a green barrier, and the lower layer is left blank to enlarge the space experience. 挡-建筑山墙以及社区内的不利因素，应种植组团或者常绿中层进行遮挡。

营造后记 Construct postscript
为保证落地呈现效果，植物团队与业主及施工单位紧密合作，及时调整设计方案，共同解决施工中的问题，关注施工和养护过程，仔细观察每一株植物的生长状态，尽可能100%还原设计意图，并确保植物能够良好地适应环境并保持最佳状态。除此之外，植物团队还会对现场效果进行持续的跟踪观察，对需要进行修剪、调整或更换的植物及时提出指导建议，使得植物设计与整体空间相得益彰，致力于为居住者创造出一个美丽、舒适的居住环境。
In order to ensure the effect of the floor, GM plant team works closely with the clients and the construction team to timely adjust the design scheme, jointly solve the problems in the construction, pay attention to the construction and maintenance process, carefully observe the growth state of each plant, as far as possible 100% restore the design intention, and ensure that the plant can adapt to the environment and maintain the best state. In addition, the plant team will continue to track the effects of the site, and provide timely guidance and suggestions for plants that need to be trimmed, adjusted or replaced, so that the plant design and the overall space complement each other, and strive to create a beautiful and comfortable living environment for the occupants.
