麦微景观：杭州以山水为骨、以诗意为魂，西湖烟岚、宋韵文脉与江南院落共同塑造了它温润雅致的底色。当地中海的蔚蓝幻想与这座千年古城相遇，璟逸悦府以白石回应粉墙、以海意交融山景，让浪漫与栖居共生，为杭州生成一种自带度假感的新式生活美学。

白石、绿影、微风与水岸交织出可漫步、可停憩的日常场景，使空间富有海岸的情调。璟逸悦府以地中海式的度假美学为核心，让生活在归心动线中生出柔软温度。在这里，度假感不是逃离，而是被日常温柔收纳。

MW’ LANDSCAPE ARCHIECTURE：The poetic landscapes of Hangzhou naturally carry a sense of relaxation and imagination, aligning effortlessly with the Mediterranean’s blue romance. In this renewed area of eastern Hangzhou, Jingyi Yuefu centers on Mediterranean-style resort aesthetics, allowing life to develop a gentle warmth along the paths of returning home. White stones, green shadows, breezes, and waterfronts intertwine to create daily scenes that invite walking and resting, giving the space a coastal ambiance. Here, a unique chapter of aesthetic living unfolds; the feeling of a resort is not about escape, but about being tenderly embraced by everyday life.

景观结合建筑布局留出的先天条件，创造了一个连续的五进展示空间，以多层次庭院的互相嵌套，铺展地中海纯净优雅的自然氛围。

视线与脚步在多个庭院间自由切换，从开阔至静谧，从城市的节奏，缓缓过渡到度假的呼吸。空间不再被分割，而是被串联成一条回到自我、重拾松弛的旅途。

By combining the landscape with the architectural layout’s inherent conditions, a continuous five-section exhibition space is created, using the interlocking multi-level courtyards to unfold the pure and elegant natural atmosphere of the Mediterranean.

Sightlines and footsteps freely shift between multiple courtyards, from openness to tranquility, from the rhythm of the city to the leisurely pace of a vacation. The space is no longer divided, but connected into a journey back to oneself, regaining relaxation.

门庭，归家即度假

约80米长的艺术景观门廊在眼前延展，光影流转间，勾勒出归家的第一重诗意礼序。5.1米挑高的迎宾门厅以素雅之姿静立，大门以掩映的静谧界面呈现出雅致的归家仪式感，入口种植进口西班牙油橄榄，枝影舒展、姿态遒逸，仿佛自地中海缓步而来。脚步将至，水系景观在视线前铺陈开来，波光轻漾，与廊墙相映生境。石与影交织成一幅低声叙事的画面，让人仿佛迈入一处被自然与艺术共同守护的门庭之所。

The main entrance presents an elegant sense of returning home through a serene, shaded facade. Italian-imported olive trees are planted at the entrance, their branches stretching gracefully, exuding an air as if strolling from the Mediterranean. As one approaches, the water landscape unfolds before the eyes, with gentle ripples reflecting the corridor walls. Stone and shadow intertwine to create a quietly narrative scene, making one feel as if stepping into a courtyard protected by both nature and art.

入口以贝金米黄莱姆石铺陈，色泽温润内敛，在统一的米色体系中墙面点缀拉槽面和自然面，采用斯卡帕工艺处理，肌理克制而富有细节，以简洁的几何构成回应地中海风格的艺术气韵。整体强调完美主义的节制表达，在自然材质与秩序线条之间，光影滑过石面与缝隙，在行进动线上形成可感的情绪节奏，让归家成为一场带有南欧温度的仪式旅程，低语着生活的质地与格调。

The entrance is paved with beige Beige Limestone, exuding a warm and restrained hue, and within the unified beige palette, it demonstrates precise control over form and proportion. The walls are adorned with both grooved and natural surfaces, treated using the Scarpa technique, resulting in a texture that is restrained yet rich in detail, responding to the artistic essence of Mediterranean style through simple geometric composition. The overall design emphasizes a perfectionist sense of restraint, where natural materials meet orderly lines, and light and shadow glide across the stone surfaces and seams. Along the movement paths, this creates a perceivable rhythm of emotions, making the journey home a ritual infused with Southern European warmth, softly whispering the texture and elegance of life.

百年油橄榄枝影舒展，格栅外精心栽植的银海枣，其枝影斑驳投映于墙面，透景格栅间光影流转交织，如时光轻奏的乐章。微光与绿影随步移，营造静谧而悠然的度假归家意境；自然与艺术在空间中交织出灵动而优雅的层次。艺术装置为朱峰作品《自然呼吸》，以黄铜诠释星辰流转与日升日落的韵律，在光影间呈现自然的呼吸。静谧而有力，让归家成为一场心灵回归的仪式。

At the entrance, the shadows of centuries-old olive branches stretch gracefully, while the carefully planted Canary seaweed outside the lattice casts dappled shadows on the walls. Light and shadow weave through the screens, like a gentle musical movement of time. As soft light and green shadows shift with each step, a serene and leisurely holiday-return-to-home atmosphere is created; nature and art intertwine within the space, producing a lively and elegant sense of layering.

The entrance art installation features Zhu Feng’s work ‘Natural Breathing,’ using brass to interpret the rhythm of the stars’ movement and the rising and setting of the sun, presenting the breath of nature through light and shadow. Tranquil yet powerful, it transforms returning home into a ritual of spiritual return.

前庭，假日生活

步入社区大门，光影在回廊与水面间流转，构成静谧而富有呼吸感的水庭。艺术柱廊以光影浮雕展现帕特农的秩序优雅之美，斯卡帕式立面进退有致，古桩油橄榄静立其间，以苍劲之姿映衬时间厚度。

Entering the second courtyard of olive-shadowed corridors, light and shadow flow between the colonnades and the water surface, creating a tranquil and breathing water garden. Beige limestone intertwined with ancient olive trees forms soft layers, reflecting the blue essence of the Mediterranean. Sunlight pours down, the water gleams, reminiscent of a leisurely and romantic Greek Aman garden, composing the poetic prelude of residence.

米黄色莱姆石与铁冬青交织出柔和层次，映照出地中海的蔚蓝意境。天光倾泻，水色生辉，如同希腊安缦花园般悠然浪漫，演绎栖居的诗意序章。

架空层观景平台上，柱廊、水庭与树影交融成诗，喧嚣在光影流转间被时光温柔稀释。归途于此，以水之哲学，成就无界的心灵栖居。

On the elevated viewing platform, colonnades, water courtyards, and the shadows of trees blend into poetry, while the noise is gently diluted by the flow of light and time. On the path home, through the philosophy of water, a boundless sanctuary for the soul is achieved.

后庭，浪漫海岛

蓝海假日的度假想象在此铺展成形——回廊环绕中心水庭，以仪式性的动线迎接归客，十字双轴构筑出5000平方米的无界水上剧场。暹罗白瓷马赛克铺就湛蓝水面，映衬天光与绿影，模糊建筑与自然的界限，消融建筑边界，形成内外渗透的无界景境。

漂浮的海角花园自由延展，砾石花园与林台错落交融，树影与水光相映成趣。米白墙垣与古铜铝板的肌理在光影中呼吸，植物舒展的枝桠以舞蹈的姿态定格成永恒油画。度假的松弛与归心的宁静在光影流转中交叠，仿佛漫入一场悠长而温柔的地中海旅程。

The holiday imagination of Blue Sea unfolds here—corridors encircle a central water courtyard, welcoming returning guests through a ceremonial pathway, while a cruciform double axis constructs a 5,000-square-meter boundless water theater. Siamese white ceramic mosaics lay across the azure water surface, reflecting sunlight and green shadows, blurring the boundaries between architecture and nature. The dissolution of architectural edges forms a seamless landscape that penetrates inside and out. Floating cape gardens extend freely, with pebble gardens and wooded terraces interweaving, creating playful reflections of tree shadows and water light. The textures of off-white walls and antique bronze aluminum panels breathe with light and shadow, while the stretching branches of plants freeze into eternal oil paintings in dance-like poses. The relaxation of vacation and the tranquility of returning home overlap in the shifting light, as if drifting into a long and gentle Mediterranean journey.

景观汲取地中海的自然艺术气韵，在近人尺度中平衡形式美学与工艺细节，将石材的温润质感与植被的轻盈姿态巧妙融合，于光影水色之间营造出如度假般的宁静氛围，点缀精选胡柚，置身其中仿佛有海风吹拂，让生活在咫尺之间也能感受海岸的悠然。

The landscape draws inspiration from the natural artistic charm of the Mediterranean, balancing formal aesthetics and craftsmanship details on a human scale. It cleverly blends the warm texture of stone with the light posture of vegetation, creating a tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of a resort amidst the interplay of light, shadow, and water. With carefully selected lemons for all four seasons, being here feels as if the sea breeze is blowing, allowing one to experience the leisure and romance of the coast even within a short distance of daily life.

我们以地中海植物为灵感，铺陈不同层次的花镜：银灰色的油橄榄与龟甲冬青沉稳而优雅，薰衣草、山桃草、鼠尾草、迷迭香静静绽放，描摹出宁静而浪漫的度假画卷。

Inspired by Mediterranean plants, we lay out layers of floral scenes: silver-gray olive and holly oak exude calmness and elegance, while lavender, wild peach grass, and hibiscus daisy softly sing in the breeze. They weave colors with natural spontaneity, allowing fragrance and light to dwell freely.

砾石花园以自由的脉络悠然铺展，粒径与色泽皆经多轮打样甄选，呈现出细腻而富有层次的自然质感。阳光透过百年橄榄的枝影，洒落在极具地中海气韵的手工陶罐之间，毛石墙面以整石砌筑，经匠心打样，自然肌理与清润色调相得益彰，营造出轻盈而愉悦的空间氛围。

The gravel garden stretches leisurely with a free-flowing design, where the particle size and color have been carefully selected through multiple rounds of sampling, presenting a delicate and layered natural texture. Sunlight filters through the branches of century-old olive trees, falling among handcrafted terracotta pots full of Mediterranean charm, while lavender, mountain peach grass, and hibiscus chrysanthemums quietly bloom, depicting a tranquil and romantic holiday scene. The rubble stone walls are constructed from whole stones and meticulously sampled, where the natural texture harmonizes with the soft tones, creating a light and pleasant spatial atmosphere. As light and shadow shift and a gentle breeze brushes through the leaves, the entire area achieves an elegant balance between roughness and refinement, as if leading one into a sunlit, azure Mediterranean moment.

漫步于连廊之上，360°环幕的蓝海画卷随步流转，无界架空场域融观景、休憩与交流于一体。湛蓝与浓荫交织成诗，当海风穿过柱廊，时光被温柔放缓，化作一场关于永恒夏日的静谧序曲。

Strolling along the corridor, the 360° panoramic blue sea unfolds like a moving painting with each step. The boundless elevated space seamlessly blends viewing, relaxation, and social interaction. Azure waters intertwine with lush shade poetically, and as the sea breeze sweeps through the colonnade, time gently slows, transforming into a serene prelude to an eternal summer.

于立体高差的视野联动中，谷地连廊以轻盈姿态贯通上下台地，重塑空间层次的流动秩序。它将行政酒廊与砾石花园自然衔接，又以无边观景平台延展至下层会客空间，营造出纯净而优雅的高差漫游体验，让行进的每一步皆成风景的延续。

In the visual interaction of three-dimensional elevation differences, the valley corridor connects the upper and lower terraces with a graceful posture, reshaping the flowing order of spatial layers. It naturally links the administrative lounge with the gravel garden, and extends to the lower reception area through a boundless viewing platform, creating a pure and elegant experience of wandering through the elevation, where every step of the journey becomes a continuation of the scenery.

下沉会所

沿地下停车区步入下沉会所，私宴区、泳池区与瑜伽健身区环绕回香水庭与几何艺术绿谷。米色岛礁石、点景油橄榄与蔚蓝水韵光影交织，勾勒地中海浪漫情调。静谧的砾石花园即守护私宴的雅致，又引入庭院的绿意；室内泳池延展联动无界水景，模糊建筑与自然边界。休闲平台花园静卧其侧，光影与水韵交融，成就悠然的冥想栖所。

Entering the sunken clubhouse from the underground parking area, the private dining area, swimming pool, and yoga & fitness zones surround the Perfume Courtyard and the Geometric Art Green Valley. Beige coral reefs, accenting olive trees, and light-and-shadow grilles intertwine, evoking a Mediterranean romantic atmosphere. The semi-transparent artistic grilles both preserve the elegance of private dining and introduce hazy light and shadow; the indoor swimming pool extends seamlessly into the boundless waterscape, blurring the boundaries between architecture and nature. The leisure platform garden rests beside it, where light, shadows, and the rhythm of water blend, creating a serene retreat for meditation.

室内泳池水色澄澈如镜，映衬几何艺术绿谷的景致。光影与水韵交融，营造出沉浸式的度假品质体验。

几何艺术绿谷以精挑细选的太行金点缀水景，尺寸与形态皆臻精致，无界水景与室内泳池浑然连通，彰显空间的通透与自然之美。开放式布局辅以绿植花镜，打破界限，营造生机盎然而返璞归真的生活意境。

The indoor pool’s water is clear and mirror-like, reflecting the scenery of the geometric art green valley. The interplay of light, shadow, and the rhythm of the water creates an immersive holiday quality experience.

Geometric Art Green Valley adorns the waterscape with carefully selected Taihang golden accents, with both size and form refined to perfection. The boundless waterscape seamlessly connects with the indoor pool, highlighting the openness and natural beauty of the space. The open-plan layout, complemented by greenery and floral mirrors, breaks boundaries and creates a lively, back-to-nature living ambiance.

当群山与海风在杭州相遇，我们以匠心复刻地中海的灵魂——银灰绿意间，油橄榄与薰衣草、鼠尾草、迷迭香、柳叶星河、山桃草共织自然诗境。粗粝与精致交融，光影与肌理对话，从毛石墙至马赛克池底，皆蕴细节之美。于理性宁谧的空间中，以光为笔、以风为韵，谱写一段向永恒蔚蓝致敬的栖居诗篇。

When the mountains meet the sea breeze in Hangzhou, we faithfully capture the soul of the Mediterranean with meticulous craftsmanship—between silver-gray greenery, olive trees mingle with lavender, wormwood, and wild peach grass, weaving a natural poetic scene. Coarseness blends with refinement, light converses with texture, and from the rubble walls to the mosaic pool bottom, every detail holds beauty. In this rational and tranquil space, using light as the brush and wind as the rhythm, we compose a dwelling poem that pays tribute to the eternal blue.
