木杉景观：项目位于嘉兴市秀洲区王店镇镇区东北部，距离嘉兴南站约12公里，嘉兴汽车客运中心站约10公里，嘉兴市市中心约20公里。距离申嘉湖高速入口约4公里车程，整体交通优势明显。场地西邻花园路，北邻梅北路，交通通达性好。且临近梅北健康主题公园，景观资源丰富。其周边商业、教育、医疗等配套成熟，生活便利。
MUSUN LANDSCAPE：The sales gallery is located in a large residential area in the center of Jiaxing City, close to factories, rivers and parks.This place will serve as a community activity center when it is used up.
设计理念｜Design concept
借鉴东南亚度假轻奢的自然风景，突破场地局限，打造归家即度假的异域文化生活体验。
Learn from the natural scenery of Southeast Asia vacation, break through the limitations of the venue, to create home is the holiday experience of exotic cultural life.
设计主旨｜The main thrust of the project
在成片相似的住宅区中，使该项目既脱颖而出，又与在地相融，为居民提供良 好舒适的户外休息、停留、聚会社交平台。这种度假式的生活居住体验，打造出一种生活态度，一种对于慢生活的静享，像是一壶清香的茶，慢慢的品味其中的醇香。在日复一日忙碌平淡的生活中给你一个放松与度假，步入神秘的异国园境，品味艺术与奢华，宁静与优雅，为居民带来一场心灵的度假。在这里，人们可以在躺椅上享受日光浴，或是进行一些水中运动，同时，小朋友们也可以在旁边的儿童泳池中嬉戏玩耍，与家长或小伙伴们一起共度欢乐时光。
The purpose of this design is to solve: how to make the project not only stand out in the similar residential areas, but also integrate with the local environment, so as to provide residents with a good and comfortable outdoor rest, stay, party and social platform. After the completion of the project, it has become an all day popular gathering area. Here, people can enjoy sunbathing on the reclining chair, or do some water sports. At the same time, children can also play in the children’s pool nearby, and have a happy time with their parents or friends.

设计策略｜Design the strategy
1)营造极具度假风情的自然景观，吸引客群，使人们停留于此感受低奢优雅的人文水岸生活;
2)弱化场地边界，注重人的参与与感受，创建能聚集更多人气的交流体验空间。

三大空间｜Three spaces
1、椰林迷情—将嘉兴文化融入至新亚洲风格，打造具有异域风格的城市展示界面，其通往场地内部的椰林步道，既形成内外一体的视觉通廊，又保证了场地的私密性，营造了极具浪漫氛围的沉浸式空间体验。
1 、Coconut Forest Mystery – to integrate Jiaxing culture into the new Asian style, to create an exotic style of urban display interface, its access to the site’s interior of the Coconut Grove Trail, not only to form an internal and external visual corridor, but also to ensure the privacy of the venue, creating a very romantic atmosphere of immersive space experience.

2、落日余晖—移步异景，前往场地侧院，置身于廊下的休憩空间，涉水而坐。人们不仅可以清楚地看到构筑物的元素和结构，且一旁的水景映射出花园的活动场景，也将市井的生活映入场内，让城市生活与场地产生互动。
2 、Sunset afterglow – move to the site side courtyard, placed in the open space under the gallery, wading and sitting. Not only can people clearly see the elements and structures of the structure, but also the water scene on one side reflects the garden’s activity scene, and also reflects the life of the city well into the entrance, so that the city life and the venue interact.

3、亭落映池—穿过茂密的林荫道，来到后场休闲空间。其具有东南亚度假风情的水榭亭台映入眼帘，场地内的下沉坐凳、亲水平台、水亭躺椅等设施为居民提供了休憩、交往的空间。因此，居民们更愿意来到这个酒店式的户外空间度过悠闲的假日时光。
3 、Pavilions – Through the dense boulevards, come to the backfield leisure space. Its Southeast Asian resort style of the otter pavilion into the eye, the site of the sinking stool, pro-level platform, water pavilion recliners and other facilities for residents to provide a rest, communication space. As a result, residents prefer to spend their leisurely holidays in this hotel-style outdoor space.
