Landscape Collaboration：Ekkamai社区通过特色的咖啡馆、餐厅、商店和社区购物中心真实地反映了种族和文化的多样性。XT condo-Ekamai是由Sansiri & Tokyu集团开发的新的高层公寓项目，它聚焦于素坤逸63号 (Ekkamai)街区灵活的生活方式和共享经济。在这条热闹的街道上，千禧一代和当地及外籍人士周末聚集在这里享受美食，白天购物，晚上逛街，或参加社交俱乐部派对。这栋公寓楼包括537个单元，有38层楼和9层停车场。XT与其他项目的不同之处在于，居民有机会使用位于曼谷3个区(Huaykwang、Phyathai和Ekkamai)的另一处XT设施。
Landscape Collaboration：Ekkamai neighborhood truly reflects the real diversity in ethnicity and culture through unique cafes, restaurants, shops, and neighborhood malls. XT condo-Ekamai is the new high rise condo concept by Sansiri & Tokyu to focus on lifestyle flexible living and sharing economy on the lively street of Sukhumvit 63 (Ekkamai) where millennials and hipsters both local and ex-pats gather during the weekend to enjoy eatery venues, shopping at day and wandering on the street at night to enjoy a party at the social club. It consists of 537 units with 38 stories high and 9 stories high mechanical parking. What differentiated XT from other projects are that residents have the opportunity to use another XT facility located in 3 Bangkok districts (Huaykwang, Phyathai, and Ekkamai).

The concept design of architecture (By Quintrix architects) relates to sustainable energy and human comfort by elaborate wind force as the core idea for both function and form. Natural ventilation by wind is used to improve indoor air quality, provide thermal comfort and save energy. By shifting the building mass, every floor plate can have a single load corridor at both ends to allow airflow.

为了重新诠释什么是响应式景观设计空间，LCO通过解码人们在Ekkamai和Thonglor街上漫步时的昼夜移动轨迹，收集了用户的生理和心理数据。LCO团队带来了一个以流动概念和自然联系为主要原则的设计，营造了反映当地文化的空间场景。
To reinterpret what is a responsive landscape design space, LCO has gathered users’ physical and psychological data by decoding humans’ flow movement both day & nightlife while wandering through Ekkamai and Thonglor street. We bring a collaborative design with a flow concept and nature connection as the main principle in creating spaces that reflect the contextual area.
▽风流及人流轨迹 The people flow and wind flow
地面区域 Ground Floor area
设计的主旨是打造聚会的场所，人们可以相拥在绿色的广场上、或闲坐在美丽的花园里。落地广场墙面使用了不锈钢方形薄板，当风吹过时会产生抖动，就好像这些小方块会从墙上散落下来，掉在地上。闪烁的特色水上花园和入口处有薄雾的台阶将使行人免受炎热天气的影响，形成良好的小气候。所有路径都将行人的目光从花园引向购物区。入口处的水阶和梯级灯光为人们连接起该区域的夜间生活场景。
水池和步道有着迷人的流动形态。闪烁的风动幕墙立面设计了一个个活动的方形金属板，当风穿过，墙面微微抖动并反射出美丽的光芒。
The main Idea is a meeting place where people gather in the green plaza, sitting in the garden. Dropoff plaza wall uses a stainless square thin plate when wind flowing through will create movement as if these little pieces will scatter from the wall and drop on the floor. Twinkling featured water gardens and steps with the mist located at the entrance gate will cool pedestrians from the hot weather for a good microclimate. All pathways will lead pedestrians’ eyes from the garden to the shopping area. The entrance water step and step lighting connect the nightlife scene of this district for passersby.
The pond and walkway have intriguing flow patterns. The frontal view through the glistening wind wall has been designed as a movable square metal plate where wind flow could touch and create movement and reflection.

另外，底层花园的主要景观特征是一个大型摇椅和弯曲的镂空钢亭，被当作雕塑和社交聚会场所。花园的植物配置以生物多样性的概念进行设计。
Also, in the ground floor garden, the main landscape feature is a grand swinging chair and flow curved breathable steel pavilion which acts as a sculpture and social gathering place. Garden plant materials are planned in a diversity species concept.

不同颜色的花卉被放置在阳光充足的区域，引来蜜蜂和昆虫，而热带阔叶类植物则被放置在阴凉区域，人们可以透过大厅的空隙和窗户看到风景。边界墙和主大厅旁的绿色小巷是散步和阅读区，整个下午都在建筑的阴影中。
Different color flowers are placed in full sun areas to attract bees and insects while tropical leafy plants for shade areas where people could view through the lobby void and window. The green alley next to the boundary wall and the main lobby is designed for walking and reading areas shaded by the building all afternoon.
走出电梯厅区域，将进入户外运动空间，这些空间被设计成一个灵活的多功能区域，满足各类活动形式，可供不同年龄段的人使用。
When exiting the lift hall area, residents will enter the outdoor exercise spaces which are crafted as a flexible area with multi-function both active and passive activities for multi-generation usage at the same time.

设计团队旨在增强场地的健身体验，使其更具活力、吸引力和趣味性。室外健身馆和负重训练广场有助于锻炼身体柔韧性和体能。Pavigym地面铺设不透水的无孔EPDM橡胶，具有抗菌作用，且易于清洁。紧邻着的区域是瑜伽广场，可供个人或团体使用。
游乐场位于运动场模块内。小土丘为四处奔跑的孩子们创造了一种冒险的感觉。攀岩墙是为初学者和TRX（全身抗阻力锻炼）设置的，墙体上安装了悬吊训练装置，可用于锻炼力量、平衡感和灵活性。
The design team aims at enhancing a fitness experience to make it more motivating, engaging, and enjoyable. The outdoor pavigym and weight training pattern plaza are intended for muscle flexibility and physical training. Pavigym floors are laid with impermeable non-porous virgin EPDM rubber, antibacterial, and easy to clean. The next area is the yoga plaza where residents can call a personal trainer to lead individuals or groups.
The playground is located on the exercise pattern. In addition, the small mound creates a sense of adventure for the kids jumping around. Next, The rock climbing wall is set for the beginner hiker and TRX (Total body Resistance exercise). On the wall, a suspension training gadget is installed for bodyweight exercise purposes to develop strength, balance, and flexibility.

药草园 Herbal garden
场地后方是一个有机的可食用植物和药草园，居民可以把他们的植物带到配备了园艺工具和桌椅的苗圃俱乐部中，与志同道合的人交流花园设计和想法。该花园空间于对草药、植物和园艺感兴趣的人而言，可以算得上一个真正的自然图书馆。
Located at the backend is an organic edible plant & herb garden where residents could bring their collective plants to the nursery club which is equipped with garden tools, a table, and a chit chat chair to exchange garden design and ideas for like-minded. This garden gathering space plays another role as a real nature library for those interested in herb, plant, and horticulture.
植物根据其成熟高度、用途和维护情况进行划分。根据不同的性质各区域分为：
1.厨用可食植物区：辣椒、茄子、西红柿、薄荷、桑葚等。
2.药用植物区：生姜、柠檬草；芦荟；积雪草、穿心莲等。
3.芳香植物区：迷迭香、香茅草等。
4.食用花卉区：茉莉花、玫瑰等。
5.蔬菜和药草种植器以舒缓阶梯式雕塑亭的形式成为焦点，它可以隐藏人们的外部视野，并引导人们聚焦于内向型的冥想空间或安静的区域。
Plants are categorized and divided according to their full-grown height, usage, and maintenance. The full list of plants zone grouped under different qualification are as follows:
1.Edible kitchen plant zone: Hot chili, eggplant, tomato, peppermint, mulberry, sweet basil, holy basil, Wildbetal Leafbush, assorted salad.
2.Medicinal herb plants zone: Herbal remedies are rooted in Thai local wisdom.Many people find themselves turning back to the medicinal plants that started it all. To open this door for alternative medicine, sample plants are a flatulence curing herb (ginger, sweet basil, lemongrass), a skin disease curing herb (Aloe), fever curing herb (Centella Asiatica (Linn.) Urba, Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Wall. ex Nees
3.Aroma plant zone: sample plants are as follows: rosemary, pandanus, Citronella grass
4.Edible flower zone: sample plants are as follows: jasmine, rose, pandanus, butterfly pea,
5.Cozy veggie & herb step pavilion are placed as focal point sculpture form hiding people from outside view and focusing introverted as a silent area for meditation space or contemplation.
游泳池 Swimming pool Floor
活动区域（靠城市景观一侧）是50米长的游泳池，整个区域设计将风和水交织在一起，形成了波浪形图案，居民可以在这里游泳，并通过下方标记的反光彩色瓷砖知道自己的游泳距离。
泳池平台为泳池区域创造了一个带有休闲床的放松场所，沿泳池两侧创造了一个安全的无障碍区域，与城市景观无缝连接。居民们可以围坐于泳池边，拍照、打卡并分享至社交网络平台。
Active areas (city view side) consist of 50m long lap Pool edge Line interlacing wind and water devising wavy patterns throughout the area where residents could swim and know their swimming distance from looking downward to the marked reflective color tile.
Pool decks create a relaxing place for the pool area with lounge beds, create a safe accessible area along the sides of the pool, and offer a seamless connection to the city view. Around the pool, residents could sit back around and take instagrammable pictures.

水疗池 Hydro pool
该楼层装修豪华，有一个配备了水力系统的室外水疗池和一个带日光浴平台的室外休闲区。水疗池十分有益于身体健康，其中的水温通常保持在30 – 40℃左右。
水疗池提供多种水上设施，包括空气浴缸和喷水装置，具有康复受伤的肌肉，减少肌肉紧张，缓解疼痛和压力的好处。居民可以在按摩池中尽情享受270度的城市风光。
This floor is luxuriously appointed with an outdoor spa pool equipped with a hydro system and an outdoor relaxing area with a sundeck. Spa hydrotherapy pools can have extraordinary health benefits. Hydrotherapy jacuzzi pool water temperature is typically about 30 – 40°C.
Along with a selection of water features, including air tubs and water jets, hydrotherapy pools provide unique benefits including rehabilitating injured muscles, reducing muscle tension and relieving pain and stress.The residents could pamper themselves with a hot and cold jacuzzi by taking a 270-degree panoramic city view.
派对区 Party areas
派对区的设计旨在服务于那些回家后仍想享受夜生活的居民，这个聚会空间承载了所有的活动功能。户外影院休息区带有放映机墙，用于电影之夜派对活动；派对区的台阶通向空中酒吧；漂浮平台以水池边缘墙上的弧形金属色马赛克瓷砖为背景，可以看到城市夜景生活。
这里将成为归家后的夜生活中心，24小时开放，经预订方可使用。
Party areas design aims to sync with residents who come home and still want to enjoy warming down the nightlife. This gathering space connects all party activities. The outdoor cinema lounge area with a projector wall for movie night. The party space steps flow to the sky bar. The floating deck takes a view of the nightlife street with the background of the curved metallic mosaic tile on the overflow-pool edge wall.
This will be the center for homecoming nighttime opening 24 hours available upon booking.

A private soothing garden is designed from a wind flow pattern serving residents who want to sit back with a small group and enjoy 270 panoramic views.

在顶层的风流广场，住户可以昼夜不间断地享受迷人的城市风光，同时饱览繁盛的花园景色。这里对热衷于拍照和想与朋友一起游玩的人来说，无疑是值得一去的。
At the Wind flow plaza at the top, residents could enjoy the stunning city view both day&night times while embracing the lush garden. This is really worth It for photogenic people and those who want to hang out with friends.
