OYTT Design: Odes to grandeur, singing freedoms sweet, The city wears a cloak of green, Where concrete fades and pastures meet, Nature awakens, fresh and serene.
近流水而聚繁华，在苏州星合广场，四方风味与多元消费并举，以更新的面貌造就都市美学，带来令人身心松弛的休闲体验。都可手作的诞生，宛若钢筋水泥中的“林间地”，借一抹悠然的茶韵，细细抚平生活的焦虑。
Located by the tranquil waters, Suzhou Xinghe Square thrives as a vibrant hub where diverse culinary traditions meet a broad range of shopping options, all contributing to a refreshed urban aesthetic. This transformation offers a leisure experience that effortlessly soothes both the mind and body. The creation of “Coco Handmade” resembles a serene glade within the steel and concrete, where a dash of gentle tea aroma softly smooths away the anxieties of life.
项目以自然为基底，将传统手作与现代商业聚合，强调“共时而生，饮茶正好”的品牌理念，并通过设计充分回应场域特色，营造出一种现代都市生活中稀缺的慢节奏氛围，与外界的喧嚣形成鲜明对比。
The project draws inspiration from nature, seamlessly integrating traditional handcrafting with modern business practices while embracing the brand philosophy of “synchronized existence, perfect for tea time.” Its design thoughtfully responds to the unique characteristics of the space, creating a slow-paced atmosphere that stands in stark contrast to the frenetic pace of urban life, providing a serene escape from the noise of the outside world.

诗意茶香 Poetic Essence of Tea
建筑主体伫立广场之上，以多元复合的空间形态寻访古朴意蕴。店铺三面毗邻人流，楼宇交映间，木帘错落，光影缱绻，朴拙于绿意间铺展，吸引人们驻足，体验久远而自在的田园风光。
Situated atop the plaza, the main building seeks to capture the essence of simplicity through its diverse spatial forms. Encircled by pedestrian flows on three sides, the interplay of reflections between buildings and the rhythmic placement of wooden blinds create a mesmerizing interplay of light and shadow. This unpretentious charm, nestled among lush greenery, draws passersby to pause and experience the enduring, effortless beauty of rural landscapes.
▽手作外观 Hand-made appearance
店面设有多个入口，因仿茶亭之意，实则内外相连，予人沉浸环境般的自在质感。为打造奇妙的空间体验，设计师在视线引导与动线变化方面做了有趣的布置，打卡区借由戏剧性的场景塑造，将人们瞬间引入大隐于市的情境之中。栩栩如生的鸭子雕塑将田园生活的闲适安宁娓娓道来，动静之间，实现空间叙事的层层递进。
The store is designed with multiple entrances, inspired by the concept of a tea pavilion, which seamlessly integrates the indoors with the outdoors, offering an environment that envelops visitors in a relaxed, natural texture. To craft a captivating spatial experience, the designers have cleverly manipulated sightlines and movement patterns, with an Instagram-worthy area created through dramatic scene-setting that instantly transports people into a sanctuary hidden within the city. The vivid duck sculptures narrate the serene and leisurely pace of country life, dynamically advancing the spatial narrative through a blend of stillness and motion.
▽沉浸式入口空间 Immersive entrance space
旧木、竹编将自然的温度注入肌理，勾勒出返璞归真的素雅质感。透过阳光的照射，空间在斑驳的光影中萌生通透与韵律，形成内外之间的流动。
Aged wood and bamboo weaving infuse the textures with the warmth of nature, sketching a minimalist elegance that echoes a return to simplicity. As sunlight filters through, the space is animated by a patchwork of light and shadow, fostering a rhythmic transparency that enhances the fluidity between indoor and outdoor environments.
▽自然古朴的空间元素 Natural and simple space elements
浅淡石板与深灰碎石铺展通幽小径，旧式条凳与古朴窗棂支撑旧日感怀。草木茂盛而墙体粗粝，茶客静坐一隅，在等待的空隙里，看城市的锋芒于朦胧的碎影中化为梦幻，疲惫的心灵得以片刻的滋养和安宁。
Light stone slabs and deep gray crushed gravel form a tranquil pathway, complemented by old-fashioned benches and rustic window grilles that evoke a nostalgic atmosphere. Enclosed by lush vegetation and rugged walls, tea guests find solace in a quiet corner. In these moments of waiting, they watch as the city’s sharp edges blur into hazy, dreamlike silhouettes, offering a momentary nourishment and peace to their tired souls.
烟火田园 Rustic Charm
茶饮文化不仅是味蕾上的餍足，更是一种根植于生活本身的社交方式。外摆区更添几分现代利落感，错落的桌椅与参差的棚顶共绘店面边界，拓宽空间纵深层次，为往来顾客构建活动空间与休息区域的同时，也融汇出烟火人间的热闹更迭。出品区延续了几何重构的设计理念，以石材、金属交相辉映，保留现代气息的同时也为空间增添了乡野随性。
Tea culture transcends mere gastronomic satisfaction, evolving into a deeply ingrained social ritual within everyday life. The external seating area introduces a modern, streamlined aesthetic with its assorted arrangement of tables and a staggered canopy design that clearly demarcates the shop’s boundary. This setup not only enhances the spatial depth but also organically segments areas for activities and relaxation, seamlessly integrating into the animated ebb and flow of daily life. The serving area continues this theme of geometric innovation, with stone and metal harmoniously interplaying to retain a contemporary feel while also adding a touch of rustic whimsy to the space.
▽错落的桌椅与参差的棚顶共绘店面边界 The scattered tables and chairs and the uneven roof of the shed paint the storefront boundary
室内依循传统房屋建筑制式，让质朴的空间立面蒙络自然打磨的痕迹，还原了人们心中美好的避世桃源。刚与柔，曲与直，虚与实，在材质与体块的穿插交融中，静谧安然的生活美学缓慢流淌，品茶之深味于古今处悄然契合。
The interior design adheres to traditional architectural principles, allowing the simplicity of the space to showcase the natural wear it has endured, thus recapturing an idyllic haven as envisioned in the collective imagination. Here, hardness and softness coexist, curves and straight lines intersect, and solids and voids blend seamlessly. This interplay of materials and forms gently cultivates a serene and tranquil life aesthetic, where the profound art of tea drinking finds a subtle harmony between the ancient and the modern.
▽远离城市喧嚣的质朴避世桃源 A rustic escape from the hustle and bustle of the city
半墙设计让内部空间向街道完全敞开，增强了空间的互动性与流动感，酝酿出安然和美的舒适氛围，带给人贴近自然的无尽观感。
The design of the half-wall fully opens up the interior space to the street, enhancing both the interactivity and fluidity of the area. It cultivates a tranquil and beautiful atmosphere, offering a profound sense of closeness to nature through endless visual connectivity.
草木绰约隐隔内外，灯线柔软点明旧窗之影，温和妥帖的环境之中，或怡然独饮，或与三两好友对坐闲谈，呈现出欢聚的多样可能。
Vegetation artfully screens the interior from the exterior, while soft lighting delicately defines the silhouettes of ancient windows. Within this gentle and fitting setting, one may either relish a drink in solitude or engage in casual conversations with a few good friends, showcasing the varied joys of gathering.
经过对现代生活方式的洞察与创新，本案以其精致的手作茶饮和充满诗意的空间设计，为忙碌的都市人构筑一处松弛的港湾，带来情感的慰藉与丰盈，打造一场与众不同的寻梦之旅。
Informed by a keen understanding of modern lifestyles and innovative ideas, this project features exquisitely handcrafted tea beverages and spaces filled with poetic aesthetics. It constructs a soothing retreat for the bustling urban dweller, offering emotional comfort and enrichment, and creates a unique journey of dream exploration.
