魏玛景观：置身山野中，被这一抹绿包围。远山、近湖、笑语，都如薄雾吐露一般，从山间走来，裹挟着麓野的惬意，复得返自然。

01 地缘规划 Reorganization & Remodeling
项目场地位于长沙市青竹湖太阳山社区，紧临太阳山山脉，背靠大面山体植被，绿林繁茂。项目整体面积庞大，其中涵盖了改造段、低密区、5号公园地块及水系环道设计。本次项目通过最小干预的方式，创造一环串联多节点的体验式景观空间，从而创造全新的社区生活。规划从景观角度进行构思，凝结了建筑师和景观设计师通力合作的心血成果。该项目旨在定义一种可持续的居住方式，使社区沉浸在广阔的、富有表现力的、互联的公园体系之中。景观策划包括一个游乐场、一片山林湖面、一块中央草坪，可垂钓、可登山、可骑行、可露营的体验空间。
The project site is located in Sun Mountain Community of Qingzhu Lake in Changsha City, close to Sun Mountain Range, backed by large mountain vegetation and lush green forests. The overall area of the project is huge, including the reconstruction section, low-density area, No.5 park plot and water system ring road design. This project creates an experiential landscape space with multiple nodes connected in series through minimal intervention, thus creating a brand-new community life. The planning is conceived from the perspective of landscape, which condenses the painstaking efforts of architects and landscape designers. The project aims to define a sustainable living style and immerse the community in a broad, expressive and interconnected park system. Landscape planning includes a playground, a mountain and lake, a central lawn, and an experience space for fishing, mountaineering, cycling and camping.

02 空间营造 Reorganization & Remodeling
1. 设计的挑战与回应：
场地地形高差较大，如何规划河道，解决雨虹问题变得十分重要；因此本项目坚持三大景观设计理念：生态连续性、现场雨水管理和全场域公共可达性。绿毯公园将各景观层汇聚成为一条中央路径，在这个以私密空间为主的社区中形成公共流线，开阔的草坪高立的山林整合成森林生态走廊。社区内的斜向路径满足斜坡排洪，最终汇入人工湖内。
由于场地北侧属于自然涵养区，植被茂密、生境丰富、整体生态系统为天然氧吧，我们以保护为主，低干预，在树林之间引入小水系与轻质登山步道，提供基于自然的解决方案，其它交给大自然与时间。大自然常常会让人感受到一种与生俱来的美的感知和愉悦。自然、生态的环境修复，为动植物提供一个纯粹的生态栖息地，人也是这个生态栖息地的参与者。同样的，设计师的角色是引导和增强自然美景，应尽量模仿自然景观，避免人工痕迹，最好的设计是那些看起来像是自然形成的，而不是人为创造的。这使得我们笔法轻介入、简设计。
Design challenges and responses
The terrain elevation difference of the site is large, so how to plan the river course and solve the problem of rain and rainbow becomes very important. Therefore, this project adheres to three landscape design concepts: ecological continuity, on-site rainwater management and public accessibility of the whole site. The Green Carpet Park gathers all landscape layers into a central path, forming a public streamline in this community dominated by private space, and integrating open lawns and high mountains into a forest ecological corridor. The oblique path in the community meets the requirement of slope flood discharge and finally flows into the artificial lake.
Because the north side of the site belongs to a natural conservation area, with dense vegetation and rich habitats, and the overall ecosystem is a natural oxygen bar, we give priority to protection and low intervention, introduce a small water system and light hiking trails between trees, provide a solution based on nature, and leave the rest to nature and time. Nature often makes people feel an innate sense of beauty and pleasure. The restoration of natural and ecological environment provides a pure ecological habitat for animals and plants, and people are also participants in this ecological habitat. Similarly, the designer’s role is to guide and enhance the natural beauty, and should try to imitate the natural landscape and avoid artificial traces. The best designs are those that look like they are naturally formed, not artificially created. This makes our brushwork lightly involved and simple in design.

2. 社群的运营与策划：
通常不同的场景营造，功能场地的植入，创造出业主与业主相遇交流的场地。
场地主核心功能区域分为：绿毯公园、徒步登山、杉林静湖。国际环境健康研究表示，每天在户外待上一小段时间能够让人感到更加快乐，即使不做运动，只是每天到公园待上 20 分钟也能让人状态更好。这就是引发人们共鸣的“公园 20 分钟效应”。绿毯公园是融合露营、亲子树屋、戏沙、轮滑等功能的复合型场地。再带给人们健康、愉悦的同时，感受大自然中呼吸新鲜空气；欣赏美丽的星空；增进人与人之间的关系。
Operation and planning of community
Usually, different scenes are created and functional venues are implanted to create a venue where owners meet and communicate with each other.
The main core functional areas of the site are: Green Carpet Park, Hiking Mountain, Cunlin Jinghu Lake. International environmental health research shows that staying outdoors for a short time every day can make people feel happier, and even if they don’t exercise, just staying in the park for 20 minutes every day can make people feel better. This is the “park 20-minute effect” that resonates with people. The Green Carpet Park is a compound venue that integrates camping, family tree house, sand play, roller skating and other functions. Bring people health and pleasure, and feel the fresh air in nature; Appreciate the beautiful starry sky; Enhance the relationship between people.

03 杉林境湖 CEDAR FOREST BORDER LAKE
场地北侧杉林静湖，驳岸线被划分创造出一个个岛屿，设计从空间开合入手，强调穿林和漂浮感。场地利用木、石、雾等元素营造氛围。漫步于细雾中，踏上蜿蜒小径，挺拔的大树与低矮的灌木丛时隐时现。
On the north side of the site, the forest and lake are divided into islands, and the design starts with the opening and closing of space, emphasizing the sense of crossing the forest and floating. The venue uses wood, stone, fog and other elements to create an atmosphere. Strolling in the fine fog, stepping on the winding path, tall and straight trees and low bushes appear and disappear.

白色的浮桥宛若飘带，与水桥相映成趣。整个空间采用水杉作为主乔木，树冠呈塔尖，树皮呈灰褐色，贴合森林的原木质感，成片的水杉与灌木花镜错落分层，夹缝中穿出一汪小水系。
The white pontoon bridge is like a ribbon, which is in harmony with the water bridge. Metasequoia glyptostroboides is used as the main tree in the whole space. The crown of the tree is spire, and the bark is taupe, which conforms to the log texture of the forest. Pieces of Metasequoia glyptostroboides and shrub reading glasses are scattered and layered, and a small water system passes through the cracks.

04 隐屿公园 YINYUPARK
整个绿毯公园景观空间我们以“隐屿公园”为主题，以生态建设与现代生活相融合的手法，无界缝合起乐园空间、公共草坪及运动场地各功能分区。风过绿谷，迂回抵达自由自在的木屋艺术自然之所，滑梯栏架连接起童年记忆的桥梁，“自然、探索、灵动”的空间氛围特性，释放出孩子们那份纯真与无邪。
Throughout the landscape space of Green Carpet Park, we take “Hidden Island Park” as the theme, and combine ecological construction with modern life to sew up the functional divisions of paradise space, public lawn and sports ground without boundaries. The wind crossed the green valley and reached the free wooden house art natural place. The slide railing connected the bridge of childhood memories, and the spatial atmosphere characteristics of “nature, exploration and agility” released the innocence and innocence of children.

阳光草坪，翠色花镜营造出一个森意的绿洲剧场，在这里大片的绿坪以“自然而然”的手法，唤醒真正的自然，营造出属于场地的生机与活力。在这里可以放风筝、野餐、露营，触发更多的社交可能，遇见真切的生活场景。
The sunny lawn and emerald reading glasses create an oasis theater, where a large area of green lawn awakens the real nature with a “natural” approach and creates vitality and vitality belonging to the venue. You can fly kites, have picnics and camp here, which will trigger more social possibilities and meet real life scenes.

05 浮山原野 THE FAISHAN FIELD
囿于城市的身心，难免不知不觉与自然脱节，不妨去野外走一走，去近山寻找答案，有时候生活不在别处在山野之间。
Confined to the body and mind of the city, it is inevitable that you will unconsciously be out of touch with nature. You might as well take a walk in the wild and go to the mountains to find the answer. Sometimes life is not elsewhere but between Shan Ye.

层叠的登山步道是亲子互动锻炼的最佳散步之所，无论是光初露的朝晨，抑或暮色降临的傍晚，置身林中的幽径，穿行于草木芬芳的小路上，聆听树桠间鸟雀啾啁、草丛里虫儿争鸣，探索自然的奥秘，总能让满怀浪漫的人儿感到空气里弥漫着浓浓的麓野生境。
Cascaded hiking trails are the best place for parents and children to take a walk. Whether it is the morning when the light first appears or the evening when dusk falls, people who are full of romance can always feel that the air is filled with thick foothills and wild places, walking through paths with fragrant vegetation, listening to birds chirping among trees and insects contending in the grass, and exploring the mysteries of nature.

依水而居，与山为邻，与林为友，在城市中创造出一个“森呼吸”的生态空间，融以生活的真实场景，让有氧健康的“公园式”生活，重塑都市与自然之间的亲密联系，向山所在，看见热爱生活的样子，向内所探，阅览对自然的敬畏。
