魏玛景观：01 项目背景-罗浮山下，自在生活
岭南的山水画卷中，罗浮山以“第一山”之名静卧于大湾区东北一隅。山接云天、林掩田畴，水系绕古村，千百年来，不仅是道教灵境、中药宝库，更是岭南农耕文化与民俗记忆的栖息之地。本项目依托罗浮山南片区的生态与文化优势，古村静立，田园铺展，大洞水库与玄碧湖波光相映，致力于打造集古村活化、乡村振兴与山水康养于一体的岭南乡村文化体验胜地，构建“罗浮山下，自在生活”的新型乡村样板，为区域提供可持续发展的乡村振兴范本。这里，不止是建筑与生态的更新，更是一场回归山水的旅程。
Weimar Group: Project Background
This project relies on the ecological and cultural advantages of the southern part of Luofu Mountain. Ancient villages stand still, farmlands spread out, and the Daxiong Reservoir and Xuanbi Lake reflect each other. It is committed to creating a cultural experience destination for Lingnan villages that integrates the revitalization of ancient villages, rural revitalization and mountain and water health care. It aims to build a new type of rural model of “living freely under Luofu Mountain” and provide a sustainable model for rural revitalization in the region. Here, it’s not just about the renewal of architecture and ecology, but also a journey back to the mountains and waters.
02 总体规划-基于现状地貌的层级设计
农场设计以“系统性修复与场景化植入”为核心策略，遵循 “轻介入、可逆化、生态化” 的原则，通过系统性景观规划，将山下古村、农耕区域与自然生态片区整合提升。利用远期开发用地打造都市近郊型微度假目的地，达成品牌造势、文旅引流、品牌孵化的目标。
在保护完整生态基底与清晰田园肌理的基础上，通过功能区与动线游览串联，形成“入口服务-核心体验-生态渗透”的空间序列，并植入农场入口区、休闲垂钓区、帐篷餐厅区、活动草坪区及儿童互动区五大功能板块，从而构建一个集生态体验、休闲度假与自然教育于一体的近郊微度假目的地。
Overall Planning
The farm design takes “systematic restoration and scene-based implantation” as its core strategy, adhering to the principles of “light intervention, reversibility, and ecologicalization”. Through systematic landscape planning, it integrates and enhances the ancient village at the foot of the mountain, the agricultural area, and the natural ecological zone.
Based on the protection of the complete ecological foundation and clear rural texture, five functional sections, namely the farm entrance area, the leisure fishing area, the tent restaurant area, the activity lawn area and the children’s interaction area, are implanted, thus building a near-suburban micro-vacation destination integrating ecological experience, leisure vacation and nature education.

03 运营导向-业态共荣的整体运营
设计以亲和力的品牌叙事为起点，自然感的黄色系块石结合钢丝交接闭合石笼结合生动可爱的IP萌宠雕塑，形成强烈的视觉记忆点。我们通过微地形与本土绿植的巧妙围合，自然地引导人流，在进入之初便营造出脱离城市、步入自然的仪式感与期待感。
星空帐篷餐厅：地景建筑与夜间经济载体
位于高处的轻盈膜结构帐篷，于浪漫之丘揽尽风光。以 “原野、星空、露营、烟火” 为概念，这里白天坐拥起伏花海与远山如黛，夜晚变身为星空之下的诗意餐厅。
Operational Orientation
The design starts with a friendly brand narrative. The natural yellow-toned block stones combined with steel wire interlocking closed gabions, along with vivid and cute IP pet sculptures, create a strong visual memory point. Naturally guide the flow of people, creating a sense of ritual and anticipation of leaving the city and stepping into nature from the very beginning of entry.
Starry Sky Tent Restaurant
The lightweight membrane structure tent located at a high place offers a panoramic view of the romantic Hill. With the concept of “wilderness, starry sky, camping and fireworks”, this place features undulating flower fields and distant mountains like dark green during the day, and transforms into a poetic restaurant under the starry sky at night.
建筑屋顶采用纯白色张拉膜系统，造型如云端方舟，以大跨度、大体量的结构展现出强烈的超现实气质。PVDF等透光膜材，白天可引入柔和自然光，夜晚灯光亮起时帐篷宛如发光穹顶，抬头即可清晰观星。膜材重量仅为传统建材的1/10，运输安装更便捷；且表面有自洁涂层，抗紫外线、耐雨水腐蚀，适合户外长期使用。室外中庭在张拉膜的引导下，柔和地构筑各功能区边界，形成流动而连贯的空间体验。
The tent is made of translucent membrane materials such as PVDF, which can introduce soft natural light during the day. At night, when the lights are on, the tent looks like a luminous dome, and you can clearly observe the stars by looking up. The weight of the membrane material is only 1/10 of that of traditional building materials, making transportation and installation more convenient. Moreover, it has a self-cleaning coating on the surface, which is resistant to ultraviolet rays and rain corrosion, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.
帐篷餐厅内庭花园
这是项目的夜景灵魂与地标所在。我们尊重山形地势，将轻盈的膜结构帐篷错落布置于坡地高点，使其仿佛从大地生长而出。星空餐厅前的曲线步道顺应山体自然起伏，以柔和的弧线穿行于层叠的花海之间，营造出步移景异的沉浸式体验。铺装采用砾石以及中国黑自然面原石的自然形式，边缘被低矮植被柔化，使道路仿佛隐没于花丛之中。建筑内透出温暖光晕，花海间点缀着仿若星河的低矮地灯与互动光装置，营造出极具浪漫氛围的沉浸式餐饮场景。这里不仅是享用美食之地，更是情感与自然共鸣的社交场域。
——核心手法：
1、地景建筑与夜间光环境：利用制高点观景优势，打造昼夜皆宜的标志性消费场景，成为区域夜间经济的核心驱动。
2、建筑融合地形：采用轻型张拉膜结构，顺应山丘等高线错落布局，最大程度减少土方开挖，形成宛若从大地生长而出的有机形态。
3、景观花海营造：选用墨西哥鼠尾草、狼尾草、细叶芒、向日葵等植物及观赏草，营造低维护、富有野趣的缓坡花海，四季色彩与质感更迭。
4、专项灯光设计：制定分层照明方案。建筑以柔和内透光为主；花海区域点缀仿生萤火虫地灯与低矮草坪灯，通过2700K-4000K的色温控制，营造浪漫静谧的光氛围。
Tent restaurant garden
This is the soul and landmark of the project’s night view. We respect the mountain shape and terrain, and arrange the light membrane structure tents in a staggered manner at the high points of the slope, making them seem to grow out of the earth. The curved path in front of the Starry Sky Restaurant follows the natural undulations of the mountain, meandering gently in an arc through the layers of flower fields, creating an immersive experience of changing views as one moves. The pavement adopts the natural form of gravel and Chinese black natural surface raw stones, with the edges softened by low vegetation, making the road seem to be hidden among the flowers.
活动草坪：弹性开放空间与模块化运营
一片开阔柔软的绿色草坪，一个可承载多种活动的弹性场地，可以满足从日常休闲到主题节庆的快速功能转换需求。轻量化帐篷、可移动集装箱单元点缀其间，灵活组合成市集、舞台、工作坊或休闲客厅，通过串灯、投影与篝火，营造出温暖而自由的氛围。这里是户外市集、草地音乐会、星空电影夜、主题派对的发生地，也是亲子奔跑、野餐休憩的共享客厅。
Activity lawn space
A spacious and soft green lawn, an elastic venue that can accommodate various activities, can meet the rapid functional transition needs from daily leisure to theme festivals. Lightweight tents and mobile container units are scattered throughout, flexibly combined into markets, stages, workshops or leisure living rooms. Through string lights, projections and bonfires, a warm and free atmosphere is created.

湖区垂钓平台：生态化介入与亲水体验
针对现状湖区，我们采用了最小干预的生态化设计手法。木质垂钓平台以架空的方式轻盈地延伸至水面，减少对水体生态的扰动。平台边缘特意留出了水生植物种植区，芦苇、菖蒲等不仅柔化了边界，也促进了水体的净化。这里为寻求宁静的访客提供了一处静坐、观鱼、垂钓的专属空间，在山水间享受独处的静谧时光。在此垂钓，不再是孤寂的等待，而是与湖水、山风、树影的对话。静坐一隅，时间仿佛也慢了下来，适合放空，也适合与自己相处。
Fishing platform in the lake area
For the current lake area, we have adopted an ecological design approach with minimal intervention. The wooden fishing platform is gracefully extended to the water surface in a suspended manner, reducing disturbance to the aquatic ecosystem. A special area for growing aquatic plants was reserved at the edge of the platform. Reeds, calamus and other plants not only soften the boundary but also promote the purification of the water body. Here, a dedicated space is provided for visitors seeking tranquility to sit quietly, watch fish and go fishing, allowing them to enjoy the peaceful moments of solitude among the mountains and waters.

自然互动乐园：让游戏在土地中发生
儿童活动区的核心设计理念是“向自然学习”。没有冰冷的钢铁器械，我们选用木材、绳索、沙石、轮胎等天然材料，结合微地形与植被设计，打造打造安全又有趣的互动设施。孩子们可以在这里自由攀爬、探索、建造，在玩耍中直接感受材质的温度、植物的气味与地形的变化，激发创造力的同时，建立与土地的深厚联结。
Nature Interactive Park
The core design concept of the children’s activity area is “Learning from nature”. Without cold steel equipment, we choose natural materials such as wood, ropes, sand and stones, and tires, and combine micro-terrain and vegetation design to create safe and interesting interactive facilities.
04 价值转译-古村活化与乡村振兴的实践
山夏农场的景观营造，是一次对乡土价值的现代转译。我们通过对地形、植被、水系与功能的系统性整合，力求在保护与提升之间找到最佳平衡点，最终呈现一个 “可运营、可参与、可生长” 的生态文旅空间。
Value Translation
The landscape creation of Shanxia Farm is a modern translation of local values. Through the systematic integration of terrain, vegetation, water systems and functions, we strive to find the best balance between protection and improvement, and ultimately present an ecological cultural tourism space that is “operable, participatory and growable”.
