呐么Lab：该项目位于河南省郑州市IFC国际金融中心，位于室内商业街的中庭露台上，是一个开放空间的美发沙龙。场地内由白色泥塑体块和镀锌脚手架这两个主要元素构成，其中白色体块将空间进行了开放与私密的划分，而由镀锌脚手架搭建而成的顶部构架则给整个空间赋予了归属感。甲方希望整个场地能如同T台式的展厅一般，让空间成为搭配的背景，而使用者成为空间的核心。
Name Lab: The project is located on top of the atrium terrace of the indoor commercial street of IFC International Financial Center in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. It is a hair salon with open space. The site is composed of two major elements: white clay blocks and galvanized scaffolding. The white blocks divide the space into public and private areas, while the top frame built by galvanized scaffolding gives the whole space a sense of belonging. The client hopes that the whole site can function like a runway-style showroom, where the space becomes a background for style matching, and users become the core of the space.
甲方是“周二活动”——即在每个周二免费上街为孤寡老人和流浪汉理发的活动的发起人，他们希望这个场地在作为理发店使用的同时，也能体现其公益型的开放性，同时还希望整个场地能作为一个展览区域来使用。
The client is the initiator of “Tuesday Activity” – a free street haircut service for the elderly and homeless every Tuesday. They hope that this site can reflect its public welfare and openness while being used as a barber shop, and also hope that the whole site can be used as an exhibition area.

由于原场地本身已具备一定的理发经营条件，故而甲方期望能在不停止营业的情况下完成设计及施工改造。出于这个考虑，我们产生了利用预制化材料进行搭建的想法：以简易的少量泥塑墙体，及简单的脚手架搭建这两种建造手法，将整个场地以简单的形式进行划分重组，最后形成场地+“展廊”的解决方案。在整个建造过程期间，店铺没有歇业一天。
Since the space was essentially ready to run as a hair salon, the client would like to complete the design and construction for the renovation without shutting down the business. For this reason we came up with the idea of building by using prefab materials：using simple and minimal clay walls and simple scaffolding construction techniques. We divided and reorganized the whole site in a simple form, eventually reached the solution of “site + ‘exhibition gallery'”. Therefore the salon never missed a single day of business during the entire construction phase.
作为美发沙龙本身，顾客对于环境的私密性有着一定要求，这一点与甲方所期望的公益开放性所矛盾。面对这一问题，我们采用了让空间连贯策略的同时，利用泥塑体块对各角度的视线进行了适当的遮挡，围绕各个体块形成了多个环形的空间流线，令场地内在开放及私密上达成和谐。
As for a hair salon itself, customers may have certain requirements for the privacy of the environment, which contradicts the request for public welfare and openness that the client expects. Facing this problem, we adopted a strategy of making the space coherent, while using clay blocks to block the sight lines from different angles, forming multiple circular spatial flows around each block, making the site harmonious in terms of openness and privacy.
在材料使用上，整个空间内的主要构件都可以用作二次使用：
所有墙体上的白色泥塑皆为可再生泥，拆除下来后可进行再次塑形从而用于常用的雕塑制作；
顶部的大量构架全部由镀锌脚手架搭建而成，在该项目的使用周期结束后，可全部回收进行二次利用。
整个场地在使用周期结束后，主要材料和构件都便于拆卸，如同一次快闪活动一般，将原本的空旷场地完整地进行复原。
In terms of material use, the main components in the whole space can be used for secondary use:
All the white clay on the walls are renewable clay, which can be reshaped after being removed and used for common sculpture production;
The large number of frames on the top are all built by galvanized scaffolding, which can be recycled and reused post to the life cycle of this project.
After the life cycle of the whole site is over, the main materials and components are easy to dismantle, just like a pop-up event, restoring the original empty site intact.
