黑白之间景观：曾经创造了商业神话的SKP，于去年年底在成都的交子公园商圈核心区落地并正式开放运营。作为全国第三个SKP项目，这次，成都SKP它又带来了新的挑战，是亚洲最大的下沉式建筑，是国内首个下沉式高端时尚百货，项目总占地面积26万方，其中99%的建筑位于地下，深达30米，其地面公园层景观面积约19万方，其中屋顶花园面积达到7万方，是目前世界上已知的面积最大的屋顶花园。同时，4条地铁线路在成都SKP交汇，因此成都SKP采用“TOD（公共交通导向型开发项目）+公园+购物”的全新模式，将重要的交通枢纽、地下高端零售综合体及地上生态公园进行一体化开发。我司有幸成为整个项目户外场景的深化和落地指导单位，全程深度参与，很多朋友一直期待了解更多项目背后的故事，今天正好来跟大家一起聊一聊。
BW-lANDSCAPE PLANNING AND DESIGN: SKP, once a business legend, landed in the core area of Chengdu’s Jiaozi Park business area at the end of last year and officially opened for business. As the third SKP project in China, Chengdu SKP brings new challenges. It is the largest sunken building in Asia, and the first sunken high-end fashion department store in China. The project covers a total area of 260,000 square meters, of which 99% of the building structure is underground, down to as deep as 30 meters. The landscape area of its ground park level is about 190,000 square meters, of which the rooftop garden area reaches 70,000 square meters, the world’s largest known area of rooftop gardens. Meanwhile, four subway lines intersect at Chengdu SKP, enabling Chengdu SKP to adopt a new model of “TOD (Transit Oriented Development) + Park + Shopping”, which integrates an important transportation hub, a high-end underground retail complex, and an above-ground ecological park into a unified developing project. In this project, our company is privileged to take the role of direction for outdoor scenery construction and advancement, and played an in-depth part in the whole duration of the project. Many friends have been looking forward to the stories behind the scene, so today we are here to share.

项目整体由地上的公园景观进入，以蜀地织锦为灵感串联多达33处自然景观，同时与下沉式建筑以亲自然设计理念相融。地下商业体共分为四个部分：成都SKP、成都SKP-S、K大道和G大道（250米长的高端时尚与美食区域），整体将时尚、科技、艺术与设计相结合，自亮相以来，有着寓意“天府之水天上来”的「生机之塔」以及「水幕」、「琥珀」等上镜率极高的景观场景成为民众争相打卡点。
The main body of the project is accessed through the landscape park above ground, with as many as 33 natural landscapes strung together, inspired by the Sichuan brocade handicraft while merging with the sunken buildings, reflecting a pro-nature design concept. The underground commercial complex is divided into four parts: Chengdu SKP, Chengdu SKP-S, Avenue K and Avenue G (a 250-meter long high-end fashion and gourmet area), incorporating fashion, technology, art and design together. Since its debut, the landscape hotspots such as “Tower of Vitality”, “Water Curtain”, and “Amber” have become popular tourist attractions, highly publicized and frequently photographed.
项目于2021年启动，2022年12月15日在成都SKP商业区盛大开幕，2023年4月公园层全面开放，历时2年，终于呈现在大众眼前。对比我司之前历时4年同等体量的另一项目，成都SKP可以说是一场全方位的空间战役。
The project was piloted in 2021, and officially launched with a grand opening in Chengdu SKP commercial area on December 15, 2022. The park level was fully opened in April 2023, eventually unveiling the project to the public after 2 years. Compared to one of our previous projects of the same size that took 4 years, Chengdu SKP can claim the title of an all-around spatial campaign.
挑战1——全专业协调配合 Challenge 1 All-professional coordination
这场战役中第一个挑战是各专业之间的协调配合。由于项目体量庞大，涉及多个公司及专业层面，景观作为户外场景效果呈现的最后把关，需要全方位协调沟通。初步统计，在此项目中，我司对接协调了近20家国内外的各专业公司。在项目前期方案阶段，因为存在与境外公司之间的时差问题，我司与业主方以及SYB、JCFO、华东建筑院等专业单位基本保持每周1至2次的深夜跨国视频会议以及大量的邮件往来沟通协调解决问题，整个项目管控推进的复杂程度远远超过常规项目。但凭借万象城、超线公园、港汇天地等众多商业标杆项目的成功经验，让我司有了从容应对的底气。
The first challenge in this campaign is the coordination among various professions and expertise. The huge project involves numerous companies on various professional aspects, thus the landscape direction, being the final gatekeeper for the outdoor scenery effect presentation, needs to coordinate and communicate between all partners. By a rough count, our company conducted the liaison and coordination of nearly 20 domestic and foreign professional companies in this project. In the pre-project planning stage, because of the time difference with overseas companies, our company maintained a rate of 1-2 times per week late-night cross-country video conferencing, as well as a large number of e-mail exchanges with the project owner and SYB, JCFO, East China Architecture Institute and other professional partners to coordinate and solve all kinds of problems. The complexity of project control and progression is far more challenging than that of most conventional projects. However, with the successful experience of many benchmark commercial projects, such as the MIXC, Hyperlane and GanghuiTiandi, our company has the confidence to face up to it.

挑战2——方案全面落地 Challenge 2 Full implementation of the plan
这场战役的第二个挑战则是方案的落地。SKP项目以蜀地织锦的理念进行景观规划，整个项目分为地面公园层和地下商业层两个部分。植物和铺装是这个项目的两个重点，地面公园层以植物景观为主，打造令人亲近的休闲漫步花园，地下商业层则是以铺装广场为主，打造令人渴望的时尚品质街区，两个部分场景既特色迥异，而又和谐统一。
The second challenge of this campaign is the implementation of the plan. The landscape of Chengdu SKP project is planned with the concept of Sichuan Brocade handicraft, and the whole project is divided into two parts: the ground park level and the underground commercial level. Landscape plants and pavement are the two mainstays of this project. The ground park level mostly consists of landscape plants to create an intimate and leisurely promenade garden, while the underground commercial level is mostly paved plaza to create a fashionable community of desire. The two scenarios are very different yet harmonious at the same time.

为了更好地体现项目织锦的理念，保证更优的方案落地，我司和业主方在植物与铺装的材料选择上尽最大的努力做了许多尝试，在全国范围内不断地寻样、打样、优化材料；为全域19万方的植物景观搭建模型，动态分析空间场景；根据不同的铺装材料选择而优化平面布局，进行色彩分析。从2021年5月项目初步设计开始，到2022年4月材料的最终确定，时间跨度整整一年。可以说为了项目的最好呈现，不到最后一刻，我们绝不放弃。
In order to better reflect the project’s concept of brocade weaving and to ensure the perfect implementation, our company and the project owner did our best to try out different selections of plants and paving materials, constantly searching for samples, modeling and optimizing materials, sourcing throughout the country. We built models for the whole 190,000 square feet of planted landscapes, dynamically analyzing the spatial scenarios. We kept optimizing the layout plans based on the different selections of paving materials, carrying out color analyses accordingly. It took us a whole year from the preliminary project design in May 2021 to the finalization of the material selection in April 2022. It is no exaggeration to say that we never give up until the last minute, for the best presentation of the project.

项目中碰到的困难还有技术挑战。面对如此大体量的项目，如此多专业和单位的配合，如此高标准的要求，其问题和难度是复杂、巨大且不可预见的。因为项目场地中有大量大尺度的架空层，所以需对所有区域的荷载、排水、设备设施的隐蔽性施工工艺、成本控制等问题做统筹性的安排和考量，这也给项目的操作带来更大的困难，让常见的问题复杂化，带来更多的挑战。
Technological challenge is another difficulty we encountered in the project. Facing such a large project, with so many specialties and partners in cooperation at such high standards, the problems and difficulties are complicated, enormous and unpredictable. Because there are many large-scale elevated floors on the project construction site, it is necessary to make careful planning and integrated arrangements for the loading, drainage and concealed installation of devices and facilities in all areas, seeking balance between construction technology and cost control. These issues caused more difficulties to the operation of the project, complicated normal problems and brought more challenges.

比如项目中-7.00M层广场的地面铺装，考虑到荷载和排水的最优化，需采用全架空的方式。但是为了达到织锦的景观效果，石材规格变化很大，最小板100*100mm，最大板900*900mm。为保证整个架空区域石材的正常铺设，需采用底座托盘的方式保证施工的落地性。目前这种方式在国内没有相关的案例和成品设备设施，我们通过多方探讨和研究，最终找到一款国标树脂格栅托盘，才得以解决问题。
For example, the -7.00M level plaza floor pavement needs to be fully elevated, in accordance to the load and drainage optimization. But in order to achieve the brocade effect of landscape, stone material specifications vary a lot, from the smallest 100 * 100mm plate to the largest 900 * 900mm plate. To ensure an effective paving of stone plates in the whole elevated area, the use of base tray is necessary. At the time there was no relevant case, nor established equipment and facilities in the whole country. With extensive exploration and research through numerous parties, we finally found a national-standard compatible resin grating tray that solved the problem.
再比如项目中的景观用水。为了给成都市民提供一个安全可靠的户外场地，项目中所有亲水性的景观用水我们都希望能达到饮用水标准，所以项目景观给水最终采用了净化中水的方式。而这也带来了新的问题，净水设备与架空层的高度产生了很大的冲突，为此我们进行了大量的涉及各专业的方案协调和调整，才最终解决这个问题。
Another example is the landscape water in the project. With the aim of providing a safe and reliable outdoor venue for the citizens of Chengdu, all the water in water-themed landscape spots is expected to meet the drinking water standard. So the planning of landscape water supply finally adopted the option of purified water. This in turn brought new problems: the water purification equipment and the height of the elevated floors severely interfered with each other. For this we carried out a great deal of program coordination and adjustment, involving various professional parties, before finally solving the problem.

像这样的例子不胜枚举，但也正是这种各方单位都保持着的高标准和精益求精的工作要求，才让成都SKP项目完美呈现，才能最终打赢这场空间战役。
Examples like these are countless. However, it is precisely this high standard of professionalism and dedication to excellence maintained by all parties that drove the Chengdu SKP project to a perfect presentation, and ultimately won the spatial campaign.

如今成都SKP已经正式亮相，能与国内顶级的开发商、设计团队、建设团队一起完成这样一件作品，我们深感荣幸，成都SKP的出现，也将为成都公园城市的建设带来新的亮点和方向。
尽管目前项目的工作已经告一段落，但我们还未停止思考。随着时间的推移，项目地面上这19万方的公园景观，是否还有更多新升级的体验呢？成都市已经开始将田园场景融入公园、绿道体系，开启城市田园的序幕，那成都SKP呢？作为目前最大的屋顶花园，成都SKP是否可以融入田园场景，打造全新的城市田园生活场景？
我们相信，成都SKP未来可期……
Now that Chengdu SKP has been officially unveiled, we are honored to work with the country’s top developers, designer teams and construction teams to have completed such a great piece of work. The advent of Chengdu SKP will bring about a new spotlight as well as a new direction to the development of Park City Chengdu.
Our work on the project has now come to an end, but we haven’t stopped thinking about it. As time goes by, are there new possibilities for more upgraded experiences to be had with the 190,000-square-foot park landscape on the ground level? The city of Chengdu has already begun to incorporate pastoral sceneries into its parks and greenway system, kicking off an urban pastoral movement, so what about Chengdu SKP? With the largest rooftop garden of our time, can Chengdu SKP integrate the pastoral scenery to create a new urban pastoral life style?
We believe Chengdu SKP has a promising future……
