蓝调国际: “创造一种文化符号，然后销售这种文化和文化符号”，并强调文化旅游的“文化”是一种生活形态，文化旅游项目可以理解为“蕴含人为因素创造的生活文化的创意产业”。的确，传统的文旅项目都有着单一的文化标签，也有着单一的项目调性；而星空小镇项目的确与此有着天壤之别，它的独到之处融入鲜明色彩对比；所以我们认为它应该是人与自然；山与地；传统与新潮；市井与高端…交融而打造的实现聚落群居的生活方式。
CBULD: Cultural tourism design, which aims to “create a kind of cultural symbol and promote it”, stresses that “culture” is a kind of lifestyle. From this perspective, cultural tourism can be considered as an innovative industry about cultural life creation. However, traditional cultural tourism projects usually feature single culture label as well as monotonous content.The Starry Sky Town is quite different because of its distinctive color scheme. Therefore, we believe that it will be an ideal carrier of modern lifestyle which shows the balance between human and nature, mountain and land, tradition and fashion, mundane existence and exquisite life ……
星空的故乡，现实中的理想生活家园。对星空小镇的解读，首先解读“星空”。
Hometown of the Starry Sky, Home to Ideal Life. Interpretation of the town begins from the understanding of the “starry sky”.
星空的来源—— Origin of the Starry Sky
一流的水源、空气和气候，成就了全球最纯净的天空之一亚热带季风气候的加持，日照充足，微气候多样。追溯回星空，这样的独一无二的自然条件，当然成为了孕育完美星空的绝佳之地；要说抚仙湖是星空的故乡，不足为奇星空是浪漫的，这不仅仅是对美的追求，更是精神层面对浪漫的特殊要求。
Because of the subtropical monsoon climate, the town is blessed with clean water, fresh air, abundant sunshine and diverse microclimate. It owns one of the purest sky in the world.Unique natural condition breeds unparalleled starry sky, and Fuxian Lake is no wonder the hometown of the starry sky, which symbolizes beauty and romance.
星空的记忆——静谧的初始Memory of the Starry Sky —— Beginning in Tranquility
整片水杉林，营造静谧的悠扬空间水杉林尽头，宽水景承载星空梦幻，记忆点就此呈现静谧、心安是矗立此地的唯一感受。这正是所有现代人都市人所追寻和向往的生活，这一瞬间抛下所有城市生活中的烦恼和忧愁心安、静谧难得感受大自然馈赠。
The forest of Metasequoia creates a tranquil space, at the end of which, the wide waterscape reflects the dreamlike starry sky, making people feel at ease.The precious tranquility is just what modern city dwellers are looking for, since it allows people to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and provides them with a chance to experience nature.
星空的记忆——时间的流转Memory of the Starry Sky ——Time Travel
乳白色的星空玉带蜿蜒回转横跨水景之上，白色的护栏中镶嵌微微泛黄的光纤灯远观如连接星空的纽带，使人有上去走一遭的冲动。步入其中更犹如进入时空通道，视觉上的梦幻，加之听觉上夜晚的湖边轻柔的微风吹动树叶沙沙作响。此时此地唯一能做的就是做一次深呼吸，把城市当中肩上的压力抛之脑后。
Milky white belt in the starry sky winds over the waterscape, and white guardrail is interspersed with yellow lights. Seen from afar, the guardrail leads to the starry sky, attracting people to have a close look.Inside it looks like a space-time tunnel, fantastic and peaceful. At night, with leaves rustling in the gentle wind by the lakeside, all you want to do is to have a deep breath and leave all pressure behind.

如今这个物欲横流的时代，你无法把握社会发展跟经济的微妙速度。站在高耸的写字楼群中，被时代的洪水卷走，并且速度超出了你的恍惚。一切都变得匆匆，没有午后遇见的慵懒，没有闲暇突发的小确幸，甚至没有时间吃一顿自己亲手做的菜肴。然而星空小镇所打造的就是将一切慢下来的小镇生活方式。午后，慵懒的阳光温柔的抚摸着这片被宠爱的大地，身心不由得“慢”下来，用心擦拭心灵上的灰尘。像美国作家梭罗那样，找到他的瓦尔登湖，自给自足感受生命最初始的触觉，远离喧嚣，享受寂静之美。

However, the Starry Sky Town is created to make life slow down.
In the afternoon, the sun bathes the small town in warm light, you will spontaneously slow down in both body and mind.

每个都市人所向往与追求生活方式，无不例外就是逃离城市喧嚣，远离毫无生气的钢筋水泥，体验一次放松心情，回归自我生活方式的慢生活。在这样一个“乌托邦”式的湖滨小镇。我们获得收留，获得宽慰。时间得以静止，免去城市间的匆忙。放慢脚步，用脚步去丈量景致带来的舒适、安逸。
There is no doubt that the ideal lifestyle for every city dweller is to escape from the hustle and bustle as well as the lifeless concrete buildings, and lead a relaxing and slow life. In this Utopia lakeside town, we are accepted and soothed. Time seems to stop here and you can completely slow down and explore the beauty of the small town by foot.

蓝调国际与AECOM合作打造景观的同时，在思维方式、设计理念上的碰撞、融合…也就是因为这样的创新合作，完成了这样一个创新的旅游度假小镇；全周期性小镇聚落群居的生活方式，从星空的起源到小镇生活的探索，再到聚落群居的生活理念，再次实现人与自然的对话。
The landscape of the Starry Sky Town is jointly created by BLUES and AECOM, during which different thoughts and ideas clash and fuse into a perfect design. As a result of this kind of collaboration, an innovative cultural tourism town thus comes into being. The lifestyle unfolds from the origin of the starry sky to the exploration of the town life, and then to the gregarious living idea, reestablishing the dialogue between human and nature.
