「 超长形象界面 」EXTREME LONG INTERFACE
社区红线边界与城市路网间隔着宽达135米、长达24米的市政公共空间，同时面临着市政空间与人居空间在不同功能下展示的挑战。
A municipal public space, stretching over 135 meters wide and 24 meters long, separates the boundary between the community redline and the urban road network. It also faces the challenge of showcasing the municipal space and residential space under different functionalities.
▽城市形象展示面 City image display surface
通过巧妙运用大尺度廊架并结合松柏的种植布局，使入口处呈现全长超过53米的超长界面，营造醒目的视觉焦点。突出绿城桂语系产品的高阶调性，追求极致的用户体验，以此回馈社会，通过显著的标志缔造沁香园独特的品质与价值感。
By ingeniously using large-scale corridors and combining them with the planting layout of pines and cypresses, the entrance presents an extra-long interface of over 53 meters, creating a striking visual focus. It highlights the high-end tone of Greentown’s Gui language series products, aiming for the ultimate user experience. In this way, it gives back to society, creating a unique quality and sense of value for Qinxiangyuan through prominent symbols.

除售楼处功能以外，作为生活美学馆使用，兼顾展示和交付不同阶段下景观的需求，遵循“0”拆改的设计原则。界面整体采用开放式景观进行营造，而内部则以静谧、内敛、休闲的方式进行雕琢。
In addition to its function as a sales office, it is also used as a Life Aesthetics Hall, catering to the display and delivery needs of landscapes at different stages while adhering to the design principle of ‘zero’ alterations. The interface is created using an open landscape approach, while the interior is crafted in a serene, introverted, and leisurely manner.
|| 沁心之地，梦境诗斋-自然·溯源 Nature Tracing
「 谭松翠影 」MELODIC PINE SHADOWS
《史记》记载：松柏为百木长也，而守宫阙。设计将在本项目大尺度的城市界面中，营造禅意空间。通过植物的层次关系突出松的古朴苍劲，使其本身更加传神，在植株的整体选择中突出“少即是多”，所谓东方哲学中的“舍得”。
As recorded in the ‘Records of the Grand Historian,’ pine and cypress trees are the tallest of all trees and protect the imperial palace. In this project, the design aims to create a Zen-like space within the large-scale urban interface. The hierarchical arrangement of plants highlights the ancient and vigorous characteristics of the pine tree, making it more vivid. In the overall selection of plants, the principle of ‘less is more’ is emphasized, echoing the Eastern philosophical concept of ‘letting go.

空间与自然的交叉、将高楼掩映于林木之中，透过舒朗的林木，漫园其中，感受视线通透所带来的豁然开朗。巧因于借，通过竖向的自然肌理，塑造城市客厅气质非凡的感官体验。
The intersection of space and nature conceals high-rise buildings within the trees. Through the spacious woods, wandering in the garden, one experiences the openness brought by clear sightlines. Leveraging the vertical natural textures skillfully, it shapes an extraordinary sensory experience, resembling an urban living room ambiance.
▽古朴苍劲的松林景观 Simple and vigorous pine forest landscape
「 碧野幽茗 」GREEN WILDERNESS SERENITY
栖地设计注重情感与自然间的融合，建立人与自然的纽带，在设计中秉持哲学意蕴，讲求置身自然下心境的弥散与归宿。
QIDI Design Group emphasizes the integration of emotions and nature, establishing a connection between humans and nature. In their designs, they uphold philosophical essence, seeking the dispersion and harmony of the state of mind while immersed in nature.
绿意绵延起伏，静观枝叶缠绵，茶园般的馥郁，微度假的惬意，徜徉此地，感受慢时光所带来的疗愈与滋养。
The greenery stretches and undulates, quietly observing the intertwining branches and leaves, reminiscent of a tea plantation, offering a subtle vacation-like comfort. Wandering in this place, one can feel the healing and nourishment brought by the leisurely passage of time.
▽丰富的植物空间营造 Rich plant space creation
「 溪谷佳境 」VALLEY PARADISE
透过雾气的氤氲，形成仙境的缥缈，这种自然而然的惬意似乎是当代生活中我们越来越缺失并追寻的，石壁演绎着山谷林溪的蜿蜒，在内闭的空间中重构归隐山林的梦想。
Through the misty haze, an ethereal wonderland takes shape, and this naturally pleasant feeling seems to be something we are increasingly lacking and seeking in contemporary life. The rocky walls depict the meandering of valleys and forest streams, reconstructing the dream of retreating to the mountains and forests within the enclosed space.
后场中“植株、色彩、线条、质地及比例”都具有一定的差异和多样性的变化，通过融入花镜、松林等植物设计内容，打造一处山地花园的庭院。通过空间语言的肌理使软景、硬景之间保持一致的方向性，从而形成协调统一，以达到“疏朗有致，流畅和谐”下元素、肌理、视觉的融合。
In the rear courtyard, there are differences and diversities in ‘plants, colors, lines, textures, and proportions,’ incorporating plant design elements such as flower mirrors and pine forests, to create a mountain garden courtyard. The texture of spatial language is used to maintain a consistent orientation between soft and hard landscapes, achieving a harmonious fusion of elements, textures, and visual aspects to achieve a ‘spacious and coherent, smooth and harmonious’ overall effect.

「 秒趣恒生 」MARVELOUS
后场处位于负一层，两侧是健身会所与宴会厅，现场空地条件存在大幅度的高差，视线处暴露地势裸露的起伏，同时连接一层的疏散楼梯极大有损视线的美观。
The rear courtyard is located on the basement level. On both sides are a fitness club and a banquet hall. There is a significant difference in elevation in the on-site open space, with exposed undulating terrain affecting the sightline. Additionally, the emergency stairs connecting to the first floor significantly undermine the aesthetics of the sightline.
因此，通过对后场空间的切割与遮掩的设计，实现对空间的收放，并借势高差，利用视觉朝向定义功能属性，强化景观精神在空间中的表达。
Therefore, by designing the segmentation and concealment of the rear space, we achieve control over the space. Utilizing the height difference and defining the functional attributes based on visual orientation, we enhance the expression of landscape spirit within the space.
▽错落的空间层次 Scattered spatial levels
以跌级绿化达到空间的错落有致，墙体借古典园林中嵌套设计手法，塑造空间的流动性与层次，同时巧妙遮蔽疏散楼梯，使空间望而不尽，组合有景，加以诠释景观的丰富与品质。
Using terraced greening to achieve a well-organized spatial layout, the walls employ a nested design technique inspired by classical gardens to create fluidity and layers within the space. Simultaneously, the evacuation stairs are cleverly concealed, allowing the space to be extensive and offering a combination of views, effectively interpreting the richness and quality of the landscape.

|| 霓光新境，旖旎绽放-设计·赋能 Design Empowerment
作为城市的花园客厅，融合了“茶田、密林、花谷、叠溪、迷雾”等自然风貌，以奢华工艺细节展现优雅轻奢生活场景，彰显对自然纯净与生活风尚的品质追求，打造生活场景的多样性，展现未来社区生活氛围。
As the urban garden living room, it integrates natural landscapes such as ‘tea fields, dense forests, flower valleys, cascading streams, and mist,’ showcasing an elegant and luxurious lifestyle through luxurious craftsmanship and details. It highlights the pursuit of quality in both natural purity and lifestyle trends, creating diversity in living scenes and portraying the future community living ambiance.
