观己设计：寻术·归心-林中有木心向往之
城市越来越高，玻璃、灯光、秋序与速度:不断向上生长。人们穿行其中，渐渐习惯了喧嚣，也渐渐忘记:什么样的地方，才能真正内心停下来。
GUANJI Design：SEEKING WOOD-RETURNING TO HEART-In the forest, there are trees that the heart yearns for.
The city grows ever taller, adorned with glass, illuminated lights, the changing seasons, and relentless speed—constantly ascending. As people navigate through it, they gradually become accustomed to the noise and slowly forget what kind of place can truly bring inner peace.
直到某一天。她在河岸边，看见一棵树。树影落在水面，风从枝叶之间缓缓穿过它安静地站在那里，仿佛已经生长很多年。她忽然想起一句话:“凤凰非梧桐不栖”于是，她开始了一场关于「寻木的旅程」
Until one day. By the riverbank, she spotted a tree. Its shadow fell upon the water surface, and the wind gently swept through its branches, as if it had stood there quietly for centuries. Suddenly, she recalled a saying: “The phoenix cannot perch on anything but a parasol tree.” Thus began her journey in search of that very tree.
01「见木」-她第一次停下脚步
寻木，始于入境。一场关于栖居的寻找，也总要从一扇门开始。它更像一道缓慢转换的界面——将城市留在身后，把自然迎入眼前。
SEE THE WOOD-SHE STOPPED FOR THE FIRST TIME
The quest for trees begins with crossing the threshold. Any pursuit of an ideal dwelling always starts with a doorway. It acts as a gentle transitional boundary, leaving the hustle of the city behind and unfolding nature right before your eyes.
在城市与山水之间，它并不急于宣告身份，也不刻意制造仪式。树木将它轻轻掩映，水面映照着天光，建筑安静地退居其后，仿佛只是自然生长出的一个入口。
Positioned between urban sprawl and landscapes of mountains and waters, it boasts no grand ostentation nor forced ceremonial grandeur. Veiled softly by trees, mirrored by sky-reflecting water, the architecture recedes quietly into the backdrop, as if it were an entrance naturally sprouted from the land itself.
她第一次意识到：真正让人停下来的，或许从来不是建筑，而是一种被自然重新包裹的感觉。
For the first time, she realized: it is never architecture itself that makes people pause, but the soothing sensation of being embraced once more by nature.
南京关于山水的记忆，也仿佛在这一刻重新浮现。
乌衣巷的烟水、朱雀桥边的桨声、六朝文人关于林泉的想象，从未真正离开这座城市。它们只是藏进了这里每一寸的树影里。
Nanjing’s age-old memories of mountains and waters resurface at this very moment.
he misty waters of Wuyi Lane, the oar ripples by Zhuque Bridge, and the Six Dynasties literati’s reveries of woodlands and springs have never truly left this city—they merely nestle within every wisp of tree shade here.
02「入木」-建筑开始隐退，树开始成为主角
于是，她开始沿着树影向前走去。
高大的乔木遮住城市界面，建筑逐渐退入林后，归家的路径被缓缓拉长。凤起潮鸣并没有用强烈的昭示感去表达尊贵。相反，它选择让自然成为第一主角。
DEEPLY ENGRAVED-BUILDINGS BEGANTORECEDE，AND TREES BECAME THE MAINCHARACTERS
She then stepped forward, following the stretch of tree shadows.
Tall arbors screen off the urban streetscape, buildings fade back into the woods, and the homebound journey stretches gently onward. Instead of flaunting prestige with bold, eye-catching structures, Phoenix Tide Residences lets nature take center stage.
树阵、水庭、奢石与光影共同形成一种克制而安静的空间秩序。水面轻轻铺展开来，倒映着枝叶与天空，也让整个归家情绪慢慢沉静下来。
Rows of trees, water courtyards, rare stone slabs and shifting light weave a restrained, tranquil spatial rhythm. Stretching sheets of water mirror branches, leaves and the sky, calming the mind as one walks home.
直到连廊转折处，她遇见了一棵树。那是一株青檀。两百岁了，风华正茂。
At the turning of the covered corridor, she came upon a tree: a two-hundred-year-old wingceltis, still vigorous and full of grace.
她不知道的是，为了这棵树，有人跋涉了数千里。上百棵候选里挑出三棵，又跑到地头上一棵棵确认，最终在山东找到了它 —— 一株根系穿过岩石、在顽石中生长了两百年的青檀。
What she did not know was that countless miles were traveled for this single tree. Out of hundreds of candidates, three were shortlisted, each inspected on-site one by one, until this specimen was found in Shandong—a wingceltis that had clung to life for two centuries, its roots winding through solid rock.
她站在树下，抬头望见枝干穿过连廊的边缘伸向天空，阳光从叶片间筛落，在水面碎成金色光斑。两百年的风骨，此刻只化作一片安静的树荫。
Standing beneath it, she looked up to see its boughs arching over the corridor toward the sky. Sunlight filtered through the foliage, scattering flecks of gold across the water. Two hundred years of unyielding character now manifests only as a peaceful canopy of shade.
人在其中穿行，并不会立刻看见完整空间。视线被树影遮挡，被水面延伸，被层层递进的景序不断拉长。像是一场真正意义上的 “入园”。而凤起潮鸣关于 “寻木” 的故事，也从这里开始。
Wandering through this space, one cannot grasp the full landscape at a glance. Sightlines are veiled by tree shadows, stretched by reflective water, and drawn deeper by layered vistas, unfolding a genuine ritual of entering a garden. This marks the start of Phoenix Tide Residences’ tale of “the quest for trees”.
03「循木」-她开始向更深的林中走去
后来。她终于来到那片更深的谷地。水声开始出现。树木向上生长的延伸感，穿破天际。
FOLLOWING WOOD-SHE BEGAN TO WALK DEEPERINTO THE FOREST
Further ahead, she reached a deeper valley. The sound of running water drifted over, and towering trees stretched upward to graze the sky.
真正动人的，是自然与建筑之间那种若即若离的关系。建筑隐于林后，溪流顺石而下，四时林木在光影之中不断生长，仿佛一切原本便属于这里。
What touches the heart most deeply is the subtle, delicate balance between nature and architecture. Buildings hide behind woods, brooks cascade over stones, and seasonal trees thrive amid shifting light, as if all these elements belonged here from the very beginning.
山石、跌瀑、溪流与高大的乔木共同构成一处被树荫覆盖的微缩山谷。阳光穿过枝叶落在石壁与水面之上，风掠过林间，潮湿的空气里开始有了苔藓与泥土的气息。
Rock formations, cascading waterfalls, brooks and tall trees form a miniature valley wrapped in shade. Sunlight filters through leaves onto stone cliffs and water surfaces; wind sweeps through the woods, filling the air with the damp scent of moss and earth.
有时视线豁然打开，有时又重新被树影包裹。仿佛不是在进入一个住宅，而是在循着树木的方向，缓缓走进一片真正生长出来的山林。
At times the view opens wide and unobstructed; at other moments, tree shadows enclose you once more. It feels less like entering a residential compound, and more like wandering slowly into a naturally grown woodland, guided by the trees.
泳池静静嵌入林谷之间，大面积落地玻璃将山石、树影与溪谷一同引入室内。水面与窗外的山谷彼此映照，光影随着树梢摇曳，在空间里缓缓流动。
A swimming pool nestles quietly within the wooded valley. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls draw rock formations, tree shadows and brook valleys into the interior. Pool water mirrors the valley beyond the windows, and flickering light sways with treetops, drifting gently across the rooms.
石头不再精致排列，水流不再刻意笔直，植物也开始呈现更自由的生长状态。自然像是慢慢接管了整个空间。
她终于明白：真正高级的山水，从来不是 “被建造” 的。而像原本就生长在这里。
Stones are no longer laid in rigid neat rows, water no longer forced into straight channels, and plants grow wild and unconfined. Nature gradually takes command of the entire space.
She finally understood: the most sublime landscapes are never merely constructed—they feel as if they grew here of their own accord.
穿过水谷深处，一道被树影覆盖的连廊缓缓向河岸延伸。
光从廊顶缝隙之间落下，风掠过水面，也将河道的湿润气息一点点带入园中。人在其中行走，空间的边界开始逐渐变得模糊。
Venturing deeper into the watery valley, a tree-shaded covered corridor stretches slowly toward the riverbank.
Light seeps through gaps in the corridor’s roof, wind skims the water, carrying the river’s damp mist into the garden. As you walk, the divide between built space and wilderness blurs away.
一边是林谷、跌瀑与山石，一边则是向城市自然打开的河岸公园。
On one side lie wooded valleys, waterfalls and stone cliffs; on the other, a riverfront park open seamlessly to the city.
04「映木」-原来真正珍贵的，是树荫里的留白
再向前，风从连廊缓缓穿过。漂浮于林间的会客空间被树木轻轻包裹，水面、光影与人的停留共同构成一种极其松弛的日常状态。
REFLECTING TREE-WHAT IS TRULY PRECIOUS IS THE BLANK SPACE，WITHIN THE SHADE OF THE TREES
Moving onward, soft wind drifts through the corridor. A floating lounge pavilion sits nestled among trees, where water, light and lingering visitors create an effortlessly laid-back everyday atmosphere.
有人在树下交谈，有人安静看水，有人只是坐下来发呆。树荫覆盖之下，时间仿佛开始变慢。人与人的距离，也重新回到一种更舒服的尺度。
Some chat beneath the trees, some gaze quietly at the water, others simply sit and daydream. Beneath the canopy, time slows down, and interpersonal distance settles into a comfortable, unhurried rhythm.
凤起潮鸣并没有试图用过度填满的空间制造奢华。相反，它始终在为生活留白。让风能够穿过去，让树影能够停留下来，也让人真正拥有一段属于自己的安静时间。
Phoenix Tide Residences rejects overstuffed, ostentatious luxury. Instead, it reserves ample blank space for life to unfold freely—space for wind to pass through, for tree shadows to linger, and for people to claim quiet moments all their own.
05「栖木」-生活重新回到自然里
后来很长一段时间，她开始记得：哪一棵乌桕最早变红；哪片树影会在傍晚落进水里；哪场雨后，空气里的植物气息最明显。
PERCH ON A BRANCH-LIFE HAS RETURNED TO NATURE
In the days that followed, she grew familiar with every small detail: which tallow tree turns red first, which stretch of shadow spills onto the water at dusk, and which rainstorm leaves the thickest aroma of greenery hanging in the air.
春有新芽，夏有浓荫，秋有层林，冬有枝影。
植物不再只是景观背景。而成为整个空间真正的时间容器。
Spring brings tender new shoots, summer thick cool shade, autumn layered fiery foliage, winter bare branching silhouettes.
Plants are no longer mere decorative backdrops—they become the space’s true vessel for the passage of time.
她终于重新感受到：所谓生活，并不是被速度推着向前。而是能够认真看见四季。
English: She rediscovered a profound truth: life is not meant to be rushed forward by constant speed, but to pause and truly witness the turning of the four seasons.
06「知木」-原来她寻找的，从来不是一棵树
后来她终于明白。自己寻找的，从来不是某一棵树。而是一处真正能够安放内心的地方。
KNOW THE TREES-WHAT SHE WAS ACTUALLY SEEKING，WAS NEVER JUST A SINGLE TREE.
At last she realized: she had never been searching for a single tree, but a place where her heart could truly rest.
那里有树影、有风声、有水流，有时间缓慢流动的痕迹。也有一种：即使身处城市中心，依然能够被自然重新包裹的松弛感。
A place filled with tree shadows, rustling wind and running water, marked by the slow passage of time. A place that wraps you in nature’s calm ease, even in the heart of the city.
“凤凰非梧桐不栖”
真正的栖居，从不是对繁华的占有。而是在城市深处，依然能够找到一片属于自己的树荫。
English: “The phoenix will only roost upon paulownia trees.”
True dwelling is never about possessing bustling prosperity—it is about finding your own private canopy of shade, hidden deep within the city.
