Line+：在高楼林立的新城，建立一处具有西湖之景的诗意空间。在狭长的场地之上，植入西湖长提之景，将山水相刻，并映入画屏之上，展现自然中的人文意趣。行与山水空间，感受生活中的诗画体验。

项目位于杭州市萧山区奔竞大道与民祥路交叉口，1KM内即可达地铁2#、6#线钱江世纪城站。项目周边商业配套成熟；商业办公集聚；配备完善的休闲、教育、医疗等场地；同时繁华的地段以及绝佳的生态环境为项目的发展前景提供了强大支撑力。

基于对西湖的无限遐思，以西湖的独特韵味结合狭长空间的层叠意境，将“苏堤”意向进行简化转译。同时结合建筑的层层屏风，景观意欲将西湖盛景引入室内空间，是屏风掩映下的诗意。

结合建筑的屏风，景观将景致引入建筑界面之上以及连接室内外空间，树影落于屏风之上，彷佛风在作画，形成别具自然意味的画屏。
屏风是宋画中经常出现的元素，屏风画面也多以清丽的文人画为主，展现宋代文人风骨及高洁雅趣。设计依据建筑的屏风造型，延续宋代气韵，结合自然空间，打造了杭城现代都市中的文人画屏。在画屏之上，有阳光倾泻的斑驳树影，也有遒劲枝条的留白点缀，也为空间带来了更多的灵动感。

建筑立面使用了普拉达绿石材作为屏风的主要材质，与景观一并构成了青绿山水般美妙的山水图景。前景由蕨类与枝叶映衬，绿意包裹着整个空间。

平面整体为L型，西侧沿街面为展示的主要空间，由西北口进入作为迎宾入口，穿过狭长的步道，最终抵达展示区室内。西北入口水景是展开画卷的重要节点，将山水概念抽象植入，为整体景观奠定了自然人文的基调。

景观设计为人类创造更加美好的生成生活场景，月赋杭承府展示区以杭州在地文化为基础，描画了一幅绝美江南画屏。悠悠杭韵，贯穿在纷繁都市中，在城市寻觅一处自然空间，享受难得的诗意栖居。踏水长堤，将生活引入林泉的更深处。城市界面下的景观设计，借取自然中的山、水、林、风等元素，融合人文意趣，与室内沟通联系，完成独属都市的诗意空间。
在设计到落地阶段，在宏观及微观面均植入设计意向，在高楼林立的杭州新城打造极具温暖与诗意的空间。作为上半年已开放的展示区，月赋杭承府也有幸被评为浙江十大高端产品，景观与建筑融合，为当代杭州营造一处承古赋新的艺术居所。
Landscape design creates a better generative life scene for humans. The Yuefu Hangzhou Chengfu Exhibition Area is based on Hangzhou’s local culture and depicts a stunning Jiangnan painting screen. The leisurely Hangzhou charm runs through the bustling cities, searching for a natural space in the city and enjoying a rare poetic dwelling. Stepping on the water embankment leads life deeper into the forest and spring. The landscape design under the urban interface borrows elements such as mountains, water, forests, and wind from nature, integrates cultural interests, and communicates with the interior to complete a poetic space that belongs solely to the city.
From design to implementation, design intentions are embedded at both macro and micro levels, creating a warm and poetic space in the towering Hangzhou New City. As a display area that has been opened in the first half of the year, Yuefu Hangzhou Chengfu has also been honored as one of the top ten high-end products in Zhejiang. The integration of landscape and architecture creates an artistic residence that inherits the past and refreshes the past for contemporary Hangzhou.
