筑地景观：建造花园的人会与光明为友，没有任何一座花园在黑暗中诞生───波斯谚语
2020至2022年，Z+D筑地景观为香港置地 | 招商蛇口设计了一系列花园项目，这些花园传递着营造高品质居住产品，以及人文居住新愿景的初心。
花园设计，在筑地创始人朱席瑞十数载的设计经历中，一直是一个重要的景观设计空间，在他的理解中：花园是人类居所与自然联系的重要空间，花园不止承载着居住者的审美情趣和价值观表达，更是作为精神世界向现实世界投射的重要手段。
Z+D筑地景观除常规的大型景观项目，也在小型花园类项目中有自己独特的理解，本文整理了几座我们近期落成的豪宅花园，与君共赏。

From 2020 to 2022, Z+D Tsukiji Landscape has designed a series of garden projects for HongKong Land | Merchants Shekou, which conveys the original intention of creating high-quality residential products and a new vision of humanistic living.
Garden design has always been an important landscape design space in the design experience of the founder of Tsukiji Chu Shirui for more than ten years. In his understanding, the garden is an important space for the connection between human habitation and nature. The garden not only carries the expression of the aesthetic taste and values of the residents, but also serves as an important means of projecting the spiritual world to the real world.
In addition to the conventional large-scale landscape projects, Z+D Tsukiji landscape also has its own unique understanding of small garden projects. This article has sorted out several of our recently completed luxury gardens for you to enjoy.
-东方异想花园-嘉悦台·售房部花园
秩序诞生于混沌之中，想象诞生于青春之中，生活之美源于对未来的憧憬。作为别墅项目售房部前场景观，不大的前场需要容纳、停留、昭示以及客户休憩等诸多功能

圆形是充满着想象与无限可能的几何图案，通过复数圆形的叠加，形成了丰富的空间和高差的变化

庭院中心水景以碧玉色做基底，推门见水，在夏日尽享树影婆娑和斑驳日光

绕过跌水，刻意营造的高差变化形成拾级而下、半包围式的休憩空间

设计团队在材料的选择上使用耐候钢板，为后期低维护的使用场景打下良好的基础，降低了运行成本。

整个售房部其实是用一套双拼别墅改造而成，入口景观与大区景观紧密衔接，但又凸显售房部的精致和昭示感。丰茂的植物、自然的涌泉、精致的格栅立面以及雕塑，勾勒出未来生活的美好画面
