怡境：伴随着人口老龄化、亚健康、生态环境等问题备受重视，社会康养需求和消费市场急速膨胀。依托攀枝花独特的气候优势与资源禀赋，普达阳光国际康养度假区应运而生，成为中国阳光花城标志性项目、西南地区阳光康养度假示范区。
西南大地上，普达阳光国际康养度假区像延绵群麓中的“世外桃源”，一个远离尘嚣的世外之境，人们在这里安于明媚阳光、草木葱茏、花蕊芬芳，在自然中疗愈身心，享受轻松惬意的时光。
GVL:As more attention is paid to problems like the ageing population, the sub-health and the eco-environment, the demands for health and wellness are increasing. Based on the favorable climate and resources of Panzhihua City, Puda Sunshine International Health Resorts has come into being, becoming a landmark project in China’s Sunshine Flower City and a demonstration health resort in Southwest China.
In the rolling mountains of Southwest China nestles Puda Sunshine International Health Resorts which is like a paradise allowing people to relax their body and mind with warm sunlight, luxuriant trees and fragrant flowers around.

普达阳光国际康养度假区总占地9平方公里，约13,000亩，形成以阳光游乐、滨湖康养、山地度假、健康运动四大板块的大健康产业布局载体。（更多规划详情，请戳：普达阳光——解锁北纬26°的康养密码）作为四大板块的承启区域，滨湖康养板块是普达项目的城市客厅度假核心。目前，滨湖康养版块已基本完成规划建设。
Occupying a land area of 9 square kilometers (about 13,000 mu), Puda Sunshine International Health Resorts integrates recreation, health, mountain resort and sports together. (For more information about planning, please click here)The Health Section is the core area of Puda Sunshine International Health Resorts. Up to now, the planning and construction of this part has almost finished.

充分利用地势和资源，进行布局规划
Make full use of the terrain and resources to draw up the plan
滨湖康养板块地形较为复杂，高程变化从1200-1350米不等，设计师充分利用地高差、山地资源与普达湖的滨水资源优势，布局规划花海瀑布、森林氧吧、多肉植物展馆、五谷道场、亲子乐园、无限环桥等多重康养空间。
The terrain of the health section is complicated with the heights ranging from 1,200m to 1,350m. The designers have taken advantage of the height differences, the mountain resources and the lake, creating a sea of flowers, a forest oxygen bar, a succulent plants exhibition center, a farmland, a parent-child amusement park, a ring bridge, etc.

此外，规划团队立足“康养+”主题及“旅游、农业、运动、疗养”四大核心产业，以运营为导向，布局了度假服务中心、多肉植物展馆、攀枝花市康养产业展示馆、朴门食疗餐厅和滨水轻食餐厅等服务配套建筑。这些建筑直面普达湖景，依托不可复制的地理位置和地形，使山形、湖水、建筑有机融合。它们成为一个个服务基点，引导游客遍览整个片区。
In addition, based on the theme of “health +” and the four fundamental industries “tourism, agriculture, sports and health”, the planning team has built the tourist service center, the succulent plants exhibition center, Panzhihua health industry exhibition center, Pumen Diet Therapy Restaurant and the Waterfront Restaurant.Ideally located, the restaurant buildings face the beautiful Puda Lake, enjoying unparalleled lake and mountain views. They act as the service stations and lead tourists to all directions.

亲子乐园配置了各式各样的游乐设施，加上无垠白沙池，完全是属于孩子们的游乐天堂。流动的沙子具有天然的亲和力，用创造和想象创造心中的城堡，仿佛时光就此停驻。度假区不仅吸引孩子与年轻夫妻，对于老人，那些充满亲情的童真、童心、童乐，无疑是垂暮之年最能颐养天年的。
In addition to the white sand pool, varieties of amusement facilities are added to create an amusement park for children. The flowing sand attracts children to create their own castles and enjoy the happy moment. The Resorts not only appeals to children and young couples but also allows the elderly to enjoy a happy family time here.

Waterfront Spaces by Puda Lake
规划设计初期，团队尊重场地、放眼全局，统筹优化用地。以水系结构为核心，合理调整周边用地。考虑减少山体破坏，降低工程难度与激活滨湖景观，调整细化道路结构。原环湖主干道顺山势布局，为滨湖释放更多坡度适宜的绿地空间。
From the very beginning of the plan, the design team showed great respect to the site and tried to make full use of the land from a holistic perspective. Surrounding Puda Lake, the functions are scientifically arranged and the roads are adjusted to minimize the damage to the mountains and to activate the waterfront landscapes. The road around the lake is designed along the mountain to provide more slope spaces by the lake.

设计团队调研了普达湖在枯水期和丰水期的水位变化，提供水源补给建议，并为无限环桥提供了滨水驳岸的多种处理方式。随着水位变化，滨水空间一年四季都有良好的景观效果，亲水空间提供休闲漫步、休憩停留、远眺观景等多种功能。
Based on the changes of water levels in the dry season and the wet season, the design team has provided a scheme for water supply and solutions for the revetment of the ring bridge. As the water level changes throughout the year, different landscape effects will be presented. And the waterfront spaces allow the tourists to have a walk, take a break and enjoy the beautiful views around.

春天百花开，夏日凉风来，秋天迎满月，冬来藏雪酿。天地四气的转化体现于无限环桥的步道上，人们由此调节身体的内在频率，让生活点滴的衣食住行顺应自然，合乎于道。
在无限环桥上邂逅二十四节气、三侯相关衍生知识，这是最有诗意的历法，周而复始，年年如是。
There are spring flowers, summer wind, autumn moon and winter snow. Along the path of the Ring Bridge, people can experience the charm of four seasons and lead a life following the rules of nature.
Along the Ring Bridge, the twenty four solar terms alternate and repeat year in and year out, presenting a most romantic calendar.

地处被誉为“世界植物避难所”的横断山脉腹地，普达阳光国际康养度假区选取原生质朴的栽植，点缀雅淡花卉。锈板围栏起伏跃动间，自然与人工的界限不可寻，也不需寻。
Located in the so-called “shelter for world plants” among the mountains, Puda Sunshine International Health Resorts is simply decorated by local plants and elegant flowers. Rust handrails keep in harmony with the surroundings, blurring the boundary between manmade work and natural work.

普达阳光国际康养度假区立足康养的景区设计，缔造集“游、乐、康、养、居”一体化的全时、全龄、全域康养的生活体系，将成为旅游行业发展的新潮流。除了构建康养系统，规划设计团队以运营及推广需求推导，根据不同季节给予花海嘉年华、灯光节、音乐节、艺术节等活动策划与运营建议。2018年，“普达阳光·芒果音乐节”在滨湖康养区的大草坪上展开，为景区导入多样化客群。
如果说休闲度假是一种生活质量的诉求，那么康养已经是由物质生活衍生出来的精神层面的深度体验。未来普达阳光国际康养度假区的其他康养板块将与大家见面，欢迎大家来赴这场康养之约。
The landscape design for Puda Sunshine International Health Resorts is based on healthcare, creating a living system which integrates tourism, entertainment, health, wellness and accommodation. It has led a new fashion in tourism industry.Apart from the healthcare system, the design team has also planned Flower Carnival, Light Festival, Music Festival, Art Festival, etc. for different seasons. In 2018, Puda Sunshine Mango Music Festival was held on the lawn of the International Health Resorts, attracting people from all around the country.
If tourism meets the demand for a quality life, then healthcare meets for a spiritual experience. In the near future, more healthcare facilities will be built in Puda Sunshine International Health Resorts, welcoming tourists to get on a tour of health here.
