源点设计：项目基地位于海南三亚市学院路，坐落于由森林，溪谷等一系列不同地形所组成的自然景观之中，自然环境条件优越，样板院建筑为现代风格，体块感强烈。
LOCUS ASSOCIATES: The project base is located in Xueyuan Road, Sanya City, Hainan Province. It is located in the natural landscape composed of forests, valleys and a series of different terrains. The natural environment conditions are superior.
考虑到建筑的形体穿插，景观部分也抽取建筑的语言，在此基础之上，运用简约的线性语言重新定义了景观的表达方式，我们采用镂空的景墙格栅，中国传统装饰机理，庭院院落的街景，框景等手法，将传统的中式设计手法和元素带入现代的景观营造中，创造一个全新的审美体验。

在大的公园背景的考量上，我们采用的设计手法更多是与现场景观资源的融入，而非破坏性的创新，在设计之初，我们就通过现场踏勘圈定了需要设计保留的树木，并将其与景观设计巧妙结合，将过去与现在一起呈现出来。
